Abstract
Бульонное формованное изделие для кулинарного приготовления жидких блюд или пищевых ингредиентов, является формостойким многокомпонентным бульонным изделием, содержит, по меньшей мере, две зрительно и/или осязаемо различаемые объемные части, которые содержат твердые бульонные массы или рассыпчатые бульонные смеси с относительно низким внутренним сцеплением, которые свободно отделяются друг от друга, причем эти зрительно и/или осязаемо различаемые объемные части соответствуют пищевым ингредиентам с разным составом, цветом и/или структурой.
