Description
本發明係關於一種支撐工作機械主軸(Spindle)等之高速旋轉軸的滾動軸承所使用之高速軸承用潤滑脂。
工作機械之主軸係為了提高加工能率宜以高速進行旋轉,於其軸承適用各種之潤滑技術。適用於進行高速旋轉之主軸的潤滑方法,已知例如油霧潤滑、油氣潤滑、噴射潤滑等之方法。但,如此之潤滑方法係必須有壓縮空氣或給油裝置等之附帶設備,為提昇工作機械之初始成本及營運成本的原因之一。對於此等而潤滑脂潤滑係可謂維護必須之至少較佳的潤滑方法。例如,支撐以2000~8000rpm或其以上之高速進行旋轉的旋轉軸之高速滾動軸承可舉例如支撐工作機械主軸(Spindle)等之角接觸軸承或圓筒滾珠軸承等。
如圖2所示般,角接觸軸承11係除了徑向荷重外,可負荷來自一方向之軸向荷重者,連結鋼球14與內軸12及外輪13之接觸點的直線對於徑向方向具有角度(接觸角)α。於以內軸12及外輪13與鋼球14所形成之軸承空間封入潤滑脂。如此之角接觸軸承、或圓筒滾珠軸承等所構成之高速滾動軸承所使用之潤滑劑係不需給油等之維護,宜採用不污染周圍環境之稠度所調整的潤滑脂。
以下,歸納工作機械主軸(Spindle)用滾動軸承等之高速軸承用潤滑脂所要求的潤滑特性與問題點而表示之。
(a)為有效地延長長壽命性滾動軸承之潤滑壽命,如說明於以下之(i)~(iii),必須有:從滾動軸承潤滑劑(潤滑脂或其基油)很難洩漏、潤滑脂之耐熱性優異、可形成潤滑必須之油膜厚度。
(i)使滾動軸承進行高速運轉時,藉離心力而滾動軸承內之潤滑脂或潤滑脂流出於軸承外部,或,潤滑脂中之基油分離流出,而很難滯留於對潤滑很大助益之滾動面附近,易成為潤滑不良。為防止如此之事態,成為使遮蔽板等之密封構件裝載於滾動軸承之對策,但,藉軸承之構造有時無法裝載,又,即使裝載密封構件,亦有時無法完全密封潤滑劑或潤滑油。
未被高速運轉之滾動軸承時,認為藉轉動體或保持器之運動從摩擦部分被押出之多餘的潤滑脂,係藉旋轉條件使軸承內部進行某種程度回流而可再助於潤滑。但,以高速進行旋轉之工作機械等的旋轉軸支撐用滾動軸承,因軸承內部產生之風壓會妨礙此回流,易引起潤滑不良。因此以高速進行旋轉之滾動軸承,係只微量之潤滑脂有助於潤滑,而潤滑脂之性狀成為特別重要。又,高速軸承用潤滑脂係即使少量之潤滑脂,亦必須維持潤滑性能。
(ii)若運轉條件進行高速化,軸承之滾動面係局部地發熱而成為高溫度,此時,缺乏耐熱性之潤滑脂會熱劣化,潤滑脂之壽命明顯縮短。對於如此之問題,嘗試使用具耐熱性之增稠劑或基油,或添加抗氧化劑。但,此等之嘗試係尚未達耐久性之充分提昇。
(iii)提高潤滑性(油膜厚度)之習知潤滑脂,係若提高基油黏度,剪切摩擦阻抗會上昇而旋轉扭力增加,發熱量增大,故為抑制此等,抑制基油黏度至很低。因此,有時隨高速之溫度上昇,成為低黏度之潤滑油的油膜變薄而引起滑動磨耗。
(b)有關低扭力性(昇度上昇之抑制性)而已存在之高速軸承用潤滑脂,係如前述般抑制基油黏度至很低,但若軸承以高速度旋轉,有如下之問題:受溫度上昇,黏度明顯降低,無法形成潤滑所需之厚度的油膜。
(c)有關低振動性,係有時依潤滑脂之增稠劑的種類而增大軸承之振動。亦即,在含有形成大且硬之凝集體的增稠劑之潤滑脂中係進行潤滑之滾動軸承的振動變大。
如此地,習知之潤滑脂係有如下之間題點:使用於高速滾動軸承時無法滿足所謂軸承之長壽命性、低扭力性及低振動性之所需物性。就對策而言,已提出調配有脲化合物之潤滑脂(參照專利文獻1~專利文獻3),為得到更高速性能,係不充分。
例如,於專利文獻3中已揭示一種潤滑脂組成物,其係含有在40℃中之動態黏度為15mm2
/sec以上40mm2
/sec以下之基油、與含量為潤滑脂組成物全體之9質量%以上14質量%以下之二脲化合物的增稠劑,混合稠度為220以上320以下。但,即使在上述潤滑脂組成物中,要減少潤滑脂封入量乃很難,無法充分應付軸承之高速旋轉,而很難進行工作機械的小型化或運轉經費的刪減。
