Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明一般地涉及用于进行远程缺血性调节的系统,更具体地涉及包括可拆卸控制器的用于进行远程缺血性调节的系统。
背景技术
缺血性疾病是工业化国家人口死亡的重要原因。公认的是:组织损伤是由伴随着再灌注(流至组织的血液的回流)的缺血(流至组织的血液不足)造成的。缺血和再灌注造成微循环的紊乱,使得随后发生组织损伤和器官功能障碍。已知的是:诸如肾脏、心脏、肝脏、胰腺、肺、脑、肠等器官在缺血和再灌注之后会遭受损害。
在缺血性调节(IC)中,处理对象的身体的组织或器官或部位会有意地遭受短暂的缺血性事件,随后再遭受短暂的再灌注事件。已发现IC能够在随后的缺血性事件期间给予组织、器官或部位对伤害的抵抗。缺血性调节的现象已在大部分哺乳动物的组织中得到了证实。IC现在被认为是预防缺血-再灌注(I-R)伤害的最有效的固有保护机制。
远程缺血性调节(RIC)指的是在处理对象中的远离待保护的组织的至少一部分的部位中故意诱发短暂性缺血。通常情况下,RIC包括在处理对象的四肢中诱发短暂性缺血,以保护诸如心肌等远离四肢的器官。心肌保护已被多种远程刺激所证实,包括肾脏缺血、肝脏缺血、肠系膜动脉缺血和骨骼肌下肢缺血。
广义上RIC涉及伴随着再灌注阶段的缺血性阶段的故意诱发。缺血性阶段可能涉及血流的完全停止(血流阻断)。这种缺血性阶段可以通过在诸如四肢等身体部位上施加超收缩压来诱发。作为选择,也可以通过施加小于收缩压的压力来诱发缺血性阶段。
RIC可以在会受益于RIC的缺血性伤害或其他伤害之前、之中和/或之后进行。RIC已经表现出在减少或防止因心肌梗塞和创伤以及其他原因造成的损害方面的益处。
发明内容
在一个方面中,一种用于进行远程缺血性调节(RIC)的装置包括构造为包裹处理对象的四肢的可膨胀套箍和可拆卸地安装在所述套箍上的控制器。所述控制器包括:泵;歧管,其与所述泵流体连通;出口,其与所述歧管流体连通并与所述可膨胀套箍可分离地流体连通;压力传感器;以及控制电路,其构造为实施RIC处理方案。
在另一方面中,一种套箍组件可以适于包裹处理对象的四肢。所述套箍组件包括:内层、外层和设置在所述内层和所述外层之间的囊袋。所述外层包括沿着所述套箍组件的纵向隔开的两个柔性泡沫区段。所述外层还包括设置在所述两个柔性泡沫区段之间的中间区段。所述中间区段可以具有比所述两个柔性泡沫区段的刚度大的刚度。
在另一方面中,一种装置包括可膨胀套箍和控制器安装区段。所述可膨胀套箍可以构造为包裹处理对象的四肢。当所述套箍处于配合状态时,所述套箍的轴向大致平行于所述四肢的轴线。所述控制器安装区段可以经由定向为大致平行于所述套箍的轴向的至少一个安装接合部有效地安装在所述套箍上。所述控制器安装区段可以包括适于可拆卸安装控制器的连接件。当所述控制器处于安装状态时,所述控制器安装区段可以在与所述连接件分离的位置提供所述控制器和所述套箍之间的流体连通。

在一方面中,用于进行远程缺血性调节(RIC)的系统包括可膨胀套箍、与套箍接合的控制器安装区段、以及可选择性地从控制器安装区段上拆卸的控制器。控制器可以控制可膨胀套箍的膨胀和收缩。此外,控制器可以包括被编程以实施RIC方案的控制电路。在另一方面中,套箍可以是软性的或刚性的并且由可热成型的材料制成。
现在转到附图,进一步详细地描述几个可行的实施例。
图1和图2示出了用于远程缺血性调节(RIC)的系统2的一个实施例。系统2可以包括可膨胀套箍4、控制器安装区段6、和控制器8。在一些实施例中,如图2所示,控制器8可以从系统2中选择性地拆卸。控制器安装区段6可以包括互锁保持片10,互锁保持片10适于实现控制器的可拆卸安装。控制器安装部分还可以包括导管12,导管12提供控制器8和可膨胀套箍4之间的密封的流体连通。
