Abstract
本發明提供一種難以引起帶電,可安全操作之壓電膜。本發明之積層膜係含有聚偏二氟乙烯之壓電膜與包含抗靜電層之保護膜貼合而成。
Description
本發明涉及一種積層膜,更詳細而言涉及一種包含壓電性膜之積層膜、其製造方法及用途。
壓電膜係受壓會帶電之膜,帶電之膜有引起激烈的靜電放電之情況,操作時需要注意。作為帶電之膜之去靜電方法,存在使用靜電消除器等裝置之方法,但設備導入要花費成本。而且,即便於製造步驟之中途進行過去靜電,壓電膜在其特性上亦會僅因接觸物體或(尤其是輸送中)自輥捲出而帶電。
因此,為了確保壓電膜之輸送及使用壓電膜之製品之製造相關的作業者之安全,亦要求難以引起帶電之壓電膜。
至今為止,為了抑制樹脂膜之帶電而開發有各種技術。例如,於引用文獻1中,揭示有於第一面具備黏結層,且其相反側之第二面之表面粗糙度Ra為1.5 nm以上的樹脂膜。引用文獻1之樹脂膜於使第二面接觸透明導電層後剝離時之剝離帶電量為30 kV以下。
另外,於引用文獻2中揭示有如下脫模膜:於中心線平均粗糙度小於0.5 µm之聚酯膜之單面設有脫模層,於另一面設有包含含有導電性碳黑之樹脂之抗靜電層。引用文獻2之脫模膜之抗靜電層之表面固有電阻值為5×104
至5×109
Ω/sq且剝離帶電量為-5至+5 kV。

發明欲解決之課題
然而,壓電膜容易引起帶電,其帶電量亦大,而如上述之先前技術並非以壓電膜為對象。因此,本發明係鑒於上述問題點而完成,其目的在於提供一種難以引起帶電,可安全操作之壓電膜。
解決問題之技術手段
為了解決上述課題,本發明係一種含有聚偏二氟乙烯之壓電膜與包含抗靜電層之保護膜貼合而成的積層膜。
發明效果
根據本發明之積層膜,可提供難以引起帶電,可安全操作之壓電膜。
1. 積層膜
以下,對本發明之積層膜之一實施方式進行說明。本實施方式之積層膜係壓電膜與保護膜貼合而成。
(壓電膜)
本實施方式中之壓電膜含有聚偏二氟乙烯作為主要成分。此處,「作為主要成分」係指含有率為50莫耳%以上。對於壓電膜可含有之聚偏二氟乙烯以外之成分於後文進行敘述。

在該範圍內之膜具有就獲得具備充分功能之透明導電膜及觸控面板之方面而言適宜的壓電性。
壓電常數d33
可成為相對於一定壓力之帶電程度之指標。通常,壓電常數d33
越大,受到一定壓力時產生之電荷密度越大,因此壓電膜之帶電程度亦會變大。另外,本說明書中之壓電常數d33
係藉由使用氣壓壓力機以一定速度沿膜之厚度方向對膜施加應力,並利用電荷放大器測定產生之電荷而算出的值。
本實施方式中之壓電膜之厚度較佳為5 µm以上,更佳為10 µm以上,進一步更佳為20 µm以上。而且,壓電膜之厚度較佳為200 µm以下,更佳為120 µm以下,進一步更佳為80 µm以下。於將由壓電膜製造之透明導電膜進而應用於觸控面板時,要求透明導電膜有高透明性。透明導電膜之透明性受成為原料之壓電膜之厚度影響,若為厚度在上述範圍內之壓電膜,則透明導電膜中該壓電膜所構成之層為薄層,所以可獲得透明度充分之透明導電膜。因此,厚度在上述範圍內之壓電膜可適宜地用於透明導電膜及觸控面板。
壓電膜於製造透明導電膜及觸控面板之步驟中要與保護膜貼合。因此,壓電膜較佳為表面之凹凸少且平滑至會與保護膜充分貼合之程度。
