Description
本發明係關於氣體滲透性減少之含水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂的組成物,及使用此等組成物之方法。該等組成物也特別適合用於視窗區域作為絕緣玻璃密封劑,及諸如塗料、黏合劑及襯墊等應用中。
水分可固化性組成物係以彼等作為密封劑之用途而為熟知者。例如,在絕緣玻璃單元(IGU)的製造中,玻璃嵌板係相互平行地放置且於等周緣密封住使得介於諸嵌板之間的空間,或內部空間,都完全封閉。內部空間典型地係用低導熱性的氣體或氣體混合物來充填。
現行室溫固化性(RTC)矽酮密封劑,雖然有效到某種程度,但在防止低熱導性氣體例如氫氣,從IGU的內部空間逸失上仍只具有有限的能力。隨著時間,該氣體會散逸而使IGU的熱絕緣效用性減低到消失點(Vanishing Point)。
因此存在著對於相比於已知的RTC組成物具有減低的氣體滲透性的RTC組成物之需要。當用為IGU密封劑時,具有減低的氣體滲透性之RTC組成物,其相比於更具滲透性之RTC組成物可比滲透性較高的RTC組成物更長時間地保留住IGU的面板內絕緣氣體,且因此可更長時間地延長IGU的絕緣性質。
本發明係基於下述發現:含水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂的組成物與至少一種具有比固化後的固化樹脂所具氣體滲透性較低的氣體滲透性之其他聚合物的組合展現出減低的氣體滲透性。該組成物特別適用於高氣體障壁性質加上所欲柔軟性、可加工性和彈性等特性係重要性能準則之情況中作為密封劑。
根據本發明,提供一種含水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂的組成物,其包括:a)水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂,其於固化後,提供展現出氣體滲透性之固化樹脂;b)至少一種其他聚合物,其具有小於該固化樹脂(a)的滲透性之氣體滲透性;及,隨意地,c)至少一種選自觸媒、黏著促進劑、填料、界面活性劑、UV安定劑、抗氧化劑、固化加速劑、觸變劑、水分清除劑、色素、染料、溶劑和殺生物劑所組成的群組中之附加組分。
當用為氣體障壁,例如於IGU製造中,之時,前述組成物可減低氣體逸失而提供其中有用到彼的物件之更長的使用壽命。
根據本發明,本發明含水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂的組成物係一種樹脂組成物,其包含:a)水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂,其於固化後,提供展現出氣體滲透性的固化樹脂即水解與隨後交聯的,矽烷基化聚胺基甲酸酯(SPUR)樹脂,其摻合著b)至少一種其他聚合物,其具有小於該固化樹脂(a)的滲透性之氣體滲透性;及,隨意地,c)至少一種選自觸媒、黏著促進劑、填料、界面活性劑、UV安定劑、抗氧化劑、固化加速劑、觸變劑、水分清除劑、色素、染料、溶劑和殺生物劑所組成的群組中之附加組分。
本發明組成物可用於製造密封劑、塗料、黏著劑、襯墊、及類似物,且特別適用於預期用於絕緣玻璃單元之密封劑。
可用在本發明中之水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂(a)為已知材料且通常可經由下述而製得:(i)令異氰酸酯終端的聚胺基甲酸酯(PUR)預聚物與適當的矽烷,例如同時擁有可水解性官能基諸如烷氧基等,與含活性氫之官能基諸如硫醇、第一和第二胺,較佳者為後者等,兩者之矽烷反應;或經由(ii)令羥基終端之PUR預聚物與適當異氰酸酯終端之矽烷,例如擁有一至三個烷氧基者,反應。此等反應,及用於製備本發明所用異氰酸酯終端和羥基終端之PUR預聚物者的細節可參閱,特別是,美國專利第4,985,491、5,919,888、6,207,794、6,303,731、6,359,101和6,515,164號及公開的美國專利申請案第2004/0122253和2005/0020706號(異氰

本發明水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂(a)也可經由(iii)令異氰酸酯矽烷與多元醇直接反應而得。
