Abstract
本申請有關於一種樹脂組成物,且特別有關於一種光固化樹脂組成物。已知黏著組成物之觸變行為,可由加入無機添加劑如燻矽達成。加入無機添加物導致顯著顆粒問題,因為燻矽為固體顆粒而且會影響黏著組成物之光學性能。根據本發明,提供一種具有觸變行為之無顆粒樹脂組成物。本發明組成物包括:a)30至90重量百分比之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯寡聚合物,其分子量大於15000,b)2至40重量百分比之具苯環之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體,c)0.2至10重量百分比之光起始劑。
Description
本發明是有關於一種樹脂組成物,且特別是有關於一種光固化之樹脂組成物。
倘若光固化組成物具有對應之光學特性,其可以被使用在光學組件之應用中,例如為用在觸控面板組件之液體光學透明黏著劑(Liquid optically-clear adhesive)。液體光學透明黏著劑(LOCA)為一種液體基底之接合技術,使用於觸控面板與顯示裝置中,以接合蓋板鏡頭(cover lens)、塑膠或其他光學材料至主要感測單元上或彼此互相接合。黏著劑用以改善裝置之光學特性以及改善其他屬性,例如為耐久性(durability)。
為了生產率,一種低黏度之黏著劑在塗佈時係為必須,不過為更佳之貼合效果,高黏度係為需要。
WO 2012/036980 A2揭露一種黏著組成物,其具有觸變行為(thioxtropic behaviour)。觸變性為一種剪切稀釋能力(shear thinning property)。在靜態條件下濃稠(黏稠)之一些凝膠及流體,在搖動、攪拌或其他應力下將隨著時間流動(變得稀釋,比較不黏稠)。然後要花費一定時間以返回較黏稠之狀態。依據前述文件,該黏著組成物之觸變行為經由加入無機添加劑(如燻矽(fumed silica)來達成。然而,加入無機添加劑導致顯著
顆粒問題,因為燻矽是固體顆粒而且影響黏著組成物之光學性能。
因此本申請之目的在於提供一種具觸變行為之無顆粒液體組成物。
此目的係藉由光固化樹脂組成物來解決,其包括:a)30至90重量百分比之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯寡聚合物(urethane acrylate oligomer),分子量大於15000,b)2至40重量百分比之具苯環之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體((meth)acrylate monomer),c)0.2至10重量百分比之光起始劑,其中該重量比例參考本發明之光固化樹脂之總重量。
令人驚喜地,已得知上述光固化樹脂組成物不加入觸變引發劑(如燻矽)也具有觸變行為。當例如觸變劑不需要時,所發明之光固化樹脂組成物不具有任何顆粒問題,且包括非常良好之光學性能。因為其良好之光學特性,所發明之組成物適合用以光學組件應用中,例如為用於觸控面板組件之液體光學透明黏著劑。
本文所用之詞彙(甲基)丙烯酸酯((meth)acrylate)表示丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯。
該(甲基)丙烯酸酯之苯環包括一或多個不是氫之取代基/基團。
氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯為此領域熟悉技藝者所熟知,其例如可能由二異氰酸酯,較佳由脂肪族二異氰酸酯(aliphatic diisocyanates)與羥基
丙烯酸酯(hydroxyacrlates)之反應所獲得,或例如為由二異氰酸酯,較佳由脂肪族二異氰酸酯與羥基丙烯酸酯以及多元醇之反應所獲得。
較佳之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯,根據本發明可使用例如為來自大阪有機化學工業株式會社(Osaka Organic Chemical Co.,Ltd)之UVA-002以及UVA-004。其他可以使用之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯所提供之分子量為大於15000。
具有苯環之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體可選自下列群組,其包括丙烯酸芐酯(benzyl acrylate)、丙烯酸2-苯氧基乙基酯(phenoxyethyl acrylate)、壬基苯氧基聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(nonylphenoxypolyethylene glycol acrylate)、乙氧基化雙酚A雙丙烯酸酯(ethoxylated bisphenol A diacrylate)、甲基丙烯酸-2-苯氧乙酯(phenoxyethyl methacrylate)、乙氧基化雙酚A二甲基丙烯酸酯(ethoxylated bisphenol A dimethacrylate)、甲基丙烯酸苄酯(benzyl methacrylate)、1-苯乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(1-phenylethyl methacrylate)、2-苯氧乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(2-phenoxyethyl methacrylate)、2-苯乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(2-phenylethyl methacrylate)、3-苯丙基甲基丙烯酸酯(3-phenylpropyl methacrylate)、3-苯丙基丙烯酸酯(3-phenylpropyl acrylate)及2-苯氧乙基丙烯酸酯