本實施方式中之壓電膜中所含之聚偏二氟乙烯可於獲得本實施方式之效果之範圍內含有可與偏二氟乙烯共聚之單體作為結構單元。作為可與偏二氟乙烯共聚之單體之具體例,可列舉:三氟乙烯、四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、三氟氯乙烯及氟乙烯等含氟單體。另外,可含有兩種以上之此種單體。
另外,壓電膜可於獲得本實施方式之效果之範圍內,為了形成膜時之擠出加工性之改善等而含有各種添加劑。作為添加劑,例如可列舉塑化劑、穩定劑、抗氧化劑、界面活性劑及顏料等,可根據用途適當組合而使用。有機化合物及無機化合物均可作為添加劑使用。有機化合物可為聚合物。
(保護膜)
本實施方式中之保護膜係貼附於壓電膜,用於保護壓電膜免受損傷及污染等,同時将壓電膜去靜電的膜,其包含抗靜電層。抗靜電層係含有導電性高分子而構成,或由添加有抗靜電劑之材料構成,或利用抗靜電劑進行表面塗佈而構成,或者亦可藉由該等之組合而構成。
作為導電性高分子,例如可列舉:聚乙炔、聚對伸苯、聚噻吩、聚吡咯、聚苯胺及多并苯等。
作為抗靜電劑,例如可列舉:(a)具有四級銨鹽、吡啶鎓鹽、一級至三級胺基等陽離子性基之各種陽離子性抗靜電劑;(b)具有磺酸鹽基、硫酸酯鹽基、磷酸酯鹽基、膦酸鹽基等陰離子性基之陰離子性抗靜電劑;(c)胺基酸系、胺基硫酸酯系等兩性抗靜電劑;及(d)胺醇系、甘油系、聚乙二醇系等非離子性抗靜電劑等。作為更具體之例,並無特別限定,可列舉:1-辛基吡啶鎓六氟磷酸鹽、1-壬基吡啶鎓六氟磷酸鹽、2-甲基-1-十二烷基吡啶鎓六氟磷酸鹽、1-辛基吡啶鎓十二烷基苯磺酸鹽、1-十二烷基吡啶鎓硫氰酸鹽、1-十二烷基吡啶鎓十二烷基苯磺酸鹽、及4-甲基-1-辛基吡啶鎓六氟磷酸鹽等。
抗靜電層具有電氣導電性。因此,若利用抗靜電層塗覆帶電之對象物之表面,則對象物之表面被賦予電氣導電性而讓電荷洩漏,因此靜電消散而去靜電。作為電氣導電性之指標之一,可列舉表面固有電阻值。表面固有電阻值例如可使用公知之電阻率計,依據JIS(Japanese Industrial Standards,日本工業標準)K 7194而測定。
抗靜電層之表面固有電阻值較佳為1014
Ω/sq以下,更佳為1012
Ω/sq以下,進一步更佳為1010
Ω/sq以下。若表面固有電阻值為1014
Ω/sq以下,則可防止積層膜之帶電。
另外,抗靜電層之表面固有電阻值較佳為104
Ω/sq以上,更佳為106
Ω/sq以上,進一步更佳為108
Ω/sq以上。藉由使表面固有電阻值在該範圍內,可將積層膜去靜電而於帶電之對象物接觸其他物體時不會引起激烈之靜電放電。
抗靜電層之厚度只要可充分發揮其效果便無特別限定,只要根據使用之抗靜電劑等而適當選擇即可。例如,可設為0.020 µm至2.0 µm,亦可設為0.020 µm至0.15 µm,亦可設為0.10 µm至2.0 µm。
本實施方式中之保護膜除抗靜電層以外,亦可進一步包含黏著層及基材層等。以下,本實施方式中之保護膜設為包含黏著層及基材層。
黏著層係具有用於將保護膜貼附於壓電膜之黏著力之層。另一方面,於將本實施方式之積層膜用於觸控面板時,多於使用時自壓電膜剝離保護膜。因此,黏著劑較佳為不僅可將保護膜貼附於壓電膜,且可將保護膜剝離而不會於壓電膜殘留糊劑的材料。
就此種觀點而言,作為黏著劑,例如可列舉:丙烯酸系黏著劑、橡膠系黏著劑、矽酮系黏著劑、聚酯系黏著劑、聚胺基甲酸酯系黏著劑、聚醯胺系黏著劑、環氧系黏著劑、乙烯基烷基醚系黏著劑、及氟系黏著劑等。該等黏著劑可單獨使用或併用2種以上。其中,就黏著性及剝離性等觀點而言,適宜地使用丙烯酸系黏著劑。
