本发明涉及用于印刷机的内衬,特别是用于胶版印刷机的内衬。
特别是但不是仅对于胶版印刷机,这些印刷机主要包括三种滚筒:印版滚筒,橡胶涂层织物包覆的橡皮滚筒和压花滚筒。
在所述包覆物下面,橡皮滚筒含有常规内衬:其由适合滚筒工作直径的可逐一除去(不能压缩)的标准纸片材和独立橡皮布内衬形成,该橡皮布内衬通常由弹性可压缩的聚丁二烯构成。
在印刷机领域中已经知道还使用一面涂布有粘合剂的聚酯薄膜作为内衬用于校平的目的。
使用纸和聚酯的缺点是这二者都是刚性的(因此不能准确地自动校平),而且前者也不防火。从相同申请人的另一专利(欧洲专利1,323,527)也已经知道,可通过已知的压敏粘合剂将一系列片材(纸或聚氨酯制)结合在一起用作内衬,该压敏粘合剂使各个片材能够被除去以使内衬(橡胶涂层织物制)适合于所要求的厚度。
本发明的一个目的是提供用于印刷机的内衬,该内衬能够满足大量要求,而现有技术只能满足这些要求中的一部分;更确切地说,本发明的内衬能够满足如下要求:生态适应性、阻燃性、耐溶剂性和抗机械应力性、优异的机械加工性、长使用寿命、相当的使用通用性、优异的滚筒适应性和回弹性、较好的印刷点结构几何学、相当的丝网涂布均匀性以及较好的印刷稳定性。
通过一种根据所附权利要求书的技术教导的用于印刷机的内衬可达到这个目的和其它目的,这些其它目的从下面的详细说明将会更显而易见。
从下面通过非限制性的实施例提供的本发明的一些优选实施方案的详细描述将会更清楚地说明本发明,这些优选实施方案是根据下面示意图1-3所示的实施例形式表达,这些图都显示通过本发明各种内衬变型的截面。
本发明内衬(始终表示为1)以其最一般的复合材料的表达形式存在,所述复合材料包括非弹性部分(为简单起见定义为刚性的),表示为2,由基于高透明度聚酯(PES)(例如透明反牛顿(antinewton)聚酯,术语“反牛顿”是指通过物理处理使其变得稍微粗糙些以便易于粘合到另一层)的薄膜形成,如由POLICROM Inc.(Bensalem,Pennsylvania(美国))和由Toray(日本)制造的;以及弹性体覆盖物3(在PES薄膜的一个面上),其基于聚氨酯和/或热塑性聚氨酯(例如NOVEON Inc.(美国)的以名称Estane 54660和58271已知的产品)。
复合材料在具有弹性体覆盖物那一面的反面上可具有一条或者多条粘合剂,或者完全被粘合剂涂布,该粘合剂是能够促进附着和脱离的已知类型产品(压敏粘合剂)。为连接到滚筒或者“金属橡皮布”的金属表面,如上所述的粘合剂将包覆被讨论的整个表面,在图1中该粘合剂表示为4。
可以通过用于制造复合薄膜的已知覆盖方法得到该复合材料,例如通过刮板涂布,通过压延,通过共挤出或者通过压延与共挤出的结合。涂覆的弹性体厚度可从最小值20μm变化到1000μm(对于每层,在具有多于一层的层不可分离地结合在一起的复合材料的情况下最大值为三层)。聚酯基薄膜的厚度可在40-100μm之间变化(具有一面全部都涂布有粘合剂并且含有的粘合剂的厚度不大于5μm)以及在50-350μm之间变化(没有粘合剂涂层)或者具有沿一边缘条的部分粘合剂涂层。
实施例如下:
实施例1
以已知方式(刮板涂布),在厚度为40μm并且一个面全部涂布有粘合剂的聚酯基薄膜(被可除去的硅涂布薄膜保护)的非粘合剂面上覆盖一层厚度为100μm的弹性体,该弹性体基于DMF(二甲基甲酰胺)溶剂中的高固体聚氨酯。
该粘合剂是称为附着/再附着的类型,称为压敏粘合剂。

实施例3
使用已知的共挤出方法,将100μm的聚酯基薄膜与100μm的基于热塑性聚氨酯的弹性体薄膜结合。
实施例4
通过压延将基于热塑性聚氨酯的625μm弹性体层施加到175μm的标准聚酯基薄膜上。
实施例5
由350μm的聚酯基薄膜和450μm的聚氨酯基弹性体的刮板涂布层形成复合材料。
实施例6
由500μm的聚酯基薄膜和1000μm的聚氨酯基弹性体压延层形成复合材料。
实施例7
将300μm的聚氨酯层施加(通过刮板涂布)到由175μm聚酯基薄膜形成的第一层上。
然后将50μm的聚酯基薄膜施加(通过压延)到聚氨酯层上,接着(通过压延)施加255μm的弹性体层(热塑性聚氨酯),最后施加20μm具有不同特性(例如硬度)的热塑性聚氨酯层。
实施例8(图2)
通过压延而得的第一复合材料是由175μm聚酯薄膜(2a)和600μm的聚氨酯弹性体层(3a)形成,将该第一复合材料压延在也由175μm聚酯薄膜(2a)和600μm的聚氨酯弹性体层(3a)形成的第二相同复合材料上。结果表示,由两种相同的复合材料,即同种复合材料的简单组合满足了用户的不同的要求。
实施例9(图3)
由350μm的第一聚酯薄膜(2b),600μm的热塑性聚氨酯弹性体层(3b),50μm的第二聚酯薄膜(2b)以及550μm的第二聚氨酯弹性体层(3b)形成一种共挤出并压延的多层复合材料。
实施例10
将至少一层涂布有压敏粘合剂(即脱离/再附着)的50μm聚酯薄膜施加到一种复合材料上,该复合材料包括225μm的聚氨酯薄膜和175μm的聚酯薄膜。替代一层粘合剂涂布薄膜,可逐一地堆积使用两层或者三层并且其可除去以达到厚度适当的目的。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于印刷机,特别是胶版印刷机的自动校平内衬,其特征在于包括不可分离地结合在一起的至少一层聚酯基层和至少一层聚氨酯弹性体层。
2.权利要求1的内衬,其中聚酯基层为50-350μm以及聚氨酯弹性体层为20-1000μm。
3.权利要求1的内衬,其中聚酯基层的一个面上涂布有粘合剂,在此情况下包括粘合剂在内的厚度为40-100μm,并且粘合剂厚度不超过约5μm。
4.权利要求1和2的内衬,其中具有几个聚酯基层和几个聚氨酯弹性体层,所述这些层中至少一些层是一种层与另一种层交替排布的。
5.前述权利要求中一项或多项的内衬,其特征在于所述弹性体组分具有以下化学/物理特性:
