Abstract
本發明係揭示含有具有熱線遮蔽性能之ITO粒子與含有60質量%以上之水分的溶劑與分散劑的熱線遮蔽粒子分散液。ITO粒子為BET比表面積係20m2
/g以上,具有Lab表色系中L值50以下、a<0、b<0之帶有藍色或深藍色的色調,相對分散液100質量%係含有1~90質量%,溶劑為來自前述熱線遮蔽粒子分散液由分散液去除加熱殘分之成分,相對於分散液100質量%係含有6.1~99.0質量%,分散劑為由磷酸酯系分散劑、聚丙三醇系分散劑、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮系分散劑、聚氧化乙烯-聚氧化丙烯縮合物系分散劑及聚丙烯酸酯系分散劑中至少1種,以ITO粒子為100質量份時分散劑之有效成分下係含有0.05~80質量份。
Description
本發明係有關塗佈於汽車、建材等之透明部分的熱線遮蔽用塗料所使用之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液及其之製造方法。更詳細為,係有關ITO粒子被水分散所得的熱線遮蔽粒子分散液及其之製造方法。本說明書中熱線係指紅外線,ITO係指銦錫氧化物(Indium Tin Oxide)。又,本國際申請書係基於2017年7月4日所申請之日本專利申請第130830號(特願2017-130830)主張優先權,且本國際申請書援用特願2017-130830之全部內容。
先前有關熱線遮蔽用塗料所使用之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液曾揭示溶劑系分散液(例如參考專利文獻1)。專利文獻1中曾揭示,該溶劑系分散液係藉由,將BET比表面積40m2
/g以上,具有深藍色之色調的ITO粒子加入蒸餾水、三乙二醇-2-乙基己酸酯、乙醇酐、磷酸聚酯、2-乙基己酸、2,4-戊二醇之混合液中分散調製所得。藉由該分散液,將ITO粒子濃度0.7~1.2質量%之分散液放入光徑長度1mm之玻璃單元進行測定時日射透光率為60%以下,可見光透光率為85%以上,濁度為0.5%以下。
又曾揭示特徵為,溶劑中含有0.1~50重量%的平均粒徑為3~60nm且相對於微粒子全體重量配位0.5~10重量%之有機配位基的ITO微粒子(a),及含有0.001~5重量%的結構單位中含有氧、氮、硫中任一種之重量平均分子量為10,000~200,000之高分子化合物中以該高分子化合物作為膜用時薄片電阻為1×107
Ω/£以下的導電性高分子(b),之透明導電膜用塗佈液(例如參考專利文獻2)。該專利文獻2之實施例9~10中曾記載,將水加入配位基具有檸檬酸的平均粒徑9.6nm之ITO微粒子後,添加重量平均分子量為100,000之聚噻吩系聚合物/異丙醇分散液,混合調製透明導電膜用塗佈液(實施例9:(a)成分1.5重量%、(b)成分0.05重量%,實施例10:(a)成分1.5重量%、(b)成分0.15重量%),又記載將該調製所得之透明導電膜用塗佈液塗佈於聚碳酸酯薄膜基材上形成透明導電膜時,該等透明導電膜為,塗佈膜相對於基材具有高密合性、光線透光率88.5 %(實施例9)、86.0%(實施例10)、濁度3.5%(實施例9)、4.9%(實施例10)、薄片電阻750Ω/£(實施例9)、670Ω/£(實施例10),具有充分之作為透明導電膜用的高光學特性與導電特性。
又曾揭示被覆由具有至少2個以上之極性官能基的分子中1或2個極性官能基為游離型,其他之至少1個以上的極性官能基被保護基保護的分子所形成之分散劑的有機溶劑分散性粒子(例如參考專利文獻3)。該專利文獻3之有機溶劑分散性粒子可安定分散於水中,專利文獻3之實施例1~4曾記載,將DMSO溶液加入懸浮於氯仿之氧化鐵中攪拌而得氯仿分散性之磁性奈米粒子(有機溶劑分散性粒子)後,加入氯化氫溶液(實施例1)、氫氧化鈉溶液(實施例2)、甲基胺-甲醇溶液(實施例3)或肼一水合物(實施例4)激烈攪拌,使磁性奈米粒子移動至水相,得具有水分散性之磁性奈米粒子水溶液。
