Abstract

Bebida preparada a partir de una parte de una planta de cebada, comprende un nivel muy bajo de potencial de T2N, parte de la planta de cebada. Comprende una primera mutación dando como resultado una pérdida total de la enzima lipoxigenasa (LOX)-1 funcional. Y una segunda mutación de por resultado una pérdida total de la enzima LOX-2 funcional. Se trata de una bebida de malta fermentada, no alcohólica. Caracterizada porque menos del 35%, de potencial de T¿N comparado con el potencial de T2N de una bebida preparada de la misma manera a partir de cebada cv. Power.
