Abstract
本發明係提供一種可保有高透明性且具有耐濕熱性良好的紅外線遮蔽性能之樹脂組成物。
本發明之樹脂組成物,其特徵為,相對於(A)聚碳酸酯樹脂(A成分)100重量份,係含有:(B)通式MxWyOz(惟,M為選自H、He、鹼金屬、鹼土金屬、稀土元素、Mg、Zr、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ru、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Si、Ge、Sn、Pb、Sb、B、F、P、S、Se、Br、Te、Ti、Nb、V、Mo、Ta、Re、Be、Hf、Os、Bi、I中的1種以上之元素,W為鎢,O為氧,0.001≦x/y≦1,2.2≦z/y≦3.0)所表記之複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)0.0001~0.2重量份、(C)環氧樹脂(C成分)0.0001~0.1重量份以及(D)脫模劑(D成分)0.001~0.5重量份,其為以由脂肪酸及多元醇所構成之全酯作為主成分的脂肪酸酯。
Description
本發明係有關於一種包含作為具有紅外線吸收性能之無機材料的複合氧化鎢微粒子之聚碳酸酯樹脂組成物以及由該聚碳酸酯樹脂組成物所構成的成形品。
具有紅外線遮蔽性能的透明材料係具有抑制室內的溫度上升或抑制人的體感溫度上升之效果,透過使用於汽車用途或建材用途等的窗構件而可望發揮降低環境負荷之效果。尤其是藉由對透明樹脂賦予紅外線遮蔽性能,基於輕量化與熱管理觀點,抑制CO2
排出量等降低環境負荷之效果極大。作為展現紅外線遮蔽性能之手法,專利文獻1中揭示一種對透明樹脂賦予複合氧化鎢微粒子之技術,惟其有在濕熱條件下紅外線遮蔽性能隨時間經過而劣化的問題。專利文獻2中揭示一種藉由限定複合氧化鎢微粒子的粒徑來提升耐濕熱性之技術,惟其效果不充分。又,專利文獻3中揭示一種藉由摻混脂肪酸酯來提升樹脂的熱穩定性之技術,惟其中未看出提升紅外線遮蔽性能的耐濕熱性之效果。此外,專利文獻4中揭示一種藉由對透明樹脂摻混環氧樹脂來抑制樹脂的水解之技術,惟其中未看出提升紅外線遮蔽性能的耐濕熱性之效果。因此,便要求提升賦予複合氧化鎢微粒子之透明樹脂的紅外線遮蔽性能的耐濕熱性。

發明所欲解決之課題
本發明目的在於獲得一種可保有高透明性且具有耐濕熱性良好的紅外線遮蔽性能之樹脂組成物與其成形品。
解決課題之手段
本案發明人等為解決前述課題而致力研究的結果發現,藉由對聚碳酸酯樹脂添加複合氧化鎢微粒子、環氧樹脂及脂肪酸酯,可獲得耐濕熱性優異且顯示高紅外線遮蔽性能與高穿透性的聚碳酸酯樹脂組成物及由其所構成的成形品。亦即,上述課題可藉由一種樹脂組成物來達成,該樹脂組成物,相對於(A)聚碳酸酯樹脂(A成分)100重量份,係含有:(B)通式MxWyOz(惟,M為選自H、He、鹼金屬、鹼土金屬、稀土元素、Mg、Zr、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ru、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Si、Ge、Sn、Pb、Sb、B、F、P、S、Se、Br、Te、Ti、Nb、V、Mo、Ta、Re、Be、Hf、Os、Bi、I中的1種以上之元素,W為鎢,O為氧,0.001≦x/y≦1,2.2≦z/y≦3.0)所表記之複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)0.0001~0.2重量份、(C)環氧樹脂(C成分)0.0001~0.1重量份以及(D)脫模劑(D成分)0.001~0.5重量份,其為以由脂肪酸及多元醇所構成之全酯作為主成分的脂肪酸酯。
發明之效果
本發明之樹脂組成物由於可保有高透明性且具有耐濕熱性良好的紅外線遮蔽性能,適用於車輛用燈具、車輛用感測器護罩、車輛用顯示裝置護罩、車輛用窗構件、繼電器用顯示裝置護罩或建築材用窗構件等而其所發揮之產業上的效果格外特別。
[實施發明之形態]
以下就本發明之各構成成分的細節加以說明。
(A成分:聚碳酸酯樹脂)
本發明中作為A成分所使用之聚碳酸酯樹脂係使二元酚與碳酸酯前驅物反應而得者。作為反應方法之一例,可舉出界面聚合法、熔融酯交換法、碳酸酯預聚物之固相酯交換法及環狀碳酸酯化合物之開環聚合法等。
此處所使用之二元酚的代表性實例可舉出氫醌、間苯二酚、4,4’-雙酚、1,1-雙(4-羥基苯基)乙烷、2,2-雙(4-羥基苯基)丙烷(通稱雙酚A)、2,2-雙(4-羥基-3-甲基苯基)丙烷、2,2-雙(4-羥基苯基)丁烷、1,1-雙(4-羥基苯基)-1-苯基乙烷、1,1-雙(4-羥基苯基)環己烷、1,1-雙(4-羥基苯基)-3,3,5-三甲基環己烷、2,2-雙(4-羥基苯基)戊烷、4,4’-(p-伸苯基二異亞丙基)二酚、4,4’-(m-伸苯基二異亞丙基)二酚、1,1-雙(4-羥基苯基)-4-異丙基環己烷、雙(4-羥基苯基)氧化物、雙(4-羥基苯基)硫化物、雙(4-羥基苯基)亞碸、雙(4-羥基苯基)碸、雙(4-羥基苯基)酮、雙(4-羥基苯基)酯、2,2-雙(3,5-二溴-4-羥基苯基)丙烷、雙(3,5-二溴-4-羥基苯基)碸、雙(4-羥基-3-甲基苯基)硫化物、9,9-雙(4-羥基苯基)芴及9,9-雙(4-羥基-3-甲基苯基)芴等。較佳之二元酚為雙(4-羥基苯基)烷,其中基於耐衝擊性觀點,特佳為雙酚A。
