圖1及2說明一用於RIC的系統2之具體實施例。系統2可包含一可膨脹的套箍4、控制器附接區段6、及控制器8。於一些具體實施例中,如在圖2中所描述,該控制器8係可由系統2選擇性地移除。該控制器附接區段6可包含一互鎖固持片10,其被設計成適於提供該控制器之可移除的附接。該控制器附接區段亦可包含一導管12,其在該控制器8及可膨脹的套箍6之間提供密封式、流體連通。

該套箍4亦可包含緊固件,以將該套箍固持在受監視的人的四肢上,及當於該裝配狀態中時調整該套箍4之周圍尺寸。此等緊固件包含、但不被限制於壓合帶緊固件、閂鎖搭扣、棘輪機構、扣環、按扣、帶扣、及其他適當之結構,如對於一熟諳該技藝者將變得明顯者。譬如,該緊固件可為一壓合帶緊固件,包含設置在層18或19上之複 數鄰接的未連接之鉤子區段38a及設置在內部層16上之環圈區段38b。鉤子區段38a可在該套箍4之軸向方向中延伸。每一鉤子區段38a相對於該套箍之縱向方向的寬度可被選擇,以提供一能夠包覆圍繞不同尺寸設計的四肢之撓性套箍。
圖1之控制器附接區段6被更詳細地顯示在圖3、5及6中。於一具體實施例中,控制器附接區段6可包含一用於在該附接狀態中支撐控制器8的上表面40、一下表面44、及一包圍表面40的直立壁面42。直立壁面42的一升高部份43可為位於相鄰控制器8的電源入口52及於該附接狀態中阻斷該控制器8的電源入口52。藉由在該附接狀態中阻斷至電源入口52之進出,當控制器8被連接至一外部電源時,升高部份43可防止該裝置之使用。該控制器附接區段6亦可包含一連接器、諸如固持片10,其被配置成提供控制器8之可移除的附接。於一具體實施例中,片10係在一端部安裝至表面40,且包含一與表面40隔開的突出邊緣41,該突出邊緣41往外地面朝向壁面42。在區段6與片10相向的側面上,凸塊45被設置在壁面42上。當控制器8被附接至附接區段6時,片的上部被朝內推離壁面42,以致其通過被設置於控制器8的本體及外部帶箍51之間的溝槽49,如於圖7中所顯示。同時,凸塊45延伸進入控制器8的凹部53,如於圖8中所顯示。片10當被按扣進入適當位置時具有充分之韌性,此韌性在片10上建立一往外的偏向,並造成邊緣41重疊在帶箍51的上方邊緣上面。為 釋放控制器8,該片10的上部再次被朝內推頂抗其之偏向朝向控制器8,直至邊緣41重疊在溝槽49上面,且係在控制器8可於最接近片10的端部拉出附接區段6之時從帶箍51去除。

如在圖9及9A中所顯示,控制器附接區段6可於該控制器8及套箍4的囊袋20之間經由結構33提供流體連通。結構33可包含一導管12,當該控制器8係於一附接狀態中時,該導管12被提供於一與固持片10隔開的位置中。導管12將控制器8流體地耦合至囊袋20之閥30。導管12可 包含一母區段12a,其被製成及配置成可與控制器8之出口48咬合;及一公區段12b,其被製成及配置成可與囊袋20之閥30咬合。雖然一公及母連接已被敘述,該公及母部份可被顛倒或甚至以其他可比較之流體連接、諸如一管件等替換。諸如O形環60之密封件可被設置在一位於結構33中之肩部59上。該O形環60可於母區段12a及出口48之間建立一壓蓋密封。另一選擇係,一與O形環60之壓縮密封可被使用。一卡住結構61可被包含在結構33中,以卡住O形環60。卡住結構61可使用任何適當之方法被接合至結構33,該方法包含、但不限於壓入配合、超音波熔接、及/或黏接劑。
如圖8中所顯示,控制器8具有一前蓋件50及一電源入口52,該前蓋件50可包含控制部份及顯示部份。導引結構54可被包含在控制器8中,用於與充電機構對齊/或與該充電機構嚙合。
控制器8的內部零組件被最佳顯示於圖10及11中,在此控制器8的前蓋件50已被移除。控制器8可包含一與歧管64流體連通的泵62。歧管64係與放洩閥68及出口48流體連通。控制器8亦可包含一印刷電路板(PCB)66,其可包含一控制電路及記憶體。該控制器8亦可包含一與該系統之加壓零組件及該控制電路相聯的壓力感測器。該壓力感測器(未示出)可被併入泵62及/或放置成與歧管64壓力感測的連通。再者,該壓力感測器可與PCB 66之控制電路連通。該控制電路可被程式設計,以施行一RIC處理協 定。該控制器亦可於RIC處理協定期間決定血壓、或當作該RIC處理協定的一部份。為提供系統2之方便的機動使用,電池70可典型被串連地配置,以提供較高的操作電壓。另一選擇係,電池70可為與一變壓器電連通,該變壓器被設計成適於提供較高的操作電壓。於一具體實施例中,該操作電壓可為大約5至6伏特直流電壓。在其他具體實施例中,該操作電壓可為大約12伏特直流電壓或任何另一適當之電壓。如在圖11中所顯示,PCB 66可經過插頭連接器72被連接至其他控制器零組件。
PCB 66之控制電路可被以某些錯誤狀態程式設計,該錯誤狀態可造成該程序被異常中止或其可造成錯誤之指示來顯現在一顯示器上、或其能被以其他習知之方式使用。這些錯誤狀態可包含、但不被限制於:該套箍未在一預定義的時期內、諸如20秒、30秒、40秒、50秒、或一分鐘內加壓;在此於開動時沒有於泵62及PCB 66間之連通;在此沒有泵62及PCB 66間之連通達超過一預定義的時期,諸如二秒、三秒、四秒、或五秒;多數連續之泵的再抽吸操作(repumps)係需要的,以維持套箍壓力;泵62繼續運轉,且不會在一預定義的重試次數、諸如三次、四次、或五次重試之後回應一異常中止信號;在一膨脹循環之末端,套箍4中之壓力在一預定義的時期內、諸如20秒、30秒、40秒、50秒、或一分鐘內係不接近零量表壓力;用於比一預定義的時期、諸如5秒、10秒、20秒、或30秒較長的時期,套箍4中之壓力係在諸如200、220、240或260 毫米汞柱的預定壓力之上;及該泵62中央處理系統(CPU)在一命令藉由該控制電路被送至其之後不會喚醒。該錯誤狀態可被清除及/或該系統可被重新設定,諸如藉由控制器8的面上之停止按鍵76。
於使用期間,控制器8可被附接至控制器附接區段6,以將控制器出口48放置成與套箍4流體連通。加壓氣體可接著被泵吸經過控制器出口48,以使該套箍4膨脹。該套箍壓力可藉由回應於一來自PCB 66之控制電路系統的命令來選擇性地打開閥68而被控制。於一些具體實施例中,閥68可包含一壓力安全洩放部件,其回應於RIC處理期間之過壓事件來打開閥68。於一具體實施例中,當套箍4中之壓力超過260毫米汞柱時,閥68打開。閥68可回應於來自PCB 66之控制電路系統的錯誤命令而打開,或該閥68可包含一自動致動的機械系統。控制器8亦可包含一緩慢之連續放洩閥。此一閥將在一低於該泵62之額定流動速率的選定速率下連續地放洩來自已膨脹之囊袋20的氣體。萬一機構故障,來自囊袋20的氣體之緩慢連續放洩可被使用來使囊袋20緊縮。