另外曾揭示含有二氧化鉻、氧化鐵(III)、四氧化三鐵、三氧化鉻般一次粒子之數平均粒徑為0.01~10 μm的金屬氧化物粒子(A)、水性液體(B)及含磷原子化合物之防凝聚劑(C)所形成的金屬氧化物粒子分散物(例如參考專利文獻4)。該專利文獻4曾揭示防凝聚劑(C)為磷酸、焦磷酸、偏磷酸、磷酸酯、膦酸、二膦酸、三膦酸、四膦酸、五膦酸、單膦酸、膦酸酯、次膦酸、二次膦酸、單次膦酸或該等之鹽、金屬氧化物粒子(A)與防凝聚劑(C)之含有重量比(A:C)為100:0.01~50。藉由該金屬氧化物粒子分散物可得優良分散安定性(防凝聚性)。 [先前技術文獻] [專利文獻]

專利文獻1所揭示之分散液為日射透光率60 %以下、可見光透光率85%以上、濁度0.5%以下,因此備有高透明性,但因其為溶劑系分散液,故有分散液之製造過程、使用過程、廢液處理過程需考量環境及人體之問題。專利文獻2所揭示之透明導電膜用塗佈液為水系分散液,因此可解除專利文獻1之問題,但因分散液不單僅由ITO微粒子與水混合所形成之分散液,而需使ITO微粒子全體配位有機配位基,及需混合導電性高分子而煩雜化。
專利文獻3所揭示之磁性奈米粒子水溶液為水系分散液,因此可解除專利文獻1之問題,但需備有使奈米粒子之分散劑脫離保護基之煩雜步驟。專利文獻4所揭示之金屬氧化物粒子分散物為水系分散液,因此可解除專利文獻1之問題,但因金屬氧化物粒子係使用氧化鉻或氧化鐵般磁性粒子以形成水性塗料或水性油墨再供給意匠性印刷或磁性油墨之用途,故不適宜遮蔽熱線之用途。
本發明之目的為,提供具有優良熱線切斷效果之,具有高可見光透光率與透明性之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液。本發明另一目的為,提供以簡便方法製造熱線遮蔽粒子分散液之方法。
本發明之第1觀點為特徵係含有具有熱線遮蔽性能之ITO粒子,與含有60質量%以上之水分的溶劑,與分散劑的熱線遮蔽粒子分散液中,前述ITO粒子為BET比表面積係20m2
/g以上,具有Lab表色系中L值50以下、a<0、b<0之帶有藍色或深藍色的色調,相對於前述分散液100質量%係含有1~90質量%,前述溶劑為來自前述熱線遮蔽粒子分散液由該分散液去除加熱殘分之成分,相對於前述分散液100質量%係含有6.1~99.0質量%,前述分散劑為由磷酸酯系分散劑、聚丙三醇系分散劑、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮系分散劑、聚氧化乙烯-聚氧化丙烯縮合物系分散劑及聚丙烯酸酯系分散劑所成群中所選出之1種或2種以上之分散劑,前述分散劑以前述ITO粒子為100質量份時前述分散劑之有效成分下係含有0.05~80質量份。
本發明之第2觀點為第1觀點之發明中,將ITO粒子濃度0.3質量%之前述熱線遮蔽粒子分散液放入光徑長度1mm之玻璃單元中進行測定時濁度為5%以下,波長1200nm之透光率為60%以下,可見光透光率為85%以上之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液。
本發明之第3觀點為特徵係混合具有熱線遮蔽性能之ITO粒子與含有60質量%以上之水分的溶劑與分散劑製造熱線遮蔽粒子分散液之方法中,前述ITO粒子為BET比表面積係20m2
/g以上,具有Lab表色系中L值50以下、a<0、b<0之帶有藍色或深藍色的色調,前述溶劑為來自前述熱線遮蔽粒子分散液由該分散液去除加熱殘分之成分,前述分散劑為由磷酸酯系分散劑、聚丙三醇系分散劑、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮系分散劑、聚環氧乙烷-聚環氧丙烷縮合物系分散劑及聚丙烯酸酯系分散劑所成群中所選出之1種或2種以上之分散劑,以使相對於前述分散液100質量%各自含有1~90質量%之前述ITO粒子及6.1~99.0質量%之前述溶劑,且使前述分散劑以前述ITO粒子為100質量份時前述分散劑之有效成分下含有為0.05~80質量份之方式進行混合。
本發明之第4觀點為,使用第1或第2觀點之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液或藉由第3觀點之方法製造的熱線遮蔽粒子分散液,製造熱線遮蔽用塗料之方法。
