发明领域
本发明涉及一种用于加工板材特别是玻璃板之边缘的机器的磨边装置。
发明背景
目前已经知道有可应用于用来加工板材特别是玻璃板之边缘的机器的磨边装置,这些磨边装置是设计成用来在板材的边缘产生一轻微的斜度。
这种作业对于随后必需承受回火处理的玻璃板而言是绝对必需的,该作业是设计成能使边缘成斜度,并且是借助一磨轮来进行操作,磨轮在一圆盘传送构件内旋转,圆盘传送构件由一机架(cage)构成,而该机架则由抵靠于板材边缘的多个辊子构成,因此,磨轮能以所需的方式形成斜度。
在已有技术的方案中,磨边装置通常是由一个摆臂构成的,该摆臂支承着一磨轮,并借助弹性装置推抵于被引入板材的前边缘,以便使前边缘成斜度。
接着,随着板件继续平移,实际上会使摆臂移动而令各辊子啮合于纵向边缘,这时,磨轮和板材之间没有接触,直到磨轮到达板材的后边缘,开始加工后边缘。虽然板材的移动非常缓慢,但由于摆臂(进而是磨轮)的移动与玻璃板的前进方向相反,因而在很多情况下不能对后边缘进行正确的加工。
为消除这一缺陷,已经在该磨边装置上配置了两个直线引导件,当与玻璃板接触以对前边缘进行加工时,磨轮向外移动,随后,磨轮借助第二滑动件跟随所述玻璃板,以便对后边缘进行加工。
在已有技术的方案中,由于装置还需要支承磨轮的驱动电机,因而有相当大的运动质量。另外,这样的装置还必需以特定的程度跟随板材,并执行返回行程。
因此,这样的磨边装置将迫使板材的平移速度下降,因为在对后边缘进行加工的过程中磨轮必需以特定的程度跟随板材。
另外,由于在对后边缘进行加工之后,带有相应磨轮的摆臂必需通过整个移动单元的返回移动而回到初始状况以配合下一板材的前边缘,因而在相继的板材之间必需保持一定的距离。
这样就会涉及低的操作速度和相当大的移动质量,因而在磨轮和被加工板材之间会发生碰撞,从而可能损坏板材。
发明内容
本发明的目标是,通过提供一种用于加工板材特别是玻璃板之边缘的机器的磨边装置来消除上述缺陷,该磨边装置可大大提高操作速度,进而提高被加工板材的平移速度。
在此目标范围内,本发明的一个目的在于,提供一种磨边装置,该装置可减小相邻的两个被加工板材之间的距离,进而减少空转时间。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种磨边装置,该装置可减小移动质量因而施加较小的压力,并且可以减少当板材与磨轮接触时不可避免地发生的碰撞。因此,玻璃板与磨轮的接触速度可以高出很多,从而能大大提高机器的生产率。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种磨边装置,由于该装置具有特定的构造特性,因而能赋予最佳的可靠性和安全性。
这些在下文中将变得越来越明显的目标和目的是通过一种用于加工板材特别是玻璃板边缘的机器的磨边装置来实现的。该磨边装置包括至少一个布置在被加工板材的一个边沿上的磨轮,所述磨轮被接纳在一个圆盘传送构件中,该圆盘传送构件设置有一由多个沿圆周方向分布的辊子构成的机架,其特征在于,该磨边装置还包括用于支承所述磨轮的装置,该装置形成了用于所述磨轮的一个第一摆动轴线和一第二摆动轴线,这两根轴线相互间隔,并且基本上垂直于所述板件的前移平面。
通过以下结合附图对用于加工板材特别是玻璃板之边缘的机器的磨边装置的一个较佳的但是非排它的实施例的描述,可以进一步地了解其它的特性和优点。

具体实施方式
请参见各附图,用于加工板材特别是玻璃板之边缘的机器的磨边装置总的由标号1来表示,它大致连接于板材边缘加工机的端部,在机器同时对两个相对的边缘进行加工的情况下,通常设置两个磨边装置,一边一个,而在机器只对板材的一个边缘进行加工的情况下,例如垂直布置的情况,只是在所述边缘的加工端垂直地布置一个磨边装置。
磨边装置1包括一磨轮2,该磨轮以一种本质上已知的方式安装在一个圆盘传送构件3中,以精确地确定所形成的斜度的类型,众所周知,该圆盘传送构件3由一机架构成,该机架由多个辊子4形成,这些辊子沿圆周方向布置,并啮合于板材的边沿和被加工的边缘。
本发明的特别之处是,为磨轮2设置了支承装置,该支承装置由一加工臂10构成,该加工臂的一端支承着所述磨轮2,而另一端通过第一枢接点11活节连接于一联接臂12,联接臂12则通过第二枢接点13活节连接于总的由标号14表示的机器的固定结构。
