イソデシルアクリレート、SR−395、サートマー。
ペンタエリスリトールテトラクリレート(多官能モノマー)、SR−295、サートマー。
15%EOEOEAに希釈された脂肪族ウレタンアクリレート、6148J−75、エターナルケミカルカンパニー。
15%HDDAに希釈された脂肪族ウレタンアクリレート、611B−85、エターナルケミカルカンパニー。
イルガキュア(Irgacure)819、ビス−アシルホスフィン光開始剤、チバスペシャリティケミカルズ。
クリスタレックス(Kristalex)3085、炭化水素ロジン、イーストマンケミカルカンパニー。
フォーラル(Foral)85、水素化ロジン、イーストマンケミカルカンパニー。
接着剤組成物を調製し、試験特性の結果を表示する。組成と特性を表1に示す。
Claims (20)
- アクリルポリマーと長鎖アルキルアクリレートモノマーを含む、放射線硬化性ホットメルト接着剤組成物。
- さらに相溶性の粘着性付与剤を含む請求項1記載の組成物。
- 上記アルキルアクリレートモノマーが、ラウリルアクリレート、イソデシレートアクリレート、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される請求項1記載の組成物。
- 光開始剤を含む請求項1記載の組成物。
- 上記光開始剤が上記アクリルポリマーに結合している請求項4記載の組成物。
- 上記アクリルポリマーが、炭素数4から8のアルキルアクリレートからなる請求項5記載の組成物。
- 上記紫外線硬化性アクリルポリマーが、2−エチルヘキシルアクリレートからなる請求項6記載の組成物。
- 上記光開始剤がベンゾフェノン基を含む請求項7記載の組成物。
- さらに、多官能不飽和オリゴマーを含む請求項1記載の組成物。
- 1〜20重量%のアルキルアクリレートモノマーと、0〜30重量%の非反応性の粘着性付与剤と、0〜15重量%の多官能不飽和オリゴマーと、0〜2重量%の添加された光開始剤と、0〜2%の安定化剤を含む請求項5記載の組成物。
- 紫外線照射により硬化された請求項1から10のいずれか一つに記載の組成物。
- 請求項11の硬化されたホットメルト接着剤組成物を含む製造物品。
- 紫外線硬化された感圧性接着剤組成物を含む偏光フィルム。
- 上記接着剤組成物が、紫外線硬化性アクリルポリマーと長鎖アルキルアクリレートモノマーを含む組成物を硬化させることにより作製された、請求項13記載の偏光フィルム。
- 上記組成物が、さらに、相溶性の粘着性付与剤と多官能不飽和オリゴマーを含む請求項14記載の偏光フィルム。
- 上記組成物が、軟化点が約105℃である、水素化ロジンエステル粘着性付与剤を含む請求項15記載の偏光フィルム。
- 上記組成物が、ラウリルアクリレート、イソデシレートアクリレート、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるアルキルアクリレートモノマーを含む請求項16記載の偏光フィルム。
- さらに、剥離ライナーを含む請求項17記載の偏光フィルム。
- 上記接着剤がメルトとして塗布される請求項13から18のいずれか一つに記載の偏光フィルム。
- 上記接着剤が溶液の状態で塗布される請求項13から18のいずれか一つに記載の偏光フィルム。
