Abstract
本發明提供透明樹脂層疊體,上述透明樹脂層疊體依次包括:高硬度硬塗層,鉛筆硬度為6H至8H;透明(甲基)丙烯酸類樹脂層;以及耐衝擊硬塗層,包含含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂。
Description
本發明關於一種透明樹脂層疊體及包括該層疊體的觸控式螢幕面板。
使用於手機或平板電腦或者衛星導航儀的最外廓層的玻璃基板雖然具有小的線膨脹係數、優秀的氣體阻隔性、高的光透射率、表面平坦度、卓越的耐熱性和耐化學性等多個優點,但也具有由於耐衝擊差,因而容易破碎,並且由於密度高,因而很重的缺點。
最近隨著對液晶或有機發光顯示裝置、具有彈性的顯示器、電子紙的關注驟增,正活躍地進行著將這些基板從玻璃替換為塑膠的研究。
另一方面,由於甲基丙烯酸酯系列的樹脂透明性、加工性優秀,機械性物理性質的均衡性優秀,並且與聚碳酸酯樹脂相比價格低廉,因而是被最廣泛利用的透明樹脂中的一種。但在導光板、擴散板等顯示材料或照明器具、光學用透鏡等尤其要求耐熱性的材料中,上述甲基丙烯酸酯系列樹脂的使用是受限的。
本發明的一實施例提供高硬度及耐衝擊特性得到提高的透
明樹脂層疊體。
本發明的再一實施例提供適用上述透明樹脂層疊體的觸控式螢幕面板。
在本發明的一實施例中,提供一種透明樹脂層疊體,上述透明樹脂層疊體依次包括:高硬度硬塗層,鉛筆硬度為6H至8H;透明(甲基)丙烯酸類樹脂層;以及耐衝擊硬塗層,包含含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂。
上述耐衝擊硬塗層可包含含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂,上述含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂由含有羥基的丙烯酸類單體與重均分子量為約1000至約15000的聚異氰酸酯低聚物熱固化而成。
上述聚異氰酸酯低聚物可以是異佛爾酮類聚異氰酸酯低聚物。
上述含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂能夠以上述含有羥基的丙烯酸類單體及丙烯酸類單體的單體總和為約70至約95重量%以及上述聚異氰酸酯低聚物為約5至約30重量%的含量比熱固化而成。
上述耐衝擊硬塗層可以由含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂光固化而成,上述含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂作為3官能或4官能,在末端具有丙烯酸類雙鍵。
上述耐衝擊硬塗層的硬度可具有4H至5H的鉛筆硬度。
上述高硬度硬塗層及上述耐衝擊硬塗層的厚度比可以為約1:1.2至約1:1.5。
上述高硬度硬塗層的厚度可以為約5μm至約12μm。
上述透明(甲基)丙烯酸類樹脂層的厚度可以為約0.5mm至約1.5mm。
上述耐衝擊硬塗層的厚度可以為約7μm至約16μm。
上述高硬度硬塗層可包含選自由丙烯酸類化合物、環氧類化合物、矽化合物以及它們的組合構成的群組中的至少一種。
上述透明(甲基)丙烯酸類樹脂層可包含聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯樹脂。
上述透明樹脂層疊體的光透度可以為約90至約100%。
根據本發明的再一實施例,提供一種觸控式螢幕面板,上述觸控式螢幕面板包括上述透明樹脂層疊體作為蓋片,上述高硬度硬塗層以朝向外部的方式層疊。
上述觸控式螢幕面板可在一面依次層疊形成有導電層的傳導性塑膠膜、粘結膜以及上述透明樹脂層疊體。
上述透明樹脂層疊體可向上述粘結膜與上述耐衝擊硬塗層相接觸的方向層疊。
上述傳導性塑膠膜可以為一面形成有氧化銦錫(ITO,Indium Tin Oxide)電極層的透明塑膠膜。
上述透明樹脂層疊體同時體現高硬度及優秀的耐衝擊特性,並改善翹曲特性。

上述透明樹脂層疊體10能夠以代替顯示用觸控式螢幕面板的玻璃的用途來適用。顯示用觸控式螢幕面板可以是例如靜電容量方式的觸摸面板,能夠由包含上述傳導性塑膠膜的多層結構的層疊片形成,並在最外廓層一般使用鋼化玻璃之類的玻璃基板。上述透明樹脂層疊體10能夠以代替這種顯示用觸控式螢幕面板的玻璃基板的用途來適用。

具體地,上述耐衝擊硬塗層3可以是將含有羥基的丙烯酸類單體與聚異氰酸酯類低聚物熱固化而成的含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂作為主材料來形成的層。若對含有羥基的丙烯酸類單體與聚異氰酸酯低聚物混合物進行熱固化,則含有羥基的丙烯酸類單體的羥基與聚異氰酸酯低聚物的異氰酸酯產生反應並形成氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的同時進行交聯,從
而形成含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂。
