Abstract

En algunas realizaciones, el sistema para el análisis de muestras biológicas incluye centrífugas, dispositivos de agrupación, dispositivos de análisis de muestras biológicas, y un procesador para monitorizar el funcionamiento de las centrífugas, los dispositivos de agrupación y los dispositivos de análisis de muestras biológicas. El procesador puede seguir el progreso del análisis de las muestras biológicas y generar indicaciones de progreso a través de la interfaz gráfica de usuario. En respuesta a la determinación de que un control externo está presente, el sistema puede impedir la entrega del componente biológico al dispositivo de análisis de muestras biológicas para realizar el análisis hasta que el control externo esté cargado el analizador. En respuesta a la determinación de que un componente de una muestra biológica está agrupado en más de un grupo o que no se pretende que sea agrupado, el sistema puede generar un aviso a través de la interfaz gráfica de usuario. El sistema puede proporcionar una cronología de estados, visualizar el estado de los instrumentos y de las muestras biológicas, indicar qué componentes necesitan atención del operario, y buscar y visualizar el estado de muestras y pruebas.
