1280722 A7 ___B7_____ 五、發明說明(/ ) [發明的詳細說明] [發明的背景] 本發明關於一種申請專利範圍第1項的的種類的調整 驅動器。 在歐洲專利案EP 681 359 A1發表了一種調整驅動器 ,它有一個電路。但此調整驅動器沒有電位計使得一個出 力輪的任意位置和該電位計由此所造成的位置之間能利用 該電位計殼體作很準確的平衡(調整XAbgleich),如此使該 電位計位在一起始位置。 在美專利US 5,794,766發表了一種電位計。但該電位 計不能相對於一底板轉動,以作上述的平衡。 美專利US 5,580,278顯示了一種卡合齒狀構造,但該 卡合齒狀構造不能轉動。 [本發明的優點] 與之相較具有申請專利範圍第1項的特徵點的本發明 的調整驅動器的優點爲:可用簡單的方式和方法在預設之出 力輪位置的場合中將電位計的起始位置作調整。 利用申請專利範圍附屬項的措施可將申請專利範圍第 1項中所述的調整驅動器作有利的進一步的發展與改良。 如果該調整驅動器的殻體與該電位計的殼體構成一種 卡合齒狀構造,則甚有利,因爲如此一來,該電位計組合 後可確實防止轉動。 本發明的一種有利的設計方式係利用電位計殼體中的 一條長孔達成,因爲如此一來,該卡合齒狀構造設計成有 3 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝 ·- 1280722 A7 ~--B7______ 五、發明說明(i ) 彈性,且在平衡時使殻體容易轉動。 此外一種有利的做法,係使該電位計的電連接裝置構 成一種蛇狀輪廓,因爲如此一來,在電位計殻體轉動時可 作必要的長度平衡。 如果所有要建入該調整驅動器的殻體中的部件都可沿 一個建入方向建入到該殻體中,則特別有利,因如此一來 ,安裝作業就變較簡單且縮短。 用如下述的方式可使該調整驅動器很有利地安裝:使一 個電馬達及/或該橫蝸桿可插入該調整驅動器的殼體中。 此外一種有利的方式,係使該電馬達的一轉子軸的軸 向間隙經由一彈簧片作緩衝。 [圖式的簡單說明] 本發明的一實施例在圖式中作簡化圖示並在以下的說 明中詳加說明。 圖式中: 第1圖係依本發明設計的一個調整驅動器’ 第2係一個具有電位計殼體的電位計’ 第3圖係一個出力輪。 [圖號說明] (I) 調整驅動器 (5)殻體 (9)電馬達. 1280722 A7 —----— —__B7_____ 五、發明說明(亡) 起始位置,不能使馬達(9)轉動到達到一起始位置,因爲其 結果可能會使出力輪(30)轉動。因此該電位計殼體(47)須克 服該卡合齒狀構造(57)隨該該摩擦接點繞著一根垂直於圖 面軸轉動’直到達到一預定的起始位置爲止,因爲這樣才 不會造成出力輪(30)轉動的結果。因此該電位計在製造時 的容許誤差可以抵消。 因此’舉例而言,電位計殼體(47)在該至少一卡合齒 (51)附近至少有一長孔(60),該長孔使該壁隨電位計殻體 (47)的至少一·^合齒(57)至少部分地呈彈性,並可使電位計 殼體(47)藉著力量作用(例如用手施力)克服卡合齒狀構造 (57)的阻力而轉動。在受機械負荷時[該電位計殼體(47)例 如在一汽車中受到此機械負荷]該電位計殼體(47)利用此卡 合齒狀構造(57)確實充分地防止轉動。 在該電馬達(9)、橫蝸桿(21)、出力輪(30)、與電位計 (25)隨該電位計殼體(47)沿一建入方向(84)建入該殻體(5)中 之後,就經由電位計連線(38)上一個電旁接點確認是否該 電位計位於該起始位置。如果不是的話,則將該電位計殻 體(47)向卡合齒狀構造(57)的電阻器轉一個正角度或負角度 ,該電位計殼體直接造成電位計(25)轉動,直到該電位計 (25)位於一預定起始位置爲止,換言之,亦即歸零。 第2圖示具有電位計(25)的電位計殻體(47)。 電位計連線(38)設計成波形,故具有一蛇形輪廓(64), 該蛇形輪廓(64)可確保在電位計殼體(47)轉動時達成所需的 長度抵消作用,因爲該蛇形輪廓(64)可使該電位計連線(38) 7 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 297公釐) (請先閱讀背面之注意事項再填寫本頁) 裝 ·