更為具體地,上述聚異氰酸酯低聚物可以是異佛爾酮類聚異氰酸酯低聚物,且作為末端基可具有丙烯醯胺基。
上述聚異氰酸酯低聚物的重均分子量可以為約1000至約15000。使用具有上述範圍的重均分子量的聚異氰酸酯低聚物,使上述耐衝擊硬塗層3具有優秀的耐衝擊特性的同時,在工序方面也能形成均勻的塗敷。
具體地,上述含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂可包含以上述含有羥基的丙烯酸類單體及丙烯酸類單體的單體總和為70至95重量%以及上述聚異氰酸酯低聚物為約5至約30重量%的含量比熱固化而成的含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂。
在一實施例中,上述含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂作為3官能或4官能,可在末端具有丙烯酸類雙鍵。
通過對上述含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂進行光固化,可形成上述耐衝擊硬塗層3。由此將上述含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂作為主材料來形成的上述耐衝擊硬塗層3可賦予優秀的耐衝擊性特性。
例如,若在上述透明(甲基)丙烯酸類樹脂層2的一面(即,下部面)塗敷包含如上所述的含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂的組合物後進行光固化,則上述含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂的末端的雙鍵會進行光固化反應,從而形成硬塗層。
並且,上述耐衝擊硬塗層3也能夠以作為硬塗層的規定水準
以上的高硬度來形成。具體地,上述耐衝擊硬塗層的硬度可以為約4H至約5H的鉛筆硬度。
上述高硬度硬塗層1及上述耐衝擊硬塗層3的厚度比可以為約1:1.2至約1:1.5。使上述透明樹脂層疊體具有上述範圍的厚度比,從而在抑制工序過程中有可能產生的翹曲(warpage)及捲曲(curl)的同時,可具有優秀的硬度及耐衝擊性的耐久性。
上述高硬度硬塗層1的厚度可以為約5μm至約12μm。以上述範圍形成上述高硬度硬塗層1,從而在抑制翹曲(warpage)及捲曲(curl)的同時,可具有優秀的硬度及耐衝擊性的耐久性。
上述透明(甲基)丙烯酸類樹脂層2的厚度可以為約0.5mm至約1.5mm。以上述範圍形成上述透明(甲基)丙烯酸類樹脂層2的厚度,從而在抑制翹曲(warpage)及捲曲(curl)的同時,可具有優秀的硬度及耐衝擊性的耐久性。
上述耐衝擊硬塗層3的厚度可以為約7μm至約16μm。以上述範圍形成上述耐衝擊硬塗層3的厚度,從而在抑制翹曲(warpage)及捲曲(curl)的同時,可具有優秀的硬度及耐衝擊性的耐久性。
上述透明樹脂層疊體以如上所述的成分使各層以透明的方式體現,具體地,光透度可以為90至100%。
在本發明的其他實施例中,提供包括上述透明樹脂層疊體作為蓋片的觸控式螢幕面板。在上述觸控式螢幕面板中,以高硬度硬塗層朝向外部的方式層疊透明樹脂層疊體。
與上述透明樹脂層疊體相關的詳細說明如同上述。
上述觸控式螢幕面板可以是依次層疊在一面形成有導電層的傳導性塑膠膜、粘結膜以及上述透明樹脂層疊體的多層片。即,上述觸控式螢幕面板可以是經由粘結膜在傳導性塑膠膜的上部層疊上述透明樹脂層疊體的多層結構的片。
此時,上述透明樹脂層疊體可向上述粘結膜與上述耐衝擊硬塗層相接觸的方向層疊。
上述傳導性塑膠膜的具體種類並不受特殊限制,可使用該領域的公知的傳導性塑膠膜。例如,作為上述傳導性塑膠膜,可以是一面形成有氧化銦錫(ITO)電極層的透明塑膠膜。具體地,形成基材層的上述透明塑膠膜可使用聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene terephthalate)膜、聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluorethylene)膜、聚乙烯(polyethylene)膜、聚丙烯(polypropylene)膜、聚丁烯(Polybutene)膜、聚丁二烯(polybutadiene)膜、氯乙烯(vinyl chloride)共聚物膜、聚氨酯(polyurethane)膜、乙烯-醋酸乙烯(ethylene-vinyl acetate)膜、乙烯-丙烯(ethylene-propylene)共聚物膜、乙烯-丙烯酸乙酯(ethylene-acrylic acid ethyl)共聚物膜、乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯(ethylene-acrylic acid methyl)共聚物膜或聚醯亞胺(polyimide)膜等,但並不受限於此。更為具體地,上述透明塑膠膜可以是聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)膜。
