背景技术
这种运动引导装置包括安装于底座等的轨道构件和滑架,该滑架借助滚珠、辊等滚动体以能够相对于轨道构件相对移动的方式组装在轨道构件上,并安装在工作台等上。轨道构件形成供滚动体滚行的滚动体滚行部。滑架形成与滚动体滚行部相对的负载滚动体滚行部。在滑架相对于轨道构件相对移动时,滚动体在滚动体滚行部与负载滚动体滚行部之间的负载通道上滚动运动。

为了解决上述课题,本发明的一方案是一种运动引导装置,其包括:轨道构件,其具有滚动体滚行部;滑架,其具有与所述滚动体滚行部相对的负载滚动体滚行部、与所述负载滚动体滚行部平行的返回通道以及与所述负载滚动体滚行部及所述返回通道相连的大致U字状的转向通道;以及多个滚动体,它们以能够循环的方式排列在所述滚动体滚行部与所述负载滚动体滚行部之间的负载通道、所述返回通道及所述转向通道中,在所述运动引导装置中,在从所述负载通道与所述返回通道重合的方向观察的侧面观察时,所述转向通道的至少一部分弯曲。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够不牺牲滚动体的接触宽度而提高循环通道的配置设计的自由度。因此,能够防止额定载荷及容许载荷减小且能够使滑架紧凑。

(第一实施方式)
图1至图3示出本发明第一实施方式的运动引导装置。图1是运动引导装置的立体图(包含部分剖面图)。图2将端板5拆下后的状态的运动引导装置的主视图(从滑架2的相对移动方向观察)。图3是与滑架2的相对移动方向正交的运动引导装置的剖视图。
需要说明的是,在以下的说明中,为了便于说明,使用将运动引导装置配置在水平面上且正面观察(从滑架2的相对移动方向观察)运动引导装置时的方向即图1、图2的上下、左右、前后来说明运动引导装置的构成。当然,运动引导装置的配置不限于此。
如图1所示,第一实施方式的运动引导装置是线性引导件。附图标记1是轨道构件作为的引导导轨,附图标记2是滑架,附图标记6是作为滚动体的滚珠。在滑架2的左右设有上下两条跑道状的循环通道7。循环通道7合计是4条。在第一实施方式中,为了实现低波动和高刚性,各循环通道7设有两个滚珠列6a、6b,合计8个滚珠列6a、6b。
引导导轨1在前后方向上较长。在引导导轨1的上部左右形成有沿左右方向突出的突条11。在引导导轨1上,以夹着突条11的方式,在其左右形成有作为上下两条滚动体滚行部的滚珠滚行部12。在各滚珠滚行部12形成有2条滚珠滚行槽1a,在引导导轨1上合计形成有8条滚珠滚行槽1a。滚珠滚行槽1a是由截面为单一圆弧构成的单圆弧槽。在引导导轨1上开设用于将引导导轨1向底座等安装的通孔1b。
滑架2包括:滑架主体3;内板4,其安装在滑架主体3的相对移动方向的两端面;以及端板5,其以覆盖内板4的方式安装在滑架主体3的两端面。
如图3所示,滑架主体3包括:中央部3a,其在正面观察时呈倒U字状(图3仅示出右半部分,滑架主体3为左右对称),与引导导轨1的上表面相对;以及左右的套筒部3b,其与引导导轨1的侧面相对。在滑架主体3的左右的套筒部3b形成与引导导轨1的滚珠滚行部12相对的上下两条负载滚珠滚行部13。在各负载滚珠滚行部13形成2条负载滚珠滚行槽3c,在滑架主体3上形成合计8条负载滚珠滚行槽3c。负载滚珠滚行槽3c是由截面为单一圆弧构成的单圆弧槽。