又,近年漸漸滾動軸承之使用狀態變嚴苛,以所謂節距圓徑dm(mm)與旋轉數N(rpm)之積的dmN值為170萬以上之高速旋轉所使用的工作機械主軸(Spindle)用滾動軸承等亦變多。伴隨如此之軸承的旋轉速度之高速化,以已知之潤滑脂很難全部滿足軸承所要求之性能。

本發明係對應於如此之問題所形成者,目的在於提供一種高速軸承用潤滑脂,其係即使為很少之潤滑脂封入量,可充分對應於例如節距圓徑dm(mm)與旋轉數N(rpm)之積的dmN值為170萬以上之高速旋轉,而可進行工作機械的小型化或運轉經費的刪減。
本發明之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其係於以脲系化合物作為增稠劑之脲潤滑脂中,調配於分子內具有醯胺鍵之複合醯胺鋰皂作為增稠劑之非脲潤滑脂而成的高速軸承用潤滑脂,其特徵在於:上述脲系化合物係使聚異氰酸酯成分與單胺成分反應而得到,上述單胺成分為相對於單胺全體含有脂肪族單胺46莫耳%以上之單胺成分。
上述非脲潤滑脂係對於上述潤滑脂全體之調配比率為10重量%~80重量%。
上述複合醯胺鋰皂係對於上述非脲潤滑脂全體之調配比率為3重量%~40重量%。
使用於上述脲潤滑脂及上述非脲潤滑脂之基油係在40℃之動態黏度為10mm2
/sec~40mm2
/sec。
使用於上述脲潤滑脂及上述非脲潤滑脂之基油係選自合成烴油、酯油及烷基二苯醚油之至少一種的油。
上述高速軸承用潤滑脂係添加至少一種選自有機鉬化合物及有機鋅化合物作為添加劑。
上述聚異氰酸酯成分為芳香族二異氰酸酯。尤其上述芳香族二異氰酸酯為4,4’-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯。
上述脂肪族單胺為辛基胺。
上述於分子內具有醯胺鍵之複合醯胺鋰皂為N烷基取代單醯胺酸之鋰鹽。尤其上述N烷基取代單醯胺酸之鋰鹽為下述式(1)表示者。

本發明之高速軸承用潤滑脂,係於以特定之脲系化合物作為增稠劑之脲潤滑脂中,調配於分子內具有醯胺鍵之複合醯胺鋰皂作為增稠劑之非脲潤滑脂而成者,故即使為少量之潤滑脂封入量,可保持封入此潤滑脂之滾動軸承的耐荷重性,同時並於高速旋轉下油對軌道面之供給能力優異。
構成脲系化合物之單胺成分為相對於單胺全體含有脂肪族單胺46莫耳%以上,故對於高速下之剪切力,增稠劑不容易被破壞,而藉由增稠劑纖維的毛細管現象,可於運轉面安定地供給潤滑脂中之油分。
就封入本發明之高速軸承用潤滑脂的高速軸承之一例而言,可例示於圖1所示之角接觸軸承。圖1係表示已封入本發明之高速軸承用潤滑脂的角接觸軸承之縱截面圖。
此角接觸軸承1係如圖1所示般,於內輪2與外輪3之間以保持器5保持轉動體4之軸承空間,以固定於設在外輪3之內周面的卡止溝之密封構件6進行密封的軸承。本發明之高速軸承用潤滑脂8係在以內輪2、外輪3與轉轉體4所形成之軸承空間內,至少封入於轉動體4之周圍。角接觸軸承1中係於外輪3之內徑面形成周溝狀之潤滑脂口袋7,物理性防止潤滑脂之洩漏。連結轉動體4、內輪2及外輪3之接觸點的直線相對於徑向方向而具有接觸角β,可負荷徑向荷重與一方向之軸向荷重。又,轉動體4係亦可為氟化矽或碳化矽等之陶瓷製。
本發明之高速軸承用潤滑脂係封入於軸承時,宜封入軸承空隙部之容積的1體積%以上、未達10體積%之量。若未達1體積%,潤滑所需之潤滑脂量會不足而枯竭,耐久性差。若為10體積%以上,因攪拌所產生之扭力增加造成的發熱,耐久性不會提高,且,與成本增加有關,環境上亦不佳。
可封入本發明之高速軸承用潤滑脂的高速軸承係除圖1所示之角接觸軸承外,可舉例如深溝滾珠軸承、圓筒滾珠軸承、圓錐滾珠軸承、自動調心滾珠軸承、針狀滾珠軸承、推力圓筒滾珠軸承、推力圓錐滾珠軸承、推力針狀滾珠軸承、推力自動調心滾珠軸承等。
在本發明中,可使用於脲潤滑脂及非脲潤滑脂之基油,宜使用在40℃中之動態黏度(以下,僅計為動態黏度)為10~40mm2
