Description

黏著劑廣泛應用於光學顯示器。此等應用包含,但不限於,將偏光器黏合於液晶顯示器(LCD)之模組及將多種光學膜附於可擕式手持裝置(MHH)中的玻璃透鏡處。偏光器可與黏著劑直接或間接接觸。
最近,將觸摸面板功能引進及併入多種顯示器應用中之趨勢增加。觸摸面板通常包含腐蝕敏感層(例如銦錫氧化物層),其塗佈於聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯膜或塗佈於玻璃上。通常利用黏著劑,將經塗佈的基材附接於顯示器模組。在一些觸摸面板設計中,黏著劑接觸腐蝕敏感層。在其他顯示器應用中,黏著劑亦可接觸腐蝕敏感層,例如經蒸汽塗佈的鏡面或電磁干擾屏蔽層。此等層亦通常源自導電的金屬與金屬合金。
本發明揭示内容解決適用於腐蝕敏感層(例如金屬或金屬合金)的黏著劑之需求。即,該黏著劑一旦與其接觸,僅最小程度地改變該層之電阻。在該揭示内容中,使用以下定義:用於闡述腐蝕敏感層顯示的電阻之「變化」,通常意指調節前與調節後的層之電阻絕對值差;「酸值」通常表示聚合物之酸含量且定義為中和一克聚合物中酸所需要的氫氧化鉀量(通常以毫克計),一般依循ASTM D974;「加成固化矽酮」通常涉及在鉑觸媒存在下,乙烯基封端的低聚物/聚合物(例如乙烯基封端的聚二甲基矽氧烷(PDMS))與包含氫化物的低聚物/聚合物(例如包含矽氫化物的PDMS)之反應;「黏著劑」通常意指具有黏性與彈性成分之黏彈性物質,以使雖然黏著劑在壓力下顯示一定程度彈性,但其通常並非似彈簧的物質,即其非彈性固體;「腐蝕敏感層」通常意指當接觸空氣與濕氣時,對氧化作用敏感的層,且應用電壓時,該層可擕載電流;「現場固化黏著劑」通常意指可傳遞至所需位置的液體系統,於該處黏著劑成分或彼此間幾乎自發地反應或當曝露於能源(例如熱量或輻射)時進行。

在一態樣中,本發明揭示内容係關於一種物件,其包含與選自金屬與金屬合金之群的腐蝕敏感層接觸之具有小於約5的酸值且選自由聚脲、聚醯胺、聚胺酯、聚酯、加成固化矽酮及其組合組成之群的黏著劑,其中當該物件在約60℃與90%相對濕度的條件中調節約21天時,腐蝕敏感層與其最初電阻值之電阻值變化為20%或更少。在一實施例中,將黏著劑與腐蝕敏感層置於基材的第一主表面上以使腐蝕敏感層與視需要的黏著劑與基材之第一主表面接觸。
在另一態樣中,本發明揭示内容係關於一種製造該物件之方法,其包含以下步驟:(i)提供一基材,其具有置於其至少一部份上的腐蝕敏感層;(ii)提供一膠帶,其包含(a)具有相對的第一與第二主表面之背襯,(b)具有小於約5的酸值之黏著劑,其選自由聚脲、聚醯胺、聚胺酯、聚酯、加成固化矽酮及其組合組成之群;及(iii)將膠帶層壓至基材,以使黏著劑與腐蝕敏感層接觸。文中揭示的腐蝕敏感層大體上係平坦的;即,其等不包含微結構。在其他實施例中,背襯(若使用膠帶)或基材大體上係平坦的。
在一實例性應用中,可將本發明揭示内容中所述的物件與製造該物件之方法併入電子裝置中,該等電子裝置例如,但不限於,液晶顯示面板、電容型觸摸面板、手機、手持裝置、與膝上型電腦。

圖2闡述實例性物件10之截面圖,該物件具有複數個黏著劑18與具有置於該基材第一表面14a上的腐蝕敏感層15的基材14之交替層。連接器墊16靠近基材邊緣。連接器墊與腐蝕敏感層連接以使當電流通過層15時,墊與腐蝕敏感層彼此電連接。雖然僅顯示兩組基材與黏著劑之交替層,但使用更多交替層或一組基材與黏著劑屬於本發明揭示内容的範圍。