滑架主体3的负载滚珠滚行部13与引导导轨1的滚珠滚行部12之间构成负载通道C1。上侧的负载通道C1的滚珠6的接触角L1的方向与水平方向L2所成的角度是θ1。下侧的负载通道C1的滚珠6的接触角L3的方向与水平方向L2所成的角度是θ2。在此,接触角L1、L3的方向是连结滚珠6与滚珠滚行槽1a的接触点和滚珠6与负载滚珠滚行槽3c的接触点的线的方向。θ1、θ2根据滑架2承受的载荷的方向适当决定。θ1、θ2例如若设定为45°,则滑架2均匀地承受上下左右4个方向的载荷。
需要说明的是,也可以使滚珠滚行槽1a及负载滚珠滚行槽3c形成为尖拱形槽。在尖拱形槽的情况下,接触角的方向是连结滚珠滚行槽1a的尖拱形槽的底与负载滚珠滚行槽3c的尖拱形槽的底的线的方向。

端板5和内板4通过螺栓21(参照图2)安装在滑架主体3上。在端板5及内板4上形成螺栓用的通孔。螺栓21穿过端板5及内板4的通孔并拧入滑架主体3,从而将端板5及内板4安装于滑架主体3。
图4示出循环通道7的立体图,图5示出循环通道7的3面图。直线状的负载通道C1、直线状的返回通道C2及一对大致U字状的转向通道C3构成跑道状的循环通道7。循环通道7在滑架2的左右的套筒部上下设有两条,合计设有4条(参照图2)。
如图5的(a)所示,负载通道C1形成在引导导轨1与滑架主体3之间。返回通道C2形成在滑架主体3上。转向通道C3形成在内板4与端板5之间。在本实施方式中,在循环通道7中排列两个滚珠列6a、6b,因此循环通道7成为截面大致圆状的滚珠循环通道上下两层重叠的形状。
如图5的(c)所示,在从负载通道C1与返回通道C2重合的方向观察的侧面观察时,转向通道C3弯曲。在侧面观察时,在转向通道C3的中心(转向通道C3在滚珠6移动方向上的中心)与负载通道C1及返回通道C2之间,产生表示弯曲程度的偏移A。其结果,如图5的(b)所示,在正面观察时,转向通道C3以凸状弯曲。需要说明的是,从负载通道C1与返回通道C2重合的方向观察的侧面观察,是指从右斜上方向(箭头V1的方向)观察图3的上侧的负载通道C1及返回通道C2,从右斜下方向(箭头V2的方向)观察图3的下侧的负载通道C1及返回通道C2。

如图6所示,保持带22具备带状的带主体22a和夹设在滚珠6之间并与带主体22a一体形成的多个间隔件22b。在本实施方式中,保持带22保持两个滚珠列6a、6b。一个滚珠列6a与另一滚珠列6b错开一半间距相位。
如图2所示,在滑架主体3中设置对负载通道C1中的保持带22进行保持、引导的保持部23a、23b、23c。图2的附图标记5是背面侧的端板。如图3所示,在滑架主体3的返回通道结构构件15上设有对返回通道C2中的保持带22进行引导的引导槽15a。在内板4与端板5之间设有对转向通道C3中的保持带22进行引导的引导槽。
如图3所示,在滑架2的截面观察时,负载通道C1中的保持带22与返回通道C2中的保持带22以ハ状张开。这是由于,为了确保负载通道C1中的滚珠6的接触宽度,将保持带22与接触角L1、L3的方向垂直配置,且为了使滑架2紧凑,将返回通道C2配置在从接触角L1、L3的方向朝向水平方向L2偏移的位置。
图7示出以ハ状张开的保持带22的立体图,图8示出以ハ状张开的保持带22的3面图。如图7所示,若将带状的保持带22以大致U字状弯曲并以ハ状张开,则如图8的(c)的侧视图所示,保持带22的转向部22c朝向张开方向P自然弯曲。该状态为产生应力最小的无约束状态。在保持带22的转向部22c的中心(保持带22的转向部22c的长度方向的中心)与保持带22的以ハ状张开后的直线部分22d之间,产生表示弯曲程度的偏移A。如图5的(c)所示,转向通道C3也配合保持带22的弯曲而朝向ハ状张开一侧弯曲,转向通道C3的偏移A与保持带22的转向部22c的偏移A一致。
