Abstract

本發明提供一種文具用黏著劑組成物及使用該黏著劑組成物的積層體,其係能夠抑制製造成本之增加、並能夠形成模切性(die-cutting property)良好的黏著層。在丙烯酸系樹脂等之黏著劑成分中摻混縱橫比為在6~30之範圍的碳纖維而作成文具用黏著劑組成物,將該黏著劑組成物塗布於塑膠薄膜或紙等之基材1的一表面上而形成黏著層2,並製成膠帶(tape paste)、貼紙(seal)及標籤等之積層體10。

Description

文具用黏著劑組成物及其積層體
本發明係關於可用於膠帶(tape paste)、貼紙(seal)及標籤等之文具的黏著劑組成物、及使用它之黏著劑組成物的積層體。
使用感壓轉印黏著帶之所謂的「膠帶(tape paste)」,一般而言,它是在由塑膠薄膜等形成的基材上設置有能夠剝離的黏著層所構成;在使用之際,使用轉印具而將黏著層轉印至被著體上。因此,要求在轉印式黏著帶之黏著層上施加黏著力不會導致產生拉絲等、並且能夠容易地在任意的位置切斷的「模切性(die-cutting property)」。同樣地,對於貼紙及標籤等之黏著層也是要求:在沖孔加工時或使用時不會發生拉絲等、並且能夠容易地由沖孔加工或基材剝離的「模切性」。
自過往以來,為了使模切性成為良好,已提案一種將構成黏著層的黏著劑組成物之成分予以特定而成之轉印式黏著帶(參照專利文獻1、2)。例如,在專利文獻1已揭示了一種經由使黏著層含有海藻酸而成之黏著帶;在專利文獻2中已揭示了一種黏著帶,其係具有以由在丙烯酸系共聚物中揭混有特定的比例之黏著賦與樹脂與交聯劑的黏著劑組成物所形成之黏著層。
又,為了提高沖孔加工性,也提案了一種丙烯酸系黏著劑組成物,其係具備有特定範圍之丙烯酸系共聚物之平均分子量、黏著賦與樹脂之酸價指數及軟化點指數(專利文獻3参照)。另一方面,也有一種黏著帶,其係藉由特定摻混在黏著層中之充填劑來達成模切性之增加(參照專利文獻4、5)。具體而言,在專利文獻4所記載之黏著帶中係在黏著層摻混有針狀粒子;在專利文獻5所記載之黏著帶中係在黏著層中摻混有鱗片狀粒子。

《發明所欲解決之課題》
然而,如在專利文獻1~3中所記載之黏著劑組成物,只是勘酌設計黏著劑成分之組成或特性是不能夠確保充分的模切性。又,如專利文獻4、5所記載之類的礦物系充填劑及玻璃纖維,雖然是具有模切性增加的效果;然而,當添加量少時,模切性容易發生變異,為了安定地得到良好的模切性則就有必要使充填劑之添加量增多。因此,礦物系充填劑或玻璃纖維之添加將會有招致製造成本增加的問題。
因此,本發明之目的在於:提供一種文具用黏著劑組成物及使用它之黏著劑組成物的積層體,其係可抑制製造成本之增加、並能夠形成模切性良好的黏著層。
《用以解決課題之手段》
本發明有關的文具用黏著劑組成物係含有黏著劑成分、及縱橫比為6~30之碳纖維。
前述黏著劑成分係例如丙烯酸系黏著劑。
本發明之文具用黏著劑組成物係可以是例如相對於100質量份的前述黏著劑成分而言摻混0.1~3質量份的前述碳纖維。
前述碳纖維,可以是使用例如PAN系碳纖維。
本發明有關的積層體係具有:基材、在前述基材之一表面上被形成的前述之黏著劑組成物所構成的黏著層。
該積層體可以是使前述黏著層能夠從前述基材剝離。
在該情況下,在前述基材之形成有黏著層的面上,也可以是設置有離型層。
本發明之積層體係例如感壓轉印黏著帶。
《發明效果》