圖3闡述製造一物件之實例性方法的示意圖。該方法包含以下步驟:提供第一基材24,其具有置於該基材之第一表面24a上的非連續腐蝕敏感層25。連接器墊26位於鄰接該基材,如圖1中所示。一卷膠帶20具有塗佈於背襯21上的黏著劑28。背櫬視需要包含使膠帶卷展開的離型塗層。將膠帶層壓至第一基材24的第一表面24a以使黏著劑28與腐蝕敏感層及第一表面24a的曝露部分(即未由腐蝕敏感層覆蓋的部分)接觸。在一實施例中,背襯21用作為第二基材且成為物件的一部分。在另一實施例中,可移除背襯且將第二基材層壓於黏著劑28的新曝露表面上。雖然圖3闡述使用膠帶卷,但該方法亦可利用分段的膠帶進行。
圖4A與4B闡述根據本發明揭示内容的製造物件之另一實例性方法的示意圖。該方法包含提供由大體上可彼此共面的第一與第二基材44a與44b形成的空腔43。將腐蝕敏感層45置於第一與第二基材中至少一者上。電連接器墊46位於鄰接兩基材中之一者且與腐蝕敏感層連通。為了便於闡述,所示腐蝕敏感層置於第二基材44b上。一輸送機構(例如多室注射器50)包含第一室50a與第二室50b,其中黏著劑成分分開儲存。使用時,吾等可按下注射器中一柱塞,然後各成分在裝納有一混合器的第三室中混合,而黏著劑組合物58即可於其內混合。因此,可在安定條件下儲存該等成分直至其備妥可供使用。在圖4b中,黏著劑組合物58在注射器中混合且從其中分配填入空腔。在混合後,各成分應足夠反應性以使其等聚合產生最終的黏著劑。可視需要使用能源60(例如來自烘箱的熱量或紅外線源)固化該黏著劑組合物。此特定方法所具有的益處在於黏著劑組合物(當呈液態之時)可更易於適應第一與第二基材之間的不均勻厚度以及基材粗糙之處。該方法特別適於當第一與第二基材為玻璃或透明的大體上硬性聚合材料時之情況。
圖5顯示一多層物件30之截面圖。該物件30包含一具有相對的第一與第二主表面(分別為34a與34b)的中心基材34。一腐蝕敏感導電層35置於第一與第二表面中每一面上。雖然圖5顯示兩連續層35,但本發明揭示内容之範圍内亦可為僅具有一層35且該層為非連續。一電連接器墊(未顯示)可視需要附接於該基材且該墊可與層35連通。兩個黏著層38覆蓋層35。且,如需要,該等黏著層可覆有保護襯墊39。
黏著劑
適用於本發明揭示内容的黏著劑包含本質上大體為中性或鹼性者。換言之,該黏著劑較佳不包含或僅包含少量酸性官能團,以使黏著劑具有小於約5的酸值。該黏著劑中之酸含量不致明顯妨礙該物件使用期限期間腐蝕敏感層的電性能。適用於本發明揭示内容的黏著劑可為壓感黏著劑(PSA)、熱活化黏著劑(HAA)、或現場固化的黏著劑(CIPA)。在一實施例中,黏著劑為光學透明。因此,黏著劑可為下列中之一:光學透明的PSA或非光學上透明的PSA、光學上透明的HAA或非光學上透明的HAA、或光學上透明的CIPA或非光學上透明的CIPA。
實例性黏著劑包含聚脲、聚醯胺、聚胺酯、聚酯、加成固化矽酮及其組合。該黏著劑具有小於約5,較佳小於3,更佳小於1之酸值。文中揭示的聚合物通常衍生自與多官能的異氰酸酯(以製得聚胺酯、聚脲或其組合)或多官能酯(以製得聚醯胺、聚酯、或其組合)鏈延伸的多元醇或聚胺。聚醯胺亦可藉由開環聚合反應衍生自環醯胺(内醯胺),但就易於導入期他片段而言以鏈延伸較佳。聚酯亦可衍生自多元醇與多官能的醯氯,只要酸值小於約5。脲類、醯胺類、酯類、或胺酯基團通常提供聚合物的剛性、增強片段。此等基團之間的強氫鍵結提供黏結強度。在一些情況中,短鏈延長劑(通常為低分子量聚胺或多元醇)可用於提供額外的硬片段。聚合物可視需要由終端或結構側基固化基團封端,例如矽烷、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、殘留的異氰酸酯、環氧等。欲便於熱活化黏著劑或使其具有固有黏性,衍生自具有較低模量及/或較低Tg 的多元醇與聚胺的軟片段通常較佳。此等聚胺或多元醇之實例包含胺丙基官能性聚二甲基矽氧烷、羥基丙基官能性聚二甲基矽氧烷、聚丁二烯二醇、聚伸乙基丁二醇、聚醚二醇(例如聚四氫呋喃二醇)、聚醚二胺(例如JeffamineTM )、低Tg 的聚酯等。當需要時,本發明之黏著劑可進而調配有增黏劑、與用於固化基團之視需要的觸媒。