本發明之第1觀點的熱線遮蔽粒子分散液為水系分散液,因此比較專利文獻1所揭示之溶劑系分散液時,分散液之製造過程、使用過程、廢液處理過程相對於環境及人體之影響較輕微。又專利文獻2所揭示之水系分散液因含有導電性高分子,故既使具有透明性與導電性,但熱線遮蔽性差。又專利文獻3及4所揭示之水系分散液雖因分散之粒子為磁性粒子而具有粒子分散性及防凝聚性,但熱線遮蔽性差。相對地,第1觀點之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液因係由BET比表面積20m2
/g以上,具有Lab表面系中L值50以下、a<0、b<0之帶有藍色或深藍色的色調之ITO微粒子,與含有60質量%以上之水分的一定量之溶劑,與相對於ITO粒子含有一定量之特定分散劑混合所得,故不僅為水系分散液,也可具有與溶劑系分散液相同程度之優良的熱線切斷效果,及具有高可見光線透光率與透明性。
因本發明之第2觀點的熱線遮蔽粒子分散液為,將ITO粒子濃度0.3質量%之前述熱線遮蔽粒子分散液放入光徑長度1mm之玻璃單元中進行測定時之濁度為5%以下,波長1200nm透光率為60%以下,可見光透光率為85%以上,故具有優良之熱線切斷效果,及高可見光線透光率與透明性。
本發明之第3觀點的製造方法中,無需如專利文獻2般使ITO微粒子全體使有機配位基進行配位之步驟,及如專利文獻3般使奈米粒子之分散劑的保護基脫離之步驟,可以相對於分散液或ITO粒子混合一定量的BET比表面積20m2
/ g以上之特定ITO微粒子,與含有60質量%以上之水分的溶劑,與特定分散劑之簡便的方法製造熱線遮蔽粒子分散液。
藉由本發明之第4觀點的熱線遮蔽用塗料之製造方法,係使用第1或第2觀點之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液或由第3觀點之方法製造的熱線遮蔽粒子分散液而得熱線遮蔽用塗料,因此由該塗料形成塗膜時,可形成具有優良之熱線切斷效果,及高可見光線透光率與透明性之塗膜。 [實施發明之形態]
其次將說明實施本發明用之形態。
[熱線遮蔽粒子分散液] 本實施形態之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液為,含有具有熱線遮蔽性能之ITO粒子與含有60質量%以上之水分的溶劑與分散劑。該ITO粒子為,BET比表面積係20m2
/g以上,較佳為40~75m2
/g,具有Lab表色系中L值50以下,較佳為L值30以下,a<0、b<0之帶有藍色或深藍色的色調。BET法比表面積未達20m2
/g時,將ITO粒子濃度0.3質量%之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液放入光徑長度1mm之玻璃單元中進行測定(以下稱為光徑長度1mm之測定)時會提高濁度而降低膜之透明性。為了降低濁度而減少膜中ITO粒子之含量時,會使熱線遮蔽性能變差。BET比表面積未達20m2
/g時,會因ITO粒子過大而無法降低透明性及濁度。較佳之BET法比表面積超過75m2
/g時,以一定之分散劑添加量混合ITO粒子時,會使ITO粒子之分散程度不充足,而易使濁度變差。BET比表面積係使用柴田科學社之裝置(SA-1100)測定。該ITO粒子藉由具有Lab表色系中L值50以下、a<0、b<0之帶有藍色或深藍色的色調,可具有優良熱線遮蔽性能。上述L值、a、b係使用斯卡試驗機之色彩電腦(SM-T)進行測定。ITO粒子相對於熱線遮蔽粒子分散液100質量%係含有1~90質量%,較佳為5~60質量%。未達1質量%時會因ITO粒子之濃度過低,而無法充分促進ITO粒子分散。又超過90質量%時會因分散液為高黏度而無法促進分散。
