Specification forming part of Design No. 9,890,
dated April 3, 1877; application led March 7, 1877.
[Term of Patent 7 years] To all whom 'it may concern Be it known that I, OLIVER B. KEELEY, of Spring City, Chester county, Pennsylvania, have invented a new and original Design for a Cooking-Stove, of which the following is a specification My design for a cooking-stove is fully shown in the accompanying drawing.
The side of the stove has one large and two small doors, the ornamentation of all three doors being alike in general characteristics, and comprising an outer molding, a, a curved rib, b, an inner molding, d, and a panel, c, the latter having' a central ornament, f. In the two small doors this central ornament consists of a simple rosette; but in the large door the ornament consists of the letters C and P, arranged in the form of a monogram.
Beneath the doors is a panel, g, containing descriptive matter.
The stove is supported upon feet i, theprominent ornament ot' each of which is a monogram similar to that on the large door of the oven.
lhe redoors j; in vfront of the lire-place, have mica-covered openings m, and moldings on three edges; but the front edges of the two doors, which abut against each other when the doors are closed, are Without any molding, so that when the doors are closed the appearance is that of a single door. (See Fig. 2.) i
I claiml. The design for the stove-door, comprising the outer molding a, curved rib b, innermolding d, and panel e, with central ornament j', as shown and described.

3. The design for the feet i, with the monogram ornament, as shown and-described.
4. The design for the complete' stove, substantially as described, and as shown in the drawing.
In testimony whereof I vhave signed my name to this specification in the presence of two subscribing witnesses.
OLIVER B. KEELEY.
