Description

運動導引裝置
本發明係關於一種對作業台等之運動進行導引之運動導引裝置。
此種運動導引裝置,具備安裝於基座等之軌道構件、及經由滾珠、輥子等滾動體而可相對移動地組裝於軌道構件且安裝於作業台等的載架(carriage)。於軌道構件形成有滾動體所滾動之滾動體滾動部。於載架形成有與滾動體滾動部對向之負載滾動體滾動部。若載架相對於軌道構件而相對移動,則滾動體係於滾動體滾動部與負載滾動體滾動部之間之負載路徑滾動而運動。
於載架設置有用以使滾動體循環之循環路徑。循環路徑係由負載路徑、平行於負載路徑的返回路徑、連繫於負載滾動體滾動部與返回路徑之大致U字狀之迴轉路徑所構成,而呈軌道狀。若載架相對於軌道構件而相對移動,則滾動體係於循環路徑中循環。
於習知之運動導引裝置中,循環路徑係配置於一平面內。而且,於載架之前視(從載架之相對移動方向觀察)中,循環路徑係配置於滾動體之接觸角之方向(參照專利文獻1)。其係為了確保滾動體與滾動體滾動部之接觸寬度、及滾動體與負載滾動體滾動部之接觸寬度。

然而,於習知之運動導引裝置中,於循環路徑之配置上有上述限制,而有載架大型化之課題。若為了使載架小型化,而於載架之前視時,使循環路徑自滾動體之接觸角之方向錯開,則有滾動體之接觸寬度被犧牲,而運動導引裝置之額定負重及容許負重變小之課題。
於此,本發明之目的在於,提供一種運動導引裝置,其可防止額定負重及容許負重變小,而可使載架小型化。
為了解決上述課題,本發明之一態樣在於,一種運動導引裝置,係具備:軌道構件,其具有滾動體滾動部;載架,其具有與上述滾動體滾動部對向之負載滾動體滾動部、與上述負載滾動體滾動部平行之返回路徑、及連繫於上述負載滾動體滾動部與上述返回路徑之大致U字狀之迴轉路徑;及複數個滾動體,該等係可循環地排列於上述滾動體滾動部與上述負載滾動體滾動部之間之負載路徑、上述返回路徑、及上述迴轉路徑;其中,於自上述負載路徑與上述返回路徑所重疊之方向觀察之側視時,上述迴轉路徑之至少一部分彎曲。
根據本發明,可不犧牲滾動體之接觸寬度,而增加循 環路徑之配置設計之自由度。因此,可防止額定負重及容許負重變小,而可使載架小型化。

以下,根據所附圖式對本發明之實施形態之運動導引裝置進行說明。惟,本發明之運動導引裝置,係能以各種之形態具體化,不限於記載在本說明書之實施形態。本實施形態旨在於,藉由充分揭示說明書之內容,以供本發明領域中具有通常知識者能充分理解發明之範圍。
(第1實施形態)
圖1至圖3係顯示本發明之第1實施形態之運動導引裝置。圖1係運動導引裝置之立體圖(包含一部分剖面圖)。圖2係卸下端板5之狀態之運動導引裝置之前視圖(於載架2之相對移動方向觀察)。圖3係與載架2之相對移動方向正交之運動導引裝置之剖面圖。
再者,於以下之說明中,為了便於說明,將運動導引裝置配置於水平面上,使用對運動導引裝置前視(於載架2之相對移動方向觀察)時之方向,亦即圖1、圖2之上下、左右、前後而說明運動導引裝置之構成。當然,運動導引裝置之配置並不限於此。
如圖1所示,第1實施形態之運動導引裝置係線性導件。符號1係作為軌道構件之導引軌條,符號2係載架,符號6係作為滾動體之滾珠。於載架2之左右係設置有上下2個軌道狀之循環路徑7。循環路徑7合計為4個。於第1實施形態中,為了實現低晃動(waving)與高剛性,於各循環路徑7設置有2個滾珠列6a、6b,合計設置有8個滾珠列6a、6b。
