503159 A7 __ B7 五、發明説明(5 ) 節樞接芏加工臂10的加工端;亦有提供_第二缸體3 〇,其 軸样3 1係活節樞接至位在加工臂10之活節樞接端之連結臂 12。 此一配置方式係可使加工臂10產生擺動,其係藉由該第 一缸體20而沿著使該研磨輪抵頂板體前緣之方向上擺動, 如圖1户斤示。 一旦前緣加工完成之後,板體在實務上係會造成工作臂 沿著相反方向轉動,使得旋轉式元件會沿著板體之縱向邊 沿來滑動,直到當該後緣碰觸到研磨輪爲止,且在此時啓 動琢第二缸體30,且藉由使連結臂12沿著相反於加工臂1〇 之工作擺動方向來擺動,便可使該研磨輪緊貼著後緣,以 使後緣可以進行所需要的加工。 藉由上述的配置,其中該研磨輪之加工移動係藉由以兩 個分開的樞軸爲中心而在相反的方向上轉動來進行,因此 研磨輪便可以在加工後緣之後,馬上返回到其起始位置, 如此便可將習知技術之解決方案中一板體與下一個板體之 間所會產生的惰轉時間加以消除,其中該研磨輪係會經過 擺動,以與邊緣相接觸,並且會經過平移運動,以緊貼著 該後緣以將其加工。 藉由缸體所構成之致動器而進行的擺動,最重要的是可 以大大地減少返回時間;再者,藉由將研磨輪驅動馬達連接 至位在固足位置上的第二樞軸13,便可使得移動質量變少 ’藉此可以減少在該研磨輪與板體之間的撞擊力,進而減 少板體破損的可能性。 -8-
