Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para formulación de fármacos, que comprende mezclar partículas de un vehículo con una solución de un fármaco en agua en una cantidad de 1-3% en peso de solución a mezcla total, y un método de tratamiento y/o profilaxis de la demencia, cuyo método comprende administrar al paciente monohidrocloruro de [R-(Z)]-alfa-(metoxiimino)-alfa-(1-azabiciclo[2.2.2]oct-3-il)acetonitrilo en una dosis diaria inferior a 0,01 mg/kg y composiciones farmacéuticas utilizadas en él.
