經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製 本發明為有關在貴重金屬之改良。詳言之,為有關铑 化合物之改良及其之製備方法。 在此處所用之醋酸铑(III) 一詞為描述 [Ru30(0Ac)6(H20)n(Ac0H)3-n]0Ac,其中 n 為 〇 至 3 之 值,及其脫溶劑產物,亦即[Ru30(0Ac)6]0Ac,及實質由 醋酸铑(111)組成之產物,其可能與少量其他醋酸铑、氧 化铑及/氫氧化铑摻合。醋酸铑(111)本身為已知之化合物 且可由商業取得,雖然其不是大量或常用化學品。其可用 於其他铑化合物之起始材料,且已建議其使用為催化劑或 催化劑先質。 身又製備醋酸姥(ΠI)之可接受方法涉及反應 RuC13.xH2〇與醋酸/醋酸酐或於乙醇中之醋酸鈉反應,但此 些方法常面臨不良之產量及產物受其他铑物種,如 [Ru2(0Ac)4C1]及氯及/或鈉離子之污染。另一方法為將氧 化鍺(VI11)與醋酸及一還原劑如乙醛或乙醇之混合物反 應。此後者方法因氧化铑(VIII)之易爆性質為危險的,雖 然其可預期較高之產量。預期有另一方法可大量、高產量 製備具有鬲純度之醋酸铑(11丨)。已知之方法傾向製出具 有不純物之實質污染物,如_化物,其可造成工廠及/或反 應器腐蝕,且不欲之金屬不純其可能造成催化方法中選擇 性的降低。另一不欲之不純物為硫,其可已知之催化劑毒 素。 本發明提供高產量之醋酸铑(111)之製備方法,其包含 在醋酸存在下將氧化铑(Iv)與化學計量之聯氨還原劑反 本紙張尺舰财 裝· (請先閱讀背面之注意事項寫本頁) 訂--- 丨鲁 -4- 521075 A7 〜~— __Β7 五、發明説明(了、 ------- 應。 本方法需要在二步驟下進行,第—步驟為在醋酸存在 下以聯氨將姥(IV)還原至姥⑴υ,接著藉由加熱一延長 時間,較佳為經由迴流,例8至24小時。醋酸試劑可為 冰酉a s文,但較佳為醋酸水溶液,係由以小量水稀釋冰醋酸 而製備,λ為可容許醋酸姥(;[⑴溶液製備之較佳醋酸組 合物。 建議聯氨比例為化學計量之95%至115%。反應物之化 學計量為1莫耳聯氨需要4莫耳铑,因為聯氨可與4電子 還原劑作用。使用之聯氨量為儘可能達化學計量,以避色 铑(IV)之過或不及還原。在製程期間,聯氨轉變為氨氣, 其將逸散。聯氨較佳以水溶液使用,但可以一純液體使 用,或以為固態或溶液形式之聯氨鹽使用。聯氨還原劑可 為一取代之聯氨,例如甲基聯氨,在此形式則化學計量亦 改變。然而,其可能由取代之聯氨發生不欲之副產物,例 如甲基胺,其將污染最終產物。在特定之使用,此一污染 為不重要的。 咸信此還原反應可由下反應式描述: 經濟部中央標準局員工消費合作社印製