上述粘結膜可使用公知的組合,以形成在光學角度方面透明的粘結劑層(OCA,optically clear adhesive layer)。具體地,上述粘結膜可通過對包含選自丙烯酸異辛酯(2-EHA,ethyl hexyl acylate),丙烯酸異冰片酯(IBOA,isobonyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,hydroxy ethyl acrylate)、丙
烯酸羥丁酯(HBA,hydroxyl butyl acrylate)、丙烯酸羥丙酯(HPA,hydroxyl propyl acrylate)、甲基丙烯己酯(HMA,Hexyl methacrylate)等或它們的組合的單體、光引發劑、固化劑及其他添加劑等的粘結劑組合物進行例如借助紫外線(UV)等光照射的光固化或熱固化來形成。
以下,記載本發明的實施例及比較例。這些下述的實施例僅僅是本發明的一實施例,並不意味著本發明局限於下述實施例。
實施例
製備例1
作為高硬度硬塗層形成用組合物,混合丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,2-hydroxyethyl acrylate)、丙烯酸異冰片酯(IBoA,isobornyl acrylate)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA,Pentaerythritol triacrylate)來準備了高硬度硬塗層形成用組合物。
製備例2
首先,以異佛爾酮二異氰酸酯(IPDI,isophorone diisocyanate)、丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,2-Hydroxyethyl acrylate)作為起始物料,準備了以丙烯酸基作為末端基的聚異氰酸酯類巨大低聚物(重均分子量為約5000)。
接著,準備100重量份的丙烯酸羥乙酯、丙烯酸異冰片酯的單體混合物,在這裡作為光引發劑,混合4重量份的1-羥基環己基苯基甲酮(豔佳固(Irgacure)184,HCPK),作為溶劑準備了乙醇、異丁醇、甲氧基乙醇、甲基異丁基甲酮(MIBK)以及N-醋酸丁酯混合溶劑,從而準備了混合組合物,並向上述混合組合物混合25重量份的所製備的上述聚異氰
酸酯類巨大低聚物,從而準備了耐衝擊硬塗層形成用組合物。
實施例1
將製備例1中準備的上述高硬度硬塗層形成用組合物通過紫外線(UV)固化方法,以9μm的厚度塗敷於厚度為1.0mm的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯樹脂的透明片的一面,並進行乾燥,從而形成高硬度硬塗層。接著,將製備例2中準備的上述耐衝擊硬塗層形成用組合物通過紫外線(UV)固化方法,以13μm的厚度塗敷於上述甲基丙烯酸類樹脂的透明片的另一面,並進行乾燥,從而形成耐衝擊硬塗層並製備了透明樹脂層疊體。
實施例2
以與實施例1相同的方法,僅使高硬度硬塗層和耐衝擊硬塗層的厚度分別為5μm及7μm,來製備了透明樹脂層疊體。
比較例1
以混合丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,2-Hydroxyethyl acrylate)、丙烯酸異冰片酯(IBoA,Isobornyl acrylate)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA,Pentaerythritol triacrylate)的方式準備了高硬度硬塗層形成用組合物。在厚度為1.0mm的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯樹脂的透明片的兩面塗敷相同厚度(厚度分別為9μm/9μm)的相同的上述塗敷液,來製備了透明樹脂層疊體。
比較例2
以混合丙烯酸羥乙酯(HEA,2-Hydroxyethyl acrylate)、丙烯酸異冰片酯(IBoA,Isobornyl acrylate)、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA,Pentaerythritol triacrylate)的方式準備了高硬度硬塗層形成用組合物。在厚度為1.0mm的聚碳酸酯片的兩面塗敷相同厚度(厚度分別為9μm/9μm)的相同
的上述塗敷液,來製備了透明樹脂層疊體。
評價
透射度及霧度(HAZE)
使用(透射度:JIS K7361-1;霧度:JIS K7105)來對實施例1、實施例2、比較例1以及比較例2的透明樹脂層疊體的透射度及霧度進行了測定,並將結果記載於下述表1。
表面硬度
測定方法借助JISK5600-5-4來進行了測定,鉛筆硬度基準使用了三菱(Mitsubishi)鉛筆:三菱(Mitsubishi)6B~9H(17個),以電動式1kg負荷為基準。
落球衝擊
