Abstract
1. Система для терапии раны, имеющей полость, содержащая:источник давления, предназначенный для подачи пониженного давления,каркас, содержащий каркасный слой и слой ткани, причем каркасный слой имеет края и образует слоистую структуру, проточно сообщающуюся со слоем ткани и скатанную в рулон, имеющий в целом цилиндрическую форму с двумя торцевыми поверхностями, при этом каркас предназначен для размещения в полости раны и подачи пониженного давления к ране, имагистраль, проточно сообщающуюся с источником давления и каркасом с обеспечением подачи пониженного давления к каркасному слою и к ране.2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая хирургическую салфетку, выполненную из по существу непроницаемого материала и предназначенную для покрытия каркаса и магистрали в ране с обеспечением по существу поддержания пониженного давления в ране, когда оно подается магистралью.3. Система по п.1, в которой магистраль расположена смежно с одной из торцевых поверхностей каркаса в проточном сообщении с одним из краев каркасного слоя.4. Система по п.1, в которой слоистая структура в скатанном виде также имеет конец, и каркасный слой также имеет конец, при этом магистраль проточно сообщается с концом каркасного слоя.5. Система по п.1, в которой слой ткани содержит жировую ткань.6. Система по п.5, в которой жировая ткань получена из липоаспирата.7. Система по п.1, в которой слой ткани содержит ткань аллотрансплантата, аутотрансплантата или ксенотрансплантата.8. Claims (42)
1. Система для терапии раны, имеющей полость, содержащая:
источник давления, предназначенный для подачи пониженного давления,
каркас, содержащий каркасный слой и слой ткани, причем каркасный слой имеет края и образует слоистую структуру, проточно сообщающуюся со слоем ткани и скатанную в рулон, имеющий в целом цилиндрическую форму с двумя торцевыми поверхностями, при этом каркас предназначен для размещения в полости раны и подачи пониженного давления к ране, и
магистраль, проточно сообщающуюся с источником давления и каркасом с обеспечением подачи пониженного давления к каркасному слою и к ране.
2. Система по п.1, дополнительно содержащая хирургическую салфетку, выполненную из по существу непроницаемого материала и предназначенную для покрытия каркаса и магистрали в ране с обеспечением по существу поддержания пониженного давления в ране, когда оно подается магистралью.
3. Система по п.1, в которой магистраль расположена смежно с одной из торцевых поверхностей каркаса в проточном сообщении с одним из краев каркасного слоя.
4. Система по п.1, в которой слоистая структура в скатанном виде также имеет конец, и каркасный слой также имеет конец, при этом магистраль проточно сообщается с концом каркасного слоя.
5. Система по п.1, в которой слой ткани содержит жировую ткань.
6. Система по п.5, в которой жировая ткань получена из липоаспирата.
7. Система по п.1, в которой слой ткани содержит ткань аллотрансплантата, аутотрансплантата или ксенотрансплантата.
8. Система по п.1, в которой каркасный слой выполнен из биоинертного или биопоглощаемого материала.
9. Система по п.1, в которой каркасный слой выполнен из вспененного материала или гелевого материала.
10. Система по п.1, в которой каркасный слой содержит биологически активный агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из антибиотиков, антител и факторов роста.
11. Система по п.10, в которой биологически активный агент представляет собой гормон роста (GH), белок, участвующий в остеогенезе (BMP), трансформирующий фактор роста альфа (TGF-α), TGF-β, фактор роста фибробластов (FGF), гранулоцитарный колониестимулирующий фактор (G-CSF), гранулоцитарно-макрофагальный колониестимулирующий фактор (GM-CSF), эпидермальный фактор роста (EGF), фактор роста, полученный из тромбоцитов (PDGF), инсулиноподобный фактор роста (IGF), фактор роста сосудистого эндотелия (VEGF), фактор роста гепатоцитов/рассеивающий фактор (HGF/SF), интерлейкин, фактор некроза опухоли альфа (TNF-α) или фактор роста нервной ткани (NGF).
12. Система по п.8, в которой каркасный слой состоит из коллагена.
13. Система по п.1, в которой магистраль состоит из биоинертного материала.
14. Система по п.1, в которой магистраль состоит из биопоглощаемого материала.
15. Устройство для терапии раны, имеющей полость, содержащее:
каркас, содержащий каркасный слой и слой ткани, причем каркасный слой имеет края и образует слоистую структуру, проточно сообщающуюся со слоем ткани и скатанную в рулон, имеющий в целом цилиндрическую форму с двумя торцевыми поверхностями, при этом каркас предназначен для размещения в полости раны и подачи пониженного давления к ране, и
магистраль, имеющую патрубок для соединения с источником пониженного давления и проточно сообщающуюся с каркасом с обеспечением подачи пониженного давления к каркасному слою и к ране.
