Abstract

本發明係提供一種可進行無縫的連續性印刷之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的製造方法。
本發明為一種無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的製造方法,其係包含:準備圓筒狀版用母材之製程、以及將前述圓筒狀版用母材的表面本身,形成為親水性的霧面狀粗面之製程、以及將光阻劑塗佈於前述霧面狀粗面並進行雷射曝光、顯影而形成疏水性的光阻劑圖型部之製程;前述霧面狀粗面所暴露出之部分被設為非印紋部,前述光阻劑圖型部被設為印紋部而成。

Description

無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的製造方法
本發明係關於平版印刷所使用之無連接縫的無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的製造方法。
通常的平版印刷方式,係於鋁等之版材(亦稱為印版)的面上製作霧面狀的細微凹凸,並使用感光材料形成印紋部與非印紋部以形成版,將該版捲附於版滾筒,並將供給至該版面上之油墨轉印於橡膠布,使紙通過與壓印滾筒之間而進行印刷之方式。然後,於印刷時將油性的油墨供給至印紋部,將稱為潤濕水之水(亦含有少量的異丙醇等)供給至非印紋部,藉由水與油的相斥作用來進行印刷。以往之平版印刷版的製造方法,例如記載於專利文獻1。
另一方面,如上述般,將版捲附於版滾筒時,於所捲繞之版的兩端部分必定會存在連接縫。存在有此連接縫時,由於在連接縫的部分無法形成圖像,所以存 在著無法進行無縫的連續性印刷之問題。

本發明之目的在於提供一種可進行無縫的連續性印刷之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版及其製造方法以及再生處理方法。
為了解決上述課題,本發明之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版,其特徵為包含:圓筒狀版用母材、以及形成於前述圓筒狀版用母材的表面之親水性的霧面狀粗面、以及形成於前述霧面狀粗面之疏水性的光阻劑圖型部;前述霧面狀粗面所暴露出之部分被設為非印紋部,前述光阻劑圖型部被設為印紋部而成。
本發明之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的製造方法,其特徵為包含:準備圓筒狀版用母材之製程、以及將前述圓筒狀版用母材的表面本身,形成為親水性的霧面狀粗面之製程、以及將光阻劑塗佈於前述霧面狀粗面並進行雷射曝光、顯影而形成疏水性的光阻劑圖型部之製 程;前述霧面狀粗面所暴露出之部分被設為非印紋部,前述光阻劑圖型部被設為印紋部而成。
本發明之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的再生處理方法,其特徵為:在使用前述無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版來進行平版印刷後,包含:對前述進行平版印刷後之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的表面,進行選自由超音波洗淨處理、化學藥品處理洗淨處理、微氣泡洗淨處理、噴砂處理及液體搪磨處理所組成之群組之1種或2種以上的處理,藉此去除前述光阻劑圖型部,而構成為於前述圓筒狀版用母材的表面形成有霧面狀粗面之再生圓筒狀版用母材之製程。
根據本發明,係具有可提供一種可進行無縫的連續性印刷之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的製造方法之極大的效果。

第2圖係示意顯示本發明之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的製造方法之要部剖面圖,(a)為準備圓筒狀版用 母材後之狀態,(b)為將霧面狀粗面形成於圓筒狀版用母材的表面之狀態,(c)為將光阻劑塗佈於霧面狀粗面之狀態,(d)為使之曝光與顯影而形成光阻劑圖型部之狀態。
第3圖係使用本發明之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版之平版印刷裝置的要部概略示意圖。
以下係說明本發明之實施形態,但此等實施形態僅例示性地顯示,在不脫離本發明的技術思想下,當然可進行種種變形。同一部件係以同一符號來表示。
本發明之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的一實施形態,如第1圖所示。第1圖中,符號16顯示本發明之平版印刷版。
本發明之無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版16,係包含中空的圓筒狀版用母材10、以及形成於前述版用母材10的表面之親水性的霧面狀粗面12、以及形成於前述霧面狀粗面12上之疏水性的光阻劑圖型部14而構成之無連接縫的無縫圓筒狀平版印刷版。
無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版16,由於前述霧面狀粗面12為親水性,所以前述霧面狀粗面12所暴露出之部分被設為非印紋部(油墨被濕潤水所排開而未附著之部分),前述光阻劑圖型部14被設為疏水性的印紋部(油墨所附著之部分)。

  1. 一種無縫平版印刷用圓筒狀印刷版的製造方法,其特徵為:包含:準備圓筒狀版用母材之製程、以及將前述圓筒狀版用母材的表面本身,形成為親水性的霧面狀粗面之製程、以及將光阻劑塗佈於前述霧面狀粗面並進行雷射曝光、顯影而形成疏水性的光阻劑圖型部之製程;前述霧面狀粗面所暴露出之部分被設為非印紋部,前述光阻劑圖型部被設為印紋部而成。