在一方面中,套箍4在轴向上是刚性的,同时对皮肤来讲是柔软的或无刺激性的。在一个实施例中,如图4所示,套箍4可以包括内层16、外层18、及设置在内层16和外层18之间的可选择性地膨胀的囊袋20。套箍4可以适于包裹一个人的四肢。轴线15表示当套箍4卷绕在病人的四肢上时形成的圆形构造的大致中心。套箍4的轴向对应于轴线15的大致方向。套箍4具有沿着套箍4的长度延伸的纵向,该纵向大致垂直于以上定义的轴向。套箍4还可以是与可拆卸控制器8一起使用的一次性物品。内层16通常定位成与个人穿着系统2的皮肤相邻并且通常与个人穿着系统2的皮肤接触。由于内层16可以与皮肤接触,因此内层16可以由柔软的和/或无刺激性的材料制成。内层16可以由针织、编织或毡制的织物制成。织物可以包括天然材料或人工材料中的任一种。可用的织物包括拉绒的聚酯、拉绒的尼龙和/或对于本领域技术人员显而易见的其他适当材料。作为选择,内层16可以由泡沫制成。在一些实施例中,内层16可以进一步适于给套箍4提供吸湿性、吸液性和/或透气性。
在一些实施例中,套箍4可以包括沿着纵向间隔开的两个区段22和设置在这两个区段22之间的中间区段24。中间区段24可以构造为具有比区段22的刚度更大的刚度。中间区段24的增加的刚度可以由固有的材料特性差异、物理结构差异(例如,具有更厚部分和/或包括增强特征)或者这两者获得。在一个实施例中,中间区段24可以包括用于安装在控制器安装区段6上的大致平坦的外表面25。中间区段24还可以包括沿着套箍4的纵向呈弯曲状的内表面26。弯曲的内表面26可以构造为大致与四肢的曲率匹配。在一些实施例中,套箍4的尺寸和曲率可适合于从新生儿到肥胖的成年人的各种尺寸和年龄。套箍4的尺寸还可以适合于套在臂部或腿部上。中间区段24可以由热固性塑料、热成型塑料和/或泡沫材料制成。区段22和中间区段24可以彼此形成为一体或者可以单独地形成并随后使用任何适当方法连接在一起,该方法包括但不限于缝制接缝、超声波焊接(焊缝)、粘合剂、铆钉、夹紧结构和/或机械式互锁部件。区段22可以由发泡材料或任何其他适当的柔性而牢固的材料制成。
在一个实施例中,套箍4还可以包括沿着套箍组件的轴向大致对齐的多个加强结构28。加强结构28通常可以形成在区段22的外层18中。加强结构28为套箍4提供轴向刚度。加强结构28所提供的增加的轴向刚度有助于使由套箍4施加的压力沿轴向分布,以便在套箍4的整个轴向宽度上提供大致均匀的压力。当套箍4放置在一个人的臂部或腿部上时,加强结构28还可以有助于防止套箍4的扭结。加强结构28可以沿着纵向间隔开,以便在仍提供增加的轴向刚度的同时允许套箍4能够包裹所围绕的四肢轻易地弯曲。加强结构28在轴向上的形状可以是弯曲的或平直的。在一些实施例中,加强结构28可以与区段22中的泡沫形成为一体,例如通过热量和/或压力(例如,热成型)的施加来选择性地熔化和/或压缩区段22中的泡沫部分。区段22中的未压缩和/或未熔化的泡沫部分形成凸出的加强结构28。作为选择,加强结构28可以单独地形成并随后接合在区段22上。
外层18还可以包括应用于外表面上的织物层19。织物层19可以由低伸缩性或非伸缩性的织物形成。该低伸缩性或非伸缩性特性可以是所选择的织物的固有特性。作为选择,织物层19可以由热成型材料制成并且可以被层压在层18的外表面上。层压过程可以将该热成型织物变成低伸缩性或非伸缩性材料。在一个实施例中,在形成加强结构28之前,织物可以以平坦的布局施加并层压在层18上。加强结构28可以随后热成型为最终所需的形状。所得到的区段22可以是柔软的并具有低伸缩性或非伸缩性特性。此外,区段22可以是热成型的,其能够进行随后的处理步骤。
选择性的膨胀囊袋20可以设置在内层16和外层18之间。囊袋20可以具有阀30,阀30设置为适于给囊袋20的内部提供流体入口。阀30延伸穿过套箍4的中间区段24中的孔32。阀30可以设置为与控制器安装区段6上的相应结构33密封地流体连通,控制器安装区段6上的相应结构33也可以与控制器8的出口48密封地流体连通。当通过控制器安装区段6的结构33与控制器8的出口48连接时,阀30可以给囊袋20提供诸如空气等加压气体。在一些实施例中,囊袋20可以是与层16和层18分离的部件。囊袋20例如可以通过将两个分离的热塑性聚氨酯片材结合在一起而形成。在其他实施例中,囊袋20可以由并入到套箍4的层16和层18中的不透气层形成。囊袋20的各层可以以气密方式使用任何数量的方法结合在一起,该方法包括包裹边缘的材料的粘合剂、超声波焊接、卷边和/或对于本领域技术人员显而易见的其他适当的方法。囊袋20也可以形成为没有分离的层的单一结构。
