1257379 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係關於-種具有合成均質非晶形大理石紋路的地板及其 製造方法,尤其是-種具有新驗_合成均f非晶形大理减板及 其製造方法。 【先前技術】 合成大理石地板具有相當耐用且美觀的特性,其主要製造方式 係將兩三種不同類型的點狀色碎片與合成的化合物揉捏並且一起熱 滾軋;或將不同色·預定量點狀色碎片灑在預製之合成薄板上,然 後熱滾軋此薄板。 接著,在滾軋之將基板旋轉並疊在一起,然後進行二次滾軋形 成非晶形大理石紋路,然後再經過磨光。雖然此製程(韓國專利第 249,569號)已經廣為人知並可消除大理石紋路的定向性,但該方法也 只能製造合成地板。 再者,利用傳統均質壓合方式所製成的傳統乙烯地板,其大理 石紋路的變化亦有限。 【發明内容】 【欲解決的技術問題】 本發明的誕生是為了解決上述的問題,其主要目的是藉採用一 種先别只使用在製造乙稀合成地板之低溫製程,以及利用在旋轉與層 疊基板後的壓延製程產生具有非晶形大理石紋路之大理石地板,並且 採用了傳統壓合製造均質大理石地板方法中的面對面壓合製程,來製 造新穎的均質非晶形大理石地板。 【技術問題之技術手段】 1257379 依照本發明的均質非晶形大理石地板的方法可達成上述的目 的’其步驟包含:將合細脂混合物與多雜狀色碎片—域捏,並 初步滾軋形成-初步滾軋薄板;將初步滾軋薄板裁細定尺寸並旋轉 =板後層S在-起,再以6G到⑽。C的低溫祕對層疊的薄板執行二 -人滾乾’形成-具有波紋與粗糙表面_質非晶形大理石地板半成 叩’接著’利用面對面壓合將兩片均質非晶形大理石地板半成品壓合; 沿水平方向將壓合的均質非晶形大理石地板半成品分割成兩片,並予 以磨光。 做為旋轉裁切後的初步滾軋薄板的旋轉設備最好是一種真空吸 附旋轉設備,而且最好以階梯狀的連續層疊方式進行層疊操作,以便 將薄板疊成一階梯狀。 ^根據本發明所述,當旋轉設備安裝在生產線時,便可將裁切成預 疋大小的薄板進行旋轉以階梯狀層疊,使可實施連續製程及高溫滾軋。 真空吸附旋轉裝置中要達到層疊基板的真空吸附效 果’需於合成樹脂化合物内至少添加取代聚乙二醇醚當做 低溫製程添加劑或脂肪醇部份酯與脂肪酸酯之混合物,並將 製程溫度維持在比傳統製程溫度低1〇至2〇°c。 當基板經初步滾軋後表面溫度高於140°C時基板會過於 柔軟’致無法操作真空吸附;而當基板表面溫度過低時可能導致 破裂’所以也無法進行真空吸附。本發明將低溫製程添加劑加入 β成樹脂化合物内,讓基板表面溫度較傳統基板表面溫度低 10至20°C而能利於作業。 本發明所提供的非晶形大理石地板的製造方法,包含下 列步驟:將含有2〇〇至35〇重量份作為填充劑的碳酸鈣、2〇 1257379 至40重量份的塑化劑、3至10重量份的環氧、2至l〇重量 份的鋇鋅(Ba-Zn)基穩定劑、2至10重量份的低溫製程添 加劑以及多種顏料的組合物加入1〇〇重量份的聚氯乙烯中,並 加入多彩點狀色碎片一起揉捏製成薄片並初步滾軋該薄片;將 初步滾軋的薄片裁成預定尺寸並旋轉該薄片後進行層疊;在 層疊階段以60至i〇(rc的滾輪溫度,進行低溫的二次滾軋 以形成一具有波紋及粗糙表面的非晶形大理石地板半成品; 再將兩片均質非晶形大理石地板半成品面對面壓合,並沿水平方向將 壓合的均質非晶形大理石地板半成品分割成兩片並予磨光。 本發明中所運用的低溫製程添加劑至少可從取代聚乙 二醇醚、脂肪醇部份酯與脂肪酸酯的混合物兩者選其一;或 者疋以上的組合更佳。 本發明中可能會運用的合成樹脂包含有聚氯乙烯 (PVC),但是本發明並不限於此,任何可滾軋的熱塑樹脂都 可用來當做本發明所稱的合成樹脂。 