根据本实施方式的运动引导装置具有以下效果。在负载通道C1与返回通道C2重合的侧面观察时,转向通道C3弯曲(参照图5的(c)),因此,无需牺牲滚珠6与滚珠滚行槽1a的接触宽度及滚珠6与负载滚珠滚行槽3c的接触宽度,能够将返回通道C2配置在从滚珠6的接触角L1、L3的方向朝向水平方向L2偏移的位置(参照图3)。因此,能够防止额定载荷及容许载荷减小,使滑架2紧凑。另外,能够增大相同尺寸的运动引导装置的额定载荷及容许载荷。
使保持带22以ハ状张开,在侧面观察时,使转向通道C3朝向保持带22以ハ状张开的方向P弯曲(参照图5的(c)、图8的(c)),因此能够使转向通道C3的弯曲与保持带22的弯曲匹配,无约束地使保持带22转向。
保持带22保持两个以上的滚珠列6a、6b,因此能够在负载通道C1和返回通道C2中使以ハ状张开的保持带22的姿势稳定(参照图3),能够防止或减轻保持带22在引导槽中滑动。
在正面观察时,上侧的转向通道C3向上呈凸状弯曲且下侧的转向通道C3向下呈凸状弯曲(参照图2),因此能够使运动引导装置更加紧凑。
上侧的转向通道C3与下侧的转向通道C3的左右方向(宽度方向)的中央部分离最远(参照图2),因此能够在二者的中央部之间配置端板5的安装用螺栓21,且能够使螺栓21尺寸更大。通常,考虑生产性及功能性,端板5使用树脂制的大致板形状构造。但由于以有限数量的螺栓21将端板5固定于金属制的滑架主体3,因此存在端板5的远离螺栓21位置的部分与滑架主体3的密合性差的可能性。以往的端板5的安装用螺栓21'不得不配置在相对于转向通道C3偏移的位置,但通过将螺栓21配置在转向通道C3的左右方向的中央部,能够提高端板5与滑架主体3的密合性。
(第二实施方式)
图9示出本发明第二实施方式的运动引导装置。图9示出将端板5拆下后的状态的运动引导装置的主视图。
第二实施方式的运动引导装置也具备:作为轨道构件的引导导轨1;以能够相对于引导导轨1相对移动的方式组装在引导导轨1上的滑架2;以及夹设在引导导轨1与滑架2之间的作为滚动体的滚珠6。在滑架2的左右设有上下两条跑道状的循环通道7。
在第二实施方式中,在循环通道7中排列1个滚珠列,这一点与第一实施方式不同。引导导轨1的各滚珠滚行部形成有1条滚珠滚行槽1a,在引导导轨1上形成合计4条滚珠滚行槽1a。在滑架主体3的各负载滚珠滚行部形成有1条负载滚珠滚行槽,在滑架主体3上形成合计4条负载滚珠滚行槽。引导导轨1、滑架主体3、内板4的其他结构与第一实施方式大致相同,因此标注相同的附图标记并省略且说明。
图10示出循环通道7的3面图。直线状的负载通道C1、直线状的返回通道C2、一对大致U字状的转向通道C3构成跑道状的循环通道7。如图10的(c)所示,在从负载通道C1与返回通道C2重合的方向观察的侧面观察时,转向通道C3弯曲。在侧面观察时,转向通道C3的中心(转向通道C3在滚珠6移动方向上的中心)与负载通道C1及返回通道C2之间产生表示弯曲程度的偏移B。其结果,如图10的(b)所示,在正面观察时,转向通道C3以凸状弯曲。