如图4所示,套箍4的层16、18、19和囊袋20可以在它们的边缘处以任何适当方式保持在一起,例如通过卷绕套箍4的边缘并缝制在套箍4上的粘结材料36。作为选择,可以使用粘合剂、铆钉、超声波焊接或对于本领域技术人员显而易见的其他适当的方法将套箍4保持在一起。
在一个方面中,由于系统2可能因长时间的使用而发生磨损,因此可能需要设置防滑界面来防止套箍4在处理对象的四肢上的移动。为提供防滑界面,可以在内层16的表面上设置至少一个防滑结构34。可以使用引导工具或者用手来印刷、胶合、缝制、施加防滑结构34作为材料的压条。防滑结构34可以包括但不限于一个或多个由硅酮制成的条带。
套箍4还可以包括紧固件,以将套箍保持在处理对象的四肢上以及在套箍4处于配合状态时调节套箍的圆周尺寸。此类紧固件包括但不限于钩环紧固件、闩锁,棘轮机构、扣环、按扣、带扣和对于本领域技术人员显而易见的其他适当的结构。例如,紧固件可以是钩环紧固件,该钩环紧固件包括设置在层18或层19上的多个相邻但不连接的钩部38a以及设置在内层16上的环部38b。钩部38a可以沿着套箍4的轴向延伸。可以选择每个钩部38a相对于套箍的纵向的宽度,以提供能够卷绕不同尺寸的四肢的柔性套箍。
在图3、图5和图6中更详细地示出了图1的控制器安装区段6。在一个实施例中,控制器安装区段6可以包括用于支撑安装状态下的控制器8的上表面40、下表面44和包裹表面40的直立壁面42。直立壁面42的凸出部43可以位于邻近安装状态下的控制器8的电源入口52的位置并阻断控制器8的电源入口52。通过在安装状态下阻断对电源入口52的接触,凸出部43可以阻止在控制器8与外部电源连接时使用装置。控制器安装区段6还可以包括诸如保持片10等连接件,该连接件设置为实现控制器8的可拆卸安装。在一个实施例中,保持片10的一端安装在表面40上并且保持片10包括与表面40隔开的突出边缘41,突出边缘41向外朝向壁面42。在区段6的与保持片10相反的一侧,凸块45设置在壁面42上。当控制器8安装在安装区段6上时,保持片10的上部被向内推离壁面42,使得保持片10的上部穿过设置在控制台8的本体和外带51之间的狭槽49(如图7所示)。同时,如图8所示,凸块45延伸到控制器8的凹槽53中。保持片10具有充分的弹力,当其扣入到适当的位置中时,弹力使保持片10产生外向偏置,使得边缘41贴靠在带51的上边缘上。为松开控制器8,保持片10的上部再次被向内推移来克服其朝向控制器8的偏置,直到边缘41贴靠狭槽49并避开了带51,此时可以在最接近于保持片10的端部处从安装区段6中取出控制器8。
在一个实施例中,控制器安装区段6的下表面44和/或底部边缘46可以设置在套箍4的外表面上并设置为与套箍4的外表面的形状匹配。在一些实施例中,控制器安装区段6的下表面44和/或底部边缘46可以设置在图4所示的套箍4的中间区段24的外表面25上并设置为与套箍4的中间区段24的外表面25的形状匹配。如图3所示,控制器安装区段6可以通过至少一个且通常为两个的安装接合部14沿着下表面44接合在可膨胀套箍4的中间区段24的外表面25上。在一个实施例中,安装接合部14可定向为大致平行于套箍的轴线15。可以使用任何适当方法形成安装接合部14,该方法包括但不限于缝制接缝、超声波焊接、粘合剂和/或铆钉。当包括两个或更多个安装接合部14时,安装接合部14可以沿着纵向间隔开,以允许套箍4弯曲并与不同尺寸的四肢的形状匹配。
