Abstract

Description

捲曲端子
本發明係關於一種根據專利技術方案1之捲曲連接及一種根據專利技術方案13之用於產生一捲曲連接之方法。
在先前技術中,已知存在多種類型的捲曲連接,其中通常為捲曲套筒的導電捲曲元件以機械及導電方式連接至電導體。該電導體通常具有複數根導體線。捲曲連接之一重要功能為在捲曲元件與電導體之間產生低電阻。
本發明之一目標為實現改良捲曲元件與電導體之間的導電連接。
本發明之目標藉由根據專利技術方案1之捲曲連接及根據專利技術方案13之用於產生捲曲連接之方法來達成。
本發明之其他有利實施例陳述於附屬請求項中。
所描述之捲曲連接之一優勢為電導體與捲曲元件之間的電阻得以減小。此外,電導體與捲曲元件之間的導電連接隨時間推移具有高度穩定性。此等優勢係藉由將導電粒子配置於電導體與捲曲元件之間來達成。該等導電粒子於捲曲元件與電導體之間受到擠壓,且在該導體與該捲曲元件之間產生機械及導電連接。
若干測試已展示,該等粒子較佳具有小於100 μm、詳言之小於60 μm之直徑。該等粒子之大小較佳使得其直徑小於60 μm,且較佳大於10 μm。由於所選擇之量級,因此該 等粒子特別適於在捲曲元件與導體之間產生導電連接,而不會損害捲曲操作或損壞捲曲元件及/或電導體。
在另一實施例中,該等粒子係以經機械粉碎(詳言之,被碾碎)之粉末的形式來建構。機械粉碎產生粒子之有角結構,該等結構對於在導體與捲曲元件之間形成導電連接係有利的。
在另一實施例中,該等導電粒子係至少部分自導電金屬(詳言之,自銅)形成。由於粒子之金屬構造,因此在捲曲期間在金屬導體與金屬捲曲元件之間產生金屬間連接。
銅合金尤其適於建構該等粒子。在此情況下,有可能較佳使用銅與鋅之二元化合物或包含銅及鋅以及來自以下群組之一種額外元素的三元化合物:錫、鋁、鐵、鎳、銀、鈦、鎂或鉻。
良好導電性係藉由包含鋅含量較佳在10%與70%之間的黃銅之粒子來達成。
在另一實施例中,使用由鋅層包圍之捲曲元件。該鋅層致使電導體被保護免受電粒子與導體之間的機械連接區域中的空氣中之氧氣的影響,且遮蔽粒子與捲曲元件之間的機械連接。電導體與捲曲元件之間的導電連接之長期穩定性藉此得以改良。
在另一實施例中,電導體係自鋁或鋁含量大於90%之鋁合金生產。複數個導線束較佳地形成電導體。
在另一實施例中,該捲曲元件係自以下材料中之一者建構而成:Cu、CuSn、CuZn、CuZnSn、CuFe、CuNiSi、 CuNiZn。
電粒子係在捲曲操作之前引入於捲曲元件與電導體之間。在此情況下,該等電粒子可以粉末形式或藉由混合有電粒子之載劑來塗覆至(例如)電導體及/或塗覆至捲曲元件。以實例說明,有機溶劑(詳言之,苯、乙醇、丙酮、油類亦或脂肪)適合作為載劑。
該等電粒子可使用毛刷、壓印器或使用氣流來加以塗覆。
與載劑混合之電粒子可藉助於諸如噴墨或微施配之噴塗或施配方法來加以塗覆。
下文參看諸圖更詳細地解釋本發明。
圖1為包含砧1及壓印器2之捲曲工具的圖解說明。捲曲元件3配置於砧1上。在捲曲元件3上方,說明電導體4,且電導體4係自被稱作導線束之複數根導體線5建構而成。導電粒子7經塗覆至導體4及/或塗覆至捲曲元件3之接觸側6。
在另一實施例中,該等電粒子7係至少部分自導電金屬(詳言之,至少部分自銅)產生。舉例而言,該等粒子包含黃銅,鋅含量較佳地在10%與70%之間。
作為用於導電粒子之三元銅合金,有可能使用銅與鋅以及來自以下群組之一種其他元素的化合物:錫、鋁、鐵、鎳、銀、鈦、鎂或鉻。
舉例而言,該等導電粒子係至少部分自以下銅合金中之 一者產生:CuSn、CuFe、CuNiSi、CuAl+XY。
捲曲元件3係自導電材料(例如,自金屬)生產。取決於所選擇之實施例,捲曲元件3至少在接觸側6上具備錫層8。
捲曲元件3及/或導體4可(例如)自以下材料中之一者生產:Cu、CuSn、CuZn、CuZnSn、CuFe、CuNiSi、CuNiZn。
取決於所選擇之實施例,導體係自鋁或鋁含量大於90%之鋁合金生產,複數個導體導線束5較佳地經提供為導體4。
電粒子7較佳具有不大於單一導線束5之直徑的5%至30%的直徑,較佳該直徑在個別導線束之直徑的5%至20%的範圍內。在導體導線束5之習知量級下,此大致對應於在10 μm與100 μm之間、較佳在10 μm與60 μm之間的直徑。
粒子7較佳地藉助於機械粉碎而作為粉末產生。在機械粉碎期間,粒子具備邊緣,該等邊緣實現改良捲曲元件3與導體4之間的機械接觸及電接觸。
取決於所選擇之實施例,亦可使用具有球形表面之粒子7。
電粒子7係(例如)藉助於氣流而塗覆至導體4及/或捲曲元件3之接觸側6。此外,亦可使用毛刷或壓印器來進行電粒子7之塗覆。另外,有可能使用其中引入電粒子之載劑。舉例而言,諸如苯、乙醇、丙酮、油類等有機溶劑適合作為載劑。此外,可在有或無有機溶劑的情況下將該等粒子 引入至脂肪中,接著將該脂肪以計量方式塗覆至導體4或接觸側6。該計量可藉助於諸如噴墨或微施配之噴塗或施配方法來加以塗覆。
由於錫層8在捲曲元件3上之較佳提供,因此粒子7之金屬間接觸面相對於導體之金屬或捲曲元件之金屬被遮蔽,使得極少或無氧氣到達該金屬間接觸面。所引入之任何氧氣首先由錫層結合,該錫層氧化以形成氧化錫。因此,使氧氣遠離粒子7與導體或粒子7與捲曲元件3之間的金屬間接觸面。
在引入電粒子7之後,在朝向砧1之方向上按壓壓印器2。在此情況下,壓印器2將線路4按壓至捲曲元件3內,且嚙合捲曲元件3之捲曲側翼。捲曲側翼被捲入,導體被均一地壓縮,且形成捲曲連接。由於機械壓力,因此粒子被按壓至捲曲元件3之接觸側6及導線束4之表面兩者內。
圖2說明將導體4與捲曲元件3及粒子7一起按壓之結束位置。
圖3為圖2之捲曲連接的一實例之透視圖。說明具有呈複數個導線束5之形式的電導體4之電線路10,該電導體4由電絕緣罩蓋11包圍。捲曲元件3附接至導線束5之已移除絕緣之末段。捲曲元件3具有接觸元件12,該接觸元件12經提供以裝配至對應的接觸件。此外,捲曲元件3具有額外側翼13,將該等側翼13與作為張力釋放件之罩蓋11一起按壓。

