Abstract
Изобретение касается способа нанесения покрытия на основу (S), в котором слой металлического сплава, содержащий по меньшей мере два металлических элемента, непрерывно наносят на основу (S) с помощью устройства (1) вакуумного осаждения, содержащего устройство (7) для нанесения покрытий струей пара, который распыляют на основу (S), при этом пар состоит из металлических элементов при заданном и постоянном относительном содержании, причем пар распыляют со скоростью звука. Конкретнее, способ, предназначенный для нанесения покрытий Zn-Mg. Изобретение также касается устройства (1) вакуумного осаждения для непрерывного нанесения покрытий из металлических сплавов, которое применяется для осуществления указанного способа, и слитка на основе цинка, который используют в указанном способе и устройстве.