碳酸酯前驅物可使用羰基鹵、碳酸二酯或鹵甲酸酯等,具體而言可舉出光氣、碳酸二苯酯或二元酚之二鹵甲酸酯等。
將上述二元酚與碳酸酯前驅物藉由界面聚合法來製造聚碳酸酯樹脂之際,亦可視需求使用觸媒、鏈終止劑、供防止二元酚氧化的抗氧化劑等。此外,本發明之聚碳酸酯樹脂係包含將三官能以上之多官能性芳香族化合物共聚合而成的分支聚碳酸酯樹脂、將芳香族或脂肪族(包含脂環族)之二官能性羧酸共聚合而成的聚酯碳酸酯樹脂、將二官能性醇(包含脂環族)共聚合而成的共聚合聚碳酸酯樹脂,以及將所述二官能性羧酸及二官能性醇共同共聚合而成的聚酯碳酸酯樹脂。又,亦可為將所得聚碳酸酯樹脂之2種以上混合而成的混合物。
作為三官能以上之多官能性芳香族化合物,可使用1,1,1-參(4-羥基苯基)乙烷、1,1,1-參(3,5-二甲基-4-羥基苯基)乙烷等。
包含可生成分支聚碳酸酯之多官能性化合物時,所述量在芳香族聚碳酸酯總量中為0.001~1莫耳%,較佳為0.005~0.9莫耳%,特佳為0.01~0.8莫耳%。又,尤為熔融酯交換法時,就副反應而言有時會生成分支結構;而就所述分支結構量,亦較佳為在芳香族聚碳酸酯總量中為0.001~1莫耳%,較佳為0.005~0.9莫耳%,特佳為0.01~0.8莫耳%者。此外,就所述比例可藉由1H-NMR測定來算出。
脂肪族二官能性羧酸較佳為α,ω-二羧酸。脂肪族二官能性羧酸較佳可舉出例如癸二酸(癸烷二酸)、十二烷二酸、十四烷二酸、十八烷二酸、二十烷二酸等直鏈飽和脂肪族二羧酸,以及環己烷二羧酸等脂環族二羧酸。二官能性醇更佳為脂環族二醇,可例示例如環己烷二甲醇、環己二醇及三環癸烷二甲醇等。
再者,亦可使用將聚有機矽氧烷單元共聚合而成的聚碳酸酯-聚有機矽氧烷共聚物。
採界面聚合法之反應通常為二元酚與光氣的反應,係在酸結合劑及有機溶媒的存在下使其反應。酸結合劑可使用例如氫氧化鈉或氫氧化鉀等鹼金屬氫氧化物、吡啶等。
有機溶媒可使用例如二氯甲烷、氯苯等鹵化烴。
又,為促進反應,可使用例如三級胺或四級銨鹽等觸媒,分子量調節劑較佳使用例如酚、p-第三丁基酚、p-異丙苯基酚等單官能酚類。進而單官能酚類可舉出癸基酚、十二基酚、十四基酚、十六基酚、十八基酚、二十基酚、二十二基酚及三十基酚等。此等具有較長鏈烷基之單官能酚類,在需要提升流動性或耐水解性時係屬有效。
較佳的是,反應溫度通常為0~40℃,反應時間為數分鐘~5小時,反應中的pH通常維持於10以上。
採熔融法之反應通常為二元酚與碳酸二酯的酯交換反應,係在惰性氣體的存在下將二元酚與碳酸二酯混合,於減壓下以通常120~350℃使其反應。減壓度係階段性地變化,最終成為133Pa以下而將生成的酚類去除至體系外。反應時間通常為1~4小時左右。
碳酸二酯可舉出例如碳酸二苯酯、碳酸二萘酯、碳酸雙(二苯)酯、碳酸二甲酯、碳酸二乙酯及碳酸二丁酯等,其中較佳為碳酸二苯酯。
為加快聚合速度,可使用聚合觸媒,作為聚合觸媒可舉出例如氫氧化鈉或氫氧化鉀等鹼金屬或鹼土金屬之氫氧化物、硼或鋁之氫氧化物、鹼金屬鹽、鹼土金屬鹽、四級銨鹽、鹼金屬或鹼土金屬之烷氧化物、鹼金屬或鹼土金屬之有機酸鹽、鋅化合物、硼化合物、矽化合物、鍺化合物、有機錫化合物、鉛化合物、銻化合物、錳化合物、鈦化合物、鋯化合物等一般使用於酯化反應或酯交換反應的觸媒。觸媒可單獨使用,亦可併用二種以上來使用。此等聚合觸媒的用量,係在相對於原料之二元酚1莫耳,較佳為1×10-9
~1×10-5

當量的範圍內選擇。
又,於聚合反應中為了減少酚性之末端基,可於聚縮合反應的後段或結束後添加例如2-氯苯基苯基碳酸酯、2-甲氧基羰基苯基苯基碳酸酯及2-乙氧基羰基苯基苯基碳酸酯等化合物。
再者,在熔融酯交換法中較佳使用供中和觸媒的活性之失活劑。作為所述失活劑的量,較佳以相對於殘留之觸媒1莫耳為0.5~50莫耳的比例。又,係以相對於聚合後之芳香族聚碳酸酯為0.01~500ppm的比例,更佳為0.01~300ppm,特佳為0.01~100ppm的比例使用。作為失活劑,宜舉出十二基苯磺酸四丁基鏻鹽等鏻鹽、四乙基銨十二基苯甲基硫酸鹽等銨鹽等。就上述以外之反應形式的細節,亦於書籍及專利公報等中為人所熟知。
聚碳酸酯樹脂的黏度平均分子量較佳為14,000~100,000,更佳為20,000~30,000,再更佳為22,000~28,000,特佳為23,000~26,000。若超過上述範圍而分子量過低時,對硬塗劑之耐性容易不充分;若超過上述範圍而分子量過高時,則不易進行射出成形而容易發生成形品的破裂或不均勻的陰影。若為上述較佳範圍之對硬塗劑的耐性充分的分子量,則本發明之樹脂組成物可減少因樹脂流動紊亂而生成之成形品之不均勻的陰影,而能夠形成具有硬塗層之良好的聚碳酸酯樹脂成形體。進而於更佳之範圍,則可優異地兼具耐衝擊性與成形加工性。此外,上述聚碳酸酯樹脂亦可為其黏度平均分子量為上述範圍外者經混合而得者。
