Abstract

Bir tasiyici üzerinde tasinirken bir iç kalite kontrol nesnesi (F), isik verme lambalarindan (21) yogun bir sekilde gönderilen isik isinlari ile yandan isiga maruz birakilir. Fototespit araçlari(3), disaridaki isiktan etkilenmeden ve nesnenin (F) boyutuna ve kabugunun kalinligina bakmadan nesneden (F) geçen isigi tespit eder. Fototespit araçlari (3), bir beyaz-seviye kalibrasyon cihaziyla (35) donatilmistir. Isik verme lambalari (21) isik isinlarini bir kontrol pozisyonundaki (11) nesnenin (F) bir tarafindan yogunlastirir ve verir, bu islem,oblik önden oblik arkaya farkli açilarda farkli pozisyonlardan diyagonal olarak gerçeklestirilir. Nesneden (F) geçen ve nesnenin (F) diger tarafinda ortaya çikan isik parçalari, bir yogunlastirici mercek (31) tarafindan yogunlastirilir.