如图9所示,上侧的转向通道C3向上呈凸状弯曲且下侧的转向通道C3向下呈凸状弯曲。上侧的转向通道C3与下侧的转向通道C3在左右方向(宽度方向)的中央部分离最远。在上侧的转向通道C3的宽度方向的中央部与下侧的转向通道C3的宽度方向的中央部之间,配置有端板5的安装用螺栓21。
图11示出以ハ状张开的保持带的3面图。如图11所示,若使带状的保持带22以大致U字状弯曲并以ハ状张开,则如图11(c)的侧视图所示,保持带22的转向部22c朝向张开方向P自然弯曲。在保持带22的转向部22c的中心(保持带22的转向部22c的长度方向的中心)与以ハ状张开的直线部分22d之间产生表示弯曲程度的偏移B。如图10的(c)所示,转向通道C3也配合保持带22的弯曲朝向以ハ状张开一侧弯曲,转向通道C3的偏移B与保持带22的转向部22c的偏移B一致。
在第二实施方式中也同样地,在负载通道C1与返回通道C2重合的侧面观察时,转向通道C3弯曲(参照图10的(c)),因此,能够不牺牲滚珠6与滚珠滚行槽1a的接触宽度及滚珠6与负载滚珠滚行槽的接触宽度,将返回通道C2配置在从滚珠6的接触角的方向朝向水平方向偏移的位置(按照图9)。因此,能够防止运动引导装置的额定载荷及容许载荷减小,且能够使滑架2紧凑。
由于使保持带22以ハ状张开,且在侧面观察时使转向通道C3向保持带22以ハ状张开的一侧弯曲(按照图10的(c)、图11(c)),因此能够使转向通道C3的弯曲与保持带22的弯曲一致,使保持带22无约束地转向。
需要说明的是,本发明不限于上述实施方式,能够在不变更本发明主旨的范围内实施多种变更。
在第一及第二实施方式的运动引导装置中,能够省略保持滚珠的保持带。即,本发明也能够应用于全滚珠型的运动引导装置。
在第一及第二实施方式的运动引导装置中,在侧面观察时,转向通道的整体弯曲,但也可以仅使转向通道的一部分弯曲。
作为滚动体,也可以取代滚珠而使用辊。本发明不仅能够应用于线性引导件,也能够应用于滚珠花键。

Claims (5)

1.一种运动引导装置,其具备:
轨道构件,其具有滚动体滚行部;
滑架,其具有与所述滚动体滚行部相对的负载滚动体滚行部、与所述负载滚动体滚行部平行的返回通道以及与所述负载滚动体滚行部及所述返回通道相连的大致U字状的转向通道;以及
多个滚动体,它们以能够循环的方式排列在所述滚动体滚行部与所述负载滚动体滚行部之间的负载通道、所述返回通道及所述转向通道中,
其中,
在从所述负载通道与所述返回通道重合的方向观察的侧面观察时,所述转向通道的至少一部分弯曲。
2.根据权利要求1所述的运动引导装置,其中,
所述滚动体由保持带保持,
在沿与所述滑架的相对移动方向正交的截面观察时,所述负载通道中的所述保持带与所述返回通道中的所述保持带以ハ状张开,
所述转向通道朝向所述保持带以所述ハ状张开的方向弯曲。
3.根据权利要求2所述的运动引导装置,其中,
在所述保持带保持两列以上的所述滚动体。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的运动引导装置,其中,
在将所述运动引导装置配置在水平面的状态的所述滑架的正面观察时,在所述滑架的左右设有上下两条所述转向通道,上侧的所述转向通道向上呈凸状弯曲,下侧的所述转向通道向下呈凸状弯曲。
5.根据权利要求4所述的运动引导装置,其中,
所述上侧的所述转向通道与所述下侧的所述转向通道在宽度方向的中央部分离最远,
在所述上侧的所述转向通道与所述下侧的所述转向通道之间,配置有形成所述转向通道的外周侧的端板的安装用螺栓。