導引軌條1係於前後方向上較長。於導引軌條1之上部之左右係形成有於左右方向上突出之突條11。於導引軌條1,以 夾著突條11之方式在導引軌條1之左右形成有作為上下2個滾動體滾動部之滾珠滾動部12。於各滾珠滾動部12係形成有2條滾珠滾動槽1a,於導引軌條1係形成有合計8條之滾珠滾動槽1a。滾珠滾動槽1a係剖面為由單一之圓弧所形成之圓弧(Circular arc)槽。於導引軌條1係開設有用以將導引軌條1安裝於基座等的通孔1b。
載架2係具備載架本體3、安裝於載架本體3之相對移動方向之兩端面的內板(inner plate)4、及以覆蓋內板4之方式安裝於載架本體3之兩端面的端板5。
如圖3所示,載架本體3係於前視時呈倒U字狀(圖3僅顯示右半部分,載架本體3係左右對稱),其具有與導引軌條1之上面對向之中央部3a、及與導引軌條1之側面對向之左右的袖部3b。於載架本體3之左右的袖部3b係形成有與導引軌條1之滾珠滾動部12對向之上下2個負載滾珠滾動部13。於各負載滾珠滾動部13形成有2條負載滾珠滾動槽3c,於載架本體3形成有合計8條之負載滾珠滾動槽3c。負載滾珠滾動槽3c係剖面為由單一之圓弧所形成之圓弧槽。
載架本體3之負載滾珠滾動部13與導引軌條1之滾珠滾動部12之間係構成負載路徑C1。上側之負載路徑C1之滾珠6之接觸角L1之方向與水平方向L2所成之角度為θ1。下側之負載路徑C1之滾珠6之接觸角L3之方向與水平方向L2所成之角度為θ2。於此,接觸角L1、L3之方向係將滾珠6與滾珠滾動槽1a之接觸點、及滾珠6與負載滾珠滾動槽3c之接觸點連結之線之方向。θ1、θ2係根據載架2所承受之負重之方向而適當地決定。若將θ1、θ2設定為例如45°,則可使載架2均等地承受上下左右4方向之負 重。
再者,亦可將滾珠滾動槽1a及負載滾珠滾動槽3c設為哥德式拱形(Gothic arch)槽。於哥德式拱形槽之情況下,接觸角之方向係將滾珠滾動槽1a之哥德式拱形槽之底、及負載滾珠滾動槽3c之哥德式拱形槽之底連結之線之方向。
如圖3所示,於載架本體3係與負載滾珠滾動部13平行地形成有貫通孔14。於貫通孔14插入有構成返回路徑C2之返回路徑構成構件15。返回路徑C2係於載架本體3之左右的袖部3b上下設置2個,合計設置4個。返回路徑C2係配置於自滾珠6之接觸角L1、L3之方向朝向水平方向L2而偏移之位置。
如圖1及圖2所示,內板4係於前視時呈倒U字狀,其具有與導引軌條1之上面對向之中央部4a、及與導引軌條1之側面對向之左右一對袖部4b。於內板4之袖部4b係形成有連繫負載路徑C1與返回路徑C2之大致U字狀之迴轉路徑C3的內周側。
如圖1所示,端板5亦於前視時呈倒U字狀,其具有與導引軌條1之上面對向之中央部5a、及與導引軌條1之側面對向之左右一對袖部5b。於端板5之袖部5b係形成有大致U字狀之迴轉路徑C3的外周側。迴轉路徑C3係於內板4及端板5之左右的袖部4b、5b上下2個,合計設置4個。
端板5與內板4係藉由螺栓21(參照圖2)而安裝於載架本體3。於端板5及內板4係形成有螺栓用之通孔。使螺栓21通過端板5及內板4之通孔,而將螺栓21旋入於載架本體3,藉此將端板5及內板4安裝於載架本體3。