聚碳酸酯樹脂的黏度平均分子量(M)係將由二氯甲烷100ml中溶有0.7g之聚碳酸酯樹脂的溶液,在20℃下求得的比黏度(ηsp

本發明中之聚碳酸酯樹脂的態樣可舉出以下者。亦即,亦可使用由黏度平均分子量70,000~300,000的芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC-i)及黏度平均分子量10,000~30,000的芳香族聚碳酸酯(PC-ii)所構成,且其黏度平均分子量為15,000~40,000,宜為20,000~30,000的芳香族聚碳酸酯(以下有稱為“含高分子量成分之芳香族聚碳酸酯”)。
所述含高分子量成分之芳香族聚碳酸酯係因PC-i的存在而使聚合物之熵彈性變大,在本發明中於合宜之射出衝壓成形時更為有利。例如可進一步減少遲滯流痕等外觀不良,由此可擴大射出衝壓成形的條件廣度。另一方面,PC-ii成分之低分子量成分可降低全體的熔融黏度,促進樹脂的緩和,得以實施更低變形的成形。此外,同樣的效果在含有分支成分的聚碳酸酯樹脂中亦可看出。
(B成分:複合氧化鎢微粒子)
複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)係以通式MxWyOz表示。式中M表示選自H、He、鹼金屬、鹼土金屬、稀土元素、Mg、Zr、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ru、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Si、Ge、Sn、Pb、Sb、B、F、P、S、Se、Br、Te、Ti、Nb、V、Mo、Ta、Re、Be、Hf、Os、Bi、I中的1種以上之元素,較佳為選自由Li、Na、K、Rb、Cs、Mg、Ca、Sr及Ba所成群組的1種以上之元素,更佳為K、Rb或Cs。又,W表示鎢,O表示氧。
x、y、z為滿足0.001≦x/y≦1、2.2≦z/y≦3.0之式的數。而且,x/y、z/y的範圍分別較佳為0.01≦x/y≦0.5、2.7≦z/y≦3.0,更佳為0.2≦x/y≦0.4、2.8≦z/y≦3.0。
複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)的粒徑較佳為1nm~800nm,更佳為1nm~600nm,再更佳為1nm~300nm。粒徑小於1nm時,因凝聚效果變大而容易發生分散性不良;大於800nm時則可能會發生透明樹脂成形品的混濁度提高等不良情形。
複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)係藉由對起始原料之鎢化合物在惰性氣體環境或者還原性氣體環境中進行熱處理而得。經過該熱處理而得到的複合氧化鎢微粒子具有充分的近紅外線遮蔽力,而具有合宜作為紅外線遮蔽微粒子之性質。
複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)之起始原料係以元素單質或化合物之形式含有元素M的鎢化合物。具體而言,較佳為選自由以元素單質或化合物之形式含有元素M的三氧化鎢粉末、二氧化鎢粉末、氧化鎢之水合物、六氯化鎢粉末、鎢酸銨粉末、使六氯化鎢溶解於醇中後經乾燥而得之氧化鎢之水合物粉末、使六氯化鎢溶解於醇中後添加水使其沉澱並將其乾燥而得之氧化鎢之水合物粉末、將鎢酸銨水溶液乾燥而得之鎢化合物粉末及金屬鎢粉末所成群組的一種以上。此外,起始原料若為溶液,基於各元素可容易地均勻混合之觀點,更佳使用鎢酸銨水溶液或六氯化鎢溶液。使用此等原料,將其在惰性氣體環境或者還原性氣體環境中進行熱處理,可獲得上述之複合氧化鎢微粒子。
於此,為了製造各成分以分子程度均勻混合之起始原料的鎢化合物,較佳將各原料在溶液中混合,包含元素M之鎢化合物較佳為可溶解於水或有機溶媒等溶媒者。例如,可舉出含有元素M之鎢酸鹽、氯化物鹽、硝酸鹽、硫酸鹽、草酸鹽、氧化物、碳酸鹽、氫氧化物等,但不限定於此等,只要為呈溶液狀者即較佳。
關於用以製造複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)之原料,以下再度詳細加以說明。
用以獲得通式MxWyOz所表記之複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)的起始原料,可使用氧化鎢系粉末與前述M元素系粉末經混合而成的粉末。氧化鎢系粉末可舉出三氧化鎢粉末、二氧化鎢粉末、氧化鎢之水合物、六氯化鎢粉末、鎢酸銨粉末、使六氯化鎢溶解於醇中後經乾燥而得之氧化鎢之水合物粉末、使六氯化鎢溶解於醇中後添加水使其沉澱並將其乾燥而得之氧化鎢之水合物粉末、將鎢酸銨水溶液乾燥而得之鎢化合物粉末、金屬鎢粉末等。又,M元素系粉末則可舉出含有M元素之單質或化合物的粉末等。再者,用以獲得複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)之起始原料的鎢化合物若為溶液或分散液,則各元素可容易地均勻混合。基於該觀點,複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)之起始原料更佳為將六氯化鎢之醇溶液或鎢酸銨水溶液與前述含有M元素之化合物的溶液混合後經乾燥而成的粉末。同樣地,複合氧化鎢之微粒子(B成分)之起始原料亦較佳為將使六氯化鎢溶解於醇中後添加水而使沉澱生成的分散液,與前述含有M元素之單質或化合物的粉末或前述含有M元素之化合物的溶液混合後經乾燥而成的粉末。