/sec的潤滑油。尤其,更宜動態黏度為18~30mm2
/sec的潤滑油。動態黏度不足10mm2
/sec,黏度太低而無法得到充分的耐荷重性。又,動態黏度超過40mm2
/sec時,伴隨高速旋轉而油於軌道面的供給會不足,早期到達軸承壽命。
上述脲潤滑脂及非脲潤滑脂之基油的種類係可舉例如合成烴油、酯油、烷基二苯醚油、礦油、GTL油等。此等之基油係可單獨或組合2種類以上而使用。此等之中宜使用合成烴油、酯油、烷基二苯醚油等。
又,宜合成烴油、酯油、烷基二苯醚油各別之動態黏度為10~40mm2
/sec。若為此範圍,即使為形成混合油時,可使動態黏度的範圍為上述之10~40mm2
/sec。形成混合油時,宜使合成烴油為必須成分,又,合成烴油宜為較酯油或烷基二苯醚油就重量比率為同量以上。
合成烴油可舉例如正石蠟、異石蠟、聚丁烯、聚異丁烯、1-癸烯寡聚物、1-癸烯與乙烯共寡聚物等之聚-α-烯烴等。
酯油可舉例如二丁基癸二酸酯、二-2-乙基己基癸二酸酯、二辛基己二酸酯、二異癸基己二酸酯、雙十三碳基己二酸酯、雙十三碳基酞酸酯、甲基/乙醯基蓖麻油酸酯等之二酯油、三辛基偏苯三甲酸酯、十三碳基偏苯三甲酸、四辛基均苯四甲酸等之芳香族酯油、三羥甲基丙烷己酸酯、三羥甲基丙烷壬酸酯、季戊四醇-2-乙基己酸酯、季戊四醇壬酸酯等之多元醇酯油、碳酸酯油等。
烷基二苯醚油可舉例如單烷基二苯醚、二烷基二苯醚、聚烷基二苯醚等。
礦油係可使用從原油所得到之潤滑油進行減壓蒸餾、油劑裂解、溶劑萃取、氫化分解、溶劑脫蠟、硫酸洗淨、白土精製、氫化精製等之精製者。
在本發明中之脲潤滑脂係於上述基油調配脲系化合物作為增稠劑而成之潤滑脂。可使用於本發明之脲系化合物(脲系增稠劑)係使聚異氰酸酯成分與單胺成分反應所得到。
上述聚異氰酸酯成分可舉例如苯撐基二異氰酸酯、甲苯撐基二異氰酸酯、二苯基二異氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯、十八碳烷二異氰酸酯、癸烷二異氰酸酯、己烷二異氰酸酯等。此等之中,亦宜為芳香族二異氰酸酯。又,可使用二胺與相對於該二胺就莫耳比與過剩的二異氰酸酯之反應所得到的聚異氰酸酯。二胺可舉例如乙二胺、丙二胺、丁二胺、己二胺、辛二胺、苯二胺、甲苯二胺、二甲苯二胺、二胺基二苯基甲烷等。
上述單胺成分係相對於單胺全體含有脂肪族單胺46莫耳%以上,較佳係80莫耳%以上之單胺成分。藉由含有46莫耳%以上,增稠劑之剪切安定性強,在高速下亦不易被破壞,而藉增稠劑之毛細管現象,可供給潤滑脂中之基油至運轉部。構成上述單胺成分之脂肪族單胺以外的單胺可舉例如脂環式單胺、芳香族單胺。
脂肪族單胺可舉例如己胺、辛胺、十二碳基胺、十六碳基胺、十八碳基胺、硬酯基胺、油基胺,此等之中亦宜為辛胺。脂環式單胺可舉例如環己胺等。芳香族單胺可舉例如苯胺、對甲苯胺,此等之中,宜使用苯胺。
在本發明中,脲系增稠劑係相對於脲潤滑脂全體宜以3~20重量%之比率調配。尤其宜為5~16重量%之調配量。調配量不足3重量%時,基油保持能力不充分,尤其,旋轉初期一時地大量之油分會分離而引起潤滑脂之洩漏,軸承耐久壽命變短。又,若調配量超過20重量%,相對地基油之量變少,油供給性不充分,早期地陷於潤滑不足而同樣地軸承耐久受命變短。
本發明中之非脲潤滑脂係不含有脲系化合物,而為於上述基油中調配複合醯胺鋰皂作為增稠劑而成之金屬複合皂系的潤滑脂。
使用於本發明中之複合醯胺鋰皂係由脂肪族二羧酸、脂肪族單胺、氫氧化鋰等所合成,尤其於分子內具有醯胺鍵者。複合醯胺鋰皂作為增稠劑之非脲潤滑脂的市售品,可舉例如協同油脂公司製:Palmax RGB。
在本發明中複合醯胺鋰皂係宜相對於非脲潤滑脂全體以3~40重量%的比率進行調配。調配量未達3重量%時,潤滑脂為軟質受剪切容易從軸承洩漏。又,若調配量超過40重量%,潤滑脂中之油分少,恐油供給性變差。