16. Устройство по п.15, дополнительно содержащее хирургическую салфетку, выполненную из по существу непроницаемого материала и предназначенную для покрытия каркаса и магистрали в ране с обеспечением по существу поддержания пониженного давления в ране, когда оно подается магистралью.
17. Устройство по п.15, в котором магистраль расположена смежно с одной из торцевых поверхностей каркаса в проточном сообщении с одним из краев каркасного слоя.
18. Устройство по п.15, в котором слоистая структура в скатанном виде также имеет конец, и каркасный слой также имеет конец, при этом магистраль проточно сообщается с концом каркасного слоя.
19. Устройство по п.15, в котором слой ткани содержит жировую ткань.
20. Устройство п.19, в котором жировая ткань получена из липоаспирата.
21. Устройство по п.15, в котором слой ткани содержит ткань аллотрансплантата, аутотрансплантата или ксенотрансплантата.
22. Устройство по п.15, в котором каркасный слой выполнен из биоинертного или биопоглощаемого материала.
23. Устройство по п.15, в котором каркасный слой выполнен из вспененного материала или гелевого материала.
24. Устройство по п.15, в котором каркасный слой содержит биологически активный агент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из антибиотиков, антител и факторов роста.
25. Устройство по п.24, в котором биологически активный агент представляет собой гормон роста (GH), белок, участвующий в остеогенезе (BMP), трансформирующий фактор роста альфа (TGF-α), TGF-β, фактор роста фибробластов (FGF), гранулоцитарный колониестимулирующий фактор (G-CSF), гранулоцитарно-макрофагальный колониестимулирующий фактор (GM-CSF), эпидермальный фактор роста (EGF), фактор роста, полученный из тромбоцитов (PDGF), инсулиноподобный фактор роста (IGF), фактор роста сосудистого эндотелия (VEGF), фактор роста гепатоцитов/рассеивающий фактор (HGF/SF), интерлейкин, фактор некроза опухоли альфа (TNF-α) или фактор роста нервной ткани (NGF).

29. Способ терапии раны, имеющей полость, включающий:
размещение каркасного слоя смежно со слоем ткани с формированием слоистой структуры, проточно сообщающейся со слоем ткани,
скатывание слоистой структуры в рулон, имеющий в целом цилиндрическую форму и две торцевые поверхности,
размещение каркаса в полости раны для подачи пониженного давления к ране и
размещение магистрали в проточном сообщении с каркасом для подачи пониженного давления к каркасному слою и к ране.
30. Способ по п.29, в котором дополнительно покрывают каркас и магистраль в ране по существу непроницаемым материалом для поддержания пониженного давления в ране, когда оно подается магистралью.
31. Способ по п.29, в котором дополнительно размещают магистраль смежно с одной из торцевых поверхностей каркаса в проточном сообщении с краем каркасного слоя.
32. Способ по п.29, в котором дополнительно размещают каркасный слой в проточном сообщении с концом каркасного слоя смежно с концом скатанной в рулон слоистой структуры.
33. Способ по п.29, в котором слой ткани содержит жировую ткань.
34. Способ по п.33, в котором жировую ткань получают из липоаспирата.
35. Способ по п.29, в котором слой ткани содержит ткань аллотрансплантата, аутотрансплантата или ксенотрансплантата.
36. Способ увеличения в размере участка ткани, включающий:
размещение каркасного слоя смежно со слоем ткани с формированием слоистой структуры и в проточном сообщении со слоем ткани,
скатывание слоистой структуры в рулон, имеющий в целом цилиндрическую форму и две торцевые поверхности,
размещение каркаса в участке ткани для подачи пониженного давления к этому участку и
размещение магистрали в проточном сообщении с каркасом для подачи пониженного давления к каркасному слою и к участку ткани.
37. Способ по п.36, в котором дополнительно покрывают каркас и магистраль в ране по существу непроницаемым материалом для поддержания пониженного давления на участке ткани, когда оно подается магистралью.
38. Способ по п.36, в котором дополнительно размещают магистраль смежно с одной из торцевых поверхностей каркаса в проточном сообщении с краем каркасного слоя.
39. Способ по п.36, в котором дополнительно размещают каркасный слой в проточном сообщении с концом каркасного слоя смежно с концом скатанной в рулон слоистой структуры.
40. Способ по п.36, в котором слой ткани содержит жировую ткань.
41. Способ по п.40, в котором жировую ткань получают из липоаспирата.
42. Способ по п.36, в котором слой ткани содержит ткань аллотрансплантата, аутотрансплантата или ксенотрансплантата.