本發明係關於均質非晶形大理石地板的製造方法,通常包含兩個 製程。首先是產生非晶形大理石地板半成品的製程,第二是面對面壓 合及磨光的製程。 在非晶形大理石薄板半成品的製程中,多彩點狀色碎片與混合物 起揉捏,並初步滾軋成薄板,該薄板經旋轉並層疊,然後以低溫壓 L對層的薄板—次絲’以生成具有波紋與粗彳絲面的非晶形大理 石薄板半成品。雜上賴程已於傳統技術巾做為乙烯地板的生 產’不過本發縣該製織大包含了敝與粗齡面的形成。 1257379 乙烯地板中所見色非物^ 更可產出新賴的均質合成大理石:卜另加入新的賴^ 差里:::國f準)M38。2中對乙烯合成地板與均質乙烯地板間的 地板,而包=聊=出包含30%或以上添加劑的乙稀地板為均質乙浠 3 3,以下添加劑的乙烯地板為合㈣地板。 至1〇〇。=的疋’、本發明所朝的低溫壓延縣,可將滾輪維持60 供給一㈣&/r以進行n溫壓合與低溫觀,使製成財歡厚度可 :θ且的薄板。而在低溫製程下基板可在溫度低於1 旋轉設備中被吸起及層疊。 幻〃工 本發明之-種創新的均質非晶形大理石地板之製造方法,是藉由 /、有波紋與⑽絲面的㈣非晶形Α理石地板半成品上,利用壓 =面對賴合及分割、磨鮮程序形成—大理石地板。其中藉由高 滾軋/、低壓延會產生波紋與粗糙表面。更詳細來說,當對波紋 〃”、、的基板進行南溫滾軋與低溫壓延時,會使波紋及粗糙表 面產生4縫。再者’使用低溫添加劑讓低溫製程能在比傳統 製私還要低的溫度下進行,更甚者,可用真空吸附方式來層 疊基板。 本發明的目的在獲得一種獨特且個性化的花色。利用低 延在形成波紋時可獲得粗糙表面。換言之,因為是在低 :壓延時所產生的粗糙表面,所以為克服粗糙表面,須以面對面 壓δ及磨光的方式,讓表面光滑並使波紋變成柔和的大理石紋路。 如本發明的具體實施例所述,利用了高溫滾軋與低溫壓延可以形 成具有波紋與粗糙表面的均質非晶形大理石地板半成品;以及對該均 8 1257379 質非晶形大理石地板半成品施以面對面壓合及磨光處理,可獲得不同 於傳統均質非晶形大理石地板花色的柔和大理石紋路。 【優異的效果】 如上所述,本發明運用低溫製程和僅用於合成乙烯地板的添加 劑,以及運用產製均質乙烯地板的非晶形大理石製程;並且運用非晶 形大理石花色與新式壓合製程,提供有別於傳統以壓合製造均質大理 石地板之具有多樣花色與高品質的均質乙烯地板。 【實施方式】 從下列參考附圖的詳細說明中,將能更清楚了解到本發明的上 述的各種目的、特色與優點。以下為本發明參照附圖的詳細說明。 依本發明所述之均質非晶形大理石地板的成品,係利用壓延、面 對面壓合與砂磨方式製成。 弟一圖為本發明之半成品地板的製程示意圖。該製程大致上包 含了原料的混合製程、和緩加熱與加壓該混合原料的揉捏製程、均 勻調合原料的混合製程以及形成非晶形大理石紋路的壓延製程。 更詳細來說’為了製造合成的均質大理石地板,首先將聚氯乙 烯(PVC)化合物與多彩點狀色碎片一起揉捏,並且初步滾軋揉捏後的 混合物以形成一基板,然後裁切該基板並旋轉層疊之;藉由低溫壓延 對層疊的基板進行二次滾軋,如此形成具有波紋與粗糙表面的地板半 成品。 該基板1的成份包含200至350重量份的礙酸約填充劑、20至 40重量份的鄰苯二曱酸二辛酯(DOP)塑化劑、3至10重量份的環氧 樹脂、2至10重量份的鋇鋅(Ba-Zn)基穩定劑、2至1〇重量份的低溫 製程添加劑、多種顏料,以及100重量份的PVC(800至1〇〇〇聚合度)。 1257379 一般而言,「均質」一詞表示除碳酸鈣以外的其餘成份須等於 或多於30 %。「黏合劑」在韓國標準(KS)中的定義包含乙烯樹脂、 塑化劑、穩定劑等,該黏合劑的成份符合「均質」的定義。 