Description

產生偏壓力量的連接器
本發明係關於一種使用於同軸電纜通訊應用的連接器，且更具體而言係一種具有偏壓構件的連接器之具體實施例，其係用於維持通過連接器的連續性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種附接至一同軸電纜之連接器，該同軸電纜包括一中心導體；一介電層，其係包圍該中心導體；以及一外部導體，其係包圍該介電層，該連接器包含：一柱部分，其具有一第一端、一第二端及一凸緣，該柱部分係配置成接收該中心導體，當該連接器係完全地繃緊於一介面埠上時，與該外部導體造成電氣接觸，以及與該介面埠造成電氣接觸；一耦合部分，其係配置成嚙合該柱部分，當該耦合部分嚙合該介面埠時，該耦合部分具有一向後面對的耦合表面，該耦合表面係相對於遠離該介面埠的一向後方向，且該耦合部分進一步包含一內部唇緣；以及一本體部分，當該連接器係位於一組裝狀態時，該本體部分係配置成嚙合該柱部分，該本體部分包含：一整體連續性部分，其係包含一向前面對的本體表面，該本體表面係相對於朝向該介面埠的一向前方向，當該連接器係被組裝以及當該耦合部分嚙合該介面埠時，該向前面對的本體表面係配置成對該向後面對的耦合表面施加一偏壓力量，藉此在該連接器的操作期間維持該耦合部分的內部唇緣與該柱部分的凸緣之間持續的物理及電氣接觸；以及一溝槽部分，其係配置成允許該整體連續性部分沿著一軸向方向撓曲。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器，其中該耦合部分係配置成在一第一位置與一第二位置之間移動，於該第一位置該耦合部分係繃緊於該介面埠上、該柱部分並未接觸該介面埠，於該第二位置該耦合部分係繃緊於該介面埠上、該柱部分係接觸該介面埠，該第二位置係軸向地與該第一位置間隔，且該偏壓力量係足以維持持續的物理及電氣接觸，即使該柱部分並未與該介面埠接觸。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之連接器，其中當該耦合部分係位於該第一位置時，該連接器係位於一部分繃緊位置，以及其中當該耦合部分係位於該第二位置時，該連接器係位於一完全繃緊位置。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器，其中當該偏壓力量係對該耦合部分施加時，該耦合部分係可相對於該柱部分轉動。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器，其中該向後面對的耦合表面包含一徑向接觸表面。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器，其中當該連接器係安裝於該介面埠上時，該柱部分的凸緣包含一成角度之向後面對的柱表面，其係相對於遠離該介面埠的向後方向，以及該耦合部分的內部唇緣包含一互補之成角度之向前面對的耦合表面，其係相對於朝向該介面埠的向前方向。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器，其中該整體連續性部分係與該本體部分形成一單一的結構。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之連接器，其中該整體連續性部分包含一第二部分，當該連接器係位於該組裝狀態時，其係配置成自該本體部分延伸。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器，其中該偏壓力量係選自由一彈簧力及一推動力所組成之群組。

  11. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器，其中該整體連續性部分包含一彈簧特徵。
  12. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器，其中該整體連續性部分係由實質上非金屬、非導電材料所構成。
  13. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器，其中該整體連續性部分與該溝槽部分運作，以允許該撓曲，藉此對該柱部分偏壓該耦合部分。
  14. 一種同軸電纜連接器，包含：一耦合部分，其係配置成嚙合一介面埠，該耦合部分包含一內部唇緣及一向後面對的耦合表面，當該耦合部分嚙合該介面埠時，該耦合表面係相對於遠離該介面埠的一向後方向，該耦合部分係配置成在一第一位置與一第二位置之間移動，於該第一位置該耦合部分係部分螺紋連接於該介面埠上，於該第二位置該耦合部分係完全螺紋連接於該介面埠上；一柱部分，當該連接器係完全繃緊於該介面埠上時，其係配置成與該介面埠造成電氣接觸，該柱部分係可移動地接附至該耦合部分，該柱部分包含一凸緣；以及一本體部分，當該連接器係位於一組裝狀態時，該本體部分係配置成嚙合該柱部分，該本體部分包含：一整體連續性部分，其係包含一向前面對的本體表面，該本體表面係相對於朝向該介面埠的一向前方向，當該連接器係被組裝以及當該耦合部分嚙合該介面埠時，該向前面對的本體表面係配置成對該向後面對的耦合表面施加一偏壓力量，該偏壓力量足以朝向該柱部分的凸緣移動該耦合部分的內部唇緣，藉此在該連接器的操作期間維持持續的物理及電氣接觸，即使該柱部分並未與該介面埠接觸；以及一溝槽部分，其係軸向地位於該整體連續性部分的後方，且配置成允許該整體連續性部分沿著一軸向方向撓曲。
  15. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之連接器，其中該向後面對的耦合表面包含一徑向接觸表面。
  16. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之連接器，其中該柱部分係可轉動地接附至該耦合部分。
  17. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之連接器，其中該柱部分係配置成軸向地牢固至該本體部分，藉此當該連接器係被組裝時，避免該柱部分軸向地相對於該本體部分移動。
  18. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之連接器，其中該耦合部分的內部唇緣係配置成在該連接器的所有操作期間與該柱部分的凸緣維持一連續、非間歇性以及非瞬間的接地路徑。
  19. 如申請專利範圍第18項所述之連接器，其中該連續、非間歇性以及非瞬間的接地路徑在該連接器的操作期間中保持連續，即使在該連接器的操作期間中該柱部分與該耦合部分彼此間隔及無電氣接觸。
  20. 如申請專利範圍第14項所述之連接器，其中該柱部分的凸緣包含一成角度之向後面對的柱表面，當該連接器係安裝於該介面埠上時，其係相對於遠離該介面埠的向後方向，以及該耦合部分的內部唇緣包含一互補之成角度之向前面對的耦合表面，其係相對於朝向該介面埠的向前方向。
