热箔压印机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种热箔压印机,该热箔压印机具有:压印台,可在其上推进片材;压印系统,其用于将箔压印到片材上;引导系统,其用于在片材上引导箔,该引导系统限定箔传输路径,该箔传输路径延伸穿过推进片材所沿的路径;保持件,其用于接收箔的供应;以及用于用过的箔的丢弃系统。
背景技术
片材可以是硬纸板或纸,并且箔是金属化塑料箔或薄金属箔。压印系统将箔压印到片材的表面上,从而将箔的一部分转移到箔所贴附的片材上。
箔通常以卷轴上的卷的形式提供。箔的用过的部分通常被重新卷绕在另一个卷轴上。
由于重新卷绕在一定程度上很关键,需要更多的介入,因此用于用过的箔的丢弃系统被布置在机器的前方且在操作人员侧,而箔的供应被布置在机器的后面,与操作人员侧相对。
发明内容
本发明的目的是减少操作人员操作机器所需的工作量。
为此,本发明在如上定义的机器中设置布置在压印机的操作人员侧的保持件。具有这种布局的热箔压印机的主要优点是,如果必须进行替换,操作人员不必将新箔带到机器后面。
根据本发明的一个方面,丢弃系统包括用于从印刷机去除用过的箔的刷子系统。丢弃系统还可以包括废箔容器。因此,本发明使用一种全新的丢弃用过的箔的概念。在现有技术中,用过的箔被重新卷绕在卷轴上。由于用过的箔并不容易重新卷绕,因此经常需要操作人员介入。如果出现更严重的问题,则必须停止机器的运行,以便操作人员能够移除废箔。根据本发明,废箔现在可以简单地从机器中取出并且不再重新卷绕,而是简单地把废箔丢弃。无须操作人员介入以确保把废箔恰当地重新卷绕。
根据本发明的另一方面,设置了用于将箔从片材分离的吹风机,该吹风机布置在丢弃系统侧。因此,吹风机可以作用于用过的箔。因此,与在现有技术的机器布局中作用于新的箔的吹风机相比,本发明的吹风机的设定远没有那么重要;在使用新的布局下,由于吹风机的运行而在箔上发生的任何损坏都发生在用过的箔上。
压印系统优选地包括压板系统。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了热箔压印机的主要部分。热箔压印机包括压印台10,在所述压印台上可以沿供给方向F推进片材、特别是由纸或纸板构成的片材。在图2,供给方向垂直于横截面的平面。为更清楚起见,此处未示出沿供给方向F推进的片材。
示意性示出的保持件11设置成用于保持箔14的供应12。供应12可以采用卷或卷轴的形式,其中箔14卷绕在该卷或卷轴上。
供应12布置在机器的前侧(称为操作人员侧,“OS”)。机器的前侧或操作人员侧是布置了用于调整机器设定的控制元件的一侧。
箔14是由已经金属化的塑料制成的薄箔,或者是薄金属箔。使用热箔压印机将箔的特定部分施加到片材上。
如在图1和图2中可见,还可以供应第二箔16。
箔14借助于包括多个辊18的引导系统在片材上被引导。重要的是箔在片材上被引导向一个方向,该方向横向于并且尤其是垂直于片材的供给方向F(参见压印台10的区域中箭头A的方向,其中箭头A表示箔在压印台上被推进的方向)。
为了将箔14压印到片材上以及使箔的一部分贴附到片材上,设置了压印系统,该压印系统在图2中用附图标记20示意性地示出。压印系统20包括压板印刷机。
在机器的后侧,即与操作人员相对的一侧(“OOS”),布置了用于用过的箔的丢弃系统22。丢弃系统22在此包括多个刷子24,这些刷子相互配合以便在用过的箔上施加牵引力。
丢弃系统22还包括废箔容器26,用过的箔从刷子24被丢弃到废箔容器26中。
可以看到丢弃系统22不需要操作人员的注意,因为它无须恰当地重新卷绕箔。相反地,箔只是简单地从机器中被取出并丢向容器26。
在机器的后侧,布置了吹风机30,吹风机30把气流引导到片材与箔之间的间隙中。这有助于将箔与片材分离的处理。
由于空气的流动作用于用过的箔上,气流在一定程度上损坏箔是可以接受的。

Claims (5)

1.一种热箔压印机,所述热箔压印机具有:压印台(10),可在其上推进片材;压印系统(20),其用于将箔(14)压印到所述片材上;引导系统(18),其用于在所述片材上引导所述箔(14),所述引导系统(18)限定箔传输路径,所述箔传输路径延伸穿过推进所述片材时所沿的路径;保持件(11),其用于接收箔的供应(12);以及用于用过的箔的丢弃系统(22),所述保持件被布置在所述压印机的操作人员侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的压印机,其特征在于,所述丢弃系统(22)包括用于从所述压印机移除用过的箔的刷子系统(24)。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的压印机,其特征在于,所述丢弃系统(22)包括废箔容器(26)。
4.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的压印机,其特征在于,设置了用于将所述箔与所述片材分离的吹风机(30),所述吹风机(30)布置在所述丢弃系统(22)侧。
5.如前述权利要求中任一项所述的压印机,其特征在于,所述压印机系统(20)包括压板印刷机。