本實施形態之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液的溶劑為,含有60質量%以上,較佳為90~100質量%之水分。水為蒸餾水、離子交換水等之純水。水以外所含有之溶劑較佳為碳數1~3之醇。具體之醇如,甲醇、乙醇、1-丙醇、2-丙醇等。本實施形態之醇可單獨使用1種或2種以上組合使用。該溶劑為來自熱線遮蔽粒子分散液由該分散液去除加熱殘分之成分,相對於分散液100質量%係含有6.1~99.0質量%,較佳為28.0~91.0質量%。溶劑之含量未達6.1質量%時會因分散液之黏度過高而無法使ITO粒子分散。超過99.0質量%時會減少溶劑以外之其他成分的添加量,而無法發揮含有其他成分之效果。其中加熱殘分係指,依據JIS K5601-1-2(塗料成分試驗方法-第1部:通則-第2節:加熱殘分)求取之成分。本實施形態為合算ITO粒子與分散劑之有效成分的成分。水之含量未達60質量%時,相對地會增加醇含量而易使分散液揮發。
本實施形態之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液的分散劑為水溶性之水系分散劑,係由磷酸酯系分散劑、聚丙三醇系分散劑、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮系分散劑、聚氧化乙烯-聚氧化丙烯縮合物系分散劑及聚丙烯酸酯系分散劑所成群中所選出之1種或2種以上之分散劑。該類分散劑可由商業上取得,例如磷酸酯系分散劑用之普來薩A212C、普來薩A208N、普來薩A219B、普來薩M208F(以上為第一工業製藥公司製)、迪斯帕AQ-330、迪斯帕AQ-320(以上為楠元化成公司製)、索斯帕41000(爾布里公司製)、DISPERBYK‧110、DISPERBYK‧111(以上為巨化學(BYK)公司製)、弗斯發RE‧610、弗斯發ML‧200、弗斯發ML‧220、弗斯發BH‧650、弗斯發RA‧600、弗斯發RD‧510Y、弗斯發RD‧720N、弗斯發RS-610、弗斯發RS-710(以上為東邦化學工業公司製)、來特酯P-1M、來特酯P-2M(以上為共榮社化學公司製)、艾丹卡PS-440E、艾丹卡PS-810E、艾丹卡TS-230E(以上為ADEKA公司製)、磷酸乙酯、亞磷酸二乙酯、亞磷酸聯苯等。聚丙三醇系分散劑用之SY固里斯MCA-750、SY固里斯ML-750、SY固里斯MM-750(以上為阪本藥品工業公司製)、波耶姆J-0021、J-0381V(以上為理研維生素股份公司)等。聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮(PVP)系分散劑用之皮茲可K-30L、皮茲可K-50、皮茲可K-85(第一工業製藥公司製)、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮K-30W(日本觸媒公司製)等。聚氧化乙烯-聚氧化丙烯縮合物系分散劑用之艾丹卡L-64、艾丹卡L-71、艾丹卡L-101(以上為ADEKA公司製)等例示。聚丙烯酸酯系分散劑用之DESPERBYK-2013、DESPERBYK-2015、DESPERBYK-191、DESPERBYK-194N(巨化學公司製)等。
本實施形態之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液中相對於ITO粒子之分散劑含有比例為以ITO粒子為100質量份時使分散劑之有效成分為0.05~80質量份,較佳為1~60質量份。其中分散劑之有效成分係指賦予分散之成分,且與由加熱成分除去ITO粒子成分後之量為同等的成分(將分散劑加熱硬化後之固體成分)。分散劑之有效成分的含有比例未達下限值之0.05質量份時,ITO粒子無法均勻分散,超過上限值之80質量份時,比較水等之溶劑時分散劑具有高黏度,而分散劑之添加量過多時會由分散初期起為高黏度故無法促進分散。又,會發生ITO粒子枯竭凝聚之不合宜情形。
本實施形態之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液係藉由,混合上述含有60質量%以上之水分的溶劑與上述分散劑而調製分散劑水溶液後,將上述ITO粒子加入該分散劑水溶液中攪拌所得。攪拌時係將ITO粒子加入室溫之分散劑水溶液中。藉此ITO粒子係以一次粒子之形態均勻分散而形成透明狀分散液。攪拌機如珠粒磨機、塗料振動器、自轉公轉混合機等。藉由相對於分散液100質量%各自含有0.3~90質量%之ITO粒子,及6.1~99.7質量%之溶劑般,且使分散劑以ITO粒子為100質量份時之分散劑的有效成分下含有0.05~80質量份般混合,製造熱線遮蔽粒子分散液。
