Claims (2)
- 被測定材中に超音波を発振し、受振された反射波のうちから所定時間範囲の反射波を取り出して、取り出した反射波の周波数分析を行い、全周波数の反射波パワーの合計値に対する所定周波数以上の反射波パワーの合計値の割合に基づいて前記被測定材の結晶粒が細長く延びる結晶粒異方性を生じているか否かを判定することを特徴とする結晶粒異方性判定方法。
- 前記全周波数の反射波パワーの合計値より前記被測定材の結晶粒径を検出する請求項1に記載の結晶粒異方性判定方法。