上述之系統亦可被使用於施行一RIC處理。該處理包含將套箍4放置在使用者之四肢上,且將控制器8附接至套箍4上之控制器附接區段6。一使用者可接著下按開始按鈕74,以啟始該處理。一旦開始,PCB 66之控制電路系統監視該壓力感測器及打開泵62,以使該套箍4膨脹。該壓力接著被增加至一想要之壓力、諸如一血液流動閉塞壓力。於一具體實施例中,PCB 66之控制電路系統將該套箍壓力維持於預先選定的壓力限制之間、諸如200毫米汞柱至210毫米汞柱。於其他具體實施例中,PCB 66之控制電路系統可首先決定心臟收縮血壓。在決定心臟收縮血壓之後,PCB 66之控制電路系統可隨後以一想要之壓力、諸如大於該測量之心臟收縮的血壓之壓力啟始該RIC處理協定。不顧所使用之特定壓力,該壓力可被維持達一被選擇之缺血性期間。缺血性期間可持續大約數秒或數分鐘。在完成該缺血性期間之後,該控制器可作動閥68,以使套箍 4緊縮及啟始該再灌注期間。再灌注期間大致上持續達至少一分鐘,雖然較短之再灌注期間可被使用。於完成該再灌注期間之後,另一RIC循環可被進行。一RIC處理可包含單一循環或多數循環。於一具體實施例中,一RIC處理可包含四個循環,且具有大約5分鐘之缺血性期間、及大約5分鐘之再灌注期間。在該最後循環之末端,該套箍4可在30秒內緊縮,且及該控制器8可於關掉之前確認一接近零的量表壓力。
於一些具體實施例中,控制器8可使用一充電座88被充電,如在圖12中所顯示。充電座88可包含一電源連接器90及咬合導引結構92。於一具體實施例中,在該充電座上之咬合導引結構92與該控制器上之導引結構54咬合。咬合導引結構92用作對齊部件。於其他具體實施例中,當控制器8被插入該充電座88以該打開及關閉至電源連接器90的電源時,咬合導引結構92可被作動。充電座88亦可包含一升高區域94,以當控制器8被連接至套箍4或病人時,防止該控制器之插入。除了上面以外,充電座88可與一壁面安裝件部份96選擇性地連接,如在圖13中所顯示。

Claims (2)

  1. 一種用於遠端缺血性調節的裝置,包含:可膨脹的套箍,其被建構來圍繞一受監視的人的四肢;控制器,可移除地附接至該套箍,其中該控制器包含:一泵;一歧管,其與該泵流體連通;一出口,其與該歧管流體連通,並與該可膨脹的套箍可移除地流體連通;一壓力感測器;及一控制電路,其被建構來施行遠端缺血性調節處理協定;其中該控制器包括一可充電式電池以及一電源入口,該電源入口經建構以用於該電池之連接至一電源來源,用以充電該電池;及其中該附接區段進一步包含一直立壁面,該直立壁面被建構並且被設置來當該控制器被附接時阻斷至該控制器上的電源入口之進出。
