Abstract

The invetnion relates to a method for the formulation ofmedicamentous forms where the particles of the carrier are mixedby an aqueous solution of the form. The solution occupies 1-3 wt.%of the total mixture. The invetnion also relates to a method forthe treatment and/or prevention of dementia, including theapplication to the patient of [R-(Z)]- -(1-azabicyclo[2,2,2]oct-2-yl)acetonitrile monohydrochloride in daily dose under0.01 mg/kg, and to pharmaceutical composition used in thetreatment.31 claims