異氰酸酯終端之PUR預聚物係經由令一或多種多元醇,有利者,二醇,與一或多種多元異氰酸酯,有利者二異氰酸酯,反應而得,其中所用比例為使得所的預聚物係以異氰酸酯為終端。在二醇與二異氰酸酯反應的情況中,採用莫耳超量的二異氰酸酯。
包括在可用於製備異氰酸酯終端之PUR預聚物的多元醇之中者為聚醚多元醇、聚酯型多元醇諸如羥基終端之聚己內酯,聚醚酯多元醇諸如得自聚醚多元醇與e-已內酯之反應者;聚酯醚多元醇諸如得自羥基終端之聚己內酯與
一或多種環氧烷諸如環氧乙烷和環氧丙烷之反應者;羥基終端之聚丁二烯、及類似者。
特別適當的多元醇包括聚醚二醇類,特別者,聚(氧化乙烯)二醇、聚(氧化丙烯)二醇和聚(氧化乙烯-氧化丙烯)二醇;聚氧化烯三醇;聚四亞甲基二醇;聚縮醛;多羥基聚丙烯酸酯;多羥基聚酯醯胺和多羥基聚硫醚、聚己內酯二醇和三醇、及類似者。在本發明一具體實例中,在異氰酸酯終端之PUR預聚物的製造中所用的多元醇為具有在約500與25,000之間的當量重量之聚(氧化乙烯)二醇。在本發明另一具體實例中,在異氰酸酯終端之PUR預聚物的製造中所用的多元醇為具有在約1,000至20,000之間的當量重量之聚(氧化丙烯)二醇。具有不同結構、分子量及/或官能性之多元醇的混合物也可使用。
聚醚多元醇可具有多達約8的官能度但有利者具有從約2至4的官能度且更有利者,其官能度為2(即二醇)。特別適合者為在雙金屬氰化物(DMC)觸媒、鹼金屬氫氧化物觸媒、或鹼金屬烷氧化物觸媒的存在中所製備的聚醚多元醇;參閱,例如,美國專利第3,829,505、3,941,849、4,242,490、4,335,188、4,687,851、4,985,491、5,096,993、5,100,997、5,106,874、5,116,931、5,136,010、5,185,420及5,266,681號;彼等的整個內容以引用方式納入本文中。在此類觸媒存在中所製造的聚醚多元醇具有高分子量和低不飽和含量之傾向,其性質,經認為,係促成本發明抗反射物件所具改良性能之所在。該等
聚醚多元醇較佳者具有從約1,000至約25,000,更佳者從約2,000至約20,000,且甚至更佳者從約4,000至約18,000的數平均分子量。該等聚醚多元醇較佳者具有不大於約0.04毫當量每克多元醇之末端基不飽和含量。更佳者,該等聚醚多元醇較佳者具有不大於約0.02毫當量每克多元醇之末端基不飽和含量。適用於製造異氰酸酯終端之PUR預聚物的市售二醇例子包括ARCOL R-1819(數平均分子量為8,000)、E-2204(數平均分子量為4,000)、及ARCOL E-2211(數平均分子量為11,000)。
多種多元異氰酸酯、有利者、二異氰酸酯、及其混合物中任一者皆可用於提供異氰酸酯終端之PUR預聚物。在一具體實例中,該多元異氰酸酯可為二苯基甲烷二異氰酸酯(“MDI”)、多亞甲基多苯基異氰酸酯(“PMDI”)、對伸苯基二異氰酸酯、萘二異氰酸酯、液態碳化二醯亞胺改質MDI及其衍生物、異氟爾酮二異氰酸酯、二環己基甲烷-4,4’-二異氰酸酯、甲苯二異氰酸酯(“TDI”)、特別者2,6-TDI異構物,以及先前技藝中為眾所接受之其他各種脂族和芳族多元異氰酸酯,及彼等的組合。

在異氰酸酯終端之PUR預聚物的製備中通常要使用觸媒。有利者,係採用縮合觸媒,係由於彼等也可催化本發明可固化組成物的SPUR樹脂組分之固化(水解接著交聯)之故。適當的縮合觸媒包括二羧酸二烷基錫諸如二月桂酸二丁錫和醋酸二丁基錫;第三胺類;羧酸亞錫鹽,諸如辛酸亞錫和醋酸亞錫,及類似者。在本發明一具體實例中,係使用二月桂酸二丁錫觸媒於PUR預聚物的製造中。其他可用觸媒包括可得自King Industries,Inc.的鋯錯合物KAT XC6212、K-KAT XC-A209;可得自DuPont Company的鋁鉗合物TYZER®類型;及可得自Kenrich Petrochemical,Inc.的KR類型;與其他有機金屬,諸如Zn、Co、Ni、和Fe;及類似物。