關於黏著層之厚度,只要可將保護膜貼附於壓電膜便無特別限定,例如較佳為3 µm以上10 µm以下。
基材層係用於支持抗靜電層及黏著層之樹脂之層。於構成基材層之樹脂之例中,可列舉:聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)及聚對苯二甲酸丁二酯等聚酯;聚乙烯(PE)及聚丙烯(PP)等聚烯烴;聚氯乙烯、氯乙烯樹脂及聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)等含鹵素系聚合物;聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯等丙烯酸系聚合物;及聚苯乙烯、苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸甲酯共聚物等苯乙烯系聚合物等。其中,較佳為PET、PE及PP,最佳為PET。
關於基材層之厚度,只要可支持抗靜電層及黏著層便無特別限定,較佳為10 µm以上,更佳為20 µm以上,進一步更佳為30 µm以上。另一方面,就抑制導電性膜及觸控面板之製造成本及輸送成本之觀點而言,基材層之厚度較佳為150 µm以下,更佳為100 µm以下,進一步更佳為60 µm以下。
本實施方式中之保護膜只要可發揮其功能及效果,則能以任意順序積層抗靜電層、黏著層及基材層。例如,可依序積層黏著層、基材層及抗靜電層,亦可依序積層黏著層、抗靜電層及基材層。其中,就更有效地將壓電膜去靜電之觀點而言,保護膜較佳為依序積層黏著層、基材層及抗靜電層,詳情於後文敘述。
本實施方式中之保護膜之厚度較佳為10 µm以上,更佳為20 µm以上,進一步更佳為30 µm以上。若保護膜之厚度在該範圍內,則可充分保護壓電膜免受損傷及污染等。
另外,保護膜之厚度較佳為150 µm以下,更佳為100 µm以下,進一步更佳為60 µm以下。若保護膜之厚度在該範圍內,則可抑制導電性膜及觸控面板之製造成本及輸送成本。
本實施方式中之保護膜可進一步包含剝離層,該剝離層係用於在與壓電膜貼合之前的期間對保護膜表面進行保護使其免受污染等之層,且於貼合時予以去除。剝離層之素材只要為可對保護膜進行保護且可容易地去除之素材便無特別限定。舉一例而言,剝離層由PET構成。剝離層可僅形成於保護膜表面之單面,亦可形成於兩側之面。
(積層膜)
本實施方式之積層膜之捲筒狀態之表面電位較佳為-5 kV以上5 kV以下,更佳為-4 kV以上4 kV以下,進一步更佳為-3 kV以上3 kV以下。膜之表面電位例如可使用公知之靜電電位測定器而測定。
若捲筒狀態之膜之表面電位在該範圍內,則於製造步驟中輸送壓電膜或將膜捲出時難以引起帶電,所以可防止激烈之靜電放電。因此,作業者可安全地操作積層膜。
本實施方式之積層膜於自捲筒狀態以50 cm/s拉出積層膜時之膜之表面電位較佳為-3 kV以上3 kV以下。該表面電位更佳為-2 kV以上2 kV以下,進一步更佳為-1 kV以上1 kV以下。
若該電位在該範圍內,則難以引起於將捲筒狀態之積層膜拉出時之膜之帶電,所以即便引起靜電放電,對於手之電擊亦為不會有痛感之程度。因此,作業者可安全地操作積層膜。
本實施方式之積層膜中,如上所述,壓電膜與保護膜經由保護膜之黏著層而貼合。積層膜可依序積層有壓電膜、黏著層、基材層及抗靜電層,亦可依序積層有壓電膜、黏著層、抗靜電層及基材層,但更佳為前者。
