sabor vegetal concentrado, processo para produzir um sabor vegetal concentrado, e método para a preparação de um alimento com um sabor vegetal. a invenção relaciona-se com um sabor vegetal concentrado em que a concentração do sabor vegetal é tal que, a fim de obter um alimento com um sabor vegetal desejado, o sabor concentrado é adicionado ao dito alimento numa quantidade para se chegar a uma concentração final inferior a 0,1% p/p do alimento. a invenção também se refere a um processo para produzir ao dito sabor vegetal concentrado e a um método para a preparação de um alimento compreendendo a adição do sabor vegetal concentrado.
