Abstract

Даний винахід стосується індольних похідних і їхніх проміжних сполук. Активні сполуки даного винаходу можуть бути використані для лікування мігрені і інших розладів. Даний винахід стосується похідних індолів формули (I): (І), де R1 являє собою атом водню, метил, 2-метоксиетил, * – означає перший хіральний центр, # – означає другий хіральний центр, і, крім того, даний винахід стосується фармацевтично прийнятних солей описаних сполук. Ці сполуки можуть бути використані для лікування мігрені і інших розладів. До сполук даного винаходу також відносяться всі оптичні ізомери формули (I) (наприклад, R- і S-стереоізомери при будь-якому хіральному центрі), їх рацемічні, діастереомерні або епімерні суміші.