其原因在於,抗靜電層係藉由自其表面使電荷洩漏而將壓電膜去靜電,因此於積層膜中之外側存在抗靜電層時可更有效率地將壓電膜去靜電。也就是說,可抑制積層膜之帶電。
2. 積層膜之製造方法
本實施方式之積層膜之製造方法包括:獲得壓電膜之極化步驟、將壓電膜與保護膜貼合而獲得積層膜之貼合步驟、及捲取積層膜之捲取步驟。
(極化步驟)
極化步驟係使含有聚偏二氟乙烯之捲取前之擠出膜極化而獲得壓電膜之步驟。含有聚偏二氟乙烯之擠出膜可藉由公知之方法而獲得,其方法並無限定。例如,可列舉將含有聚偏二氟乙烯之聚偏二氟乙烯樹脂熔融擠出,並經過延伸之步驟之方法。
關於熔融擠出之方法,例如使用公知之乾燥混合裝置將構成聚偏二氟乙烯樹脂之聚偏二氟乙烯及添加劑等供給至擠出機。有如下方法:於公知之擠出機之料缸內將原料加熱熔融,自T型模嘴或環狀模嘴(圓形模嘴)擠出,而獲得平板狀膜或管狀膜。
延伸方法亦無特別限定,例如可藉由如下方式進行延伸:利用拉幅機法、鼓法或吹脹法等公知之延伸方法,對平板狀膜或管狀膜進行單軸或雙軸延伸。
然後,使捲取前之擠出膜極化。極化例如可藉由對擠出膜接通直流電流,施加電壓而進行。電壓只要根據擠出膜之厚度進行適當調整即可,例如只要為1 kV至50 kV左右即可。
本實施方式中,可藉由以上述方式使擠出膜極化而獲得壓電膜。另外,於極化步驟中,亦可於獲得擠出膜後且極化前將膜冷卻。
(貼合步驟)
貼合步驟係將捲取前之壓電膜與包含抗靜電層之保護膜貼合而獲得積層膜之步驟。此時,壓電膜與保護膜經由保護膜之黏著層而貼合。另外,於本實施方式中,設為保護膜包含黏著層而進行說明,但於保護膜不包含黏著層時,亦可於保護膜塗佈黏著劑後將壓電膜與保護膜貼合。
亦可於將壓電膜與保護膜貼合之前,對壓電膜進行加熱。藉此,壓電膜之應變得以緩和且被熱固定。若使用經過熱固定之壓電膜,則可減少貼合後之步驟中可能產生之積層膜之熱收縮。壓電膜之加熱只要例如於90至140℃進行15至120秒左右即可。
(捲取步驟)
捲取步驟係捲取積層膜之步驟。積層膜例如捲取於卷芯上。捲取時之張力及速度等只要以不會產生捲緊之方式根據積層膜之厚度等而適當調整即可。
於捲取積層膜時,可為保護膜在內側,亦可為壓電膜在內側。另外,一次捲取之積層膜亦可於後續步驟中重捲,此時亦可使膜之內外相反。
於本實施方式之積層膜之製造方法中,可藉由將壓電膜與保護膜貼合之步驟而將壓電膜去靜電。另外,利用本實施方式中之製造方法所製造之積層膜藉由壓電膜與保護膜之貼合,而難以引起壓電膜之帶電,因此可安全操作。
3. 積層膜之用途
本發明之一實施方式之積層膜係以壓電膜為材料之樹脂膜,可應用於透明導電膜。透明導電膜可藉由如下方式製作:例如使摻Sn(錫)氧化銦或摻氟氧化錫等金屬氧化物附著於利用上述方法製作之積層膜表面,並將保護膜剝離。金屬氧化物於積層膜表面之附著例如可使用濺鍍法或蒸鍍法等。金屬氧化物之附著與保護膜之剝離哪一者先進行都可。另外,藉由視需要適當進行電暈處理及濕式塗佈處理、退火處理等,可獲得所需之透明導電膜。
另外,利用上述方法所得之透明導電膜可應用於智慧型手機、平板終端及汽車導航等所具備之觸控面板。即,可實現對進行二維方向之位置檢測之先前的觸控面板加入感測按壓力之第3感測器而成的3D(3 dimensions,三維)觸控感測器。
4. 總結