根據本發明,由於充填劑之添加量可以是比習用的黏著劑組成物還更少,因而能夠安定地得到與習用品同等或以上之模切性,且能夠抑制製造成本之增加、並形成模切性良好的黏著層。
以下,參照添附的圖面來詳細地説明:用以實施本發明之形態。另外,本發明當然不是限定於以下所説明的實施形態而已。
(第1實施形態)
首先,説明本發明之第1實施形態有關的文具用黏著劑組成物(以下,也單純地稱為「黏著劑組成物」。)。本實施形態之黏著劑組成物係可使用於膠帶、貼紙及標籤等之文具之物,含有黏著劑成分與縱橫比為6~30之碳纖維。
[黏著劑成分]
黏著劑成分之種類並未特別地限定,可以是按照用途或要求特性而適當地選擇使用;例如,可以使用丙烯酸系黏著劑。本實施形態之黏著劑組成物中所摻混的丙烯酸系黏著劑,只要是使用丙烯酸系共聚物時,則可以是溶劑系及乳化液系中之任一者,又也可以混合2種以上來使用。又,在黏著劑成分中,也可以摻混抗老化劑、軟化劑、黏著賦與劑、交聯劑及充填劑等。
[碳纖維]
碳纖維係具有使所形成的黏著層之模切性增加的效果,向來所使用的礦物系充填劑或玻璃纖維相比較之下,在同一批量内或批量間之模切性的變異量少、並可以少的添加量得到同等以上之效果。但是,在碳纖維之縱橫比小於6的情況下,無法得到模切性增加效果;又,當使用縱橫比超過30的碳纖維時則會有塗布性降低,在黏著層形成時會發生不良的情況。因而,在本實施形態之黏著劑組成物中使用縱橫比為6~30的碳纖維。
又,在本實施形態之黏著劑組成物中所摻混的碳纖維,從模切性及塗布性的觀點來看,較佳者是長徑為30~300μm;更佳者是50~200μm。因此,可以得到模切性增加、可抑制黏著層形成時之不良發生、模切性及生産適性優異的黏著劑組成物。
在本文中,所謂之「縱橫比」係指碳纖維之最大長徑、和垂直於最大長徑的寬度(短徑)間之比(長徑/短徑)。又,碳纖維之「長徑」及「短徑」係可以藉由使用掃描型電子顯微鏡(SEM)或光學顯微鏡等之顯微鏡法來測定而得。
碳纖維係有PAN(Polyacrylonitrile)系、瀝青(Pitch)系、木質素系及嫘縈系等;本實施形態的可被摻混於黏著劑組成物中之碳纖維的種類並未特別地限定;雖然可以使用任何的碳纖維,然而從模切性增加之觀點來看,較佳者為硬度高的PAN系碳纖維。藉由使用PAN系碳纖維,特別是能夠將在黏著劑成分為丙烯酸系黏著劑的情況下所形成之黏著層的模切性更進一步地提高。
碳纖維之摻混量,雖然是能夠根據碳纖維的種類、大小、所要求的模切性等而適當地設定,然而例如相對於100質量份之黏著劑成分而言宜是0.1~3質量份。在平均每100質量份之黏著劑成分的碳纖維摻混量為小於0.1質量份的情況下,會有無法得到充分的模切性,又,當碳纖維摻混量超過3質量份時,在將黏著劑組成物塗布於基材之際,在發生條筯之等積層體的製造過程中容易發生不合適的現象。
另外,本實施形態之黏著劑組成物是文具用的,由於是不需導電性及熱傳導性,因而不需要添加如導電性及熱傳導性黏著劑這樣的多量。又,即使充填劑添加量是小於0.5質量份及比慣用品還更少,本實施形態之黏著劑組成物還是能夠形成具有良好的模切性之黏著層。
[其他的成分]
在本實施形態之黏著劑組成物中,除了前述的各成分,在不影響本發明效果之範圍內,也可以摻混黏著賦與劑、表面張力調整劑及增黏劑等。但是,本實施形態之黏著劑組成物是不含有金屬粉等整用以提供導電性及熱傳導性之添加劑的。
