Description

毛圈織物產品
本發明關於毛圈織物產品其係由紡織品基底材料和與該基底材料結合的絨毛以熟知方式組成。
毛圈織物產品係一種具有特別吸收力及舒適感覺之紡織物件，其特別地用於家庭紡織品及運動用品領域中。該與紡織基底材料(例如織物)結合的絨毛(特別呈紗毛圈(yarn loop)之形式)為毛圈織物產品的特徵。
為本發明目的，術語“毛圈織物產品”特別的但非專有地涵蓋諸如毛圈織物布料、天鵝絨(velour)毛圈織物產品、縮絨(milled)毛圈織物產品及撚紗(twisted)毛圈織物產品等產品。
毛圈織物產品，例如毛巾，必須符合特定的需求，尤其是在其柔軟度、吸收力、蓬鬆度(bulkiness)及蓬鬆穩定性(在貯存期間，一疊毛巾必須不會在其自身重量影響下下沉)方面。
目前，市售毛圈織物產品基本上由棉組成。由棉製成之毛巾展現出所需的蓬鬆度、蓬鬆穩定性及吸收力。
然而，為了達到該產品所需之柔軟度，必須對棉產品加上增塑劑(plasticizer)。在家中洗滌時，必需使用織物柔軟劑。增塑劑及織物柔軟劑兩者皆有引起過敏的疑慮。而且，增塑劑實質上會降低其所添加之產品的吸收力及吸收速率。
在沒有使用增塑劑及織物柔軟劑之下，由習用之莫代爾纖維製成之毛圈織物產品柔軟且亦具吸收性，但展現出比100%棉製產品低的蓬鬆度及蓬鬆穩定性。
包含棉及習用之莫代爾纖維的混合物之毛圈織物產品柔軟、具吸收性且具有足夠的蓬鬆度，但是沒有展現出足夠的蓬鬆穩定性。
由合成纖維(例如微聚酯)製成之毛圈織物產品柔軟，但必須添加親水性化學品以獲得足夠的吸收力。
本發明之目的在於提供一種毛圈織物產品，其以優異方式滿足對此等紡織物件所作的需求，而沒有展現上面提及的先前技藝產品之缺點。
該目的由下述之毛圈織物產品達成，其特徵在於其基底材料及/或絨毛至少部分地包含選自黏液纖維、莫代爾纖維、多元腦纖維及萊塞爾纖維所組成之群組中的纖維素纖維，該纖維素纖維具有大於1.7 dtex至4.5 dtex之纖度。
另人驚異的是，業經發現在毛圈織物產品中使用具有在從1.7 dtex至4.5 dtex之特定纖度範圍內的“人造”纖維素纖維，即黏液纖維、莫代爾纖維、多元腦纖維及萊塞爾纖維，可使本發明的產品同時展現出優異蓬鬆度及優異蓬鬆穩定性。
相較於包括例如具有較低纖度的莫代爾纖維或分別具有較低纖度的莫代爾纖維與棉之混合物的現有產品，其吸收力有所改良。在一較佳具體實例中，係使用具有修正橫截面之纖維，特別是具有多葉形(multilobal)橫截面的纖維，因為如此擴大纖維表面之結果可再次改良其吸收速率及吸收力之故。特別較佳者為三葉形橫截面。具有多葉形橫截面的“人造”纖維素纖維經載於，例如，EP 0 301 874 A1以及WO 2006/060835之中。
較為理想的是，本發明所使用的纖維素纖維之纖度範圍從2 dtex至4.5 dtex，特別較佳者從2.2 dtex至3.3 dtex，最佳者從2.5 dtex至2.8 dtex，特別者從2.5 dtex至2.6 dtex。
特別佳者為使用在上面提及之纖度範圍中的莫代爾纖維。
名稱“莫代爾纖維”係一俗名，根據BISFA(Bureau for the International Standardization of Man－Made Fibers)的定義，係表具有經界定的高濕強度及亦經界定的高濕模數(即，將濕狀態的纖維擴展5%所需的力)之纖維素纖維。
由於莫代爾纖維之柔軟度，不僅在本發明毛圈織物產品的製造中不需要增塑劑，而且在後續使用中也不需要纖維柔軟劑。
在本發明毛圈織物產品中，所用的纖維素纖維可以纖維素短纖維之形式提供，其具有從30毫米至60毫米，較佳者從38毫米至51毫米之裁切長度。
該纖維素纖維可呈現為由彼等所製成的紗或撚紗之形式。本身已知的各類型諸如，環錠紡紗(ring yarn)、賽絡紗(SIRO yarn)、包芯紗(core－spun yarn)、密紡紗(compact yarn)、OE－紗、噴氣紗(air－jet yarn)、雪尼爾紗(chenille)、毛圈紗(looped yarns)及無撚紗(zero－twist yarn)，例如，與聚乙烯醇(PVA)－纖維及－紗所成之混合物，都可視為紗。