(2-phenoxyethyl acrylate)及其組合。使用丙烯酸芐酯作為(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體係為較佳。
而所發明之組成物必須包含至少一具有苯環之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體,根據本發明之組成物可包括一或多個額外之類似單體,舉例而言,異莰基丙烯酸酯(isobornyl acrylate)、4-羥基丁基丙烯酸酯(4-hdroxybutyl acrylate)以及三環癸烷二甲醇二丙烯酸酯(tricylodecane dimethanol diacrylate),其中額外之單體可用以微調所得固化組成物之特性。
根據本發明之組成物包括至少一光起始劑。光起始劑開啟該反應且對於組成物之固化具有很大影響,其中不同種之起始劑具有不同問題與優點。舉例而言,某些光起始劑造成固化之組成物褪色,而有些特別適合於著色系統。
根據本發明,光起始劑較佳選自下列組群,其包括苯基乙醛酸酯(phenylglyoxylates)、α-羥基酮(α-hydroxyketones)、α-胺基酮(α-aminoketones)、二苯乙二酮二甲基縮酮(benzildimethylketal)、單醯基氧化磷(monoacylphosphinoxides)、雙醯基氧化磷(bisacylphosphinoxides)、二苯基酮(benzophenones)、肟酯(oxime esters)、二茂鈦(titanocene)及其組合。
該光固化樹脂組成物較佳包括a)40至80重量百分比之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯寡聚合物,分子量大於15000,b)5至30重量百分比之具苯環之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體((meth)acrylate monomer),c)0.5至6重量百分比之光起始劑。
該光固化樹脂組成物更佳包括a)45至80重量百分比之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯寡聚合物,分子量大於15000,b)5至28重量百分比之具苯環之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體((meth)acrylate monomer),c)0.5至6重量百分比之光起始劑。
該光固化樹脂組成物最佳包括a)50至80重量百分比之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯寡聚合物,具分子量大於15000,b)5至25重量百分比之具苯環之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體((meth)acrylate monomer),c)0.5至6重量百分比之光起始劑。
該光固化樹脂組成物可包括0至40重量百分比,較佳0至30重量百分比之其他成分,例如是變形劑(deformer)、紫外線吸收劑(ultra-violet light absorber)、光穩定劑(light stabilizer)、矽烷偶合劑(silane coupling agent)、抗氧化劑(antioxidant)或其組合。
關於其他成分,該變形劑(消泡劑或抗泡沬劑)較佳為基於矽氧烷和聚合物。該抗氧化劑較佳選自下列群組,其包括酚醛類
(phenolic)、胺類(aminic)、硫類(sulphur-based)抗氧化劑以及多功能抗氧化劑或其組合。該紫外線吸收劑較佳為苯並三唑(benzotriazole)類紫外線吸收劑,且特別為2-(5-叔丁基-2-羥苯基)苯並三唑(2-(5-t-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)benzotriazole)。
本發明之另一態樣是有關於上述光固化樹脂組成物用以接合光學組件之部件之用途。
本發明之另一態樣是有關於上述光固化樹脂組成物用於觸控面板感測組件之用途。
本發明之另一態樣是有關於上述光固化樹脂組成物用於蓋板鏡頭黏著之用途。
本發明之另一態樣是有關於上述光固化樹脂組成物用於直接將該蓋板鏡頭黏著至LCD模組之用途。
最後,本發明之另一態樣是有關於上述光固化樹酯組成物用於液晶顯示器上將觸控螢幕固定在基板上之用途,其中該基板為顯示面板,較佳是選自液晶顯示器(liquid crystal display)、電漿顯示器(plasma display)、發光二極體顯示器(light-emitting diode(LED)display)、電泳顯示器(electrophoretic display)以及陰極射線管顯示器(cathode ray tube display)。