如前文所述者,水分可固化性SPUR樹脂可經由令羥基終端之PUR預聚物與異氰酸基矽烷反應來製備。羥基終端之PUR預聚物可用實質相同的方式採用實質相同的材料而獲得;例如用多元醇、多元異氰酸酯及隨意的觸媒(較佳者縮合觸媒),如上面對於異氰酸酯終端之PUR預聚物的製備所說明者,主要的差異在於多元醇與多元異氰酸酯之比例要為可導致所得預聚物中的羥基終端。因此
,例如於二醇及二異氰酸酯的情況中,要使用莫耳過量的前者以藉此導致羥基終端之PUR預聚物。
可用於羥基終端之SPUR樹脂之矽烷化反應物為包含異氰酸酯終端和可順利水解的官能性,例如1至3個烷氧基者。適當的矽烷化反應物係有下示通式的異氰酸基矽烷:

可用於本發明中與前述羥基終端之PUR預聚物反應以提供水分可固化性SPUR樹脂的特定異氰酸基矽烷包括異氰酸基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、異氰酸基異丙基三甲氧基矽烷、異氰酸基-正丁基三甲氧基矽烷、異氰酸基-第三丁基三甲氧基矽烷、異氰酸基丙基三乙氧基矽烷、異氰酸基異丙基三乙氧基矽烷、異氰酸基正丁基三乙氧基矽烷、異氰酸基第三丁基三乙氧基矽烷、及類似者。
本發明水分可固化性SPUR樹脂可得自令一或多種多
元醇,有利者二醇,與異氰酸基矽烷的直接反應,而沒有初始形成聚胺基甲酸酯預聚物。可用於此種製造水分可固化性SPUR樹脂的方法中之原料,即多元醇與矽烷(例如同時擁有可水解基和異氰酸酯官能基者)都是上面所述者。因此之故,適當的多元醇包括,具有在約4,000至20,000之間的分子量之羥基終端之多元醇。不過,也可使用具有不同結構、分子量及/或官能性的多元醇之混合物。用於與前述多元醇反應以提供水分可固化性SPUR樹脂的適當異氰酸基矽烷為上述者。
胺基甲酸酯預聚物的合成,和隨後的矽烷化反應,以及多元醇和異氰酸基矽烷的直接反應係於無水條件下且較佳者於惰性氣體環境,諸如氮氣罩下進行以防止烷氧基矽烷基的過早水解。用於此二反應步驟的典型溫度範圍為0°至150℃,且更佳者介於60°與90℃之間。典型地,用於矽烷基化聚胺基甲酸酯合成的總反應時間係介於4至8小時之間。
該合成係使用標準滴定技術(ASTM 2572-87)或紅外線分析來監測。當由任一技術都沒有偵測到殘留-NCO時,胺基甲酸酯預聚物的矽烷基化即可視為完全。
本發明矽酮組成物進一步包含至少一種其他聚合物(b),其展現出的氣體,或氣體混合物,的滲透性為小於水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂(a)之滲透性。適當的聚合物包括聚乙烯類,諸如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE),非常低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE),線型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPF)及

聚合物(b)於本質上也可為彈性體,例如包括,但不限於,乙烯-丙烯橡膠(EPDM)、聚丁二烯、聚氯丁二烯、聚異戊二烯、聚胺基甲酸酯(TPU)、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SEEBS)、聚甲基苯基矽氧烷(PMPS)、及類似者。
此等聚合物可單獨地或組合地或以共聚合物形式摻合;例如聚碳酸酯-ABS摻合物、聚碳酸酯聚酯摻合物,接枝聚合物諸如矽烷接枝聚乙烯、和矽烷接枝聚胺基甲酸酯。
在本發明一具體實例中,聚合物(b)係選自低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、非常低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE)、線型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)及其混合物所組成之群組。在本發明另一具體實例中,聚合物(b)係選自低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、非常低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE)、線型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、及其混合物所組成之群組。在本發明又另一具體實例中,聚合物(b)係線型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)。