前述含有M元素之化合物可舉出M元素之鎢酸鹽、氯化物鹽、硝酸鹽、硫酸鹽、草酸鹽、氧化物、碳酸鹽、氫氧化物等,但不限定於此等,只要為呈溶液狀者即可。甚而,於工業上製造複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)時,若使用氧化鎢之水合物粉末或三氧化鎢與M元素之碳酸鹽或氫氧化物,則在熱處理等階段不會產生有害的氣體等而為較佳之製造方法。
於此,作為複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)在惰性環境中的熱處理條件,較佳為650℃以上。以650℃以上經熱處理的起始原料係具有充分的近紅外線遮蔽力,極有效作為紅外線遮蔽微粒子。惰性氣體宜使用Ar、N2
等的惰性氣體。
又,作為還原性環境中的熱處理條件,較佳為首先將起始原料在還原性氣體環境中於100℃以上850℃以下進行熱處理,接著在惰性氣體環境中於650℃以上1,200℃以下的溫度下進行熱處理。此時之還原性氣體不特別限定,較佳為H2
。又,當還原性氣體使用H2
時,就還原環境之組成,係以H2
以體積比計較佳為0.1%以上,更佳為2%以上為宜。H2
以體積比計若為0.1%以上則可有效地促進還原。
基於提升耐候性之觀點,複合氧化鎢之微粒子(B成分)的表面係以含有Si、Ti、Zr、Al的一種以上之金屬的氧化物被覆為佳。被覆方法不特別限定,藉由對分散有該複合氧化鎢之微粒子(B成分)的溶液中添加上述金屬之烷氧化物,可被覆複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)的表面。
又,複合鎢氧化微粒子(B成分)係以分散劑被覆為佳。分散劑可舉出聚碳酸酯、聚碸、聚丙烯腈、聚丙烯酸酯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、氟樹脂、聚乙烯醇縮丁醛、聚乙烯醇、聚苯乙烯、聚矽氧系樹脂或此等之衍生物等。透過以此等被覆,可提升添加於樹脂時分散性,而且有防止機械物性劣化之效果。此外,藉由分散劑之被覆方法,可舉出藉由將複合鎢氧化微粒子(B成分)與分散劑溶解於甲苯等溶媒並加以攪拌而調製分散液後,以真空乾燥等處理去除溶媒而被覆複合鎢氧化微粒子(B成分)的方法等。
此外,將B成分添加於聚碳酸酯樹脂(A成分)之方法,可舉出直接添加複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)或者經被覆之複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)的方法、或以1~100倍的聚碳酸酯樹脂(A成分)予以稀釋後再行添加的方法。
B成分的含量,相對於A成分100重量份為0.0001~0.2重量份,較佳為0.001~0.1重量份,更佳為0.002~0.05重量份。B成分的含量若少於0.0001重量份,無法充分發揮紅外線的遮蔽能力;若多於0.2重量份則耐濕熱性會惡化,而且總透光率會變得極小。
(C成分:環氧樹脂)
本發明之樹脂組成物,若以可保有高透明性且具有耐濕熱性良好的紅外線遮蔽性能為目的,則C成分係含有環氧樹脂。使用之環氧樹脂較佳為包含環氧丙基之環氧聚合物,更佳為共聚物中含有甲基丙烯酸環氧丙酯之環氧聚合物,共聚物之另一成分宜使用聚苯乙烯。其中,較佳使用聚甲基丙烯酸環氧丙酯-聚苯乙烯共聚物。使用不含環氧丙基之環氧聚合物時,與A成分之相溶性可能較差而導致透明性變差。包含環氧丙基之聚合物的單體成分可舉出烯丙基環氧丙基醚、甲基丙烯酸環氧丙酯、丙烯酸環氧丙酯、4-羥基丁基丙烯酸酯環氧丙基醚、1,2-環氧-5-己烯、1,2-環氧-9-癸烯、環氧琥珀酸等,聚合物可舉出末端環氧改性聚二甲基矽氧烷、側鏈環氧改性聚二甲基矽氧烷等。
C成分的含量,相對於A成分100重量份為0.0001~0.1重量份,較佳為0.001~0.05重量份,更佳為0.001~0.03重量份。含量若未達0.0001重量份,無法展現充分的耐濕熱性;若超過0.1重量份,則色相會惡化而損及透明性。
(D成分:脫模劑)
本發明之樹脂組成物若以可保有高透明性且具有耐濕熱性良好的紅外線遮蔽性能為目的,作為D成分係含有脫模劑,其為以由脂肪酸及多元醇所構成之全酯作為主成分的脂肪酸酯。