壓感黏著劑較佳在室溫下具有3×105 帕或更低的剪切彈性模量且具有約10℃或更低的玻璃轉換溫度(Tg )。熱活化的黏著劑通常在熱活化溫度下具有5×105 帕或更低的剪切彈性模量且具有小於熱活化溫度的Tg 。三種所有黏著劑,PSA、HAA、與CIPA,無論是否光學透明,通常均具有彈性模量與黏性模量,即材料的變形(應變)不與外加壓力直接成正比且存在一些黏性消散。可利用基於溶劑的溶液聚合方法或利用塊狀聚合方法製得黏著劑。
在溶液聚合反應中,將溶劑為主的黏著劑、成分與添加劑於有機溶劑中混合,自溶液塗覆,隨後乾燥。當需要溶劑塗覆黏著劑時,可將反應置於適宜溶劑中(即,該溶劑不妨礙聚合反應)或反應可整體進行且將所得聚合物溶於用於塗覆的適宜溶劑中。聚合物變化時硬與軟片段之階段分離通常產生物理性交聯網路。該網路提供聚合物與塗層高黏結強度。在一些情況中,基於溶劑的黏著劑可在乾燥製程期間另交聯,或在一些情況中,可在乾燥步驟後交聯。此等交聯劑包含熱或UV交聯劑,其在製備經溶劑塗覆的黏著劑之乾燥步驟期間或之後被活化。亦可使用輻射引起交聯,例如電子束。另,本發明揭示内容之聚合物亦可包含一種或多種可固化基團。此等可固化基團之實例包含通常由濕氣固化的矽烷或封端的異氰酸酯、視需要在觸媒或引發劑存在下,可由熱或輻射固化的環氧類與乙烯系不飽和基團,例如丙烯酸酯。可藉由任意的已知塗覆技術將基於溶劑的黏著劑塗覆於適宜的可撓性背襯材料上以製得塗覆有黏著劑的板片材料。
在塊狀聚合方法中,利用靜態混合器、擠壓機、或機械混合器混合包含黏著劑成分的單體預混合物以促進反應物彼此之間緊密接觸。亦可視需要將觸媒(例如二月桂酸二丁基錫)加入該混合物中。文中所述的塊狀聚合本身可製得厚(例如,0.005至0.040英寸)黏著劑膜以用於硬質對硬質之層壓。例如,可將該厚黏著劑膜層壓於一片玻璃或層壓於兩片玻璃上。
在另一方法中,將黏著劑的成分與視需要的添加劑(例如,增黏劑、熱安定劑、填料)及視需要的交聯劑混合。單體或單體混合物可用於填充空隙,如填充兩基材之間(例如兩玻璃基材之間)的間隔。在一應用中,注射器用於將黏著劑成分輸送於空隙中,且利用熱輻射固化反應物。該方法與輸送機構極為適於厚度不同的空隙或當基材具有大體上非平坦的表面時。
可撓性背襯材料可為習知作為膠帶之背襯、光學膜、離型襯墊或任何其他可撓性材料的任意材料。當最終物應用需要黏著劑與腐蝕敏感表面接觸但於光徑外時,背襯無須為光學透明。可用於黏著劑組合物之作為膠帶使用之背襯的可撓性背襯材料之典型實例包含由塑膠膜製得者,例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚胺酯、聚氯乙烯、聚酯(例如聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)、醋酸纖維素、與乙基纖維素。一些可撓性背櫬可具有塗層。例如,離型襯墊可塗覆有低黏著性成分,例如矽酮。闡述性塗佈技術包含輥式塗佈、噴塗、刮刀塗佈、模具塗佈、印刷等。文中所述的溶液製程自身可製得作為轉移帶的薄(例如,25至75微米(0.001至0.003英寸))黏著劑膜。所得膠帶在烘乾後具有低揮發性殘留物。
實例