典型地用於上面提及的胺基甲酸酯預聚物及相關的矽烷基化聚胺基甲酸酯(SPUR)的製備中之觸媒包括,已知可用於矽酮密封劑組成物中促進交聯者。該觸媒可包括金屬及非金屬觸媒。可用於本發明中的金屬縮合觸媒之金屬部分的例子包括錫、鈦、鋯、鉛、鐵、鈷、銻、錳、鉍和鋅化合物。
在本發明一具體實例中,可用來在矽酮密封劑組成物中促進交聯之錫化合物包括:錫化合物諸如二月桂酸二丁基錫、二醋酸二丁基錫、二甲氧化二丁基錫、辛酸錫、三蠟酸異丁基錫(isobutyltintriceroate)、氧化二丁基錫、溶解化氧化二丁基錫、雙-二異辛基酞酸二丁基錫、雙-三丙氧基矽烷基二辛基錫,二丁基錫雙乙醯基丙酮、矽烷基化二氧化二丁基錫、三烏必酸(uberate)羰甲氧基苯基錫、三蠟酸異丁基錫、二丁酸二甲基錫、二新癸酸二甲基錫、酒石酸三乙基錫、二苯甲酸二丁基錫、油酸錫、環烷酸錫、三-2-乙基己基己酸丁基錫、和丁酸錫、及類似者。在又另一具體實例中,可用來在矽酮密封劑組成物中促進交聯之錫化合物為鉗合鈦化合物,例如1,3-丙烷二氧基鈦雙(乙基乙醯乙酸酯);二異丙氧基鈦雙(乙基乙醯乙酸酯);及鈦酸四烷基酯,例如鈦酸四正丁基酯和鈦酸四異丙基酯。在本發明又另一具體實例中,使用二有機基錫雙β-二酮化物以促進矽酮密封劑組成物中的交聯。
在本發明一方面中,該觸媒為金屬觸媒。在本發明另一方面中,該金屬觸媒係選自錫化合物所組成之群組,且在本發明又另一方面中,該金屬觸媒為二月桂酸二丁基錫。

隨意地,本發明可固化之密封劑組成物也可包含一或多種填料諸如碳酸鈣、沉澱碳酸鈣、膠體碳酸鈣、土壤、經化合物諸如硬脂酸鹽或硬脂酸處理過的沉澱及膠體碳酸鈣、強化氧化矽類諸如發煙氧化矽、沉澱氧化矽、矽膠和經疏水化的氧化矽及矽膠;經粉碎及研磨過的石英、氧化鋁、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鈦、矽藻土、氧化鐵、碳黑及石墨、滑石、雲母、及類似者。
在本發明一方面中,該可固化組成物之填料組分為碳酸鈣、氧化矽、或其混合物。所添加的填料類型及量係決定於固化後的矽酮組成物之所欲物理性質。因此之故,該填料可為單種或兩種或多種的混合物。
其他可用填料可為於擁有獨特形態且其一維係在奈米範圍中之奈米黏土。該奈米黏土可與可離子鍵結在構成黏土粒的諸層之間的表面之插入劑形成化學錯合物。插入劑和黏土粒的締合導致一物質,其可與許多不同種類的主體樹脂相容而促成黏土填料分散在其內。
在說明本發明奈米黏土時,除非另有表明,否則下述術語具有以下意義。
術語“剝落”於本文中用以說明一種程序,其中奈米黏土小片之塊體在聚合物基質中彼此分離。於剝落期間,每一塊體最外區域的小片脫離,暴露出更多要分離的小片。

術語“奈米黏土”於本文中用以描述擁有獨特形態學且一維在奈米反為中之黏土物質。奈米黏土可與能離子鍵結到構成黏土粒的諸層之間的表面之插入劑形成化學錯合物。插入劑和黏土粒的此種締合導致與許多不同種類的主體樹脂相容而促成黏土填料分散在其內之材料。
表達語“有機奈米黏土”於本文中用以描述業經用有機插入劑處理或改質過的奈米黏土。
術語“有機黏土”於本文中用以指稱黏土或其他層化材料,其業經用能與黏土層間表面所含陽離子進行交換反應之有機分子(不同的指稱為“剝落劑”、“表面改質劑”、“插入劑”)處理過。
奈米黏土可為天然的或合成材料。此區別可影響顆粒大小且對本發明,此等顆粒應具有約0.01微米與約5微米之間,且較佳者約0.05微米與約2微米之間,且更佳者約0.1微米與約1微米之間的側向因次。顆粒的厚度或垂直因次通常可在約0.5奈米與約10奈米之間且較佳者於約1奈米與約5奈米之間變異。
