Claims (18)
- 一種異物檢測裝置,其包含:信號產生部,其係產生電子信號;傳送部,其係轉換來自上述信號產生部之電子信號,使液體中產生壓力波;接收部,其係接收來自上述液體之反射波,並轉換成電子信號;儲存部,其係儲存與於上述液體未含異物之狀態所得到之反射波之電子信號相關之資訊;及檢測部,其係根據經轉換上述反射波之電子信號與基於上述所儲存資訊之電子信號之差,至少檢測上述異物之大小;上述信號產生部使具有滿足下述公式之頻率之上述電子信號產生: 其中f為頻率,Ro為最大氣泡尺寸,Po為液體之平衡壓力,ρ為液體密度,γ為比熱比。
- 如請求項1之異物檢測裝置,其中上述檢測部係根據經轉換上述反射波之電子信號與基於上述所儲存資訊之電子信號之差之平方,檢測上述異物之大小。
- 如請求項1之異物檢測裝置,其中上述檢測部係基於經轉換上述反射波之電子信號與基於上述所儲存資訊之電子信號之差,求得散射截面積,並從預先求得之異物大小與散射截面積之關係,檢測異物大小。
- 如請求項1之異物檢測裝置,其中上述傳送部係包含壓電材料,並使上述液體中產生對應來自上述信號產生部之電子信號之頻率之上述壓力波。
- 如請求項1之異物檢測裝置,其中上述接收部係包含壓電材料,並產生與來自上述液體之反射波對應之電子信號。
- 如請求項1之異物檢測裝置,其中進而包含切換部,其係用於進行來自上述信號產生部之電子信號與來自上述接收部之電子信號之切換。
- 如請求項1之異物檢測裝置,其中進而包含收納部,其係用於收納上述液體,且上述收納部之等值直徑尺寸滿足下述公式: 此處,f為頻率,d為收納部之等值直徑尺寸。
- 一種液滴噴出裝置,其係包含:噴嘴本體,其係具有液室;加壓部,其係設於上述噴嘴本體,且對上述液室內之液體施加壓力;噴嘴部,其係設於上述噴嘴本體,且具有噴嘴孔;及異物檢測裝置,其係如請求項1至6中任一項者。
- 如請求項8之液滴噴出裝置,其中上述加壓部係至少兼用作為設於上述異物檢測裝置之傳送部及接收部中任一者。
- 如請求項8之液滴噴出裝置,其中上述加壓部係基於來 自設於上述異物檢測裝置之信號產生部之電子信號,對上述液室內之液體施加壓力。
- 如請求項8之液滴噴出裝置,其中上述液室之等值直徑尺寸係滿足下述公式: 此處,d為液室之等值直徑尺寸,f為頻率。
- 一種異物檢測方法,其係包含:將壓力波導入液體之步驟;將來自上述液體之反射波轉換為電子信號之步驟;藉由求得經轉換上述反射波之電子信號與於未含異物之情形時所得到之反射波之電子信號之差,提取異物相關資訊之步驟;及基於上述所提取之異物相關資訊,至少求得上述異物之大小之步驟;上述壓力波係具有滿足下述公式之頻率: 其中f為頻率,Ro為最大氣泡尺寸,Po為液體之平衡壓力,ρ為液體密度,γ為比熱比。
- 如請求項12之異物檢測方法,其中求得上述異物大小之情形,係基於經轉換上述反射波之電子信號與上述異物未存在之情形之電子信號之差之平方,來求得上述異物之大小。
- 如請求項12之異物檢測方法,其中求得上述異物大小之 情形,係基於經轉換上述反射波之電子信號與上述異物未存在之情形之電子信號之差,求得散射截面積,並從預先求得之異物大小與散射截面積之關係,檢測異物大小。
- 如請求項12之異物檢測方法,其中將上述壓力波導入液體之步驟,係將具有滿足下述公式之頻率之上述壓力波導入液體: 此處,f為頻率,d為收納液體之要素之等值直徑尺寸。
- 一種液滴噴出方法,其係包含:對液體施加特定壓力,使液體作為液滴從噴嘴孔中噴出之步驟;及使用如請求項12至15中任一項之異物檢測方法,求得異物是否存在及異物之大小中之至少任一者之步驟。
- 如請求項16之液滴噴出方法,其中進而包含基於所求得之上述異物之大小,進行關於噴出異常產生之判定之步驟。
- 如請求項17之液滴噴出方法,其中在進行上述關於噴出異常產生之判定之步驟中,在由於存在比特定臨限值要大之異物而有產生噴出異常之虞之情形,將上述比特定臨限值要大之異物與上述液體一起自上述噴嘴孔排出。