使用本實施形態之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液可製造熱線遮蔽用塗料。例如藉由混合水性UV硬化樹脂與聚合引發劑
與離子交換水,使聚合引發劑完全溶解後,混合該溶液與本實施形態所得之分散液,可製造熱線遮蔽用塗料。
下面將詳細說明本發明之實施例與比較例。
本發明之實施例1~50及比較例1~7所使用之9種ITO粒子如表1所示。表1中BET比表面積20~未達40m2/g,Lab表色系中L值為40~50、a<0、b<0,色調為深藍色之ITO粒子係以No.M-1~No.M-3表示,BET比表面積40m2/g以上,Lab表色系中L值為20~30、a<0、b<0,色調為深藍色之ITO粒子係以No.S-1~No.S-5表示。本發明之範圍外的BET比表面積未達20m2/g,Lab表色系中L值為70,a為-3.0,b為-5.0,色調為淡藍色之ITO粒子係以No.L表示。
[11種分散劑] 本發明之實施例1~50及比較例1~7所使用之11種分散劑如表2所示。由表2得知,磷酸酯系分散劑係使用No. 1a:迪斯帕AQ-320(楠元化成公司製)、No.1b:索斯帕41000(爾布里公司製)、No.1c:普來薩A212C(第一工業製藥公司製)、No.1d:磷酸乙酯(東京化成工業公司製)。聚丙三醇系分散劑係使用No.2:SY固里斯MCA-750(坂本藥品工業公司製)。聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮系分散劑係使用No. 3:皮茲可K-30L(第一工業製藥公司製)。聚氧化乙烯-聚氧化丙烯縮合物系分散劑係使用No.4a:艾丹卡L-64 (ADEKA公司製)、No.4b:艾丹卡L-101(ADEKA公司製)。聚丙烯酸酯系分散劑係使用No.5:DESPERBYK-2013(巨化學公司製)。比較用係使用非本發明之分散劑的分散劑No.6:縮合萘磺酸銨鹽系分散劑之洛馬PWA-40K(山諾布公司製)及No.7:磺基琥珀酸鈉鹽系分散劑之Nuosperse 2006(耶雷門公司製)。
<實施例1> ITO粒子係使用No.S-3之ITO粒子,分散劑係使用No. 1a之迪斯帕AQ-320(楠元化成公司製)。混合該分散劑與室溫之離子交換水而調製分散劑水溶液後,將上述No.S-3之ITO粒子加入該分散劑水溶液中,以珠粒磨機之攪拌機進行分散,得熱線遮蔽粒子分散液。此時以ITO粒子為100質量份時之分散劑含有比例為0.05質量份,相對於分散液100質量%之ITO粒子含有比例為20質量%,溶劑中之水含有比例為100質量%,溶劑含有比例相對於分散液100質量%為79.99質量%。該熱線遮蔽粒子分散液之內容如表3所示。
<實施例2~50、比較例1~7> 由表1及表2所示種類之ITO粒子與分散劑中,依下述表3~表5所示,各自選定實施例2~50與比較例1~7之ITO粒子及分散劑。又使用與實施例1相同之攪拌機,決定如表3~表5所示般以ITO粒子為100質量份時之分散劑含有比例、相對於分散液100質量%之ITO粒子含有比例、溶劑中之水含有比例及相對於分散液100質量%之溶劑含有比例。實施例29中,溶劑中之40質量%為乙醇、殘餘之60質量%為水。又實施例50中,分散劑係使用No.2與No.3雙方。No.2之分散劑:No.3之分散劑的質量比為2:1。
<比較試驗與評價> 以實施例1~50及比較例1~7所得之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液為試料,利用下述方法測定各試料之濁度、波長1200 nm之透光率及可見光透光率。該等之測定結果如表3~表5所示。
(1)濁度 以離子交換水將試料稀釋為,使各試料中ITO粒子之濃度為0.3質量%般,藉由濁度電腦(斯佳試驗機公司製HZ-2),依JIS規格(JIS K 7136)測定該稀釋後之分散液。
