Abstract
En la presente se ofrecen composiciones de aceite de pongamia adecuadas para el consumo animal, en particular para el consumo humano, así como métodos para producir dichas composiciones. Las composiciones son comestibles y no tienen sabor amargo, y tienen ciertos atributos que hacen que dichas composiciones sean adecuadas para su uso como y/o en diversos productos alimenticios y bebidas. También se proporcionan métodos para analizar el aceite de pongamia.