所述脂肪酸其碳數較佳為3~32,尤以碳數為10~32之脂肪酸為佳。該脂肪酸可舉出例如癸酸、十一烷酸、十二烷酸、十三烷酸、十四烷酸、十五烷酸、十六烷酸(棕櫚酸)、十七烷酸、十八烷酸(硬脂酸)、十九烷酸、二十二酸、二十烷酸及二十二烷酸等飽和脂肪族羧酸,以及棕櫚油酸、油酸、亞麻油酸、次亞麻油酸、二十烯酸、二十碳五烯酸及鯨油酸等不飽和脂肪酸。上述當中,脂肪酸較佳為碳數為14~20者。其中較佳為飽和脂肪酸。尤以硬脂酸及棕櫚酸為佳。硬脂酸或棕櫚酸等上述脂肪酸由於通常係由以牛油或豬油等為代表之動物性油脂及以棕櫚油或葵花油所代表之植物性油脂等天然油脂類所製造,此等脂肪酸通常為包含碳原子數不同的其他羧酸成分之混合物。從而,在本發明之脂肪酸酯的製造中,較佳使用由所述天然油脂類所製成,且由包含其他羧酸成分的混合物之形態所構成的脂肪酸,尤為硬脂酸或棕櫚酸。
所述多元醇可舉出新戊四醇、二新戊四醇、三新戊四醇、聚甘油(三甘油~六甘油)、二(三羥甲基丙烷)、木糖醇、山梨糖醇及甘露糖醇等。本發明之脂肪酸酯較佳為二新戊四醇。
本發明之脂肪酸酯為全酯。若使用部分酯時,無法展現充分的耐濕熱性。本發明之脂肪酸酯的酸價,基於熱穩定性觀點較佳為20以下,更佳為4~20的範圍,再更佳為4~12的範圍。此外,酸價可實質上取0。又,脂肪酸酯的羥基價較佳為0.1~30的範圍。再者,碘價較佳為10以下。此外,碘價可實質上取0。此等特性可根據JIS K 0070所規定的方法來求得。
據以上所述,D成分較佳為下述式(1)所示之脂肪酸酯:

D成分的含量,相對於A成分100重量份為0.001~0.5重量份,較佳為0.01~0.4重量份,更佳為0.05~0.3重量份。含量若未達0.001重量份,無法展現充分的耐濕熱性;若超過0.5重量份,於成形時聚碳酸酯樹脂組成物的分子量會降低。
(E成分:熱安定劑)
本發明之樹脂組成物,作為E成分較佳含有熱安定劑。作為熱安定劑,較佳為選自由酚系安定劑(E-1成分)、硫系安定劑(E-2成分)及磷系安定劑(E-3成分)所成群組的至少一種熱安定劑。E成分的含量,相對於A成分100重量份較佳為0.0002~0.8重量份,更佳為0.001~0.7重量份,再更佳為0.01~0.1重量份。含量若未達0.0002重量份,可能無法展現熱穩定性之效果;若超過0.8重量份,則與複合氧化鎢微粒子併用時可能無法維持成形時的色相穩定性。
(E-1成分:酚系安定劑)

(E-2成分:硫系安定劑)
硫系化合物可舉出二月桂基硫二丙酸酯、二(十三烷基)硫二丙酸酯、二肉豆蔻基硫二丙酸酯、二硬脂醯基硫二丙酸酯、新戊四醇肆(3-月桂基硫丙酸酯)、新戊四醇肆(3-十二烷基硫丙酸酯)、新戊四醇肆(3-十八烷基硫丙酸酯)、新戊四醇肆(3-肉豆蔻基硫丙酸酯)、新戊四醇肆(3-硬脂醯基硫丙酸酯)等。此等可單獨使用,亦可2種以上混合使用。
(E-3成分:磷系安定劑)
磷系安定劑係以芳香族聚碳酸酯之熱安定劑的形式既已廣為人知。於本發明中,磷系安定劑可提高其熱穩定性至樹脂組成物可承受極為嚴峻的熱負荷之程度。作為磷系安定劑,主要可舉出亞磷酸酯化合物與亞膦酸酯。
於此,亞磷酸酯化合物可例示例如亞磷酸三苯酯、亞磷酸三(壬基苯酯)、亞磷酸三癸酯、亞磷酸三辛酯、亞磷酸三(十八烷基酯)、亞磷酸一苯二癸酯、亞磷酸一苯二辛酯、亞磷酸一苯二異丙酯、亞磷酸二苯一丁酯、亞磷酸二苯一癸酯、亞磷酸二苯一辛酯、亞磷酸2,2-亞甲基二(4,6-二-第三丁基苯)辛酯、亞磷酸三(二乙基苯)酯、亞磷酸三(二-異丙基苯)酯、亞磷酸三(二-n-丁基苯)酯、亞磷酸三(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)酯、亞磷酸三(2,6-二-第三丁基苯)酯、二亞磷酸二硬脂醯新戊四醇酯、二亞磷酸二(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)新戊四醇酯、二亞磷酸二(2,6-二-第三丁基-4-甲基苯)新戊四醇酯、二亞磷酸二(2,6-二-第三丁基-4-乙基苯)新戊四醇酯、二亞磷酸苯雙酚A新戊四醇酯、二亞磷酸二(壬基苯)新戊四醇酯、二亞磷酸二環己基新戊四醇酯等。
再者,其他亞磷酸酯化合物亦可使用具有與二元酚類反應之環狀結構者。可例示例如亞磷酸2,2’-亞甲基二(4,6-二-第三丁基苯)(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)酯、亞磷酸2,2’-亞甲基二(4,6-二-第三丁基苯)(2-第三丁基-4-甲基苯)酯、亞磷酸2,2’-亞甲基二(4-甲基-6-第三丁基苯)(2-第三丁基-4-甲基苯)酯、亞磷酸2,2’-亞乙基二(4-甲基-6-第三丁基苯)(2-第三丁基-4-甲基苯)酯等。
