Abstract

Özellikle mükekkep kabul eden kaplamalr, örnek olarak mürekkep püskürtmeli yazicilarda kullanilan kagitlar ve filmlere için uygun olan, yeni gözenekli metal oksit parçaciklarindan ve baglayicilarindan olusan formülasyonlar. Bu basvuru metninde yer alan metal oksit parçaciklari gözenekli olmayan silis taneciklerinden gözenekli bir yapiya sahip olmalari nedeniyle önemli ölçüde farklidirlar. Parçaciklar yaklasik olarak 0.05 ila 3 mikron arasinda olan ortalama bir tanecik büyüklügüne sahiptirler ve parçaciklardan olusan dispersiyon kurutuldugunda 600 A veya daha az olan bir gözenek büyüklügünden en az 0.5 cc/g'lik gözenek hacmi olusturacak bir gözeneklilige sahiptirler. Parçaciklar en az 0.5 cc/g'lik gözenek hacminden saglanmakta olan bir viskoziteye sahiptirler. +20 mV'luk bir zeta potansiyeline sahip olan parçaciklarinin olusturdugu formülasyonlar açiklanmaktadir.
