414695 A7 ____ B7 五、發明説明_( 1 ) 經濟部中央棹準局負工消費合作社印製 本發明係關於新穎的、安定的、溶於冷水的由微生物製 的油製成的粉狀製劑,此後稱爲SCO(Single Cell Oil,單細 胞油),富含花生四烯酸,此後稱作AA,以及其製法。 脂溶液物質的溶於冷水的製劑在人營養上扮演重要角 色。此類製劑一般是以乳液或乾粉的形式在商業上流通, 因爲脂溶性活性成分不溶於水,以及其或多或少的顯著的 不安定性和難以搬運0在此類製劑中一般是以基質成分包 封活性成分,即脂溶性物質。基質成分主要用以保護活性 成分使其安定,使終製劑易於吸收並在需要時使終製劑分 散於水内。 根據本發明,現已發現特別安定的及易於搬運的SCO製 劑,可用魚明膠作爲保護膠體及加抗氧化劑製成。所用的 抗氧化劑是: a) 供油相使用者:生育酚,抗壞血酸酯或抗壞血酸酯與 生育酚的混合物,抗壞血酸酯以棕櫚酸抗壞血酸酯爲佳; b) 供水相使用者:抗壞血酸酯或鹼土金屬鹽,較佳是抗 壞血酸鋼。 可以商品名"Norland HiPure Fish Gelatin"由 Norland PtOducts Inc.,695 Joyce Kilmer Ave.,Ne,w Brunswick,N.