在本發明之高速軸承用潤滑脂中非脲潤滑脂係宜相對於潤滑脂全體以10~80重量%的比率進行調配。尤宜為20~50重量%之調配量。就非脲潤滑脂而言,調配量未達10重量%時,於運轉部之油供給性差。又,若調配量超過80重量%,在高速下增稠劑之纖維易被破壞,藉增稠劑之毛細管現象無法使基油供給至運轉部。
又,於本發明中脲潤滑脂與非脲潤滑脂之混合潤滑脂係依需要而可含有公知之潤滑脂用添加劑。此添加劑可舉例如有機鋅化合物、胺系、酚系化合物等之抗氧化劑、苯並三唑等之金屬惰性劑、聚甲基丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯等之黏度指數提昇劑、二硫化鉬、石墨等之固體潤滑劑、金屬磺酸酯、多元醇酯等之抗銹劑、有機鉬化合物等之摩擦降低劑、酯、醇等之油性劑、磷系化合物等之抗磨耗劑等。此等係可單獨或組合2種類以上而添加。
此等之添加劑中,有機鋅化合物與有機鉬化合物係極壓性優異,以油對運轉面之供給不足之狀態,亦可防止燒結,很有效。
此等之添加劑的含量係個別地宜為潤滑脂全量之0.05重量%以上,就合計量宜為潤滑脂全量的0.15~10重量%之範圍。尤其,就合計量超過10重量%時,不僅無法期待符合含量增加之效果,而且相對地其他成分的含量變少,又,在潤滑脂中此等添加劑會凝集,亦有時招致扭力上昇等之不佳的現象。
以下,舉例實施例而更進一步說明本發明,但本發明係不受此任何限定。
<脲潤滑脂之調製>
脲潤滑脂U1~U7
於表1所示之基油的半量中,以表1所示之比率溶解4,4’-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(日本Polyurethane工業公司製:Milionate MT、以下記為MDI),於其餘之半量的基油中溶解成為MDI之2倍當量的單胺。各別之調配比率及種類係如表1所示。一邊攪拌已溶解MDI之溶液,一邊加入已溶解有單胺之溶液後,以100℃~120℃繼續30分鐘而反應,於基油中生成二脲化合物,得到脲潤滑脂試料。
<非脲潤滑脂之調製>
非脲潤滑脂NU1~NU4
於表1所示之基油中,得到一調配含有複合醯胺鋰皂之混合物(N烷基取代單醯胺酸之鋰鹽(參照下述式(1))、與二元酸之鋰鹽、與N烷基取代二醯胺的混合物)作為增稠劑而成之非脲潤滑脂試料。各別之調配比率及種類係如表1所示般。

使上述脲潤滑脂與非脲潤滑脂以表2所示之比率混合,得到潤滑脂試料。又,於實施例11中係使二硫磷酸鋅及鉬二硫代胺基甲酸酯相對於上述脲潤滑脂與非脲潤滑脂之混合潤滑脂100重量%而分別添加2重量%。所得到之潤滑脂試料供給至以下所示之離心油分離試驗及深溝滾珠軸承(6204)之常溫高速潤滑脂試驗,測定離心離油度及潤滑脂壽命時間。有關實施例1、實施例4、實施例6、實施例9、實施例11及實施例12亦實施以下所示之角接觸軸承的常溫高達潤滑脂試驗。此等之測定結果一併記載於表2中。
<離心油分離試驗>
使離心分離機,將50g之潤滑脂試料置入離心分離管中,依下式求出在40℃施加23000G之加速度7小時之時的離心離油度。若離心離油度為20重量%以上,油之供給能力很充分。
(離心離油度、重量%)=(1-試驗前之增稠劑濃度/試驗後之增稠劑濃度)×100
<高溫高速潤滑脂試驗-深溝滾珠軸承(6204)>
於深溝滾珠軸承(6204),使潤滑脂試料於標的運轉面封入0.14g(軸承全空間容積的約3體積%),以非接觸密封製作試驗軸承。於試驗軸承負荷軸向荷重670N與徑向荷重67N,在常溫環境下以15000rpm之旋轉速度旋轉,測定至燒結之時間作為潤滑脂壽命時間。在此試驗中若潤滑脂壽命時間為1000小時以上,耐久性優異。在此耐久試驗中之軸承的節距圓徑(mm)與旋轉數(rpm)的積之dmN值為52萬。
<高溫高速潤滑脂試驗-角接觸軸承>