亞膦酸酯化合物可舉出例如二亞膦酸肆(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)-4,4’-亞聯苯酯、二亞膦酸肆(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)-4,3’-亞聯苯酯、二亞膦酸肆(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)-3,3’-亞聯苯酯、二亞膦酸肆(2,6-二-第三丁基苯)-4,4’-亞聯苯酯、二亞膦酸肆(2,6-二-第三丁基苯)-4,3’-亞聯苯酯、二亞膦酸肆(2,6-二-第三丁基苯)-3,3’-亞聯苯酯、亞膦酸二(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)-4-苯基-苯酯、亞膦酸二(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)-3-苯基-苯酯、亞膦酸二(2,6-二-n-丁基苯)-3-苯基-苯酯、亞膦酸二(2,6-二-第三丁基苯)-4-苯基-苯酯、亞膦酸二(2,6-二-第三丁基苯)-3-苯基-苯酯等,較佳為二亞膦酸肆(二-第三丁基苯)-亞聯苯酯、亞膦酸二(二-第三丁基苯)-苯基-苯酯,更佳為二亞膦酸肆(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)-亞聯苯酯、亞膦酸二(2,4-二-第三丁基苯)-苯基-苯酯。所述亞膦酸酯化合物可與2個以上之烷基經取代之具有芳基的亞磷酸酯化合物併用而較佳。
(F成分:紫外線吸收劑)
本發明之樹脂組成物有時無需實施塗裝等即可使用。於所述情況下,由於有時要求良好的耐光性而較佳摻混紫外線吸收劑。
作為紫外線吸收劑,較佳為選自由苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑(F-1成分)、三嗪系紫外線吸收劑(F-2成分)及噁嗪系紫外線吸收劑(F-3成分)所成群組的至少一種紫外線吸收劑。F成分的含量,相對於A成分100重量份,較佳為0.1~2重量份,更佳為0.12~1.5重量份,再更佳為0.15~1重量份。F成分的含量若未達0.1重量份,可能會無法展現充分的耐光性;若多於2重量份,則可能因為產生氣體而發生外觀不良或物性劣化。
(F-1成分:苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑)
苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑可例示例如2-(2-羥基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-5-第三辛基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3,5-二異丙苯苯基)苯基苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3-第三丁基-5-甲基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑、2,2’-伸甲基雙[4-(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)-6-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)酚]、2-(2-羥基-3,5-二-第三丁基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3,5-二-第三丁基苯基)-5-氯苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-3,5-二-tert-戊基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-5-第三辛基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-5-第三丁基苯基)苯并三唑、2-(2-羥基-4-烷氧基苯基)苯并三唑、2,2’-伸甲基雙(4-枯基-6-苯并三唑苯基)、2,2’-p-亞苯基雙(1,3-苯并噁嗪-4-酮)及2-[2-羥基-3-(3,4,5,6-四氫鄰苯二甲醯亞胺甲基)-5-甲基苯基]苯并三唑,以及2-(2’-羥基-5-甲基丙烯醯氧基乙基苯基)-2H-苯并三唑和可與該單體共聚合之乙烯基系單體的共聚物、或2-(2’-羥基-5-丙烯醯氧基乙基苯基)-2H-苯并三唑和可與該單體共聚合之乙烯基系單體的共聚物等具有2-羥基苯基-2H-苯并三唑骨架之聚合物等。
(F-2成分:三嗪系紫外線吸收劑)
三嗪系紫外線吸收劑可例示例如2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-己基氧基酚、2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-甲基氧基酚、2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-乙基氧基酚、2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-丙基氧基酚及2-(4,6-二苯基-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-丁基氧基酚等。進而可例示2-(4,6-雙(2,4-二甲基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基)-5-己基氧基酚等上述例示化合物之苯基為2,4-二甲基苯基之化合物。