如图9和图9A所示,控制器安装区段6经由结构33可以提供控制器8和套箍4的囊袋20之间的流体连通。当控制器8处于安装状态时,结构33可以包括设置在与保持片10隔开的位置中的导管12。导管12将控制器8与囊袋20的阀30流体连接。导管12包括构造和设置为与控制器8的出口48配合的内凹部分12a和构造和设置为与囊袋20的阀30配合的外凸部分12b。虽然已经描述了凹凸连接,但外凸部分和内凹部分可以颠倒或甚至可以用其他相当的流体连接件替代,例如管件等。可以在位于结构33中的肩部59上设置诸如O形密封圈60等密封件。O形密封圈60可以在内螺纹部分12a和出口48之间建立压盖密封。作为选择,可以使用具有O形密封圈60的压力密封件。结构33可以包括卡扣结构61来保持O形密封圈60。可以使用任何适当方法将卡扣结构61接合在结构33上,该方法包括但不限于压入配合、超声波焊接和/或粘合剂。
如图8所示,控制器8具有前盖50,前盖50可以包括控制装置、显示装置和电源入口52。控制器8可以包括引导结构54,以便与充电机构对准和/或接合。
在图10和图11中最佳地示出了控制器8的前盖50被拆卸的控制器8的内部部件。控制器8可以包括与歧管64流体连通的泵62。歧管64与减压阀68和出口48流体连通。控制器8还可以包括印刷电路板(PCB)66,印刷电路板66可以包括控制电路和存储器。控制器8还可以包括与系统的加压部件和控制电路相关联的压力传感器。压力传感器(未示出)可以并入到泵62中并且/或者放置成与歧管64压力感测连通。此外,压力传感器可以与PCB66的控制电路通信。可以对控制电路进行编程来实施RIC处理方案。控制器还可以确定RIC处理方案实施过程中的血压或者作为RIC处理方案的一部分。为提供系统2的方便的机动使用,可以设置电池70(通常是串联设置)来提供更高的工作电压。作为选择,电池70可以与适于提供更高工作电压的变压器电连通。在一个实施例中,工作电压可以是约5VDC~6VDC。在其他实施例中,工作电压可以是约12VDC或任何其他适当电压。如图11所示,PCB66可以通过插塞式连接件72与其他控制器部件连接。
PCB66的控制电路可以对某些错误状态编程,这些错误状态可能引起程序异常中止或者可能引起在显示器上出现错误指示或者可以以其他已知方式使用。这些错误状态包括但不限于:套箍为在预定期间内加压,例如20秒、30秒、40秒、50秒或一分钟;在启动时,泵62和PCB66之间没有通信;泵62和PCB66之间没有通信的时间超过预定期间,诸如两秒、三秒、四秒或五秒;需要多次连续的再抽吸操作(repumps)以保持套箍的压力;泵62继续运行并且在诸如三次、四次或五次等预定的重试次数之后不响应中止信号;套箍4中的压力在预定期间内不接近于零表压力,例如在膨胀循环结束之后的20秒、30秒、40秒、50秒或一分钟内;套箍4中的压力在长于诸如5秒、10秒、20秒或30秒等预定期间的时间内高于诸如200mmHg、220mmHg、240mmHg或260mmHg等预定压力;以及在控制电路将命令发送至泵62的CPU之后,该CPU未被唤醒。可以清除错误状态并且/或者可以重新设定系统,例如通过按下控制器8的表面上的停止按钮76。
在使用期间,控制器8可以安装在控制器安装区段6上,以将控制器出口48放置成与套箍4流体连通。然后可以通过控制器出口48泵入加压气体来使套箍4膨胀。可以通过响应来自PCB66的控制电路的命令而选择性地打开阀68来控制套箍的压力。在一些实施例中,阀68可以包括在RIC处理期间响应过压事件而打开阀68的安全减压部件。在一个实施例中,当套箍4中的压力超过260mmHg时打开阀68。阀68可以响应来自PCB66的控制电路的错误命令而打开,或者阀68可以包括自动致动机械系统。控制器8还可以包括慢速连续减压阀。此类阀将以低于泵62的额定流速的选定流速连续地释放膨胀囊袋20中的气体。在机构故障的情况下,可以使用气体从膨胀囊袋20的缓慢连续释放来使囊袋20收缩。