此等實例僅用於闡述性目的且無意限制隨附申請專利範圍之範圍。實例與說明書的其餘部分中所有份、百分比、比率等均為重量比,除另說明。溶劑與所用的其他試劑得自Sigma-Aldrich化學公司;Milwaukee,Wisconsin,除另說明。
混濁與穿透試驗
以確保膜與黏著層之間無氣泡之方式將25微米厚的黏著劑樣品層壓至25微米厚聚酯膜454(來自DuPont公司,Wilmington,DE)。利用手動輥,將已由異丙醇擦拭三次的75mm×50mm平載物片(來自Dow Corning,Midland,MI的玻璃載片)層壓至黏著劑樣品以確保黏著劑與玻璃載片之間無氣泡。利用型號9970 BYK Gardner TCS與分光光度計(來自BYK Gardner,Columbia,MD)測量穿透與混濁之百分比(%)。利用聚酯膜454與玻璃載片之夾層測定背景。然後於分光光度計中的膜/黏著劑/玻璃層板上直接獲得黏著劑樣品的穿透與混濁%。
實例1至5中每個黏著劑具有大於90%的透光值與低於5%的混濁值。
腐蝕敏感層的ITO相容性研究
黏著劑與腐蝕敏感層(其為銦錫氧化物(ITO)層)的相容性實驗按照如下進行。將黏著劑樣品轉移至0.0015英寸厚之經底塗聚酯(PET)背襯以形成膠帶。然後將該膠帶層壓至具有塗覆有ITO層的主表面之PET膜以使黏著劑與軌跡直接接觸形成層板。利用歐姆儀於ITO軌跡上測量初始表面電阻,其中儀器的電導線橫穿連接器墊放置。將所得層板置於設定在60℃與90%相對濕度條件的烘箱中。28天内利用歐姆儀定期測量每個樣品的表面電阻。記錄五次表面電阻測量值的平均值。
對照樣品包含曝露至周圍環境的ITO軌跡,即,未將黏著劑層壓至具有含ITO的軌跡之PET基材上。
與其他腐蝕敏感表面的相容性試驗
黏著劑與腐蝕敏感材料(其為鎳或鋁蒸汽金屬化的PET)之相容性按照如下進行。將黏著劑樣品轉移至0.0015英寸厚之經底塗聚酯(PET)背襯以形成膠帶。然後將該膠帶層壓至金屬化PET膜以使黏著劑與鎳或鋁直接接觸。利用型號9970 BYK Gardner TCS與分光光度計(來自BYK Gardner,Columbia,MD)測量層板的初始透光率與Δ(E)。將所得層板置於設定在60℃且90%相對濕度條件的烘箱中且在25天内定期測定每個樣品的透光率與Δ(E)。Δ(E)用於描述(數學上)兩顏色之間的差距。其被定義為(L1 -L2 )2 、(a1 -a2 )2 與(b1 -b2 )2 和的平方根,其中L、a、與b為色指數。
實例1
將溶於600克異丙醇之800克D-2000聚醚胺(來自Huntsman公司,The Woodlands,Texas)、800克異丙醇、22.35克A二胺(來自DuPont,Wilmington,Delaware)、與151.36克W單體環脂肪族二異氰酸酯(來自Bayer Material Science AG,Leverkusen,Germany)注入反應器中。室溫下,將所得混合物置於機械輥上48小時。然後,將溶液塗覆於矽化聚酯離型襯墊上且在70℃乾燥10分鐘得到具有25微米(0.001英寸)厚度之最終的壓感之基於聚醯胺的黏著劑。
實例2
將86克具有2,800之數均分子量的羥基官能性聚丁二烯(CAS號69102-90-5,購自Aldrich,Milwaukee,Wisconsin)與9.15克異氟爾酮二異氰酸酯(0.08當量)注入反應器中。在80℃下,使所得混合物在乾燥的氮氣氛圍中反應2小時。然後,添加5.3克胺丙基三甲氧基矽烷(0.21當量)。攪拌該混合物10分鐘,然後添加66.7克甲苯製得矽烷封端的胺基甲酸酯之60固體%溶液。將該溶液塗覆於襯墊上且在70℃乾燥15分鐘得到48微米(0.0019英寸)之最終的壓感厚度。因封端的三甲氧基矽烷基之存在,該乾燥的聚合物塗層可在濕氣存在下繼續固化得到交聯的聚合物塗層。在觸媒(例如二月桂酸二丁錫)存在下可加快濕氣固化。