測定方法:在通過液壓式夾具的壓接來固定各實施例1、實施例2、比較例1以及比較例2的透明樹脂層疊體之後,測定了向上述透明樹脂層疊體掉落由36g的黃銅形成的直徑為20.7mm的球,來產生貫通透明樹脂層疊體的裂紋的落球高度。在落球時產生的裂紋允許留有點形態的印跡,並測定了產生完全貫通的裂紋的高度。並且,以注意使上述透明樹脂層疊體上的落球位置不會接觸底面的方式進行了落球。
評價翹曲特性
測定方法:在以尺寸為60mm×100mm的樣品準備各實施例1、實施例2、比較例1以及比較例2的透明樹脂層疊體之後,置於底面,在特定位置測定從底面到特定位置的厚度(測定儀器:LK-G35,基恩士(KEYENCE)公司製造)並以此為基準之後,在其他6個位置也同樣測定
從底面到特定位置的厚度,從而將與上述基準差異最大的值評價為翹曲(warpage)並記載於下述表1。
如上述表1所示,通過落球衝擊評價結果可以確認,實施例1的透明樹脂層疊體與比較例1的透明樹脂層疊體相比,耐衝擊性非常優秀,比較例2的透明樹脂層疊體在聚碳酸酯樹脂的特性上難以體現高硬度。

Claims (17)
- 一種透明樹脂層疊體,其中,依次包括:高硬度硬塗層,鉛筆硬度為6H至8H;透明(甲基)丙烯酸((metha)acryl)類樹脂層;以及耐衝擊硬塗層,包含含有聚氨基甲酸乙酯鍵(urethane bonds)的丙烯酸(acrylic)類樹脂。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該耐衝擊硬塗層包含含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂,該含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂由含有羥基(hydroxy)的丙烯酸類單體與重均分子量為1000至15000的聚異氰酸酯(polyisocyanate)低聚物熱固化而成。
- 根據申請專利範圍第2項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該聚異氰酸酯低聚物為異佛爾酮(isophorone)類聚異氰酸酯低聚物。
- 根據申請專利範圍第2項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂以該含有羥基的丙烯酸類單體及丙烯酸類單體的單體總和為70至95重量%以及該聚異氰酸酯低聚物為5至30重量%的含量比熱固化而成。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該耐衝擊硬塗層由含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂光固化而成,該含有氨基甲酸乙酯鍵的丙烯酸類樹脂作為3官能或4官能,在末端具有丙烯酸類雙鍵。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該耐衝擊硬塗層的硬度具有4H至5H的鉛筆硬度。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該高硬度硬塗 層及該耐衝擊硬塗層的厚度比為1:1.2至1:1.5。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該高硬度硬塗層的厚度為5μm至12μm。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該透明(甲基)丙烯酸類樹脂層的厚度為0.5mm至1.5mm。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該耐衝擊硬塗層的厚度為7μm至16μm。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該高硬度硬塗層包含選自由丙烯酸類化合物、環氧(epoxy)類化合物、矽(silicon)化合物以及它們的組合構成的群組中的至少一種。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該透明(甲基)丙烯酸類樹脂層包含聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(polymethyl methacrylate)樹脂。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述的透明樹脂層疊體,其中,該透明樹脂層疊體的光透度為90至100%。
- 一種觸控式螢幕面板,其中,包括申請專利範圍第1項至第13項中任一項所述的透明樹脂層疊體作為蓋片,該高硬度硬塗層以朝向外部的方式層疊。
- 根據申請專利範圍第14項所述的觸控式螢幕面板,其中,在一面依次層疊形成有導電層的傳導性塑膠膜、粘結膜以及該透明樹脂層疊體。
- 根據申請專利範圍第14項所述的觸控式螢幕面板,其中,該透明樹脂層疊體向該粘結膜與該耐衝擊硬塗層相接觸的方向層疊。
- 根據申請專利範圍第15項所述的觸控式螢幕面板,其中,該傳導性塑膠膜為一面形成有氧化銦錫(ITO,Indium Tin Oxide)電極層的透明塑膠膜。