下表1顯示出4種組成物,其在避光下混合所有成分以獲得均質相混合物所製得。
第一個例子包括所發明之組成物之所有必要成分,亦即30至90重量百分比(67.7重量百分比)之分子量大於15000之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯寡聚合物(UVA-002之分子量為20000),2至40重量百分比(15.0重量百分比)之具有苯環(丙烯酸苄酯)之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體,以及0.2至10重量百分比(總共3.5重量百分比)之光起始劑(TPO與Irgacure 184之組合)。
該表也包括三個比較例組成物,其不包括所有之必要成分。
由表2來看,只有根據本發明之組成物表現出顯著增加之觸變比例1.7。根據先前技術之組成物皆表現出觸變比例1.0。
對於黏度以及觸變比例而言(黏度比例為1Sec-1以及10Sec-1剪切速率),根據ASTM D 1084使用HAAKE Reometer。
穿透率以及Y.I(b*)分別根據ASTM E 903以及ASTM D1003以紫外線可見光光譜儀測量。
霧值根據ASTM D 1003以霧值偵測儀測量。
Claims (14)
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之光固化樹脂組成物,其中該氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯寡聚合物為脂肪族氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之光固化樹脂組成物,其中該 光起始劑係選自由苯基乙醛酸酯(phenylglyoxylates)、α-羥基酮(α-hydroxyketones)、α-胺基酮(α-aminoketones)、二苯乙二酮二甲基縮酮(benzildimethylketal)、單醯基氧化磷(monoacylphosphinoxides)、雙醯基氧化磷(bisacylphosphinoxides)、二苯基酮(benzophenones)、肟酯(oxime esters)、二茂鈦(titanocene)及其組合所組成之群組。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項至第3項之任一項所述之光固化樹脂組成物,包括:a)40至80重量百分比之氨基甲酸乙酯丙烯酸酯寡聚合物,具重均分子量(Mw)大於15000,b)5至30重量百分比之具苯環之(甲基)丙烯酸酯單體((meth)acrylate monomer),及,c)0.5至6重量百分比之光起始劑。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項至第3項之任一項所述之光固化樹脂組成物,其中該組成物更包括最高40重量百分比之消泡劑(defoamer)、紫外線吸收劑(ultra-violet light absorber)、光穩定劑(light stabilizer)、矽烷偶合劑(silane coupling agent)、抗氧化劑(antioxidant)或其組合。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項至第3項之任一項所述之光固化樹脂組成物,其中該組成物更包括最高30重量百分比之消泡劑、紫外線吸收劑、光穩定劑、矽烷偶合劑、抗氧化劑或其組合。
- 根據申請專利範圍第5項所述之光固化樹脂組成物,其中該紫外線吸收劑為苯並三唑(benzotriazole)類紫外線吸收劑。
- 根據申請專利範圍第7項所述之光固化樹脂組成物,其包含 2-(5-叔丁基-2-羥基苯基)苯並三唑(2-(5-t-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)benzotriazole)。
- 一種根據申請專利範圍第1項至第3項之任一項所述之光固化樹脂組成物之用途,係用以接合光學組件之部件。
- 一種根據申請專利範圍第1項至第3項之任一項所述之光固化樹脂組成物之用途,係用於觸控面板感測組件。
- 一種根據申請專利範圍第1項至第3項之任一項所述之光固化樹脂組成物之用途,係用於蓋板鏡頭黏著。
- 一種根據申請專利範圍第1項至第3項之任一項所述之光固化樹脂組成物之用途,係用於直接將該蓋板鏡頭黏著至LCD模組。
- 一種根據申請專利範圍第1項至第3項之任一項所述之光固化樹脂組成物之用途,係於液晶顯示器上將觸控螢幕固定在基板上,其中該基板為顯示面板。
- 根據專利申請範圍第13項所述之用途,其中所述顯示面板係選自液晶顯示器(liquid crystal display)、電漿顯示器(plasma display)、發光二極體顯示器(light-emitting diode(LED)display)、電泳顯示器(electrophoretic display)以及陰極射線管顯示器(cathode ray tube display)。