在一些实施例中,可以根据规定的处理方案由健康医护专家和/或终端用户对PCB66的控制电路进行编程。作为选择,控制电路可以只在出厂时进行编程并且不可以由终端用户在日后进行更改。控制电路还可以包括用于记录和存储处理历史的非易失性存储器。健康医护专家能够访问该存储器,以确定处理对象的处理历史和确定处理是否符合规定的处理方案。在另一实施例中,出于发送处理对象记录、监控或呼叫中心的目的,控制器可以经由无线通信或硬接线通信将该信息发送至分开的接收器。在一个实施例中,控制器8可以包括开始按钮74和停止按钮76。在一些实施例中,开始按钮74和停止按钮76可以合并成一个按钮。控制器8还可以包括硬接线和/或紧急停止按钮和/或快速减压阀(未示出)。在其他实施例中,可以包括其他控制装置,以允许RIC处理的扩展控制。
除了控制装置之外,控制器8还可以包括关于当前循环、处理剩余的循环次数、处理是否完成、错误信号、系统的充电情况和其他相关信息的显示装置。在一个实施例中,控制器8可以包括循环时间显示器78。循环时间显示器78可以通过使用以圆形样式布置且对应于完整的膨胀/收缩循环的照明指示器78a来指示膨胀/收缩循环的剩余部分。循环时间显示器78的每个指示器78a可以对应于膨胀/收缩循环的设定部分。当循环时间显示器78的所有指示器78a点亮时,膨胀/收缩循环完成。作为选择,循环时间显示器78的指示器78a可以在启动循环时全部点亮并且在循环进行时依次熄灭。当循环时间显示器78的每个指示器78a都熄灭时,特定的膨胀/收缩循环完成。尽管已经描述了圆形显示器,但是循环时间显示器78也可以布置成对应于整个循环的其他线性形状或非线性形状。控制器8还可以包括当前循环显示器80或数字显示器来指示当前循环是第一循环、第二循环、第三循环还是其他循环。当RIC处理完成时,可以用纯色或闪烁的方式点亮程序完成指示器82来指示程序的结束。当错误发生时,错误显示器84可以通过闪烁或完全点亮的方式进行指示。作为选择,错误显示器84可以以预设样式闪烁或显示特定的颜色来指示哪种错误已经发生。电池充电指示器86可以指示电池70的大致剩余电量,并且还可以通过闪烁的方式发出信号来表明剩余电量仅够用于一个循环。
上面所描述的系统可以用于实施RIC处理。该处理包括将套箍4放置在使用者的四肢上并且将控制器8安装在套箍4的控制器安装区段6上。然后使用者可以按下开始按钮74来启动处理。一旦开始,PCB66的控制电路就监控压力传感器并打开泵62使套箍4膨胀。然后将压力增加至所需压力,例如血流阻塞压力。在一个实施例中,PCB66的控制电路将套箍压力保持在预选压力极限值之间,例如200mmHg至210mmHg。在其他实施例中,PCB66的控制电路可以首先确定收缩压。在确定收缩压之后,PCB66的控制电路随后可以以诸如大于所测得的收缩压的所需压力启动RIC处理方案。不管所使用的具体压力如何,都可以将压力保持所选择的缺血性持续时间。缺血性持续时间可以持续约几秒或几分钟。在完成缺血性持续时间之后,控制器可以致动阀68来使套箍4收缩并启动再灌注持续时间。再灌注持续时间通常持续至少一分钟,但也可以使用更短的再灌注持续时间。在再灌注持续时间完成之后,可以进行另一个RIC循环。RIC处理可以包括单个循环或多个循环。在一个实施例中,RIC处理可以包括四个循环,具有约5分钟的缺血性持续时间和约5分钟的再灌注持续时间。在最后一个循环结束时,套箍4可以在30秒内收缩并且控制器8在关闭之前可以确认接近于零表压力。
在一些实施例中,如图12所示,控制器8可以使用充电座88进行充电。充电座88可以包括电源连接件90和配合引导结构92。在一个实施例中,充电座88上的配合引导结构92与控制器上的引导结构54配合。配合引导结构92充当对准部件。在其他实施例中,当控制器8插入到充电座88中时,可以致动配合引导结构92来打开和关闭通向电源连接件90的电源。充电座88还可以包括凸出区域94,以便在控制器8与套箍4或病人连接时防止控制器的插入。除上述特征之外,作为选择,如图13所示,充电座88可以与壁面安装件96连接。

Claims (22)
1.一种用于远程缺血性调节的装置,包括:
可膨胀套箍,其构造为包裹处理对象的四肢;
控制器,其可拆卸地安装在所述套箍上,
其中,所述控制器包括:
泵;
歧管,其与所述泵流体连通;
出口,其与所述歧管流体连通并与所述可膨胀套箍可分离地流体连通;