點狀色碎片2的製法是將顏料加入PVC並混合滾軋成薄板,再 利用粉碎機將滚軋後薄板粉碎成〇·5至20 mm的薄片,而藉由改變 基板内塑化劑的含量可使薄片產生不同的硬度。 以下是本發明均質非晶形大理石地板之製程的詳細說明: 首先’將預定量的液體與粉末原料混合調配,並將原料放入 Banbury混合機3内以120至150°C的溫度揉捏,然後用混合滾輪以II 100至130°C的溫度將揉捏好的原料製成餅狀的基板i。 上述基板1灑上多彩點狀色碎片2以接合壓延機5製成厚度少 於3.0 mm的薄板;將脆化的薄板放入烤箱15内以2⑻至25〇它的溫 度加熱;利用前段壓延機8以11〇至i5(TC的溫度將加熱過的薄板1 滾軋成厚度1.0至5.0 mm的薄板;以裁切機9裁切該薄板,並使用 九十度旋轉設備10將裁切的薄板以真空狀態吸附並旋轉九十度,再 以預定_:呈階梯狀的層疊12。在此所謂「以預定_層疊」,表 示層疊的各薄板之邊緣相隔一預定的間隙13。上述的點狀色碎片2 也可在初步壓延製程中單獨地植入。 裁切器9係用來將初步滾軋後的基板1裁切成預定長度,並運 用光學感顧侧待裁_板丨的長度,將基板裁城預定長度。 =疋轉《又備10為真空九十度旋轉設備,包含一中空的四角形殼體 及大量設在殼體下側_蓋n,如此t薄板丨到達預定位置,則可 使用真空盍11以2至20 kg/cm2的負壓吸起初步滾乾的基板卜被吸 起的基板i織轉後會沿練道層疊12在—起雌後段壓延機Μ 1257379 供給。此時’ pVC及點狀色碎片2經揉捏絲後所製成的初步滾乳 基板1,會在長度方向形成大理石紋路。 •再者’最好是在旋轉九十度之後能夠維持励至醜的層 豐間隙。大理石紋路會依層疊間隙以及層疊層數變化;換言之,若層 疊層的間隙與層數過少’姻初步成形社理石在旋轉九十度並經二 ••人滾軋後,大理石紐π會於長度方向餅雜,而無法獲得意想中 的非晶形大理石。 層且基板1的層數取決於薄片i的厚度與層疊的間隙U,而最佳應 要層疊二至十片的薄片。 〜 這些層疊的薄片經後段壓延機14以60至10(rc的低溫進行二 延’可製造出具有波紋與粗链表面的大理石地板半成品。此時, 形成於長度向的大理石紋路已旋轉九十度而魏天然的非晶形大理 石,並且基板1與點狀色碎片2也已彼此自然融合。二次滾軋後的薄 片厚度維持在2·5至4.5 mm。 第二圖顯示本發明以一種面對面接觸方式進行半成品地板的壓 合。二次滾乾後之薄板經裁成i m χ ! m的薄板,每一薄板以表面 彼此相對地置入一模具中,以15〇至2〇〇 〇c的溫度壓合。 第三圖係在本發明面對面壓合製程中將地板半成品分成兩片之 7刀割製程圖。其中將面對面壓合後的地板半成品裁切成寬度3至5 mm之薄片,再砂磨成寬度2至3麵的均質非晶形大理石地板。 本發明透過面對面壓合與砂磨讓粗糙表面變光滑且波紋細緻 化’使非晶形大理石地板如同真實大理石般。本發明經由均質壓合與 石7磨的均負非晶形大理石地板具有和傳統地板相同之而于用性與耐髒 力而吾非晶形大理石地板產生刮痕或髒污時,也能輕易除去而恢復 11 1257379 原貌,並且均質非晶形大理石地板絲後彼此不會產生間隙。 第四圖與第五圖為本發明均f非晶形大理石地板的成品照片。 傳、、先大理石地板係利用壓合糾或碎#來製成,所以其大理石紋路雜 亂或甚至沒有大理石紋路,加上傳敎理石地板通常使用相同的紋 路’至其地板變得單調陳舊;相較之下,由於本發明的均質非晶形大 理石地板具有麟統大理石地板不同的錄大理石紋路,所以本發明 的均質非晶形大理石地板新潮且辨識性高。 