可用於提供填料成份之奈米黏土包括天然的或合成的頁矽酸鹽,特別是綠土型黏土諸如蒙脫石、鈉蒙脫石、鈣蒙脫石、鎂蒙脫石、綠脫石、貝得石、富鉻綠脫石、合成鋰皂石、鋰蒙脫石、滑石粉、鋅蒙脫石、馬各石(magadite)、水羥矽鈉石、索伯石(sobockite)、司文地石(svindordite)、矽鎂石、滑石、雲母、高嶺石、蛭石、埃洛石、鋁酸鹽氧化物、或水滑石、及類似者與彼等之混合物。在另一具體實例中,可用之層狀材料包括雲母礦物質諸如伊利石和混合層狀伊利石/蒙脫石礦物質諸如累托石、塔洛索石(tarosovite)、三八面體伊利石和伊利石與一或多種上述黏土礦物的摻合物。可充分吸收有機分子以增加毗鄰頁矽酸鹽小片之間的層間間距至少約5埃,或至少約10埃,(頁矽酸鹽係以乾態測量)之任何可膨脹層狀材料都可用來提供本發明可固化組成物。
在本發明一具體實例中,可用於處理或改質黏土和層狀材料之有機和無機化合物包括陽離子界面活性劑諸如銨、氯化銨、烷基銨(第一、第二、第三及第四)、脂族、芳族或芳脂族胺、膦或硫化物的鏻或鋶衍生物。
可於本發明中用於奈米黏土的其他有機處理劑包括胺化合物及/或季銨化合物R6

本發明組成物也可包括一或多種非離子型界面活性劑諸如聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、乙氧基化蓖麻油、油酸乙氧基化物、烷基酚乙氧基化物、環氧乙烷(EO)和環氧丙烷(PO)的共聚物、矽酮和聚醚的共聚物(矽酮聚醚共聚物)、矽酮與環氧乙烷和環氧丙烷的共聚物之共聚物,與其混合物。
本發明固化組成物還可包括已知且慣用量提供的慣用於RTC含矽酮之組成物中的其他成分諸如著色劑、色素、增塑劑、固化加速劑、觸變劑、水分清除劑、染料、溶劑、抗氧化劑、UV安定劑、殺生物劑、等;其限制條件為彼等不妨礙固化組成物之所欲性質。
水分可固化性矽烷化樹脂(a)、其他聚合物(b),及隨意組分,諸如,於此揭示的填料、交聯性觸媒、黏著促進劑及離子型界面活性劑之量皆可廣泛地變異且,有利者,可選自下表所指明的範圍中。
本發明固化密封劑組成物可經由技藝中熟知之程序來獲得,例如在水份存在中熔融摻合、擠壓摻合、溶液摻合、乾式混合、在Banbury混煉機中摻合、等,以提供實質均勻混合物。
雖然本發明較佳具體實例業經詳細示出且說明過,不過,例如組分、材料和參數,的各種修飾對於熟諳此技藝者係顯而知悉者,且落於本發明範圍內的所有此等修飾和改變都將涵蓋在後附的申請專利範圍之內。
Claims (23)
- 一種含有水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂之組成物,其包含:a)水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂,係藉由使羥基終端之聚胺基甲酸酯預聚物與異氰酸基矽烷反應而予以製備,其中該羥基終端之預聚物係藉由使莫耳過量之多元醇與二異氰酸酯反應而予以製備,該多元醇係選自由聚(氧化乙烯)二醇、聚(氧化丙烯)二醇、聚(氧化乙烯-氧化丙烯)二醇、聚氧化烯三醇和聚四亞甲基二醇所組成的群組,具有4,000至18,000的數平均分子量和其末端基不飽和含量為不大於約0.04毫當量/克多元醇,和其中該異氰酸基矽烷為式:OCN-R5 -Si(R6 )y (OR7 )3-y 其中R5 為多至12個碳原子的伸烷基,R6 為多至8個碳原子之烷基或芳基,R7 為多至6個碳原子之相同或不同的烷基,且y為0、1或2,其於固化後可提供展現出氣體滲透性之固化樹脂,b)至少一種其他聚合物,其具有小於固化樹脂(a)的滲透性之氣體滲透性;及c)至少一種經陽離子界面活性劑-剝落劑改質之奈米黏土,其中該奈米黏土顆粒具有介於0.01微米和5微米之間的側向因次和介於0.5奈米與約10奈米之間的垂直因次。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中該水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂(a)的含量為總組成物的從約10至 約50重量百分比。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中該水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂(a)的含量為總組成物的從約20至約30重量百分比。