(F-3成分:噁嗪系紫外線吸收劑)
噁嗪系紫外線吸收劑可例示例如2,2’-p-亞苯基雙(3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮)、2,2’-m-亞苯基雙(3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮)、2,2’-p,p’-二亞苯基雙(3,1-苯并噁嗪-4-酮)等。
(其他成分)
(1)染顏料
本發明之樹脂組成物可提供含有各種染顏料而展現多樣化設計性的成形品。本發明中所使用之染顏料可舉出苝系染料、香豆素系染料、硫靛藍系染料、蒽醌系染料、噻噸酮系染料、普魯士藍等亞鐵氰化物、紫環酮系染料、喹啉系染料、喹吖啶酮系染料、二噁嗪系染料、異吲哚啉系染料、酞菁系染料、碳黑、氧化鈦、氧化鋅、硫化鋅、碳酸鈣、金屬氧化物微粒子等。再者,本發明之聚碳酸酯樹脂組成物亦可摻混金屬顏料而獲得更良好的金屬色彩。作為金屬顏料,宜為鋁粉。又,藉由摻混螢光增白劑或除此之外之可發光的螢光染料,可賦予可產生發光色之更良好的設計效果。本發明中所使用之螢光染料(包含螢光增白劑)可舉出例如香豆素系螢光染料、苯并哌喃系螢光染料、苝系螢光染料、蒽醌系螢光染料、硫靛藍系螢光染料、呫噸系螢光染料、氧蒽酮系螢光染料、噻噸系螢光染料、噻噸酮系螢光染料、噻嗪系螢光染料及二胺基芪系螢光染料等。此等當中,宜為耐熱性良好且聚碳酸酯樹脂之成形加工時較不會劣化的香豆素系螢光染料、苯并哌喃系螢光染料及苝系螢光染料。
(2)氮化物微粒子
本發明之樹脂組成物較佳含有氮化物微粒子。氮化物微粒子較佳為選自由Ti、Zr、Hf、V、Nb及Ta所成群組的至少一種金屬氮化物微粒子。
(樹脂組成物的製造)
要製造本發明之樹脂組成物,可採用任意方法。可舉出例如將各成分以及任意的其他成分預混合,其後進行熔融混練並予以顆粒化的方法。預混合之手段可舉出諾塔混合機、V型摻合機、亨舍爾混合機、機械化學裝置、擠出混合機等。於預混合時亦可視情況藉由擠出造粒器或壓塊機等進行造粒。預混合後,藉由以排氣式雙軸擠出機為代表的熔融混練機進行熔融混練及藉由造粒機等機器予以顆粒化。熔融混練機另外可舉出班伯里混合機、混練輥、恆熱攪拌容器等,較佳為排氣式雙軸擠出機。此外,亦可採用未將各成分以及任意的其他成分預混合,而是各自獨立地供給至以雙軸擠出機為代表之熔融混練機的方法。
(成形品的製造)
如上述所得之本發明之樹脂組成物,可藉由將一般如前述所製造的顆粒進行射出成形而製造各種製品。再者,亦可將未經由顆粒,而以擠出機進行熔融混練的樹脂直接製成薄片、薄膜、特殊形狀擠出成形品及射出成形品。
於所述射出成形時,不僅可利用一般的成形方法,亦可適宜地根據目的而利用射出壓縮成形、射出衝壓成形、氣體輔助射出成形、發泡成形(包含利用注入超臨界流體者)、嵌入成形、模內塗佈成形、斷熱模具成形、急速加熱冷卻模具成形、二色成形、夾層成形及超高速射出成形等的射出成形法而獲得成形品。此等各種成形法的優點既已廣為人知。又,成形可選用冷流道方式及熱流道方式之任一種。此外,本發明之樹脂組成物亦可藉由擠出成形而成形各種特殊形狀擠出成形品、薄片。又,係以對成形品的單面或雙面實施硬塗處理為佳。
成形品的厚度較佳為0.1~20mm,更佳為0.1~15mm。又,成形品之由ISO9050所規定之總透光率較佳為20%以上,更佳為30%以上。再者,成形品之由ISO9050所規定之霧度較佳為5%以下,更佳為3%以下。
本案發明人所實施之形態係集合前述之各要件的較佳範圍者;例如,將其代表例記載於下述實施例中。理當本發明非限定於此等形態。
實施例
以下舉出實施例更具體地說明本發明。又,除非特別合先敘明,以下“份”係表示“重量份”,%表示“重量%”。
(1)樹脂組成物的作成
(1-1)使用原料
(A成分)
A-1:根據下述製法所得之分子量24,200的聚碳酸酯樹脂粉末
對附隔板之反應容器安裝三層六片葉片之攪拌機及回流冷卻管。於此反應容器中加入雙酚A45.6份、相對於雙酚A為2.78莫耳%的p-第三丁基酚、二氯甲烷265份及水200份,為了去除反應容器內的氧氣而進行氮氣沖吹。此外,於所述階段,反應容器中的內容物係不及容器容量的8成。其次,對上述懸浮液供給用來供給亞硫酸氫鈉0.09份及氫氧化鈉21.8份的水溶液約80份,以15℃將雙酚A溶解。於攪拌下,對此混合物以30分鐘供給光氣23.35份。其後,添加三乙胺0.016份(相對於雙酚A為0.08莫耳%)並攪拌60分鐘而使反應完成。其後,將反應混合物靜置,分離出有機相。對所得聚碳酸酯樹脂的二氯甲烷溶液添加二氯甲烷而調成14重量%之濃度的溶液,進而使用附多孔板之離心萃取機(Kawasaki Engineering(股)製KCC離心萃取機)以流量1,000ml/min供給0.5%氫氧化鈉水溶液、以流量1,000ml/min的速度供給有機相,並以3,500rpm之條件進行處理後,將有機相調成鹽酸酸性,其後重複水洗,在水相的導電率與離子交換水幾乎相同的時候將二氯甲烷蒸發而得到聚碳酸酯樹脂粉末。