於角接觸軸承(外徑150mm×內徑100mm,內外輪SUJ2、轉動體13/32英吋氮化矽球)中,使潤滑脂試料於標的運轉面封入3.0g(軸承全空間容積的約10體積%),以非接觸密封製作試驗軸承。使試驗軸承以1.8GPa定壓給壓下,藉外筒冷卻進行冷卻軸承,一邊使軸承外輪保持於50℃以下,一邊以14500rpm之旋轉速度旋轉,測定至燒結之時間作為潤滑脂壽命時間。在此耐久試驗中之軸承的節距圓徑(mm)與旋轉數(rpm)的積之dmN值為185萬。
以表2所示之脲潤滑脂或非脲潤滑脂作為潤滑脂試料。對於此潤滑脂試料測定與實施例1同樣的項目。對於比較例1及比較例7亦實施上述之角接觸軸承的常溫高達潤滑脂試驗。此等之測定結果一併記載於表2中。
如表2所示,於本發明所使用之潤滑脂中係已知宜為:(1)為調配有脲潤滑脂與非脲潤滑脂之潤滑脂,脲潤滑脂之增稠劑會使聚異氰酸酯成分與單胺成分反應而得到,單胺成分相對於單胺全體含有脂肪族單胺46莫耳%以上之單胺;(2)以複合醯胺鋰皂作為增稠劑之非脲潤滑脂對於潤滑脂全體之調配比率為10~80重量%;(3)基油係動態黏度為10~40mm2
/sec。
本發明之高速軸承用潤滑脂係已調配特定之脲潤滑脂、與以複合醯胺鋰皂作為增稠劑之非脲潤滑脂的潤滑脂,故可提昇在高速旋轉下之軸承耐久壽命。因此,可適宜利用於作為組入於以車床、鑽床、鏜孔機、銑床、研磨機、珩磨機(honing machine)、超精加工盤、拋光機等以高速進行滑動、旋轉的工作機械之主軸支撐部且封入滾動軸承的高速軸承用潤滑脂。而且,如油氣潤滑法等般使潤滑油連續而供給之方式相異,可封入潤滑脂而使用,故亦可刪減運轉成本、省空間化。

Claims (11)
- 一種高速軸承用潤滑脂,其係於以脲系化合物作為增稠劑之脲潤滑脂中,調配於分子內具有醯胺鍵之複合醯胺鋰皂作為增稠劑之非脲潤滑脂而成的高速軸承用潤滑脂,其特徵在於:前述脲系化合物係使聚異氰酸酯成分與單胺成分反應而得到,前述單胺成分為相對於單胺全體含有脂肪族單胺46莫耳%以上之單胺成分。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中前述非脲潤滑脂係對於前述潤滑脂全體之調配比率為10~80重量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中前述複合醯胺鋰皂係對於前述非脲潤滑脂全體之調配比率為3~40重量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中使用於前述脲潤滑脂及前述非脲潤滑脂之基油係在40℃之動態黏度為10~40mm2 /sec。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中使用於前述脲潤滑脂及前述非脲潤滑脂之基油係選自合成烴油、酯油及烷基二苯醚油之至少一種的油。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中前述高速軸承用潤滑脂係添加至少一種選自有機鉬化合物及有機鋅化合物作為添加劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中前述聚異氰酸酯成分為芳香族二異氰酸酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第7項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中前述芳香族二異氰酸酯為4,4’-二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中前述脂肪族單胺為辛基胺。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中前述於分子內具有醯胺鍵之複合醯胺鋰皂為N烷基取代單醯胺酸之鋰鹽。
- 如申請專利範圍第10項之高速軸承用潤滑脂,其中前述N烷基取代單醯胺酸之鋰鹽為下述式(1)表示者,[化1]