【發明的型式】 、,為製造本發明的均質非晶形大理石地板,乃將個別之液體與粉末 原料以預疋1混合調配;之後將原料放入Banbury混合機3内以 至150 C的溫度揉捏,再用混合滾輪4以1〇〇至13(rc的溫度製成餅狀 基板1。 藉由接合壓延機5將基板1與具有多色彩的點狀色碎片2製造成 覓度小於3.0 mm的薄板,將脆化的薄板放入烤箱ι5内以2⑻至250 它的溫度加熱;利用前段壓延機8以11〇至15〇它的溫度將加熱過的 薄板1滾軋成厚度1.G至5·〇 mm的薄板;將薄板裁切成預定尺寸, 亚使用旋轉設備10的矽蓋11將裁切後的薄板吸起並旋轉九十度再予 層豐12;將以預定間隙13層疊的二或十層的薄板通過⑼至1〇〇。〇的 後段壓延機14,以低溫壓延製成厚度2·5至4·5 mm具有波紋與粗糙 表面的薄板。 將上述二次滾軋後的薄板裁成丨m x丨m的薄板形成大理石地 板的半成品;將該大理石地板半成品放置在模子内以15〇至之 溫度進行面對面的壓制貼合(請參閱第二圖);分割壓合後的薄板成 為兩片厚度3至5 mm的大理石地板半成品(請參閱第三圖);再藉由 12 1257379 砂磨2至3 m叫均料日日日形大理石地板。 〜 4 了月_露本發明的較佳具體實施例,不過熟悉此技 #之人士基於本㈣細及精神射料行的其祕改、縣及置 換’均不悖離本發騎__請專騎揭露者。 【圖式簡單說明】 第-圖為本發明之半成品地板的製程示意圖; 第二圖為本發明的面對面製程圖; 第二圖為本發明將壓合後的地板半成品分成兩片之圖; 第四圖為本發明較佳具體實施例的均質非晶形地板的照片;以 及、 第五圖為本發明其他具體實施例的均質非晶形地板的照片。 【主要元件符號說明】 1基板 10旋轉設備 2點狀色碎片 11矽蓋 3 Banbury混合機 12層疊 4混合滾輪 13間隙 5接合壓延機 14後段壓延機 8主要壓延機 15烤箱 9裁切器 13

1257379 「ΓΓΓΙ 十、申請專利範圍: 一一一一 1. 一種製造均質非晶形大理石地板的方法,其步驟包含: 將-合成樹脂化合物與點狀色碎片一起揉捏,並初步滾札該 揉捏的化合物以形成一初步滾軋薄片; 將該薄片裁成-預定尺寸並旋轉該薄片後層疊該初步滾軋薄 片; 以溫度60至100°C的低溫壓延對層疊的薄片進行二次滾乳, 以便形成波紋和粗糙表面的均質非晶形大理石地板半成品; 以面對面壓合對兩片該均質非晶形大理石地板半成品進行壓 合;以及 沿水平方向將該壓合的均質非晶形大理石地板半成品分割 成兩片’並進行該分割片的磨光。 2·如申請專利範圍第1項之方法,其中該初步滾軋薄片在一真空吸 附旋轉裝置中旋轉,並以階梯狀連續層疊的方式,將該初步滾軋薄 片連續層疊成階梯狀。 3·如申請專利範圍帛1項之方法,其中該合成樹脂化合物内添加至 少為取代聚乙二醇謎、脂肪醇部份酯與脂肪酸酯之混合物之一,以 便將製程溫度維持在比傳統製程溫度低1〇至⑽艺的情況。 4· 一種製造均質非晶形大理石地板的方法,其步驟包含: 將含有200至350重量份當作填充劑的碳酸妈、2〇至4〇重 篁份的塑化劑、3至10重量份的環氧、2至1〇重量份的鋇鋅基穩 定劑、2至1〇重量份的低溫製程添加劑及多種顏料的合成樹脂化 合物加入100重量份的聚氯乙烯中在結合一種點狀色碎片一起揉 捏,並初步滾軋該揉捏後的化合物以形成一初步滾軋薄片; 14 1257379 將該薄片裁成一預定尺寸並旋轉該薄片後層疊該初步滾軋薄 片; 以溫度60至100 C的低溫壓延對層疊的薄片進行二次滾軋, 以便形成波紋和粗糙表面的均質非晶形大理石地板半成品; 以面對面壓合對兩片該均質非晶形大理石地板半成品進行壓 合;以及 沿水平方向將該壓合的均質非晶形大理石地板半成品分割 成兩片,並進行該分割片的磨光。
