Abstract
Запропонований агрегований кристалічний порошкоподібний кремній, який має площу поверхні БЕТ від 20 до 150 м2/г, який одержують за допомогою нагрівання принаймні одного пароподібного або газоподібного силану та необов'язково принаймні однієї пароподібної або газоподібної легуючої речовини, інертного газу та водню в реакторі з гарячими стінками, охолодження реакційної суміші або надання реакційній суміші можливості охолонути та відділення продукту реакції від газоподібних речовин у вигляді порошку, у якому частка силану знаходиться в діапазоні між 0,1 та 90 мас. % у перерахунку на сумарну кількість силану, легуючої речовини та інертних газів, і в якому частка водню в перерахунку на сумарну кількість водню силану, інертних газів та легуючої речовини знаходиться в діапазоні від 1 до 96 мол. %. Продукт можна використовувати для виготовлення електронних компонентів.