圖4係顯示循環路徑7之立體圖,圖5係顯示循環路 徑7之3視圖。直線狀之負載路徑C1、直線狀之返回路徑C2、及一對大致U字狀之迴轉路徑C3係構成軌道狀之循環路徑7。循環路徑7係於載架2之左右的袖部上下2個,合計設置4個(參照圖2)。
如圖5(a)所示,負載路徑C1係形成於導引軌條1與載架本體3之間。返回路徑C2係形成於載架本體3。迴轉路徑C3係形成於內板4與端板5之間。在本實施形態中,於循環路徑7排列有2個滾珠列6a、6b,因此循環路徑7係成為上下2段地重疊剖面大致圓形之滾珠循環路徑的形狀。
如圖5(c)所示,於自負載路徑C1與返回路徑C2所重疊之方向觀察之側視時,迴轉路徑C3為彎曲。於側視時,在迴轉路徑C3之中心(滾珠6之移動方向中之迴轉路徑C3之中心)與負載路徑C1及返回路徑C2之間,產生顯示彎曲程度之偏移A。其結果,如圖5(b)所示,於前視時,迴轉路徑C3係呈凸狀地彎曲。再者,所謂自負載路徑C1與返回路徑C2所重疊之方向觀察之側視係指,自右斜上方向(箭頭V1之方向)觀察圖3之上側之負載路徑C1及返回路徑C2,而自右斜下方向(箭頭V2之方向)觀察圖3之下側之負載路徑C1及返回路徑C2。
如圖2所示,上側之迴轉路徑C3係朝上呈凸狀地彎曲,下側之迴轉路徑C3係朝下呈凸狀地彎曲。上側之迴轉路徑C3與下側之迴轉路徑C3係於左右方向(寬度方向)之中央部最為遠離。於上側之迴轉路徑C3之寬度方向之中央部與下側之上述迴轉路徑C3之寬度方向之中央部之間係配置有端板5之安裝用螺栓21。
如圖6所示,保持帶22係具備帶狀之帶本體22a、及 介存於滾珠6之間而一體地形成於帶本體22a的複數個間隔件22b。在該實施形態中,於保持帶22保持有2個滾珠列6a、6b。一側之滾珠列6a與另一側之滾珠列6b係偏移半節距相位。
如圖2所示,於載架本體3設置有對負載路徑C1中之保持帶22進行保持‧導引的保持部23a、23b、23c。圖2之符號5係後側之端板。如圖3所示,於載架本體3之返回路徑構成構件15係設置有導引返回路徑C2中之保持帶22的導引槽15a。於內板4與端板5之間係設置有導引迴轉路徑C3中之保持帶22的導引槽。
如圖3所示,於載架2之剖視時,負載路徑C1中之保持帶22與返回路徑C2中之保持帶22係呈八字狀展開。這是因為,為了確保在負載路徑C1中之滾珠6的接觸寬度,故而與接觸角L1、L3之方向垂直地配置保持帶22,再者且為了將載架2設為小型化,故而將返回路徑C2配置於自接觸角L1、L3之方向朝水平方向L2偏移之位置。
圖7係顯示呈八字狀展開之保持帶22之立體圖,圖8係顯示呈八字狀展開之保持帶22之3視圖。如圖7所示,若將帶狀之保持帶22彎曲成大致U字狀而呈八字狀展開,則如圖8(c)之側視圖所示,保持帶22之迴轉部22c係朝向展開之方向P而自然地彎曲。該狀態係產生應力為最小之無負擔之狀態。於保持帶22之迴轉部22c之中心(保持帶22之迴轉部22c之長度方向之中心)與呈八字狀展開之保持帶22之直線部分22d之間係產生顯示彎曲程度之偏移A。如圖5(c)所示,迴轉路徑C3亦配合保持帶22之彎曲而朝呈八字狀展開之側進行彎曲,迴轉路徑C3之偏移A係與保持帶22之迴轉部22c之偏移A一致。