如以上所詳述的,本實施形態之黏著劑組成物,由於是使用碳纖維來做為增加模切性的成分,因而能夠以比礦物系充填劑及玻璃纖維還更少的添加量來形成模切性良好的黏著層。其結果,藉由使用本實施形態之黏著劑組成物,不但能夠抑制製造成本之增加,並且能夠形成黏著力、走行性及模切性良好之黏著層。
以本實施形態之黏著劑組成物所形成的黏著層,其充填劑添加量與同等的慣用品相比較之下,模切性之變異少、且可得到適用於膠帶、貼紙及標籤等之文具還更為均一且安定的性能。更且,在本實施形態之黏著劑組成物中,也具有比使用玻璃纖維及礦物系充填劑的慣用品還更易於視認之膠合的區域(糊面)之效果。
(第2實施形態)
其次,說明本實施形態之第2實施形態有關的積層體。圖1係模式化顯示本實施形態之積層體的構成之斷面圖。如圖1所示,本實施形態之積層體10是膠帶、貼紙及標籤等之文具;在基材1之一表面上形成有由前述的第1實施形態之黏著劑組成物構成的黏著層2。
[基材1]
基材1,例如,可以使用聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯或聚對萘二甲酸乙二酯等之聚酯薄膜、聚碳酸酯薄膜、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜、聚丙烯薄膜、聚醯亞胺薄膜及聚氯乙烯薄膜等之各種塑膠薄膜、紙、玻璃(glassine)紙、不織布等。基材1之厚度並未特別地限定;然而,例如,可以使用5~60μm。
又,在積層體10為感壓轉印黏著帶(膠帶)的情況下,為了使黏著層2能夠容易地從基材1剝離,在基材1之黏著層2側的表面上也可以設有離型層或實施離型處理。離型層可以是藉由塗布例如聚矽氧化合物、氟樹脂、氟聚矽氧樹脂等之離型劑來形成。
[黏著層2]
黏著層2可以是藉由例如以公知的方法在基材1上塗布第1實施形態之黏著劑組成物來形成。黏著層2之厚度,雖然是並未特別地加以限定;然而,在積層體10為感壓轉印黏著帶(膠帶)之情況下,當考慮對於紙面等之黏著力及模切性時宜為例如5~40μm,又,在積層體10為貼紙・標籤之情況下,當考慮在印刷機的加工性等之作業適性時宜為例如3~60μm。
[剝離紙]
本實施形態之積層體10也可以是在黏著層2上更進一步地積層離型紙。圖2係模式化顯示本實施形態的積層體之其他的構成之斷面圖。例如,在做為貼紙或標籤使用的情況下,如圖2所示的積層體11,可以是在基材1上形成不能夠剝離的黏著層2,也可以是黏著層2上積層剝離紙3。又,在使用積層體11之際,剝離剝離紙3而露出黏著層2。
本實施形態之積層體,由於是以前述的第1實施形態之黏著劑組成物來形成黏著層,因而不但能夠維持黏著力及走行性並且能夠增加模切性。又,可摻混於第1實施形態之黏著劑組成物的碳纖維,由於是以比礦物系充填劑或玻璃纖維還少的摻混量而安定地得到同等以上之模切性,因而能夠抑制製造成本。
《實施例》
以下,列舉實施例及比較例而具體地說明本發明之效果。在本實施例中,使用如下述表1所示之黏著劑與下述表2所示之充填劑,來製作實施例及比較例之黏著劑組成物,並對於模切性及黏著力進行評價。

<玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)>
上述表1所示之黏著劑的玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)係使用動黏彈性測定装置以測定周波數1Hz的條件進行測定而得的。
<平均長徑・平均短徑・縱橫比>
