Abstract

Description
本發明係關於一種燙金衝壓機,其具有:衝壓台,片材可在其上行進;衝壓系統,其用於將箔片衝壓至該片材上;引導系統,其用於在該片材上引導箔片,該引導系統界定箔片運輸路徑,其在片材行進所沿著的路徑上延伸;容納器,其用於收納箔片的供應件;及用於使用過的箔片之丟棄系統。
該片材可為紙板或紙,且箔片為金屬化塑膠箔片或薄金屬箔片。衝壓系統將箔片衝壓至片材之表面上使得箔片的一部分轉移至其所黏附的片材。
該箔片通常以筒管上之捲筒之形式提供。箔片的使用過的部分通常再纏繞在另一筒管上。
因為再纏繞在一定程度上至關重要,因此其需要較多干預,且因此用於使用過的箔片之丟棄系統經配置在機器之前方(操作者側面),而箔片的供應件經配置於機器的後方,與操作者側面相對。
本發明之目標為降低操作者操作機器所需的工作量。
為此目的,本發明在如上文所界定的機器中設置容納器配置於衝壓機之操作者側面處。具有此佈局之燙金衝壓機的主要優點在於操作者在必須進行更換的情況下不必將新的箔片置於機器的後方。
根據本發明之一態樣,丟棄系統包含用於自衝壓機移除使用過的箔片之刷子系統。丟棄系統亦有可能包含廢棄箔片容器。因此,本發明使用丟棄使用過的箔片的完全新的概念。在先前技術中,使用過的箔片再纏繞在筒管上。因為使用過的箔片無法再容易地纏繞,所以常常需要操作者發明。若存在更嚴重的問題,則機器的操作必須停止,使得操作者可移除廢棄箔片。根據本發明,廢棄箔片現在僅自機器抽出並且不再被再纏繞而是僅被丟棄。不需要操作者干預以確保廢棄箔片被恰當地再纏繞。
根據本發明之另一態樣,提供一種用於將箔片與片材分離之鼓風機,該鼓風機配置於丟棄系統之側面處。該鼓風機因而可作用於使用過的箔片。因此,鼓風機設置相比於鼓風機作用於新的箔片之機器的先前技術佈局,重要性降低了很多;在新的佈局下,由於鼓風機的操作而發生在箔片處之任何損壞會發生在使用過的箔片處。
衝壓系統較佳地包含壓板系統。
在圖1及圖2中,展示燙金衝壓機之主要部分。其包含衝壓台10,尤其由紙或紙板組成之片材可沿著饋送方向F在該衝壓台上行進。在圖2中,饋送方向垂直於橫截面的平面。為了較佳清晰度,此處不展示在饋送方向F行進之片材。
提供經示意性展示之容納器11以用於容納箔片14之供應件12。供應件12可呈箔片14纏繞在其上之捲筒或筒管之形式,或為捲筒或筒管。
供應件12配置於機器之前側(被稱作操作者側面,「OS」)上。機器之前側或操作者側面為配置用於調節機器之設置的控制元件之側面。
箔片14為已經金屬化之塑膠製成的薄箔片,或薄金屬箔片。運用燙金衝壓機,箔片之某一部分施加至該片材。
如圖1及圖2中可見,亦可供應第二箔片16。
藉助於包含複數個輥18之引導系統在該片材上引導箔片14。重要的為,在橫向於且尤其垂直於片材之饋送方向F的方向上在該片材上引導箔片(參見箭頭A在衝壓台10中之定向,其中箭頭A表示箔片在衝壓台上行進所在之方向)。
為了將箔片14衝壓至片材上且為了使箔片之一部分黏附於該片材,提供運用附圖標記20在圖2中示意性地展示之衝壓系統。衝壓系統20包含平板壓機。
在機器的背側,亦即與操作者相對之側面(「OOS」),配置用於使用過的箔片之丟棄系統22。該丟棄系統在此處包含複數個刷子24,該等刷子協作以便將牽引力施加在使用過的箔片上。
丟棄系統22進一步包含廢料容器26,使用過的箔片自刷子24丟棄至該廢料容器中。
可看出,丟棄系統22不需要操作者關注,因為其不必恰當地再纏繞箔片。實際上,該箔片僅自機器抽出且朝向容器26被丟棄。
在機器的背側,配置鼓風機30,其將空氣流導向至片材與箔片之間的間隙中。該鼓風機輔助將箔片與片材分離之程序。
當氣流作用於使用過的箔片時,可接受空氣流在一定程度上損壞箔片之情況。

Claims (5)
- 一種燙金衝壓機,其具有:一衝壓台(10),一片材可在其上行進;一衝壓系統(20),其用於將一箔片(14)衝壓至該片材上;一引導系統(18),其用於在該片材上引導該箔片(14),該引導系統(18)界定一箔片運輸路徑,該箔片運輸路徑在該片材行進所沿著之路徑上延伸;一容納器(11),其用於收納箔片之一供應件(12);及一丟棄系統(22),其用於使用過的箔片,該容納器配置於該衝壓機之一操作者側面處。
- 如請求項1之衝壓機,其中該丟棄系統(22)包含用於自該衝壓機移除使用過的箔片之一刷子系統(24)。
- 如請求項1或請求項2之衝壓機,其中該丟棄系統(22)包含一廢棄箔片容器(26)。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項之衝壓機,其中提供用於將該箔片與該片材分離之一鼓風機(30),該鼓風機(30)配置於該丟棄系統(22)之側面處。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項之衝壓機,其中該衝壓系統(20)包含一平板壓機。
