Description

電動車輛用充電裝置
本發明係關於用來對於電動車等電動車輛進行充電的電動車輛用充電裝置。
就習知的電動車輛用充電裝置而言,例如有專利文獻1所記載的充電箱。此充電箱包含:前面開口的箱形本體外殼;以及防水門,以自由開閉方式關閉本體外殼的前面開口。本體外殼的底面(背面)配設有充電插座或充電開關,充電纜線的插頭自由插拔連接至充電插座。充電纜線的前端設有充電接頭,此充電接頭與電動車的受電接頭相連接。
專利文獻1:日本特開平9-107605號公報
但是,電動車在夜間充電時,人有可能絆到布於地面的充電纜線。另,為了不易絆到充電纜線,雖亦考慮以照明器材對於充電中的充電箱或電動車周圍進行照明,但照明器材將會消耗多餘的電力,從節能化及省電的觀點而言並不理想。
本發明有鑒於上述問題,目的在於達到提升充電纜線之辨識性。
本發明之電動車輛用充電裝置之特徵在於包含:充電接頭,連接至電動車輛;以及充電纜線,前端連接有該充電接頭;並且,該充電纜線在至少一部分的表面露出部位之形成材料採用具有蓄光性的材料。
該電動車輛用充電裝置其中宜更包含:收納部,收納該充電纜線;以及光源,將光線照射至該收納部所收納的該充電纜線。
該電動車輛用充電裝置中宜使該收納部設有供該充電纜線出入的開口窗,並具有以自由開閉方式關閉該開口窗的門,該開口窗與該門之間形成有在該門關閉的狀態下使該光源的光線洩漏到 該收納部之外的間隙。
該電動車輛用充電裝置中,宜使該充電接頭在至少一部分的表面露出部位之形成材料採用具有蓄光性的材料。
該電動車輛用充電裝置中,宜更包含:收納部,收納該充電纜線;以及光源,將光線照射至未收納在該收納部的狀態之該充電纜線。
該電動車輛用充電裝置中,宜更包含:本體,固持該充電纜線之後端,並且,該本體在至少一部分的表面露出部位之形成材料採用具有蓄光性的材料。
本發明之電動車輛用充電裝置具有可達到提升充電纜線之辨識性的效果。
本發明之目的及特徵藉由以下附加圖式與較佳實施例之說明而更為明確。
(實施發明之最佳形態)
以下依據附加圖式說明本發明之實施形態。整份圖式中,相同或類似的部分標註相同元件符號並省略說明。
本實施形態之電動車輛用充電裝置(以下簡稱「充電裝置」。)如圖1及圖2所示,具有充電纜線1、充電接頭2以及本體3等。
本體3,形成為前面中央部有供充電纜線1出入之矩形開口窗30開口的方筒狀並豎立設置於地面。本體3的開口窗30由門31以自由開閉的方式關閉。另,門31前面安裝有ㄇ字形的門把31A。並且,本體3的開口窗30內的空間成為收納充電纜線1的收納部32。另,本體3及門31係對於鋼板等金屬板進行加工而形成。
本體1內比起收納部32更上方的部分收納有未圖示的漏電斷路器或充電控制器等。另,充電控制器係經由充電纜線1所含的通信線而與電動車100進行通信,因應於來自電動車100的指示而開/關途經充電纜線1的供電等。
充電纜線1係由成對的電源線與接地線及該通信線所構成之4蕊式電纜線,如圖2(a)所示,後端經由接頭5而連接至充電控制器,前端連接於充電接頭2。另,充電接頭2自由插拔插入連接至電動車100車體所設的插入口(充電入口)。
本體3的收納部32中,後方的牆壁設有用來固持充電纜線1的固持部33。固持部33如圖2(a)所示,由圓柱形狀的伸起所構成,懸掛固持捲繞狀態的充電纜線1。另,門31的下端部設有缺口31B,在門31關閉的狀態下,充電纜線1經由缺口31B而拉出至收納部32之外(圖1參照)。
本實施形態的充電裝置中,在充電纜線1至少一部分的表面露出部位(電纜線的外覆)之形成材料採用具有蓄光性的材料。例如,利用將蓄光材料混入具有絕緣性及透光性之絕緣材料(透明的合成樹脂等)而成者來形成充電纜線1的外皮(外覆)。或者,可利用外覆的表面塗布有蓄光塗料的電纜線來構成充電纜線1,亦可利用含有蓄光材料之材料所形成的膠帶貼附於電纜線之外覆表面來構成充電纜線1。
並且,因為如上所述,在充電纜線1至少一部分的表面露出部位之形成材料採用具有蓄光性的材料,當電動車100於夜間充電時,布於地面的充電纜線1在蓄光材料的作用下進行發光。亦即,可藉由表面發光而達到提升充電纜線1之辨識性,其結果,人不會絆到充電纜線1而可達到提升安全性。而且,因為蓄光材料所放射的光線使充電纜線1的表面發光,所以與在充電纜線1表面安裝電子光源(發光二極體等)時不同,可抑制多餘的耗電而達到節能或省電。