压力传感器;以及
控制电路,其构造为实施远程缺血性调节处理方案。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,
所述控制器还包括至少一个阀,所述至少一个阀构造为响应过压事件而打开。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,
所述控制电路在所述远程缺血性调节处理方案的缺血性持续期间将套箍压力保持在预选压力极限值之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其中,
所述预选压力极限值是200mmHg和210mmHg。
5.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,
所述控制器通过选择性地安装在设置于所述套箍上的控制器安装区段而可拆卸地安装在所述套箍上。
6.一种用于包裹处理对象四肢的套箍组件,包括:
内层:
外层,其包括中间区段以及沿着所述套箍组件的纵向间隔开的两个柔性泡沫区段,所述中间区段设置在所述两个柔性泡沫区段之间并且具有比所述两个柔性泡沫区段的刚度大的刚度;以及
囊袋,其设置在所述内层和所述外层之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的套箍组件,其中,
所述中间区段包括沿着所述套箍组件的纵向延伸的弯曲内表面。
8.根据权利要求6所述的套箍组件,其中,
所述两个柔性泡沫区段包括沿着所述套箍组件的轴向大致对齐的多个加强结构。
9.根据权利要求6所述的套箍组件,还包括设置在所述内层的外表面上的至少一个防滑结构。
10.根据权利要求9所述的套箍组件,其中,
所述防滑结构包括由硅酮制成的条带。
11.根据权利要求6所述的套箍组件,其中,
所述内层包括织物。
12.根据权利要求11所述的套箍组件,其中,
所述织物包括毡。
13.根据权利要求6所述的套箍组件,其中,
通向所述囊袋的流体入口从所述囊袋延伸穿过所述外层的所述中间区段。
14.根据权利要求6所述的套箍组件,还包括紧固件。
15.根据权利要求14所述的套箍组件,其中,
所述紧固件包括钩环紧固件。
16.一种装置,包括:
可膨胀套箍,其构造为包裹处理对象的四肢,其中,当所述套箍处于配合状态时,所述套箍的轴向大致平行于所述四肢的轴线;以及
控制器安装区段,其经由定向为大致平行于所述套箍的轴向的至少一个安装接合部有效地安装在所述套箍上,其中,所述控制器安装区段包括适于可拆卸地安装控制器的连接件,并且当所述控制器处于安装状态时,所述控制器安装区段在与所述连接件分离的位置提供所述控制器和所述套箍之间的流体连通。
17.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,
所述至少一个安装接合部包括定向为大致平行于所述套箍的轴向并且沿着所述套箍的纵向间隔开的至少两个接合部。
18.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,
所述控制器安装区段的底表面与所述套箍的外表面大致匹配。
19.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,
所述至少一个安装接合部包括缝制接缝、超声波焊缝、粘合剂和/或铆钉。
20.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,
所述连接件包括沿着所述控制器安装区段的周边设置的保持片。
21.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,
所述控制器安装区段提供通向所述囊袋的流体连通。
22.根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,
所述控制器安装区段还包括导管,所述导管设置在所述可膨胀套箍的适当地构造并密封的接纳件中。