在本發明毛圈織物產品中，該纖維素纖維可與選自下列之纖維材料成混合物形式存在：棉、聚酯、羊毛、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚醯胺(PA)、聚丙烯酸系纖維(PAC)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、亞麻、絲、亦或黏液纖維、多元腦纖維、萊塞爾纖維及具有例如較低纖度範圍的莫代爾纖維。
在上面提及之纖度範圍中的莫代爾纖維與棉所成之混合物係特別有利者。
在一較佳具體實例中，該紡織基底材料及/或該絨毛基本上係分別完全由纖維素纖維或包含纖維素纖維的混合物所組成。此意指完全以纖維素纖維的紗或來自纖維素纖維及第二組份，如棉，的混紡紗，分別地用於該基底材料及/或絨毛之製造中。
該纖維素纖維在基底材料及/或絨毛中的比例有利地係從1%至100%，較佳者從10%至100%，特別佳者從30%至100%。
在每一情況中，特別佳者為，30%至50%莫代爾纖維與70%至50%棉的混合物，例如，30%莫代爾纖維/70%棉或50%莫代爾纖維/50%棉的混合物。如上面提及者，此等混合物可用於絨毛及/或襯底織物之材料中。
在一可能的具體實例中，只有該絨毛基本上完全由纖維素纖維所組成，或分別地，包含與不同纖維之混合物，且該基底材料係由不同的纖維材料所組成。具有例如100%棉的基底材料以及100%莫代爾纖維或50%莫代爾纖維和50%棉的混合物之絨毛的具體實例係有利者。
在另一具體實例中，該絨毛及基底材料兩者基本上都完全由纖維素纖維所組成或，分別的，包含與不同纖維之混合物。其中基底材料和絨毛兩者都由100%莫代爾纖維，或分別地，由50%莫代爾纖維與50%棉之混合物或30%莫代爾纖維與70%棉之混合物所製成者為有利的具體實例。

該紡織基底材料較佳為選自編織物、經編針織物(warp knitted fabrics)、針織物及針編織物(stitch knitted fabrics)所組成之群組。
本發明毛圈織物產品較佳提供為選自毛巾、海灘巾、浴巾、三溫暖巾、浴袍、面巾、浴毯、茶巾、寢具、例如床單、床墊和被套及床台(mattress supports)，嬰兒衣物、運動裝、襪子、內裏材料及尿布所組成之群組中的物品之形式或，分別地，作為該等物品的組份之形式。
 實施例： 實施例1：
基底材料之經線係由100%棉紗(Ne 23.5/2或Ne12/1)所組成，緯線亦由100%棉－(Ne 16.5/1)所組成。用於絨毛者，係使用由50%莫代爾纖維(2.5 dtex，裁切長度38毫米)和50%棉(Ne 16.5/1)所製成之混紡紗。完成之產品展現優異吸收力、高蓬鬆度及優異蓬鬆穩定性。此物品具固有的柔軟性及舒適的感覺。不需要用增塑劑處理，且事實上如此會有不良的作用，因為吸收力及吸收速率都會因而明顯降低。
實施例2：
基底材料之經線係由，如在實施例1中者，100%棉紗(Ne 23.5/2或Ne12/1)組成且緯線係由100%棉－(Ne 16.5/1)所組成。用於絨毛時，係使用含88%莫代爾纖維(2.5 dtex，裁切長度51毫米)及12% PVA(Ne12無撚紗)之紗混合物。在該產品之進一步加工期間，萃取該PVA纖維，藉以降低產品之重量。完成的產品展現優異吸收力及非常高之毛圈紗體積。由於使用裁切長度51毫米的2.5 dtex莫代爾纖維之結果而改良了毛圈紗中的纖維結合，此一毛巾在使用中比相當的由棉製成之無撚紗所得毛巾，損失遠較為少的纖維。
實施例3：

  1. 一種由紡織基底材料及與該基底材料結合的絨毛所組成之毛圈織物產品，其特徵在於該基底材料及/或該絨毛至少部分地包含選自黏膠(viscose)纖維、莫代爾(modal)纖維、多元腦纖維(polynosic fibers)及萊塞爾纖維(lyocell)所組成之群組中的纖維素纖維，該纖維素纖維具有從2 dtex至4.5 dtex之纖度。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維具有從2.2 dtex至3.3 dtex之纖度。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第2項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維具有從2.5 dtex至2.8 dtex之纖度。