臨時申請案第61/234,692號、2〇〇9年9月1曰申請之美國臨 時申請案第61/238,770號及2009年12月29曰申請之美國申 請案第12/648,458號β上述申請案中之每一者之全文以引 用的方式併入本文中。 【先前技術】 臨床研究及實踐已表明:接近於組織位點提供減壓加強 且加速該組織位點處之新組織之生長。此現象之應用係為 數眾多的,但減壓之應用在治療傷口方面特別成功。此治 ❿療(在醫學界中常常稱作「負壓創傷療法」、「減壓療法」 或真空療法」)提供諸多益處,包括較快癒合及肉芽組 織之增加形成。通常,經由多孔襯墊或其他歧管裝置將減 壓施加至組織。多孔襯墊含有能夠將減壓分佈至組織且引 導自組織汲取之流體的細孔。常常將多孔襯墊併入具有促 進治療之其他組成部分之敷料中。亦可將一支架置放於一 缺損中以支樓至缺損中之組織生長。該支架通常為生物可 吸收性的,在其位置處留下新組織。 用於減壓治療之支架描述於以下文獻中:例如, 145690.doc 201028184 W008/091521 、 WO07/092397 、 WO07/196590 、 WO07/1 06594。當前支架用於減壓治療之適合度可根據當 前對傷口癒合之瞭解來評估。身體組織之損傷導致具有順 序之癒合階段之傷口癒合反應,癒合階段包括止血(數秒 至數小時)、發炎(數小時至數天)、修復(數天至數週),及 織類型如何’内因性細胞至支架中之移生受遠離維管束細 胞之距離限制,維管束細胞提供支架之擴散極限内之營養 支持。另外,支架亦可引出一免疫原性或異物反應,該反 應導致修復過程延長及植入物周圍之纖維狀被膜之形成。 總之,此等複雜化均可導致損傷位點處之很少功能性組織 再生。 因此,提供用於特殊組織之修復及重塑之額外系統將係 有利的。本發明提供此等系統。 【發明内容】