但是,在收納於收納部32內的狀態下,充電纜線1較少有受到日光或外燈的照明光線等所照射而使蓄光材料蓄光的機會。所以,宜如圖2(a)所示,在收納部32內配設以螢光燈或發光二極體作為光源的照明器材6,當充電纜線1收納於收納部32期間,以光源的光線進行照射使蓄光材料蓄光。此時,只要於開口窗30與門31之間形成間隙34,並如圖2(b)所示,於門31關閉的狀態下 使照明器材6的光線通過間隙34洩漏至收納部32之外,即可提升本體3的辨識性而不易發生人絆到本體3之事態。
又,亦可不僅在充電纜線1,而在形成充電接頭2至少一部分的表面露出部位之形成材料亦採用具有蓄光性的材料,藉以使充電接頭2發光。亦即,藉由使充電接頭2的表面發光,能使在夜間將充電接頭2插入連接至電動車100之插入口的作業變得容易。
在此,亦可構成為包含:充電接頭2,連接至電動車輛100;充電纜線1,前端連接有充電接頭2;以及本體3,固持充電纜線1的後端;並且,本體3在至少一部分的表面露出部位之形成材料採用具有蓄光性的材料。例如,只要在構成本體3的金屬板表面塗布蓄光材料,或者在以含有蓄光材料之材料所形成的粘接貼帶來貼附即可。因此,本體3的表面因蓄光材料所放射的光線而進行發光,藉以提升本體3之辨識性,使得人碰撞到本體3之情況不易發生。
又,亦可如圖3所示,包含:充電接頭2,連接至電動車輛100;充電纜線1,前端連接有充電接頭2;本體3,固持充電纜線1後端;以及照明器材7,安裝於本體3。此時,充電纜線1無須使其表面露出的部位由蓄光性材料所形成。例如,可如圖3所示,於本體3的頂面安裝有照明器材(聚光燈)7,並將照明器材7的照明光線照射至未收納於收納部32的狀態之充電纜線1或充電接頭2,藉以達到提升充電纜線1及充電接頭2的辨識性。另,照明器材7,亦可安裝於頂面以外的本體3側面等。又,照明器材7宜使光的照射方向為可變。其中,圖3所示的構成中,亦可在充電纜線1至少一部分的表面露出部位之形成材料採用具有蓄光性之材料,並將照明器材7的光線照射至未收納於收納部32的狀態之充電纜線1。
另,在本實施形態中,本體3以豎立設於地面的電動車輛用充電裝置,即以充電底座來舉例顯示,但亦可為例如本體3安裝於牆壁上的電動車輛用充電裝置,即充電箱。
在此,上述全部實施形態可互相組合進行。
以上,說明本發明的較佳實施形態,但本發明不限於此等特定實施形態,可在不脫離申請專利範圍之範疇進行多樣化變更及變形,其亦屬於本發明之範疇內。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種電動車輛用充電裝置,其特徵在於包含:充電接頭,連接至電動車輛;以及充電纜線,其前端連接於該充電接頭;並且,該充電纜線在形成露出於其表面部位的至少一部分之材料,係採用具有蓄光性的材料;該電動車輛用充電裝置,更包含:收納部,收納該充電纜線;以及一光源,將光線照射至收納於該收納部的該充電纜線;該收納部設有供該充電纜線出入的開口窗,並具有以自由開閉方式關閉該開口窗的門,該開口窗與該門之間形成有間隙,以在該門關閉的狀態下使該光源的光線洩漏到該收納部之外。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之電動車輛用充電裝置,其中,該充電接頭在形成露出於其表面部位的至少一部分之材料,係採用具有蓄光性的材料。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之電動車輛用充電裝置,其中更包含:另一光源,將光線照射至未收納於該收納部的狀態之該充電纜線。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項之電動車輛用充電裝置,其中更包含:本體,固持該充電纜線之後端,且該本體在形成露出於其表面部位的至少一部分之材料,係採用具有蓄光性的材料。