在所述第二枢接点13处设有一总的由标号15表示的磨轮驱动电机,该驱动电机可驱动一围绕皮带轮17的第一皮带16,皮带轮17可以围绕第一枢接点11旋转,并且与带动磨轮旋转的第二皮带18的皮带轮同轴。
因此,本发明的特殊之处是,磨轮可以围绕两个分开的枢接点摆动,这两个枢接点是第一摆动枢接点或轴线11以及第二摆动枢接点或轴线13。
还设置有致动装置,该装置包括一第一缸20,该第一缸活节连接于固定结构14,其致动杆21活节连接于加工臂10的加工端。还有一第二缸30,其致动杆31在加工臂10的活接端活节连接于联接臂12。
如图1所示,在这种配置下,可以借助第一缸20使加工臂10沿某个方向摆动,这实际上可以使磨轮抵靠于板材的前边缘。
一旦将前边缘加工完毕,板材实际上会导致加工臂沿相反的方向旋转,从而使园盘传送构件沿板材的纵向边沿滑动,直到当磨轮到达板材的后边缘第二缸30被驱动为止。由于联接臂12沿与第一臂10的加工摆动方向相反的方向摆动,使得磨轮跟随板材的后边缘,以进行所需的加工。
在上述的配置下,磨轮的加工移动是通过围绕两个不同枢接点的两个相互反向的摆动来进行的,因而磨轮可以在加工完后边缘之后立即返回原来位置,这样就能消除在已有技术中会出现的两块板材之间的空转时间。在已有技术中,磨轮被迫摆动,以便接触板材的边缘,并且被迫作平移运动,以便跟随板材的后边缘而对它进行加工。
这两个借助由致动缸构成的致动器来进行的摆动首先能显著地减少返回时间;另外,由于将磨轮驱动电机连接在第二枢接点13(该枢接点是一个固定位置)处,因而使移动质量较小,从而可以减少磨轮与板材的碰撞,进而减少使板材破损的可能性。
从以上的描述中可以清楚地看到,本发明能实现其目标和目的。具体地说,本发明提供了一种磨边装置,该装置可通过两个围绕不同枢接点的分开的、反向的摆动动作而显著提高操作速度,这是因为磨轮在完成了后边缘的加工之后能快速地返回初始位置,以加工下一块板材的前边缘。
这样构思而成的本发明很容易有各种变型和改动,所有这些变型和改动均应落入所附权利要求书的保护范围。
所有的细节都可以用其它技术上的等同元件来代替。
实际上,所用的材料以及可能的形状和尺寸都可以根据需要来变化。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于加工板材的机器的磨边装置,包括:至少一个布置在被加工板材的一个边沿上的磨轮(2),所述磨轮被接纳在一个圆盘传送构件(3)中,该圆盘传送构件设置有一由多个沿圆周方向分布的辊子(4)构成的机架,其特征在于,该磨边装置还包括用于支承所述磨轮(2)的装置(10),该装置形成了用于所述磨轮(2)的一个第一摆动轴线(11)和一第二摆动轴线(13),这两根轴线相互间隔,并且垂直于所述板件的前移平面。
2.如权利要求1所述的磨边装置,其特征在于,所述支承装置包括一加工臂(10),该加工臂的一端支承着所述磨轮(2),其另一端通过一第一枢接点(11)连接于一联接臂(12)。
3.如权利要求2所述的磨边装置,其特征在于,所述联接臂(12)通过一第二枢接点(13)连接于用来加工板材边缘的机器的固定结构(14)。
4.如权利要求3所述的磨边装置,其特征在于,该磨边装置包括一位于所述第二枢接点(13)处的用于驱动所述磨轮(2)的电动机(15),该电动机通过一第一皮带(16)和一第二皮带(18)连接于所述磨轮(2),所述第一和第二皮带分别卷绕在可围绕所述第一枢接点(11)旋转的皮带轮(17、18)上,所述第一枢接点(11)联接所述联接臂(12)和所述加工臂(10)。
5.如权利要求3-4中的任一项所述的磨边装置,其特征在于,该磨边装置包括用于驱动所述加工臂(10)和所述联接臂(12)的装置,该驱动装置分别由一第一缸(20)和第二缸(30)构成,前者活节连接于所述固定结构(14)并连接于所述加工臂(10),后者活节连接于所述固定结构(14)并连接于所述联接臂(12)。
6.如权利要求2-4中的任一项所述的磨边装置,其特征在于,所述加工臂(10)适于使所述磨轮(2)移动,使其通过沿某个方向的旋转而抵靠板材的前边缘进行加工,而所述联接臂(12)适于通过沿一相反方向的旋转而将所述磨轮置于板材的后边缘。
