Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para reducir el contenido en ácidos grasos saturados de la grasa de leche, una grasa de leche que comprende un contenido reducido en ácidos grasos saturados, preferentemente obtenida mediante el procedimiento segun la invencion, así como a composiciones alimenticias que comprenden dicha grasa.