Claims (15)

  1. 一種在鋁或一鋁合金之一電導體(4、5)與一捲曲元件(3)之間的捲曲連接,該捲曲元件(3)捲曲至該導體(4、5),包含一銅合金(7)之導電粒子配置於該導體(4、5)與該捲曲元件(3)之間。
  2. 如請求項1之捲曲連接,該等粒子(7)具有小於100 μm、詳言之小於60 μm之一直徑。
  3. 如請求項1或2之捲曲連接,該等粒子(7)大於10 μm且小於60 μm。
  4. 如請求項1或2之捲曲連接,該等粒子(7)係以機械粉碎粉末之形式建構而成。
  5. 如請求項1或2之捲曲連接,該等粒子(7)具有邊緣。
  6. 如請求項1之捲曲連接,該等粒子(7)係至少部分自以下銅合金中之一者建構而成:CuSn、CuZnxSny、CuFe、CuNiSi、CuAlxy
  7. 如請求項1之捲曲連接,該等粒子(7)係自銅與鋅以及來自以下群組之一額外元素之一三元化合物建構而成:Sn、Al、Fe、Ni、Ag、Ti、Mg或Cr。
  8. 如請求項1之捲曲連接,該等粒子(7)包含黃銅,鋅含量較佳在10%與70%之間。
  9. 如請求項1或2之捲曲連接,該捲曲元件(3)由一錫層(8)包圍。
  10. 如請求項1或2之捲曲連接,該導體(4、5)係自鋁形成。

  15. 如請求項14之方法,該載劑呈一有機溶劑之形式,詳言之呈苯、乙醇、丙酮、油類之形式,或呈脂肪之形式。
