200530043 九、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係有關印刷壓平機之内襯,特別係用於平版印 刷。 【先前技術】
特別(但非排它性)敘述有關平版印刷壓平機,基本上包 含三個工作缸:板缸、覆蓋有以橡膠為主之織物之氈缸 、及壓印缸。於氈缸之覆蓋層下方,氈缸包含傳統内襯, 該内襯係由下列形成:個別可去除(不可壓縮)之規格紙張 來配合工作缸之工作直徑,以及通常由可彈性壓縮之聚丁 二烯製成之分開内氈。 為了達成水平目的,已知於印刷壓平機區段也使用在其 一面塗覆有黏著劑之聚酯薄膜作為内襯。 使用紙及聚酯之缺點為二者皆為剛性(因而無法適當自 動水平),前者也非阻燃性。由本案申請人之另一專利案(歐 洲專利1,3 2 3 , 5 2 7 ),已知使用一系列藉已知感壓黏著劑接 合在一起之薄片(紙張或聚胺基曱酸酯片)作為内襯,藉已 知感壓黏著劑接合讓個別薄片可被去除來調整(經橡膠塗 覆之織物製成之)内襯配合所需厚度。 【發明内容】 本發明之一目的係提供可滿足目前業界只能部分滿足 之一大系列需求之印刷壓平機用之内襯;精確言之,本發 明之内襯可滿足下列需求:環保、阻燃、對溶劑有抗性以 及對機械應力有抗性、絕佳切削性、工作壽命長、用途相 當多樣化、可絕佳配合工作缸及彈性、印刷點之結構幾何 5 312XP/發明說明書(補件)/94-04/94100977 200530043 良好、絲網展塗均勻度相當高、印刷穩定性佳。 此等及其它目的由後文詳細說明將更為彰顯,本發明之 目的可經由根據隨附之申請專利範圍教示之印刷壓平機用 之内襯來達成。 由後文若干較佳具體例之詳細說明將更可更了解本發 明,後文詳細說明為非限制性範例,較佳具體例係以實施 例形式基於圖1至圖3示意圖說明,各圖顯示本發明之内 襯經不同觀點所見之不同區段。
【實施方式】 本發明之内襯(概略標示為1 )通常係由複合物組成,該 複合物包含一非彈性部分(為求簡明定義為剛性),標示為 2,非彈性部分2係由一以高度透明聚酯(P E S )為主之薄膜 製成,聚酯(PES)例如為透明抗牛頓聚酯,(「抗牛頓」一 詞表示該聚酯經物理處理略為粗化來輔助黏合至其它層) ,例如美國 Bensale in Pennsylvania 之 P0LICR0M Inc.製 造及日本Tor ay製造之聚酯;以及包含一以聚胺基曱酸酯 及/或熱塑性聚胺基曱酸酯為主之彈性體蓋層3置於P E S 薄膜一側上所組成(例如已知美國N 0 V E 0 N I n c .之商品名