如上所述,本發明之積層膜係含有聚偏二氟乙烯之壓電膜與包含抗靜電層之保護膜貼合而成之積層膜。
另外,前述壓電膜之壓電常數d33
較佳為5 pC/N以上40 pC/N以下。
另外,前述壓電膜之厚度較佳為5 µm以上200 µm以下。
另外,前述抗靜電層之表面固有電阻值較佳為1014
Ω/sq以下。
另外,前述保護膜進一步包含基材層,且較佳為依序積層有前述壓電膜、前述基材層、前述抗靜電層。
另外,自捲筒狀態以50 cm/s拉出積層膜時之膜之表面電位較佳為-3 kV以上3 kV以下。
本發明之積層膜之製造方法為如下之積層膜之製造方法,其包括:使含有聚偏二氟乙烯之捲取前之擠出膜極化而獲得壓電膜之極化步驟、將捲取前之前述壓電膜與包含抗靜電層之保護膜貼合而獲得積層膜之貼合步驟、及捲取前述積層膜之捲取步驟。
本發明之透明導電膜之製造方法為如下之透明導電膜之製造方法,其包括:使金屬氧化物附著於使用上述積層膜之製造方法所製造之積層膜之表面,以及將保護膜剝離。
以下示出實施例,進一步詳細地對本發明之實施方式進行說明。當然,本發明並不限定於以下之實施例,關於細節部分自不用說可實現各種實施方式。本發明並不限定於上述實施方式,可於申請專利範圍所示之範圍內進行各種變更,適當組合分別公示之技術性手段後獲得之實施方式亦包含於本發明之技術性範圍內。另外,以參考之形式引用本說明書中所記載之所有文獻。
實施例
1. 膜之準備
[實施例1]
使固有黏度為1.3 dl/g之由PVDF(聚偏二氟乙烯:KUREHA股份有限公司製造)成形之樹脂膜(厚度為120 µm)通過表面溫度加熱為110℃之預熱輥。然後,使通過預熱輥後之膜通過表面溫度加熱為120℃之延伸輥,以延伸倍率成為4.2倍之方式進行延伸而獲得PVDF膜。
延伸後,使PVDF膜通過極化輥而進行極化處理,獲得壓電膜。具體而言,於與極化輥之表面隔開約10 mm之位置配置針電極,對針電極間施加直流電壓。此時,直流電壓自0 kV增加至11 kV。將極化處理後之膜進而於130℃熱處理1分鐘,藉此成為最終之壓電膜。
求出壓電膜之壓電常數d33
。具體而言,使用氣壓壓力機沿壓電膜之厚度方向以一定速度施加應力,利用電荷放大器測定產生之電荷。
然後,準備厚度38 µm之膜(基材:聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯)作為包含抗靜電層之保護膜。抗靜電層之表面固有電阻值之測定係使用電阻率計(Mitsubishi Chemical Analytech公司,LorestaGP MCP-HT800),依據JIS K 6911而進行。表面固有電阻值之測定進行3次,將3次之平均值作為代表值而示於表1。
使用多功能塗佈機將保護膜與壓電膜貼合之後,捲取成卷狀。多功能塗佈機設定線速度為5 m/min,層壓輥接觸壓力為約0.3 N。
[實施例2]
於極化處理中使直流電壓自0 kV增加至9 kV来代替自0 kV增加至11 kV,除此以外,進行與實施例1同樣之操作。
[實施例3]
使用抗靜電層之表面固有電阻值不同之保護膜(藤森工业股份有限公司製造,「KB-003」),除此以外,進行與實施例1同樣之操作。
[實施例4]
進行與實施例2同樣之操作,而獲得壓電膜。
然後,製作厚度32 µm之膜(基材:PVDF)作為包含抗靜電層之保護膜。具體而言,保護膜係以如下方式製作。將由PVDF(聚偏二氟乙烯:KUREHA股份有限公司製造)成形之樹脂膜(厚度為120 µm)以延伸倍率成為4.2倍之方式延伸。接著,使用線速度設定為2 m/min之多功能塗佈機,以3 g/m2