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中該聚合物(b)係選自由低密度聚乙烯、非常低密度聚乙烯、線型低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚異丁烯、聚乙酸乙烯酯、聚乙烯醇、聚苯乙烯、聚碳酸酯、聚酯(諸如聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯、聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯、聚萘二酸乙二酯、二醇改質聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)、聚氯乙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯、聚偏二氟乙烯、熱塑性聚胺基甲酸酯、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚氟乙烯、聚醯胺、聚甲基戊烯、聚醯亞胺、聚醚醯亞胺、聚醚醚酮、聚碸、聚醚碸、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯、醋酸纖維素、乙酸丁酸纖維素、增塑聚氯乙烯、離子體、聚苯硫醚、苯乙烯-順丁烯二酸酐、改質聚苯醚、乙烯-丙烯橡膠、聚丁二烯、聚氯丁二烯、聚異戊二烯、聚胺基甲酸酯、苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯、苯乙烯-乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚甲基苯基矽氧烷及彼等的混合物所組成的群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項之組成物,其中該聚合物(b)係選自由低密度聚乙烯、非常低密度聚乙烯、線型低密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、及彼等的混合物所組成的群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第5項之組成物,其中該聚合物 (b)係選自由低密度聚乙烯、非常低密度聚乙烯、線型低密度聚乙烯、及彼等的混合物所組成的群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中該聚合物(b)的含量為總組成物的從約5至約50重量百分比。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中該聚合物(b)的含量為總組成物的從約10至約20重量百分比。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其進一步包含觸媒,其中該觸媒為錫觸媒。
- 如申請專利範圍第9項之組成物,其中該錫觸媒係選自由二月桂酸二丁基錫、二醋酸二丁基錫、二甲氧化二丁基錫、辛酸錫、三蠟酸異丁基錫(isobutyltintriceroate)、氧化二丁基錫、溶解化氧化二丁基錫、雙-二異辛基酞酸二丁基錫、雙-三丙氧基矽烷基二辛基錫、二丁基錫雙乙醯基丙酮、矽烷基化二氧化二丁基錫、三烏必酸(uberate)羰甲氧基苯基錫、三蠟酸異丁基錫、二丁酸二甲基錫、二新癸酸二甲基錫、酒石酸三乙基錫、二苯甲酸二丁基錫、油酸錫、環烷酸錫、三-2-乙基己基己酸丁基錫、丁酸錫、雙β-二酮二有機錫、及彼等的混合物所組成的群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其進一步包含黏著促進劑,其中該黏著促進劑係選自由N-2-胺基乙基-3-胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、1,3,5-三(三甲氧基矽烷基丙基)三聚異氰酸酯、γ-胺基丙基三乙氧基矽烷,γ-胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷,胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、雙-γ-(三甲 