Abstract

Description
本發明係有關產生用於可稽核裝置的稽核軌跡的系統及方法。
用於從可穿戴攝像機收集數位視訊資料的現存系統具有過多的技術缺點,特別是當在執法環境中使用時。用於執法的可穿戴攝像機需要長的電池壽命用以持續度過整個輪班。然而,監視以這類攝像機進行的活動以為了確保由攝像機所記錄的任何視訊之一連串監護能被證明地建立以及為了確保由攝像機所記錄的任何視訊係最終被上傳至用於儲存的證據管理系統亦為理想的。因為攝像機需求最小電力消耗且對證據管理系統僅具有間竭的連接性(若有任何一點的話),故技術障礙存在於以能提供可靠的連鎖監護資訊及同時維護電池壽命的方式從可穿戴攝像機收集資料中。

本揭露之實施例解決了上面所介紹的技術問題以及其它的問題。在一些實施例中,提供了像是可稽核攝像機的可稽核裝置。可稽核裝置保留經數位簽章且儲存在該裝置上的稽核軌跡資料,直到其能被上傳至證據管理系統為止。當對證據管理系統之間竭的資料連接係可利用時,可稽核裝置將緊急事件之記錄傳送至證據管理系統,使得盡管缺乏對裝置之持續資料連接性,證據管理系統被通知以預期與該事件關聯的進一步資料。藉由使用這些及其它技術,能克服上面介紹的技術問題。

Claims (22)
- 一種可稽核攝像機,包含:視訊感測器;視訊資料存放區,組態以儲存由該視訊感測器所產生的視訊資料;稽核軌跡資料存放區,組態以儲存與儲存在該視訊資料存放區中的該視訊資料分開的成組的可稽核事件項目;稽核軌跡採集引擎,組態以:反應於接收由該可稽核攝像機之組件所報導的事件之通知,創建代表在該稽核軌跡資料存放區中該事件的可稽核事件項目,其中:該通知包括在創建該可稽核事件項目之前從該組件接收的信號,該信號指示該事件;及該可稽核事件項目包括源自於該信號的內部組件資訊;及稽核軌跡報導引擎,組態以:將來自該稽核軌跡資料存放區的一或多個可稽核事件項目傳送到證據管理系統。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項的可稽核攝像機,更包含短範圍無線介面,其中該稽核軌跡報導引擎係組態以:接收緊急可稽核事件項目已被記錄在該稽核軌跡資料存放區中的通知;經由該短範圍無線介面建立與協調器計算裝置的通訊通道;及傳送該緊急可稽核事件項目到該協調器計算裝置,其中該協調器計算裝置由使用者所攜載且組態以與該可稽核攝像機通訊。

- 如申請專利範圍第4項的可稽核攝像機,其中該攝像機係組態以經由該實體基座介面傳送來自該視訊資料存放區的視訊資料到該證據管理伺服器。
- 如申請專利範圍第1~3項之任一項的可稽核攝像機,更包含至少一實體人機界面裝置,其中該稽核軌跡採集引擎係組態以利用該實體人機界面裝置在該稽核軌跡資料存放區中將互動記錄為可稽核事件。
- 如申請專利範圍第1~3項之任一項的可稽核攝像機,更包含:憑證資料存放區,組態以儲存一或多個數位簽章憑證;及稽核軌跡簽章引擎,組態以使用在該憑證資料存放區中的該數位簽章憑證來將數位簽名施用至在該稽核軌跡資料存放區中的可稽核項目。
- 如申請專利範圍第1~3項之任一項的可稽核攝像機,其中該事件包括開始記錄事件、停止記錄事件、暫停記錄事件、按鈕按壓事件、電池故障事件、硬體故障事件、電池充電狀態臨界事件、儲存錯誤、剩餘儲存臨界事件、經由無線介面的互動事件、經由實體基座介面的互動事件、實體運動事件、環境事件、地理圍欄事件、落下事件及除錯事件之其中至少一者。
- 一種協調器計算裝置,包含:短範圍無線介面;長範圍無線介面;可稽核裝置通訊引擎,組態以:經由該短範圍無線介面在該協調器計算裝置與可稽核裝置之間建立短範圍通訊通道,其中該可稽核裝置維護稽核資料;及經由該短範圍通訊通道從該可稽核裝置接收可稽核事件項目,其中該可稽核事件項目包括在該可稽核裝置上稽核的僅內部組件資訊之子集,並且在該可稽核裝置已判斷在該可稽核事件項目中指示的事件是否為緊急事件或非緊急事件之後,在該可稽核裝置通訊引擎處接收該可稽核事件項目;以及系統通訊引擎,組態以:經由該長範圍無線介面在該協調器計算裝置與證據管理系統之間建立長範圍通訊通道,其中該證據管理系統組態以收集由該可稽核裝置產生的資訊;及經由該長範圍通訊通道傳送該可稽核事件項目到該證據管理系統。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項的協調器計算裝置,更包含人機界面裝置,其組態以提出用於接收來自使用者的資訊的介面來與藉由該系統通訊引擎傳送到該證據管理系統的可稽核事件項目關聯。
- 如申請專利範圍第9~10項之任一項的協調器計算裝置,更包含GPS感測器,其中該系統通訊引擎更組態以將從該GPS感測器獲得的位置資訊傳送到該證據管理系統或該可稽核裝置以與可稽核事件項目關聯。

- 一種證據管理系統,包含:視訊資料存放區,組態以儲存從複數個可穿戴攝像機接收的視訊資料;稽核軌跡資料存放區,組態以儲存由該複數個可穿戴攝像機產生的複數個可稽核事件項目;及至少一計算裝置,組態以提供:資料採集引擎組態以:接收來自複數個可穿戴攝像機的視訊資料且儲存該視訊資料於該視訊資料存放區;及接收由該複數個可穿戴攝像機產生的與該視訊資料分開的可稽核事件項目,該可稽核事件項目包括內部組件資訊,並且儲存該可稽核事件項目於該稽核軌跡資料存放區中;以及從該稽核軌跡資料存放區判斷一或多個可稽核事件項目,其在該視訊資料存放區中不具有關聯的視訊資料;以及人機界面引擎,組態以基於由該資料採集引擎判斷在該視訊資料存放區中不具有關聯的視訊資料的該一或多個可稽核事件項目來產生警報。
- 如申請專利範圍第15項的證據管理系統,更包含可稽核裝置資料存放區,其組態以儲存與該複數個可穿戴攝像機之各個可穿戴攝像機關聯的識別資訊。
- 如申請專利範圍第15~16項之任一項的證據管理系統,更包含電腦輔助分派系統介面,其組態從電腦輔助分派系統接收事故資訊;其中該資料採集引擎更組態以:基於由該電腦輔助分派系統介面接收的該事故資訊更新在該視訊資料存放區中的視訊資料。