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第3項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維具有從2.5 dtex至2.6 dtex之纖度。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維係具有從30毫米至60毫米的裁切長度之纖維素短纖維。
  6. 根據申請專利範圍第5項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素短纖維具有從38毫米至51毫米的裁切長度。
  7. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維具有多葉形橫截面。
  8. 根據申請專利範圍第7項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維具有三葉形橫截面。
  9. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維係呈現為從彼製成的紗或撚紗之形式。
  10. 根據申請專利範圍第9項之毛圈織物產品，其中該紗係選自環錠紡紗(ring spun yarns)、賽絡紗(siro yarn)、包芯紗(core-spun yarn)、密紡紗(compact yarn)、OE-紗、噴氣紗(air-jet yarn)、雪尼爾紗(chenille)、毛圈紗(looped yarns)及無撚紗(zero-twist yarn)所組成之群組。
  11. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維係與選自棉、聚酯、羊毛、聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、聚醯胺、聚丙烯酸系、聚乙烯醇、亞麻、絲、黏膠纖維、萊塞爾纖維、多元腦纖維及莫代爾纖維所組成之群組中的纖維材料成混合物形式存在。
  12. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其中該紡織基底材料及/或絨毛基本上係分別完全由纖維素纖維或包含該纖維素纖維的混合物所組成。
  13. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維在該基底材料及/或絨毛中的比例範圍係從1%至100%。
  14. 根據申請專利範圍第13項之毛圈織物產品，其中該纖維素纖維在該基底材料及/或絨毛中的比例範圍係從10%至100%。
  15. 根據申請專利範圍第14項之毛圈織物產品，其中 該纖維素纖維在該基底材料及/或絨毛中的比例範圍係從30%至100%。
  16. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其中該絨毛經線係分別由100%莫代爾纖維之線及100%棉或聚酯、羊毛、聚丙烯、聚醯胺、聚丙烯酸系、聚乙烯醇、亞麻、絲、黏膠纖維、多元腦纖維或萊塞爾纖維之線所組成。
  17. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其中該絨毛係分別由紗毛圈或剪紗毛圈所組成。
  18. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其中該基底材料係選自編織物、經針織物、針織物及針編織物所組成之群組。
  19. 根據申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項之毛圈織物產品，其係呈選自毛巾、海灘巾、浴巾、三溫暖巾、浴袍、面巾、浴毯、茶巾、寢具、例如床單、床墊和被套及床台(mattress supports)，嬰兒衣物、運動裝、襪子、內裏材料及尿布所組成之群組中的物品之形式，或分別地，作為該等物品的組份之形式。