實例3
將150克3192、半晶體聚酯多元醇(1020羥基當量重量,0.147當量,來自Uniqema,New Castle,Delaware)與27.7克異氟爾酮二異氰酸酯(0.25當量)注入反應器中。在80℃下,使所得混合物在乾燥的氮氣氛圍中反應2小時。然後,添加22.3克胺丙基三甲氧基矽烷(0.10當量)。攪拌該混合物10分鐘,然後添加66.7克甲苯得到矽烷封端的胺酯之75固體%溶液。將該溶液塗覆於襯墊上且在70℃下乾燥15分鐘得到38微米(0.0015英寸)之最終壓感厚度。如實例2中材料,該聚合物亦可在濕氣存在下交聯。
將14K PDMS二胺樣品(830.00克)置於配有機械攪拌器、加熱包、氮進口管(具有柱塞)與出口管的2升、3-頸樹脂燒瓶中。該燒瓶由氮氣沖洗15分鐘,然後,劇烈攪拌,逐滴添加草酸二乙酯(33.56克)。在室溫下,攪拌該反應混合物約1小時,隨後在80℃下攪拌75分鐘。該反應燒瓶配有蒸餾接頭與接收器。真空下(133Pascals,1Torr),於120℃加熱該反應混合物2小時及隨後在130℃下受熱30分鐘,直至無法收集到進一步餾出物。使該反應混合物冷卻至室溫以提供草醯胺基酯封端的矽酮產物(即,矽酮二胺兩端由單乙基草醯胺基酯基團封端)。流動的透明液體之氣相色譜分析顯示草酸二乙酯量無法測得。製備例C的該前驅物之酯當量重量係由滴定法確定(當量重量=8,272克/當量)。
滴定法確定當量重量
將約10克製備例B的前驅物化合物加入廣口瓶中。添加約50克THF溶劑。利用磁性攪拌棒混合器混合該等内容物直至混合物均勻。計算前驅物之理論當量重量,然後添加3至4倍該當量值範圍内的N-己基胺量。攪拌該反應混合物至少4小時。添加溴酚藍(10-20滴),且混合内容物直至均勻。利用1.0N(或0.1N)鹽酸滴定該混合物至黃色終點。前驅物的當量數等於加入樣品的N-已基胺之當量數減去滴定期間添加的鹽酸當量數。當量重量(克/當量)等於前驅物樣品重量除以前體當量數。
製備例C
稱量製備例B的前驅物(98.13克)與乙二胺(0.36克)並加入廣口瓶中。密封該廣口瓶且快速攪拌該混合物直至内容物黏稠難以流動。室溫下,將該廣口瓶置於輥磨機上隔夜。收集固態產物。
實例4
對於實例4,矽酮聚脲彈性體黏著劑係藉由利用習知溶劑裝置,在30重量%的IPA(120.00份)與70重量%的甲苯(280.00份)之20固體%溶液摻混物中,將製備例A的矽酮聚脲彈性體(80份)與添加劑油(20份)摻混製得。將溶劑混合物中此等樣品塗覆於經底塗的PET上且乾燥至25微米最終厚度。
實例5
將製備例C的共聚物(18.50克)溶於THF(45.60克)中。將MQ樹脂(30.83克,60.0固體%)加入該聚合物溶液中。在室溫下,混合最終混合物過夜,且然後刮塗於PET上。室溫下,將經塗佈的膜乾燥約15分鐘,然後在130℃烘箱中乾燥10分鐘,得到25微米厚度乾塗層。
圖5顯示如上述實驗方法中所述的實例1至5的黏著劑與對照樣品在28天內的相容性研究結果。如數據顯示,五個所有樣品顯示在60℃與90%相對濕度(RH)下28天後,電阻增加20%或更少,21天内在電阻變化小於20%之目標範圍内。雖然對照樣品顯示相對於實例電阻增長最小,但用於文中涵蓋的產物裝置,需要黏著劑。
實例6
將實例5的黏著劑(25微米)層壓至聚烯烴(ExxonMobil EXACT 8210)載體膜(125mil)的兩側得到具有聚烯烴核心與矽酮黏著劑表面的黏著轉移膠帶。