根據本實施形態之運動導引裝置,實現如下之功效。由於在負載路徑C1與返回路徑C2所重疊之側視時,迴轉路徑C3彎曲(參照圖5(c)),因此不會犧牲滾珠6與滾珠滾動槽1a之接觸寬度、及滾珠6與負載滾珠滾動槽3c之接觸寬度,而可將返回路徑C2配置於自滾珠6之接觸角L1、L3之方向朝水平方向L2偏移之位置(參照圖3)。因此,可防止額定負重及容許負重變小之情形,並可使載架2小型化。此外,在同等尺寸之運動導引裝置中,可將額定負重及容許負重設為較大。
由於將保持帶22呈八字狀展開,於側視時,使迴轉路徑C3朝保持帶22呈八字狀展開之側P彎曲(參照圖5(c)、圖8(c)),因此可使迴轉路徑C3之彎曲配合保持帶22之彎曲,而可使保持帶22無負擔地迴轉。
由於保持帶22保持2個以上之滾珠列6a、6b,因此可使在負載路徑C1與返回路徑C2展開成八字狀之保持帶22之姿勢穩定(參照圖3),而可防止或減低保持帶22於導引槽滑動之情形。
由於在前視時,上側之迴轉路徑C3係朝上呈凸狀地彎曲,下側之迴轉路徑C3係朝下呈凸狀地彎曲(參照圖2),因此可使運動導引裝置更為小型化。
由於上側之迴轉路徑C3與下側之迴轉路徑C3係於左右方向(寬度方向)之中央部最為遠離(參照圖2),因此可於該等中央部之間配置端板5之安裝用螺栓21,再者且可將螺栓21設為更大之尺寸。一般而言,就生產性及功能性之方面來看,端板5係使用樹脂製之大致板狀的物品。由於以有限數量之螺栓21將端板5固定於金屬製之載架本體3,因此具有端板5之自螺栓21之位置所 離開之部分係存在有與載架本體3之密著性差之虞。習知之端板5之安裝用之螺栓21’係不得不配置在相對於迴轉路徑C3而偏離之位置,但藉由將螺栓21配置於迴轉路徑C3之左右方向之中央部,而可使端板5與載架本體3之密著性提升。
(第2實施形態)
圖9係顯示本發明之第2實施形態之運動導引裝置。圖9係顯示卸下端板5之狀態之運動導引裝置之前視圖。
第2實施形態之運動導引裝置亦具備作為軌道構件之導引軌條1、可相對移動地組裝於導引軌條1的載架2、及介存於導引軌條1與載架2之間之作為滾動體之滾珠6。於載架2之左右係設置有上下2個軌道狀之循環路徑7。
在第2實施形態中,於循環路徑7排列有一個滾珠列之方面上係與第1實施形態不同。於導引軌條1之各滾珠滾動部係形成有1條滾珠滾動槽1a,而於導引軌條1形成有合計4條滾珠滾動槽1a。於載架本體3之各負載滾珠滾動部係形成有1條負載滾珠滾動槽,而於載架本體3形成有合計4條負載滾珠滾動槽。由於導引軌條1、載架本體3、內板4之其他構成係與第1實施形態大致相同,故而附加相同符號而省略其說明。
圖10係顯示循環路徑7之3視圖。直線狀之負載路徑C1、直線狀之返回路徑C2、一對大致U字狀之迴轉路徑C3係構成軌道狀之循環路徑7。如圖10(c)所示,於自負載路徑C1與返回路徑C2所重疊之方向觀察之側視時,迴轉路徑C3為彎曲。於側視時,在迴轉路徑C3之中心(滾珠6之移動方向中之迴轉路徑C3之中心)與負載路徑C1及返回路徑C2之間,產生顯示彎曲程度之 偏移B。其結果,如圖10(b)所示,於前視時,迴轉路徑C3係呈凸狀地彎曲。
如圖9所示,上側之迴轉路徑C3係朝上呈凸狀地彎曲,下側之迴轉路徑C3係朝下呈凸狀地彎曲。上側之迴轉路徑C3與下側之迴轉路徑C3係於左右方向(寬度方向)之中央部最為遠離。於上側之迴轉路徑C3之寬度方向之中央部與下側之迴轉路徑C3之寬度方向之中央部之間係配置有端板5之安裝用螺栓21。
