Abstract

La presente invención se refiere al campo de las bebidas o bases de bebida, en particular al campo de bebidas saludables. La bebida o base de bebida se produce preparando un extracto acuoso de granos de cereal sin maltear. Fermentando el extracto acuoso mediante fermentación por contacto en frío y/o con levadura inactivada para obtener un extracto acuoso fermentado. El extracto acuoso o extracto acuoso fermentado después se mezcla con un jugo, para obtener una bebida o base de bebida libre de alcohol o con bajo contenido de alcohol con ingredientes deseables.