之塗佈量於延伸後之樹脂膜之表面塗佈固體成分濃度調整為3.5%之抗靜電劑(荒川化學工業股份有限公司製造,「Aracoat AS601D」)。然後,於100℃使樹脂膜乾燥1分鐘後,捲取成卷狀。接著,於樹脂膜中與塗佈有抗靜電劑之面背對之面、即背面,以22 g/m2
之塗佈量塗佈使用乙酸乙酯將固體成分濃度調整為15%之黏著劑(綜研化學股份有限公司製造,「SK-Dyne 1499M」)。然後,於100℃使樹脂膜乾燥1分鐘,藉此獲得表面形成有抗靜電層,背面形成有黏著層之保護膜。抗靜電層之表面固有電阻值之測定係使用電阻率計(Nittoseiko Analytech股份有限公司,Hiresta MCP-HT800),依據JIS K 6911而進行。表面固有電阻值之測定進行3次,將3次之平均值作為代表值而示於表1。
使用多功能塗佈機將保護膜與壓電膜貼合之後,捲取成卷狀。多功能塗佈機係將線速度設定為5 m/min,將層壓輥接觸壓力設定為約0.3 N。以此方式,獲得依序積層有壓電膜、基材層(PVDF)、抗靜電層之積層膜。
[實施例5]
於樹脂膜之表面塗佈抗靜電劑時,以3 g/m2
之濕式塗佈量塗佈使用水:異丙醇=2:1.5(重量比)之混合物將固體成分濃度調整為10%之抗靜電劑(KONISHI股份有限公司製造,「BONDEIP-PA100」)來代替上述抗靜電劑,除此以外,進行與實施例4同樣之操作。
[比較例]
僅將壓電膜捲取成卷狀,除此以外,進行與實施例1同樣之操作。
2. 物性之評估
對於實施例1至3及比較例中準備之捲取狀態之膜,使用靜電電位測定器(KEYENCE公司製造,SK-H050)測定膜之表面電位(kV)。測定於距捲筒外側之膜表面為10 cm之位置進行。
另外,測定以50 cm/s自捲筒拉出膜時之膜之表面電位。測定於距捲筒外側之膜表面為10 cm之位置進行。於自捲筒拉出膜時,將靜電電位測定器固定,使其能以一定距離進行測定。

Claims (8)
- 一種積層膜,其係含有聚偏二氟乙烯之壓電膜與包含抗靜電層之保護膜貼合而成。
- 如請求項1之積層膜,其中前述壓電膜之壓電常數d33 為5 pC/N以上40 pC/N以下。
- 如請求項1或2之積層膜,其中前述壓電膜之厚度為5 µm以上200 µm以下。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之積層膜,其中前述抗靜電層之表面固有電阻值為1014 Ω/sq以下。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之積層膜,其中前述保護膜進一步包含基材層,且依序積層有前述壓電膜、前述基材層、前述抗靜電層。
- 如請求項1至5中任一項之積層膜,其中自捲筒狀態以50 cm/s拉出積層膜時之膜之表面電位為-3 kV以上3 kV以下。
- 一種積層膜之製造方法,其包括: 極化步驟,其係使含有聚偏二氟乙烯之捲取前之擠出膜極化而獲得壓電膜; 貼合步驟,其係將捲取前之前述壓電膜與包含抗靜電層之保護膜貼合而獲得積層膜;及 捲取步驟,其係捲取前述積層膜。
- 一種透明導電膜之製造方法,其包括:使金屬氧化物附著於使用如請求項7之積層膜之製造方法所製造之積層膜的表面;及將保護膜剝離。