(2)試片作成
(2-1)樹脂組成物的製造
以表1及表2記載之比例計量表1及表2所記載之各成分並混合,以摻合機加以混合後,使用排氣式雙軸擠出機進行熔融混練,而得到聚碳酸酯樹脂組成物的顆粒。此外,B成分的含量為括弧內所示之B-1所包含之無機系紫外線吸收材料之Cs0.33

的量。(括弧外的數字表示B-1之樹脂組成物中的重量份)。添加於聚碳酸酯樹脂的添加劑係分別以摻混量之10~100倍的濃度為基準預先作成為與聚碳酸酯樹脂之預混合物後,藉由摻合機進行全體的混合。排氣式雙軸擠出機係使用日本製鋼所(股)製:TEX30α(完全嚙合,同方向旋轉,2根螺桿)。混練區係採在排氣口前方側具1處之類型。擠出條件係排出量20kg/h、螺桿旋轉數130rpm、排氣口的真空度3kPa,且擠出溫度係至第1供給口至模具部分定為290℃。此外,上述之樹脂組成物的製造係在通過HEPA過濾器之潔淨空氣循環的環境下實施,且於作業時充分注意勿使異物混入而進行。
(2-2)試片作成方法
將所得顆粒以110~120℃使用熱風循環式乾燥機乾燥6小時後,藉由射出成形機[住友重機械工業(股)製SG260M-HP],以缸筒溫度300℃、模具溫度80℃之條件成形作為評定用之試片之寬150mm×長150mm×厚5mm的平板。
(3)評定項目
(3-1)試片的黏度平均分子量
將粉碎成3mm見方左右的碎屑之試片與其20~30倍重量的二氯甲烷混合,使組成物中的可溶分溶解。其次,藉由矽藻土過濾採取所述可溶分。其後去除所得溶液中的溶媒,將去除溶媒後的固體充分乾燥,而得到可溶解於二氯甲烷之成分的固體。由所述固體0.7g經溶解於二氯甲烷100ml的溶液,與上述之聚碳酸酯樹脂的黏度平均分子量同樣地求出20℃下的比黏度,並由該比黏度算出黏度平均分子量。
(3-2)耐濕熱性試驗後之紅外線遮蔽性能的變化量
由試片切出50mm見方之試片。對其分光光線,使用Hitachi High-Technologies(股)製分光光線測定器U-4100,依循ISO13837算出初始Total transmission of solar energy(Tts)。將結果示於表1及表2。其次,對所述試片以壓力鍋試驗機TPC-412(ESPEC股份有限公司製),在120℃、75%Rh之條件下進行48小時的濕熱處理,以與上述方法同樣的方法算出Tts。算出經壓力鍋後之Tts與初始Tts的差作為耐濕熱性試驗後之紅外線遮蔽性能的變化量(ΔTts)。將結果示於表1及表2。
(3-3)總透光率及霧度
由試片切出50mm見方之試片,使用村上色彩技術研究所(股)製霧度計HR-100並依循ISO13468測定總透光率及霧度。將結果示於表1及表2。

- 一種樹脂組成物,其中相對於(A)聚碳酸酯樹脂(A成分)100重量份,含有:(B)通式MxWyOz(惟,M為選自H、He、鹼金屬、鹼土金屬、稀土元素、Mg、Zr、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ru、Co、Rh、Ir、Ni、Pd、Pt、Cu、Ag、Au、Zn、Cd、Al、Ga、In、Tl、Si、Ge、Sn、Pb、Sb、B、F、P、S、Se、Br、Te、Ti、Nb、V、Mo、Ta、Re、Be、Hf、Os、Bi、I中的1種以上之元素,W為鎢,O為氧,0.001≦x/y≦1,2.2≦z/y≦3.0)所表記之複合氧化鎢微粒子(B成分)0.0001~0.2重量份、(C)環氧樹脂(C成分)0.0001~0.1重量份以及(D)脫模劑(D成分)0.001~0.5重量份,其為以由脂肪酸及多元醇所構成之全酯作為主成分的脂肪酸酯。
- 如請求項1之樹脂組成物,其中B成分的粒徑為1nm~800nm。
- 如請求項1~3中任一項之樹脂組成物,其中相對於A成分100重量份,含有(E)熱安定劑(E成分)0.0002~0.8重量份。
- 如請求項4之樹脂組成物,其中E成分為選自由酚系安定劑(E-1成分)、硫系安定劑(E-2成分)及磷系安定劑(E-3成分)所成群組的至少一種熱安定劑。
- 如請求項1~3中任一項之樹脂組成物,其中相對於A成分100重量份,含有(F)紫外線吸收劑(F成分)0.1~2重量份。
- 如請求項6之樹脂組成物,其中F成分為選自由苯并三唑系紫外線吸收劑(F-1成分)、三嗪系紫外線吸收劑(F-2成分)及噁嗪系紫外線吸收劑(F-3成分)所成群組的至少一種紫外線吸收劑。
- 一種成形品,其係由如請求項1~7中任一項之樹脂組成物所構成。
- 如請求項8之成形品,其厚度為0.1~20mm。
- 如請求項8之成形品,其ISO9050所規定之總透光率為20%以上,ISO9050所規定之霧度為5%以下。
- 一種成形品,其係在如請求項8~10中任一項之成形品的單面或雙面實施有硬塗處理。
- 如請求項8~11中任一項之成形品,其 中成形品為車輛用燈具、車輛用感測器護罩、車輛用顯示裝置護罩、車輛用窗構件、繼電器用顯示裝置護罩或建築材用窗構件。
- 如請求項8之成形品,其為薄膜或薄片。
- 如請求項8之成形品,其為射出成形品。