(2)波長1200nm之透光率及可見光透光率 將如同測定濁度之試料般同樣地將試料稀釋後所得之分散液放入光徑長度1mm之玻璃單元中,藉由積分球式分光光度計(日立高科技公司製UH4150),依JIS規格(JIS R 3106)測定波長1200nm之透光率及可見光透光率。
由表5得知,比較例1係使用No.L之ITO粒子,因其BET值較小為18.0m2
/g,L值較大為70.0,故濁度較高為11.2%,可見光透光率也較低為82.3%,無法得到充分之透明性。
比較例2及比較例3中,因分散劑係使用No.6及No.7之本發明分散劑以外的分散劑,故ITO粒子無法均勻分散,而無法評價分散液。
比較例4中分散劑雖使用本發明分散劑,但該分散劑相對於ITO粒子為太少之0.001質量份,因此無法充分促進ITO粒子分散,濁度較高為5.8%,可見光透光率也較低為84.5%,無法得到充分之透明性。
比較例5中分散劑雖使用本發明分散劑,但該分散劑相對於ITO粒子為太多之90質量份,會使分散液之黏度過高而無法促進ITO粒子分散,故無法形成良好分散液,濁度較高為6.11%,可見光透光率較低為83.3%,無法得到充分之透明性。
比較例6中相對於分散液之ITO粒子太少為0.5質量%,而無法評價ITO粒子無法充分分散之分散液。
比較例7中因相對於分散液之ITO粒子過多為93質量%,且溶劑為太少之6.07質量%,故無法評價高黏度之分散液。
相對地由表3及表4得知,實施例1~50中因使用備有第1觀點及第3觀點所規定之要件的ITO粒子、溶劑及分散劑進行分散,故可製作高透明性之具有熱線遮蔽性能的熱線遮蔽粒子分散液。此時因ITO粒子係使用No.S-1~ No.S-5種之物,故可具有更優良之熱線遮蔽性能。 [產業上利用可能性]
本發明之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液適用為塗佈於汽車、建材等之透明部分的熱線遮蔽用塗料。
Claims (4)
- 一種熱線遮蔽粒子分散液,其特徵為,含有具有熱線遮蔽性能之ITO粒子與含有60質量%以上之水分的溶劑與分散劑,前述ITO粒子為BET比表面積係20m2/g以上75m2/g以下,具有Lab表色系中L值50以下、a<0、b<0之帶有藍色或深藍色的色調,且相對於前述分散液100質量%係含有1~90質量%,前述溶劑為來自前述熱線遮蔽粒子分散液由該分散液去除加熱殘分之成分,且相對於前述分散液100質量%係含有6.1~99.0質量%,前述分散劑為由磷酸酯系分散劑、聚丙三醇系分散劑、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮系分散劑及聚丙烯酸酯系分散劑所成群中所選出之1種或2種以上之分散劑,前述分散劑以前述ITO粒子為100質量份時前述分散劑之有效成分下含有0.05~80質量份。
- 如請求項1之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液,其中將ITO粒子濃度0.3質量%之前述熱線遮蔽粒子分散液放入光徑長度1mm之玻璃單元中進行測定時濁度為5%以下,波長1200nm透光率為60%以下,可見光透光率為85%以上。
- 一種熱線遮蔽粒子分散液之製造方法,其特徵為,混 合具有熱線遮蔽性能之ITO粒子與含有60質量%以上之水分的溶劑與分散劑而製造熱線遮蔽粒子分散液之方法,前述ITO粒子為BET比表面積係20m2/g以上75m2/g以下,具有Lab表色系中L值50以下、a<0、b<0之帶有藍色或深藍色的色調,前述溶劑為來自前述熱線遮蔽粒子分散液由該分散液去除加熱殘分之成分,前述分散劑為由磷酸酯系分散劑、聚丙三醇系分散劑、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮系分散劑及聚丙烯酸酯系分散劑所成群中所選出之1種或2種以上之分散劑,使相對於前述分散液100質量%各自含有1~90質量%之前述ITO粒子及6.1~99.0質量%之前述溶劑,且使前述分散劑以前述ITO粒子為100質量份時前述分散劑之有效成分下係含有0.05~80質量份之方式進行混合。
- 一種製造熱線遮蔽用塗料之方法,其為使用如請求項1或2之熱線遮蔽粒子分散液,或使用藉由如請求項3之方法製造的熱線遮蔽粒子分散液。