圖11係顯示呈八字狀展開之保持帶之3視圖。如圖11所示,若將帶狀之保持帶22彎曲成大致U字狀而呈八字狀展開,則如圖11(c)之側視圖所示,保持帶22之迴轉部22c係朝向展開之側P而自然地彎曲。於保持帶22之迴轉部22c之中心(保持帶22之迴轉部22c之長度方向之中心)與呈八字狀展開之直線部分22d之間係產生顯示彎曲程度之偏移B。如圖10(c)所示,迴轉路徑C3亦配合保持帶22之彎曲而朝呈八字狀展開之側進行彎曲,迴轉路徑C3之偏移B係與保持帶22之迴轉部22c之偏移B一致。
由於即便在第2實施形態中,在負載路徑C1與返回路徑C2所重疊之側視時,迴轉路徑C3彎曲(參照圖10(c)),因此不會犧牲滾珠6與滾珠滾動槽1a之接觸寬度、及滾珠6與負載滾珠滾動槽之接觸寬度,而可將返回路徑C2配置於自滾珠6之接觸角之方向朝水平方向偏移之位置(參照圖9)。因此,可防止運動導引裝置之額定負重及容許負重變小之情形,而可使載架2小型化。
由於將保持帶22呈八字狀展開,於側視時,使迴轉路徑C3朝保持帶22呈八字狀展開之側彎曲(參照圖10(c)、圖11(c)),因此可使迴轉路徑C3之彎曲配合保持帶22之彎曲,而可 使保持帶22無負擔地迴轉。
再者,本發明並不限於上述實施形態,在不變更本發明之主旨之範圍內即可進行各種變更。
於第1及第2實施形態之運動導引裝置中,可省略保持滾珠之保持帶。亦即,本發明亦可應用於全滾珠型之運動導引裝置。
於第1及第2實施形態之運動導引裝置中,在側視時,迴轉路徑之整體彎曲,但亦可僅使迴轉路徑之一部分彎曲。
作為滾動體,亦可使用輥子而取代滾珠。除了線性導件以外,本發明亦可應用於滾珠花鍵(ball spline)。
本說明書係基於2017年4月7日提出申請之日本專利特願2017-076500號。其內容全部包含於本說明書。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種運動導引裝置,其具備有:軌道構件,其具有滾動體滾動部;載架,其具有與上述滾動體滾動部對向之負載滾動體滾動部、與上述負載滾動體滾動部平行之返回路徑、及連繫於上述負載滾動體滾動部與上述返回路徑之大致U字狀之迴轉路徑;以及複數個滾動體,其等可循環地被排列於上述滾動體滾動部與上述負載滾動體滾動部之間之負載路徑、上述返回路徑、及上述迴轉路徑;其中,上述滾動體藉由保持帶所保持,上述保持帶具備有1個帶狀之帶本體、及介存於上述滾動體之間而一體地被形成於上述帶本體之複數個間隔件,於與上述載架之相對移動方向正交之剖視時,上述負載路徑中之上述保持帶與上述返回路徑中之上述保持帶呈八字狀地展開,於自上述負載路徑與上述返回路徑重疊之方向所觀察之側視時,上述迴轉路徑之至少一部分與上述保持帶之一部分,朝向上述保持帶之呈上述八字狀地展開之側彎曲。
  2. 如請求項1之運動導引裝置,其中,於上述保持帶保持有2行以上之上述滾動體。
  3. 如請求項1或2之運動導引裝置,其中,於將上述運動導引裝置配置在水平面之狀態之上述載架之前視時,在上述載架之左右設置有上下2個之上述迴轉路徑,上側之上述迴轉路徑朝上呈凸狀地彎曲,而下側之上述迴轉路徑朝下呈凸狀地彎曲。
  4. 如請求項3之運動導引裝置,其中,上述上側之上述迴轉路徑與上述下側之上述迴轉路徑,其寬度方向之中央部最為遠離,於上述上側之上述迴轉路徑與上述下側之上述迴轉路徑之間,配置有形成上述迴轉路徑之外周側的端板之安裝用螺栓。
