- IMPROVEMENT m OVERALLS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent N0. 18] ,316, dated August 22, 1876; application filed December 22, 1875.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, MORRIS CROCKER and CHARLEs SOMMERFELD, of the city of Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, haveinvented a new and useful Improved Attachment for Overalls, for the purpose of afl'ording greater convenience in fitting persons of different forms and sizes, and which we have denominated the Combination Overall Attachment, a description of which is fully set forth in the following specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings.
The object of our invention is to do away with all buttons, button-holes, back straps,- and buckles to overalls, and also to obviate the necessity of providing different sizes of mens or boys overalls.
For the conveying a proper understanding of the construction and mode of operation of our invention, we will refer to Figure 1, which shows the overalls.