藉由使用光學顯微鏡之顯微鏡法來測定上述表2所示之No. I~V之碳纖維、及No. Ⅵ的石墨、及No. ⅥI之玻璃纖維的短徑與長徑。具體而言,使用萊卡微系統株式会社製之光學顯微鏡(萊卡DM2700M),溫度23±2℃、溼度50±5% RH的環境下,對於可辨識獨立形狀之50個充填劑,測定長徑及短徑,取其平均。又,使用該等之値而計算出各充填劑之縱橫比。
實施例及比較例的黏著劑組成物之評價係依照以下所示之方法來進行的。
<模切性>
模切性係基於製作寬度8.4mm、厚度20±2μm之評價用試料,將標線間距離L0 設為10mm,藉由切斷時伸度來進行評價的。具體而言,使用株式会社島津製作所製之桌上試驗機(EZ-SX),在溫度23±2℃、溼度50±5%RH的環境下,將引張速度設為600mm/分來進行引張試驗,並進行各評價用試料之切斷時伸度。
對於1個試料進行10次測定,將由試料被切斷時之標線間距離(切斷時之標線間距離)L1 減去初期之標線間距離L0 (L1 -L0 )的平均値為1.0mm以上30.0mm以下時記載為:極良好(◎);將超過30.0mm且在60.0mm以下者記載為:良好(○);將超過60.0mm或小於1.0mm記載為:不良(×)。
<黏著力低下率>
求出以JIS Z 0237為準據之測定方法來測定各黏著劑組成物之SUS黏著力、與黏著劑相同但不添加充填劑者之黏著力的比(黏著力低下率)。評價是將黏著力低下率為80.0%以上者記載為:極良好(◎);將60%以上且小於80%者記載為:良好(○);將小於60%者記載為:不良(×)。
<綜合評價>
綜合評價是將模切性及黏著力之評價中有任一個是極良好(◎)者記載為:極良好(◎);將模切性及黏著力之評價中任一個或兩個為良好(○)者記載為:良好(○);將模切性及黏著力之評價中任一個或兩個為不良(×)者記載為不良(×)。
將以上之結果整理表示於下述表3中。

如上述表3所示,添加有縱橫比為6~30之碳纖維的No.2~8、10、14之黏著劑組成物的黏著層之模切性是良好的,而且變異也是少的。尤其,添加有0.1~3質量的PAN系碳纖維之No.3~5、7、8、14的黏著劑組成物的黏著層之模切性及黏著力皆是特別優異的。相對於此,不添加充填劑之No.1、13的黏著劑組成物之模切性是不佳的,添加有石墨之No.11黏著劑組成物、及添加有玻璃纖維的No.12黏著劑組成物之黏著力雖然是良好的,然而模切性是不佳的。
從以上之結果來看,可以確認:根據本發明能夠以不增加製造成本而形成模切性良好的黏著層。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種文具用黏著劑組成物,其係含有黏著劑成分、與縱橫比為6~30的碳纖維。
  2. 如請求項1所記載之文具用黏著劑組成物,其中前述黏著劑成分為丙烯酸系黏著劑。
  3. 如請求項1或2所記載之文具用黏著劑組成物,其中相對於100質量份之前述黏著劑成分而言,摻混有0.1~3質量份的前述碳纖維。
  4. 如請求項1或2所記載之文具用黏著劑組成物,其中前述碳纖維為PAN系碳纖維。
  5. 一種積層體,其係具有: 基材;以及 形成於前述基材的一表面上之由如請求項1所記載之黏著劑組成物所構成的黏著層。
  6. 如請求項5所記載之積層體,其中前述黏著層係能夠從前述基材剝離。
  7. 如請求項6所記載之積層體,其中在前述基材之形成有黏著層的面上係設置有離型層。
  8. 如請求項5所記載之積層體,其係感壓轉印黏著帶。