氧基矽烷基丙基)胺,N-苯基-γ-胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷,三胺基官能三甲氧基矽烷,γ-胺基丙基甲基二乙氧基矽烷、γ-胺基丙基甲基二乙氧基矽烷、甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、甲胺基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙氧基丙基乙基二甲氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-環氧丙氧基乙基三甲氧基矽烷、β-(3,4-環氧基環己基)丙基三甲氧基矽烷、β-(3,4-環氧基環己基)乙基甲基二甲氧基矽烷、異氰酸基丙基三乙氧基矽烷、異氰酸基丙基甲基二甲氧基矽烷、β-氰基乙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-丙烯醯氧基丙基三甲氧基矽烷、γ-甲基丙烯醯氧基丙基甲基二甲氧基矽烷、4-胺基-3,3,-二甲基丁基三甲氧基矽烷、N-乙基-3-三甲氧基矽烷基-2-甲基丙胺,及彼等的混合物所組成的群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其進一步包含至少一種附加填料,其中該至少一種附加填料係選自由碳酸鈣、沉澱碳酸鈣、膠體碳酸鈣、用化合物如硬脂酸或硬脂酸酯處理過的碳酸鈣、發煙氧化矽、沉澱氧化矽、矽膠、經疏水化的氧化矽、親水性矽膠、粉碎石英、研磨石英、氧化鋁、氫氧化鋁、氫氧化鈦、黏土、高嶺土、膨潤土、蒙脫石、矽藻土、氧化鐵、碳黑及石墨、雲母、滑石、及彼等的混合物所組成的群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其中該奈米黏土係選自由蒙脫石、鈉蒙脫石、鈣蒙脫石、鎂蒙脫石、綠脫石、貝得石、富鉻綠脫石、合成鋰皂石、鋰蒙脫石、皂 石、鋅蒙脫石、馬各石(magadite)、水羥矽鈉石、索伯石(sobockite)、司文地石(svindordite)、矽鎂石、蛭石、埃洛石、鋁酸鹽氧化物、水滑石、伊利石、累托石、塔洛索石(tarosovite)、三八面體伊利石、高嶺石、及彼等的混合物所組成的群組。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項之組成物,其中該奈米黏土係用銨,第一烷基銨,第二烷基銨,第三烷基銨,第四烷基銨,脂族、芳族或芳脂族胺、膦或硫化物的鏻衍生物,脂族、芳族或芳脂族胺、膦或硫化物的鋶衍生物予以改質。
- 如申請專利範圍第13項之組成物,其中該奈米黏土係用至少一種第三胺化合物R3 R4 R5 N及/或第四銨化合物R6 R7 R8 N+ X- 予以改質,其中R3 、R4 、R5 、R6 、R7 及R8 各自獨立地為至多60個碳原子的烷基、烯基或烷氧基矽烷基,且X- 為陰離子。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之組成物,其進一步包含界面活性劑,其中該界面活性劑為選自由聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、乙氧基化蓖麻油、油酸乙氧基化物、烷基酚乙氧基化物、環氧乙烷和環氧丙烷的共聚物、矽酮和聚醚的共聚物、矽酮與環氧乙烷和環氧丙烷的共聚物之共聚物,及彼等的混合物所組成的群組中之非離子型界面活性劑。
- 如申請專利範圍第16項之組成物,其中該非離子型界面活性劑係選自由環氧乙烷和環氧丙烷的共聚物、矽酮和聚醚的共聚物、矽酮與環氧乙烷和環氧丙烷的共聚 物之共聚物,及彼等的混合物所組成的群組。
- 一種用申請專利範圍第1項之含有水分可固化性矽烷基化樹脂之組成物製備的密封劑、黏著劑或塗料組成物。
- 一種用申請專利範圍第4項之聚合物(b)製備的密封劑、黏著劑或塗料組成物。
- 一種用申請專利範圍第15項之該奈米黏土組成物製備的密封劑、黏著劑或塗料組成物。
- 一種經固化的申請專利範圍第1項之含矽烷基化樹脂的組成物。
- 一種經固化的申請專利範圍第4項之含矽烷基化樹脂的組成物。
- 一種經固化的申請專利範圍第15項之含矽烷基化樹脂的組成物。