表2與3顯示實例6的黏著劑在鎳與鋁蒸汽金屬化的PET膜上之相容性研究結果。數據顯示,如由透光度與Δ(E)相對增加所示,金屬表面因黏著劑腐蝕程度最小。
實例7
將兩種矽酮黏著劑(Dow Corning 7657與Dow Corning 7658)(70/30乾重比)與Dow Corning Syl-Off 7678交聯劑(0.16份)及Dow Corning Syl-Off 4000觸媒混合。在130℃烘箱中於氟矽酮襯墊上乾燥該混合溶液約15分鐘得到36微米厚度的乾塗層。然後,將乾黏著劑層壓至聚烯烴(ExxonMobil EXACT 8210)載體膜(100mil)兩側得到黏著劑轉移帶。
表4顯示當實例7的黏著劑置於ITO表面上時表面電阻的變化。如由電阻少量增加所示,數據顯示最小的ITO腐蝕。

Claims (20)

  1. 一種物件,其包含與選自金屬與金屬合金之群的一腐蝕敏感層接觸之具有小於約5之酸值且選自由聚脲、聚醯胺、聚胺酯、聚酯、加成固化矽酮及其組合組成之群的一黏著劑,其中當該物件保持在約60℃與90%相對濕度的條件約21天時,該腐蝕敏感層展現與其最初電阻值相較為20%或更少之一電阻值變化,其中該黏著劑係黏彈性物質及具25至75微米厚。
  2. 如請求項1之物件,其中該腐蝕敏感層係設於一基材的一第一主表面上。
  3. 如請求項2之物件,其中該黏著劑與基材中至少一者為光學透明的。
  4. 如請求項2之物件,其中該基材係選自由玻璃與聚合膜組成之群。
  5. 如請求項2之物件,其中該腐蝕敏感層覆蓋該基材之整個第一主表面或其一部分。
  6. 如請求項5之物件,其中當該腐蝕敏感層覆蓋該基材的該第一主表面之一部分時,該層係成一規則圖案。
  7. 如請求項1之物件,其中該腐蝕敏感層係選自由銅、銅合金、銀、銀合金、銦錫氧化物、鎳、鋁、與銻錫氧化物組成之群。
  8. 如請求項1之物件,其中該腐蝕敏感層係平坦的。
  9. 如請求項2之物件,其包含複數個黏著劑與具有置於基材上的一腐蝕敏感層之基材的交替層。
  10. 如請求項2之物件,其進一步包含與該基材之一邊緣相鄰配置且與該腐蝕敏感層相連接的一連接器墊。
  11. 如請求項2之物件,其中該基材具有與該第一主表面相對的一第二主表面,每個表面具有該腐蝕敏感層置於其至少一部分上且具有該黏著劑置於該腐蝕敏感層上。
  12. 如請求項1之物件,其中該黏著劑為一壓感黏著劑、一熱活化黏著劑、或一現場固化的黏著劑。
  13. 如請求項1之物件,其中該黏著劑為具有相對的第一與第二主表面的一膜,且該腐蝕敏感層係置於該黏著劑膜的該第一與第二表面中的每一面上。
  14. 一種製造一物件之方法,其包含以下步驟:提供一基材,其具有一腐蝕敏感層置於其至少一部分上;提供一膠帶,其包含(i)的一背襯,其具有相對的第一與第二主表面;(ii)一黏著劑,其具有小於約5的一酸值且選自由聚脲、聚醯胺、聚胺酯、聚酯、加成固化矽酮及其組合組成之群;及將該膠帶層壓至該基材以使該黏著劑接觸該腐蝕敏感層。
  15. 如請求項14之方法,其中該黏著劑與基材中至少一者係光學透明的。
  16. 如請求項14之方法,其中該基材係選自由玻璃與聚合膜組成之群。
  17. 如請求項14之方法,其中當該腐蝕敏感層覆蓋該基材的 該第一主表面之一部分時,該層係成一規則圖案。
  18. 如請求項14之方法,其中該腐蝕敏感層係選自由銅、銅合金、銀、銀合金、銦錫氧化物、鎳、鋁、與銻錫氧化物組成之群。
  19. 如請求項14之方法,其中該腐蝕敏感層係平坦的。
  20. 如請求項14之方法,其進一步包含與該基材之一邊緣相鄰配置且與該腐蝕敏感層相連接的一連接器墊。
